-Nerfed SimplyJetpacks sprint speeds larger than 1.3 
>Another oversight on my part for leaving these. I was not able to test everything (especially the things I didn't know about) and I did not intend for the server to go live with any means of flying about faster than Railcraft rails could travel at their theoretical max. 
>To help compensate, all the nerfed jetpacks were given increased vertical travel speed

-Nerfed Draconic Evolution global speed from 10 to 1.0 (the recommended amount for server play)
>Yet another oversight. I understand nerfing things into server lifetime can be pretty annoying for most people, especially if they've already taken advantage of whatever has been nerfed and they have grown accustomed to it already
>That being said, at least in the case of movement speed the case can be made for overwhelming the server by moving too fast, which is a very real possibility (especially when loading new chunks)
