>the front door creaked open a quarter after 12, and morning glory slunk inside
>the gentle rustling of the leaves following behind her as she shut the door behind her
>even though this is her own domain, morning tip-hooved carefully through the kitchen out to her reading spot

>and knew exactly what was gonna greet her around the open doorway
>green fn, suffering the deadly symptoms of postprandial somnolence, was fully sprawled out on the ~ottoman~
>empty pot with a spoon on the coffee table
>front hooves tightly tucked around her face, both buried under a hoodie
>chest steadily rising and following with every quiet breath
>hips tilted at an angle so her braced leg could rest
>one black and green striped sock pulled all the way up her back left leg
>the other pulled about a quarter of the way up until the brace was too wide to cover
>the rest haphazardly dangling off the edge of her right hoof
>what really caught mornings eye was her rumpcheeks, being the best sight that greeted her
>her lime green tail fell just off to the left, and opened only the smallest view of what was between green's legs
>morning was absolutely flushed by how good of a mare lie in her care, so peacefully sleeping in her own house
>but thats not all she does

>morning smoothly sauntered over right off of greens shoulder, who hadnt moved an millimeter
>gave one last look over the peace she was gonna interrupt
>took a deep breath
>"ssssssSOOOoooo you enjoy your breakfast?" she swooped her head right up to greens ear and back, a little twitch of them resounding under her hood
>slowly, greens head rose, hints of two lime green eyes peering through her messy bangs

>"looks like you caught another case of 'tummy full, eyes close'"
>morning started to run her hoof down greens head and spine
>greens wings fanned out to full extension as she started to arch her back
>"you swapped out the pillows didnt you?" grumbled out of green's voice box
>morning couldnt resist cracking a cute and mischevious grin
>as if it wasnt obvious by the puddle of drool she left behind
>"maaaybe~ are you gonna stay up late with me tonight?" she asked

>green laboriously rolled around to a side that looked sort of awake
>"howre you feeling green fn? whatve you been up to?" morning asked as she started to push greens bangs out of her eyes
>"im fine, i just caught up with work and everypony back in bigcity. ive got like 18 and a half days of PTO so im good to be here. rest of the ponies got bounced in cue-effs"

>"oh, they lost quarterfinals. they won the game i got wrecked in sothats...

>green gave a laid back smile under her chill, half closed eyes that were now uncovered behind her bangs

>morning had long finished clearing greens face and was absentmindedly stroking greens mane behind her ears
>"mare. she was like, fanfillying me so hard" green said crassly,

>green did a cute eye flick up and to the left
>also kind of wishing morning didnt mush her up within 5 seconds of meeting a new mare
>"she was like 'oH mY tIa, Do YoU pLaY oN tEeVeE?'" green overdramatically imponynated and laughed to herself
>"well its not often we get new ponies coming and staying for a while, especially like you"
>confirming greens suspicion that the whole town had her scoped out since she started dropping by on a moon-ly basis
>nopony had even seen her hoop for more than 30 minutes

>morning stood back up, head rising above green's eye level
>"so. wednesday were having a little bow-wow in the town square. you wanna go?"

>"ok! weeeeell... ill see you tonight..."
>morning gracefully pulled away, turned around and started to saunter out

>morning about faced and excitedly strode back over, eyes locked onto greens wide pupils
>and with two flaps of her wings, dove straight on top of her marefriend who welcomed morning with open arms
>the white mare gleefully squeezing the black mare's face together, covering every single square inch with a kiss
>greens laughing smile beaming underneath all of them
>and once each cheek was covered with a hearty amount of smooches, morning pulled their heads apart for a split second
>then finished with one long, humming kiss on the lips, making a point to stay locked together for 5 blissful seconds
>"MmmmmmmmWA!" morning pulled back and locked eyes with green again
>"bye greenie~" she breathily whispered
>"bye glory~" green answered
>morning swiftly pushed greens hood back and gave her a quick peck on the forehead
>and as quickly as she came, morning was back out the door
