  1.
  2. >be Applejack
  3. >wake up in a musty barn in the middle of the night, can't tell who's or where.
  4. >rump is stinging like it's been burned
  5. >try to move... can't
  6. >hear hoof-steps after a few minutes, from outside
  7. >coming around the barn to the front door
  8. >The door slowly splits open and latern-light creeps across the dirty hay-covered floor...
  9.
  10. >It's Anon...
  11. >Oh yeah, you sold yourself to Anon to pay for Applebloom's education
  12. >It was just supposed ta be fetish-play...
  13. >He seemed like a nice guy...
  14. >Well, he's not...
  15.
  16. "Hey Jack, hope you slept well. Time for work."
  17.
  18. >A couple'a Earth Stallions walk in beside him
  19. >your body quivers in the cold night, flush with anxiety
  20.
  21. "Don't ya dare come near me, or i'll buck you through the walls."
  22.
  23. >but of course, you can't
  24. >your back-hooves are bound and chained to bolts in the floor
  25. >pull, push and fuss as you might, they don't budge.
  26. >the still-fresh brand on your rear starts to throb with pain as your heart beats faster
  27.
  28. "You agreed, right? It's all good. And I found a couple guys who would love to fulfill your 'fantasy' tonight."
  29.
  30.
  31. >Anon comes up behind you and squeezes your ass, lifting your tail up
  32. "See guys? She's the real deal, Applejack from Ponyville. Since you've been so generous, you can have her until sunrise. I can drug her up a bit if you don't want to deal with her bitching."
  33. >The 'alpha' of the two stallions shook his head
  34. "Naw... Where's the fun in that?"
  35. >Anon nods and then hikes your tail up hard, tying it up with twine so it's 'out of the way'
  36. "Okay, just close the doors when you're done."
  37.
  38.
  39. >The first one wastes no time as soon as Anon leaves...
  40. >He bites at your marehood painfully, and you shriek
  41. >Tensing your muscles instinctively, trying to buck him...
  42. >Your hooves just hopelessly rattle and strain against the bolts.
  43. "Fuck off'uv me, ya pig!"
  44. >He just laughs, hot breath against your nethers, continuing to bite and lick at you
  45. >The second one reclines back on some hay barrels.
  46. "Who's a pig? You sold yourself to be bred, you dumb whore."
  47. >You kick again, mad as hell. The bolts don't budge.
  48. "That ain't it... No! I don't want this!"
  49. "You will..."
  50. >You violently try pushing back with your body since you can't buck...
  51. >You just end up getting your flank slapped by the first stallion's big-ass hoof
  52. >The pain jolts through your body and leaves you groaning through your teeth
  53. "Oh, she spits some acid... but look how eager she is!"
  54. >The alpha gets enough of your musky cunt, rearing up and stomping a hoof behind you
  55. "I like this one... Loud and full'a herself. Let's break her."
  56. >Suddenly there's a tremendous weight upon your back as the stallion leaps up, mounting you
  57. "FUCK OFF'UV ME!"
  58. >You feel that horrible 'thing' rubbing against your butt, looking for your hole made slick by his saliva
  59. "ARGHH!"
  60. >He bites your neck and you yelp in pain
  61. >This cna't be happening... this can't be... It's gonna happen.
  62. >You twist and writhe, trying to fight any way you can, but he holds your body up with his powerful forelegs, biting at your mane and pulling your head up
  63.
  64.
  65. >His flared cock-head just barely missed the mark a few times
  66. >It won't be much longer...
  67. >You headbutt him
  68. "GIT OFFA ME... PLEASE!"
  69. >He grunts and just headbutts you back
  70. >You see stars... going limp.
  71. >Without your fighting, he gets a perfect thrust and splits you open.
  72. >This is how you lose it...
  73. >Do you even keep fighting now?
  74. >Your head stops spinning, and you try to scream
  75. >All that comes out is delirious, pained sobbing
  76. >He's fucking you down to the hilt... his powerful muscled hips slamming against you and rocking you back and forth
  77. >Any time you try to stiffen up and fight back, he bites down on your neck again, subduing you
  78. >Or he bites your ear and grunts
  79. >'Bitch', 'Whore', 'Give up already?'
  80. "I ain't... fuck... fuck off... Oww..."
  81. >Your marehood starts to spasm and contract around him instinctually.
  82. >You're getting hot and wet
  83. >This isn't what you want at all...
  84. >He feels it, and starts fucking you harder somehow, groaning with beastly pleasure
  85. >You just think of Applebloom, and start trying to justify all of this...
