  10. >This heat is killing you

  12. >When you feel like being overwhelmed by the heat, you retreat to the shades under the canopy of the apple trees, sitting on the grass
  13. >Resting from the scorching summer sun
  14. >Drinking water and eating some chilis to make you cool off more, so you would get back at picking apples sooner
  15. >You notice a green mare in a cowfilly hat, walking towards you

  17. >She walks into the shade under the tree you're currently under
  18. >"Howdy, Anon!" she greets you
  19. >You don't remember all the names of the Apples at the reunion
  20. >You recall her being with the other mare, the yellow one with green mane
  21. >Her name was Apple Fritter, that's something you somehow remember
  22. >That encounter lasted for less than five seconds
  23. >And she also introduced this particular mare to you

  45. >You can't really refuse that offer, as much as you would take pride in doing all of your work alone

  60. >A new wave of blushing overtakes your cheeks, causing the green mare to giggle

  62. >You're soon done with the candy apple
  63. "Can I have the caramel one?"
  64. >Candy offers you the apple glazed in light brown coating
  65. >It's really good as well
  66. >You take a glass of water after you're done
  67. >Afterwards, you've gathered together with the Apples for the group photo
  68. >Candy decided to stand next to you
  69. >The evening went with all the Apple family members participating in various activities
  70. >Not necessary apple or farming related, the old mares were quilting, for instance
  71. >Having a decent dinner of all the apple pastries, you went to look at the sunset
  72. >Basking in the summer day's last sunrays, as Celestia moved her Sun, giving way to her sister's night
  73. >The afternoon's heat gave way to the evening's pleasant warmth
  74. >You sit on the tree trunk, watching the sun move under the horizon
  75. >Eventually, Candy comes here too
  76. >She doesn't have her cowfilly hat anymore
  77. >She sits on the trunk, beside of you
  78. >You can notice that she's kinda nervous, shifting her eyes from your gaze, avoiding the eye contact
  79. >You try to focus on the sunset
  80. >But you keep thinking about the cute pony sitting just next to you
  81. >And you keep sniffing her pleasant smell, too
  82. >You wonder how does it feel to hug her
  83. >To cuddle with her
  84. >That seafoam green coat looks really alluring

  86. >Her call immediately makes you face her
  87. >She looks in your eyes again, clearly having gained courage to do so

  90. >Her snowpity is really bright, you can see through her big beautiful orange eyes

  92. >She blushes hard, but she's still courageous enough to not to hide her face behind her hooves
  93. >To be fair, you did think of that she thinks of you more than a friend
  94. >It would be a lie to tell anyone that you don't think Candy Apples is an absolute cutie pie, either

  96. "Candy... that's so nice. I love you too."
  97. >Her expresssion brightens up immediately
  98. >Her gorgeous eyes shimmer, as the mare processes what you just said to her
  99. "I just want you to know that you had my eye since you came to me in the orchard today. I want you to know that you are really beautiful."
