Revenge of the Moon

>Sprinkle Joy raise her shield.
>She can hear the sobs of the fillies and colts behind her.
>They back into a corner as she positions herself beween them and the door.
>"Don't be afraid." she says. "Everything will be OK."
>A bright red beam pierces the door and starts to slice a circle in it.
>The wood flies in to the room with a blast of magic.
>Standing in the hole is a Nightmare with a glowing sword
>Princess Luna has come for the younglings.
>"You will not harm them!" Sprinkle Joy shouts, activating her own lightsaber she charges at Luna.
>Its over in an instant, the smell of burnt fur and flesh permiates the room.
>Luna walks calmly awy. 
>Every living thing in Celestia's school for gifted unicorn's is dead.
>Luna walks across the square in Ponyville.
>The bodies of the element bearers strewn around her.
>Multi-colored limds lie mixed together.
>Her lightsaber hums softly as she haeds for town hall.
>Screams can be heard from inside as she slaughters all the townponies hiding inside.
>This will draw her sister out for sure.
>Then the dark side will prevail
>Anon stumbled down the step's into Luna's embrace.
>His eye's were raw with tears, He's been crying from relentless, mind shredding dread.
>New tears burst forth as his body shakes.
>He's just so grateful, so incredibly grateful.
>Grateful that she was alive, grateful that she came bounding across the field to meet him.
>That she was still strong and beautiful, that her wings were still warm around him and her lips soft against his.
>"Luna, my Luna..." He shivers against her chest. "I've been so frightened..."
"Shhh. Shh, it's alright." 
>She strokes his hair until his trembling starts to fade, then cups his chin and raises his face to look into her eye's.
"You never need to worry about me. Don't you understand? Nopony can hurt me. Nopony will ever hurt either of us."
>"It wasn't that, my love,it was--oh, Luna, she said such terrible things about you!
>She smiles down at him.
"About me? Who would want to say bad things about me? she chuckles. "Who would dare?"
>"Celestia." He smears tears from his cheeks.
>"She said--She told me you tuned to the dark side, that you murdered unicorns...even foals...."
>Just having gotten the words out made him feel better.
>Now all he had to do was rest in her wings, be told everything was alright, that she would never do anything like that. 
>He glances up at her, a half smile on his face.
>But instead of light and love in her eye's he saw only draconic slits, glowing red with fire.
>She didn't deny it, didn't reassure him, didn't even act shocked...
"Celestia told you?"
>Her voice had dropped and octave, and had gone colder than the chills that were spreading from the base of his spine.
>"Y-yes, she said she was looking for you..."
"Did you lead her here?"
>"No! Luna! She want's to kill you. I didn't tell her anything--I wouldn't!"
"Too bad"
>"Luna, what--"
"She's a traitor, Anon.She's an enemy of the kingdom. She has to die."
>"Stop it. Stop talking like that...you're frightening me!"
"You"re not the one that needs to be afraid."
>"It's like--it's like--" tears brimmed again in his eye's "I don't even know who you are anymore!"
"I'm the mare who loves you, I'm the mare who would do anything to protect you. Everything I have done, I did for you."
>"Luna.." Horror squeezed His voice down to a whisper: small, young, and fragile."...what have you done?"
>He prayed that she wouldn't answer.
"What I've done is bring peace to Equestria.
>"Equestria is dead. You killed it. You and Discord."
"It needed to die."
>New tears started, but they didn't matter. He'd never have enough tears for this. "Luna, can't we just...go? Please? Lets leave. Together. Today. Now. Before you--before something happens--"
"No. Let Discord become emperor. let him do all the dirty tyranny work and unite Equestria against himself. Then we will strike him down and rule in his place, And be loved by all."
>"Luna, stop..."
"Don't you see? We'll be heroes! The whole of Equestria will love us! We can rule together!"
>"Luna please! Stop--"
>But Luna wasn't listening anymore. She's not even looking at him.
"You."
>"Anon, step away from her." Celestia's voice comes from behind him.
>Anon whirl's around, seeing Celestia standing on the steps.
>"Celestia! No!"
"You. You did bring her here."
>Anon turns back, now Luna is glaring at him. death in her eye's.
>"Luna?"
>"Anon! move away! She's not who you think she is!"
"Discord was right...you can't trust the ones closest to you. Love is weakness. I LOVED YOU TOO MUCH!"
>Anon's vision goes red as he feels his feet leave the ground. His airflow is cut off as he claws at his throat but theirs nothing there.
>Luna lifts him into the air, choking the life from his body.
