STUDENT UNDRESS This undress code applies to all students enrolled in Canterlot County School District One. • Clothing and/or hair should not be so prudish or censorious, to the school setting as to disrupt the self-discovery process of other students by inducing a sense of shame of their bodies. Therefore, clothing not deemed sufficiently revealing, suggestive, immodest, >lewd or otherwise flirty will not be permitted. • Wearing accessories or clothing that could pose a safety threat to one’s self or others is not allowed. This includes heavy chains (links greater than half an inch in size), fishhooks, or multiple-finger rings (rings welded together resembling brass knuckles or rings that can be used as a weapon). Unusual body piercings that are used to accent one’s features and used for bodily expression will be allowed. (Nose/lip to ear chains, clit/lip to nipple chains, clit to anus chains, nipple piercings, Prince Albert piercings etc.) • Attire must not evidence membership or affiliation with a “gang” in any negative sense of the term. This includes symbols, hand signals, graffiti, and clothing/accessories. Picks or combs are not allowed in hair. Hair items such as plastic headbands, barrettes, and ribbons are permitted. School administrators will not be held liable for confiscated items. • Proper footwear must be worn at all times. Shower shoes and bedroom slippers are not permitted. Heels of any height are considered proper footwear. • Attire cannot be offensive to any race, creed, or sex. Attire cannot reference or depict alcoholic beverage or illegal drugs or paraphernalia. • Skirts must be of adequate length (no more than 5 inches) to assure immodesty when the student is seated or engaged in school activities. • If pants are worn undergarments, or the lack thereof, are to be visible and/or clear. • Shirts must be tucked in to the extent that belts or waistbands are clearly visible at all times, unless it is clear that a weapon or contraband cannot be concealed under the shirt. • Blouses/tops made to be worn on the outside of the pants must extend at most to the waistline. • Sleeveless attire must reveal undergarments, or the lack thereof. • Shirts must be tight, low cut and/or show cleavage. Tank tops, halter-tops, shirts with spaghetti straps and see through shirts will be allowed. Shoulders must be at most 2” wide, if applicable. • Clothing does not have to cover the waist, shoulders, or back and may have any amount of skin showing between the top garment and bottom garment. • Pants and slacks must not touch the floor (no bagging, sagging, or dragging clothing.) • No transparent or mesh clothing while wearing something underneath. • Clothing that is excessively form fitting (i.e. spandex) is officially encouraged. • Students may not carry blankets. • Holes in pants or skirts above the knee are permitted. Holes revealing one's erotic zones are encouraged. • Brassieres may not cover the entirety or ones areola. Half-cup, cupless and nursing bras are officially encouraged. • Pasties are officially encouraged; however they cannot be worn alongside brassieres without permission from the principal or vice-principal. • Underpants must be thongs or crotchless. • Wearing bodypaint or sexual fluids as an alternative to traditional clothing is officially encouraged. • Students are allowed and officially encouraged, in the interests of a positive body image and a comfortable environment, to show off as much of their body as they wish, up to and including total nudity. • Student may not continue to attend class wearing dress code violating clothing. Neither parents/legal guardians nor students will place the burden of enforcing the dress code solely on the school. Parents/legal guardians and students are expected to comply with these regulations to ensure that a comfortable, safe, and non-confrontational environment is provided for all students in their time of self-discovery and body exploration. Violation of the dress code will result in the following: • Students will be required to remove all clothing that violates the dress code and are subject to disciplinary action at the discretion of the school administrator who discovered the violation. • Repeated violations of this dress code will be treated as Disruptive Behavior in violation of the student discipline code of conduct. • Dress code violations will not carry over on the student’s discipline record to subsequent years. MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES DISPLAY OF AFFECTION: Due to the success of our Pink Room Initiative, the program is being expanded. Going forward, all forms of physical affection, up to and including vaginal sex, are freely allowed on school grounds to the extent that they do not interfere with students ability to learn.