  86. >'I'll put up with it... i'll get through it... at least it's worth somethin'
  87. >But he ain't stoppin', he's taking his sweet time with you.
  88. >every moment that passes, those invasive feelings of sick pleasure and submission bang against your mind
  89. >You could hit him again...
  90. >Maybe he'll knock you out this time?
  91. "Fuckin' come already... you sick bastard."
  92. "I would've... but you're a weaker bitch than I thought. So I'm gonna get my moneys worth. My friend prefers'em broken, though. He'll really enjoy you~"
  93. >You open your mouth, but nothing comes out...
  94. >Except a squeal. You squeal like you're in heat.
  95. >Where'd it come from? Can't help it... what's happening?
  96. >Hearing him talk like that... makes you sick, makes you numb... makes you excited.
  97. >You can't argue with a huge dick up your cunt. with your ass branded by Anon
  98. >You're a worthless whore now
  99. >Get them off as fast as possible. Be good and they won't hurt you
  100. >Lie to yourself.
  101.
  102.
  103. "Come in me... breed me. C'mon, asshole. I'm yer mare."
  104. >Your body is shaking, from the nerves and the pleasure
  105. >You gave up, just letting your instincts take control
  106. >Your hole milking his cock like it was made for him
  107. >His friend is still sitting there, watching intently and jerking himself off
  108. "Like it, partner? I- I can't wait for your cock, next..."
  109. >He twitches, precum already dripping down his length
  110. >What are you even saying? Applejack... snap out of it.
  111. >No... they're right. You sold yourself.
  112. >Maybe you're a dumb-bitch after all.
  113. >But you're product.
  114. >Do your work and do it right...
  115. >The alpha pins you to the ground and groans loudly in your ear, shoving himself deep into you, and you can feel him start to throb and spasm...
  116. >He's coming...
  117. >After about a minute, with him laying on top of you panting, you can feel it dripping down your cunt-lips and thighs.
  118. >He pulls out and sighs, moving around to your front, wiping himself off on your face.
  119. "You're disgustin'. Broke so easily."
  120. >Bite him... bite him...
  121. >Of course you won't. What would Anon do to you?
  122. >You make sure to wipe him clean, getting cum all over your face
  123. >You take deep breathes of his musk... convincing yourself the nausea isn't there
  124. >His pal is already up on his hooves, stomping behind you.
  125. >You look up at the alpha with your cum-stained face
  126. "Disgustin' bitch..."
  127. "I- I'm sorry...
  128. >The air in the barn is now thick with pheromones and the smell of sex, finally pulling you into a careless stupor
  129. >His friend mounts you and has no trouble slipping into your greased hole
  130. >All you can do is moan and pant, breathing more of it in...
  131. >He bites your neck, you don't resist the dominate gesture
  132. >In fact, you give into it with a sudden orgasm
  133. >Your hips push back against his, twitching and convulsing
  134. "Ahh... fuck yeah... Dirty me up... Fuck me! It's all I'm good for..."
  135. >It isn't long before he's spurting, too.
  136. >You're so full of cum that it just pours out of you now
  137.
  138.
  139. >The hours pass, stallion #2 stays with you
  140. >Fucks you a few more times, plasters your face once
  141. >Eventually he gets tired and leaves
  142. >Gosh darn it... what have you gotten yourself into?
  143.
  144. >You fall asleep at some point...
  145. >And wake up
  146.
  147. "Good morning, Jack."
  148. >The cruel sunlight pours into the barn as the doors open
  149. >You shut your eyes tighter
  150. >Anon's foot-steps get closer
  151. >Your body is sore... you can't move much
  152. >Anon grabs your mane and lifts your head up
  153. >A thick leather collar is wrapped around your neck, and buckled tight.
  154. >Anon's iron insignia-piece is latched on the front.
  155. >He frees your hooves from the bolts, but a leash is latched onto your collar instead.
  156. "Whew, you smell awful... maybe I'll hose you down later."
  157. " ... Fuck you."
  158. >He pinches you on your still-raw brand, also of his insignia, and your body jolts in pain
  159. "Ow!"
  160. "Okay... I WILL hose you, then. And I'll make it cold."
  161. >The warmth of the sun fills you with just a slight bit of vigor
  162. >You struggle to get up onto your hooves... shaking
  163. "What the hay more do ya want from me? I did yer business. Gimme my bits and let me outta here."
  164. >Anon just looks at you confused, then smiles awkwardly
  165. "Uhh, Jack? Applebloom's classes were... 500 bits? We only got 20 from those guys.
  166. >You stare at him and feel your blood start to boil...
