-Added NoMoreRecipeConflicts
>Adds functionality to select which item to craft amongst recipes that share the same materials
-Added CustomNPCs
>Adds MARES
>CustomNPCs adds the ability to create NPCs similar to RPG NPCs in other games. They can be given custom dialogue lines and a heap of other shit I haven't actually looked at
>Due to the fact that trading is not configurable and can potentially lead to situations where players create an NPC that can trade 1 dirt for a stack of nether stars and other similarly busted transactions CustomNPCs will only be creatable by OPPED players (me n host)
-Added Lunatrius Core 
>CustomNPCs dependency

[Config Changes]
-Disabled 3D armor for Botania 
>Not compatible with MineLP models
-Disabled CustomNPCs extra items
-Disabled CustomNPCs guns
-Disabled FTBUtils commands
>These include the /spawn, /sethome, /home, /back, and other similar commands
-Disabled Thaumic Tinkerer Imbued Fire
>Server griefing hell

-Reduced the number of FTBUtils claimable chunks to 10
>Was initially set to 100, which could potentially lead to situations where people claimed like the entire fucking map
>Value can be modified if mass requested
>Existing claims even if over the 10 chunk limit are unaffected. Can't really do anything about it besides removing and re-adding the mod, which seems like a lot. Let's just hope nobody stealthily claimed the entire map while I wasn't looking. 

[Recipe Changes]
-Removed recipe for CustomNPCs NPC Wand for obvious reasons
-Removed recipe for CustomNPCs Carpentry Bench
>Has 0 functionality as far as I can tell. Interestingly enough, the item is actually named "customnpcs:npcCarpentyBench". Funny.

-Fixed broken recipe for MFR Chunk Loader using EnderIO materials
>The original recipe called for a deprecated version of the EnderIO Basic Capacitor Bank and was uncraftable
>Removed recipe for MFR Chunk Loader and added new recipes fixing the faulty block reference
