[Config Changes]
-Disabled enchant IDs for CustomNPCs
>No idea why it reserves enchant ID slots, but it was fucking with something else apparently
-Disabled Infinity Boosters for Wireless Crafting Terminal
>Feels pretty overpowered, but can be re-enabled if mass-requested (I don't use AE2 so I don't care either way)

-Enabled Railcraft Personal Anchor crafting

-Added RFTools Unknown Dimlets to Quest Book Exchange tab
>For some reason, RFTools dimlets still spawn as dungeon loot despite being disabled in RFTools config
>Felt kind of lazy to just have them be useless, so now you can exchange them for Thaumbag loot (woo)
-Added Extra Bees Water Hive to Quest Book Exchange tab
>Using the IC2 powered scoop on Extra Bees hives turns them into Water Hives regardless of which type they are
>No idea why this is happening, but until an actual solution can be devised they can now just be exchange in the Quest Book for the desired type of hive