  167. "You said-"
  168. >SMACK
  169. >Anon's hand whips across your face
  170. >You go from boiling to ice-cold, and fall back down
  171. "I said you WORK for me, and I PAY you. You agreed to all of this, stupid farm-bitch!"
  172. "I-"
  173. >Don't, Applejack... be quiet.
  174. "Not that it matters what you agreed to anymore. You wear my collar, your ass has my mark on it. Those guys said you quite enjoyed yourself last night, so what's the fucking problem?"
  175. >This collar is tight... it's uncomfortable.
  176. >Just sit still.
  177. "You may be an element of harmony, but you're pretty stupid without your friends."
  178. >Whatever...
  179.
  180.
  181. >A week rolls by
  182. >You've been leashed by your neck in this barn the whole time
  183. >Anon hoses you off and gives you a tray of food and a bucket of water each morning.
  184. >Then a guy or two comes in each day...
  185. >And fucks you.
  186. >Every morning he tells you how much you've earned
  187. >With that damned snake's smile
  188. >After a whole week, you haven't even broken 100 bits yet.
  189. "Five? Only five?! Why'd ya lower my- the price? It was ten!"
  190. "And it's 5 now."
  191. >This is as much about the money as it is tormenting you
  192. "They say you just stand there and take it... how am I supposed to sell that? People were expecting something more, but word got around that you're /cheap/. So I have to adjust."
  193. >You could charge him and break that chain...
  194. >But your neck is already sore from trying and failing all week.
  195. >You glare at him... he doesn't care at all.
  196. >He moves over to you and rubs over your flank with his weird monkey hand
  197. >The brand has healed, leaving a deep scar across your three apples
  198. "Tell me, Jack. How do we advertise you? The tough-bitch that will put up a fight? Or the slut that just wants to be bred?"
  199. >You don't answer.
  200. "We can earn more if we target the right audience, but you have to perform."
  201. >Fuck him...
  202. >SMACK
  203. >Your face turns red...
  204. >You scream and headbutt him into the ground
  205. "I'M NOT GONNA-"
  206. >Bad idea. Baaad idea.
  207. >Your body locks up as Anon shocks you with some kind of magic electric rod.
  208. >You hit the ground, and...
  209. "Okay... tonight's special will be 'helpless unconscious mare'."
  210.
  211.
  212. >You wake up
  213. >It's the middle of the night, again
  214. >Your body is sore like never before
  215. >Your ass stings and you can feel that awful goopy feeling of cum dripping from your marehood
  216. >Then, the smell hits you
  217. >And the taste
  218. >Your face is laying in a pool of stallion-jizz... mixed in with dirt and hay
  219. >You open your eyes... Anon is still there, sitting in the lantern-light
  220. >Counting bits
  221. "That was a good night. We made 40! How do you feel?"
  222. "Uhhhnnn..."
  223. >You roll over out of the cum, wiping your face off with your hoof.
  224. "Why Anon..."
  225. >He gets up off of his chair and moves over to you
  226. >Kneeling down, rubbing your belly, fur matted with sweat
  227. >Smiling...
  228. "Huh?"
  229. "Ah coulda done anything... Coulda plowed your fields. Coulda cooked for you. Why's it gotta be like this? Why do you hate me?"
  230. >Anon seems surprised by this
  231. "What? I don't hate you, or I wouldn't have burnt my mark into you. Silly pony."
  232. >He laughs softly
  233. >You remember that laugh
  234. >You liked hearing it once
  235. >Maybe you still do
  236. >At least he's not hitting you
  237. "Please let me do somethin' else... I'll earn my money... but another way. Please..."
  238. >He sighs
  239. "No, Jack. A deal is a deal. And if you quit now, you're gonna let down your customers. In fact, you had a returning customer tonight. He told his friends about hte broken old 'mule' at my farm. They were all very, excited. This is gonna be good for us."
  240. >You're so battered and tired, you can't muster anger or indignity right now
  241. "Anonymous."
  242. >You stare at him pleadingly
  243. "Let me off, and... you won't regret it. I... loved you before all'a this. I could still, love you... I could. I'll send the money back home and stay with ya... I'll do anything but this. I'll make yer home... I'm probably pregnant by now, I'll raise foals for ya... I'll-"
  244. "God, shut the fuck up."
  245. >You flinch in surprise, then quiver in anguish.
  246. >Anon unbuckles his pants and pulls them down...
  247. "How about this? Suck my cock and I'll pay 50 bits outta pocket."
  248.
  249.
  250. >That's it. That does it.
  251. >You break down and just start crying
  252. >But Anon doesn't hit you
  253. >He just sits there... still rubbing your belly
  254. "Crying isn't gonna get Applebloom her money."
  255. >You lived your whole life alone
  256. >You kept everything inside and forged on
  257. >No time for a colt-friend
  258. >You thought Anon could be the one to change that
  259. >Applebloom needs her schooling...
  260. >You wanted so badly to open up and explore yourself with someone special
  261. >You don't love him right now
  262. >You don't hate him
  263. >You don't feel anything
  264. >Just turn over onto your belly
  265. >Shove your snout into his crotch
  266. >Lick him, smell him
  267. >Make him cum, 50 more bits...
  268. >But there's a hitch
  269. "Good mare... Mmmh~"
  270. >Anon starts rubbing your ear, and petting you as you suck him off
  271. >Why do you feel so warm?
  272. >Why is your heart beating faster?
  273. >Fuck this
  274. >If you bite his dick off, will he kill you here and now?
  275. >Anon groans happily. He's fully erect now
  276. >Human cocks aren't very big, but it's still a piece of work for your mouth
  277. >You're doing the best you can
  278. >Not even really thinking about it
  279. >You're so used to just going on auto-pilot
  280. >But this feels slightly different
  281. >You flick your ear as he continues to rub it.
  282. "Nnnf, Applejack..."
  283. >He hasn't called you 'Applejack' since this all started
  284. >He comes...
  285. >It tastes so good, and you feel so... good?
  286. >Salty... tastes so much better than a stallion's seed.
  287. >You swallow and look up at him
  288. >But he pulls out of your mouth and wipes himself off on your muzzle
  289. >Fur already matted by someone else's cum
  290. >You don't even care. Who are you anymore?
  291. "It gets boring just jerking off, you know?"
  292. "Jack is fine..."
  293. >Anon looks at you, confused."
  294. "Don't, call me 'Applejack'. Jack is fine."
  295. >The shame. Maybe it's the shame that's stopping you from giving in?
  296. >You're a disgrace to the Apple clan
  297. >Anon twists your ear painfully
  298. >You just wince... too tired to shout
  299. "I'll call you whatever I want, 'Applejack'. And by the way, starting calling me 'Master' from now on."
  300.
  301.
  302. >Call him Master? No...
  303.
  304. >The morning came sleeplessly
  305. >Anon returned, yawning as he opened the barn doors, carrying your food and water as usual
  306. >And a hose...
  307. "No, no, not cold, not again..."
  308. >Pointing the nozzle at you, he pauses
  309. "Alright, then. Ask me nicely."
  310. >You don't get up. You can't.
  311. >You just look up at him exhausted
  312. "Please don't use the cold water, Anon."
  313. >He looks at you for a moment with mild anger
  314. >Then comes the dreaded 'squeak' of the nozzle
  315. >And you're soaking wet, freezing cold
  316. >Anon stomps towards you and tugs harshly on your chain, getting you up to your hooves
  317. >He sprays you again, then gets out a rag and whips your ass as hard as he can before starting to dry you off
  318. "I told you to call me Master."
  319. "I ain't gon-"
  320. >SMACK
  321. >He smacks you so hard that water-droplets fly off the other side of your face
  322. "You will, Applejack."
  323. >You fall back down into the hay, shivering...
  324. "Say it now. Beg me to heat your bath-water from now on"
  325. "M-mmh..."
  326. >You make some kind of mumbled noise, knowing that silence will just get you hit again.
  327. >You don't want to.
  328. >He's going to call you Applejack now, because he knows it bothers you.
  329. >Why'd you say that? You really are dumb, aren't ya?
  330. "Master..."
  331. >You just manage to choke it out.
  332. "Yes?"
  333. "Master... please don't spray me with cold water anymore."
  334. >He kneels down by your side and starts drying you off again
  335. >No response.
  336. >He's letting it sink in... that's gotta be it.
  337. >This is all a game to him
  338. >Breakin' you apart piece by piece, playin' with every bit
  339. >Why do you keep holding onto that pride, Jack?
  340. >This is all your fault, anyway.
  341. >The sooner you give in, the easier it will be.
  342. >Listen to Master and stop getting hurt...
  343.
  344.
  345. >be Jack
  346. >you're a 5-bit whore at Anon's farm
  347. >you mean... Master's farm
  348. >you've given up on everything
  349. >at least until you've got the money to take home
  350. >you'll just pick up the pieces later... that's all
  351. >the barn door opens as it does every morning
  352. >a brief respite of fresh air and sunlight
  353. >Anon is carrying your bucket of food
  354. >and another one as well, steam coming off the top
  355. "Good mornin', Applejack~"
  356. >he won't stop calling you that... the asshole
  357. >but you stay quiet and watch him with calm obedience as he whistles his way over to you
  358. >he sets the other bucket down with a 'slosh'
  359. "I've got a surprise for you."
  360. >Master gives you a brief smile...
  361. >Suddenly, the bucket rattles
  362. >There's only time to shut your eyes
  363. >A wave of hot water pours over you, from your head, down your back
  364. >Not scalding hot
  365. >But it melts away the chill right down to your bones
  366. >You're right and truly confused...
  367. "Didn't think you'd get a hot bath? I told you, call me Master. A deal is a deal... right Applejack?
  368. >You don't open your eyes
  369. >All you can think about right now is how damn pleasing that water is...
  370. >Your body starts to steam off, as Master gets the towel to start drying you off
  371. "But that's not the surprise. You've made 250 bits. You're halfway there, and you've been acting up less, so... I'm going to give you-"
  372. >He cuts short, the towel stops.
  373. >'Oh gosh, what did I do now?'
  374. "Applejack, what happened to your eye?"
  375. >Your eye? Oh yeah. You wince a little as he mentions it, feeling the pain again.
  376. "Oh uhh... One'a the fellas got a little rowdy last night. Think he was a bit drunk... he just socked me one, soon as he got in."
  377. >Everything is quiet for an uncomfortable amount of time
  378. >Master just stares at your black-eye, with a glare that could cut iron
  379. "The drunk? The light-coat with brown hair?
  380. >Usually, Master is good at composing himself and hiding his emotions
  381. >But right now...
  382. >He's cold as death, his fist clenched around the towel
  383.
  384. >He passes a hand over the damp fur of your legs
  385. >splitting the fur, noticing the bruises from when they'd tied you up with your own leash, too
  386. >Master just kneels there and thinks quietly to himself for a moment
  387. >then grabs your leash... taking you off the bolt
  388. >What is he doing?
  389. >You haven't been free for weeks...
  390. >You could run...
  391. >You'll earn money some other way...
  392. >but Master's stern voice jerks your mind back
  393. "Come with me. Today is your day off, because... you've been a good mare."
  394.
  395.
  396. >That's the last thing Master said before bringing you to his small cottage across the fields
  397. >He then disappeared down the road, promising he'd be back tonight.
  398. >The fence-gates were closed and signs were put up to keep would-be patrons away
  399. >of course... a gate wouldn't stop you.
  400. >You could be gone, too. All of this would be over...
  401. >No Jack. How are you going to explain the brand?
  402. >How could you betray him now?
  403. >The hot bath... the day off. Freedom.
  404. >'You've been a good mare.'
  405. >Naw... he hit you, too, Applejack.
  406. >He's a scum-bag... you were all wrong about him.
  407. >But Jack, he only hit you because you misbehaved
  408. >You slam your hoof into a stone on the ground, shattering it completely
  409. "Damn it all! What's gotten into me? Why did I ever go along with this?"
  410. >You're lost in an angry, confused daze
  411. >Then you notice a note that's been nailed to the door of Master's cottage
  412.
  413.
  414. "Applejack,
  415. 250 bits are in a bag on the kitchen table. There's food, eat it. Take a real bath, with soap. Nap on the couch if you want. Run if you want. I won't come after you.
  416. But remember what you said. You'd do anything. Well I'm willing to renegotiate some of our terms. You're a mare of your word, aren't you?
  417. Start by making me dinner when I get home from the market.
  418. -Anon"
  419.
  420. >It must have been written earlier.
  421. >Somethin' tells you, he's not headed for the market right now.
  422.
  423.
  424. >He's right.
  425. >Maybe you were wrong about him.
  426. >But an honest mare lives with the consequences of her actions.
  427. >You opened your heart, it clouded your judgement.
  428. >A girl like you can't be doin' that... but you did.
  429. >So you'll give up your pride for now, hang up the ol' hat
  430. >Because the real shame would be not owning your mistakes.
  431. >Cheating this deal.
  432. >And besides, Anon- er, Master, isn't so cruel...
  433. >He'll renegotiate...
  434. >You resign yourself and open the cottage door.
  435. >It's so warm...
  436. >Master already has the fireplace goin'
  437. >Half a pot of coffee is at the counter, the air has a pleasant shade of it
  438. >He must've drank some, but it's still piping hot on the burner.
  439. >The money... is on the table, just like he said.
  440. >Your thoughts immediately go to Apple Bloom
  441. >Her smiling face fills you with even more warmth... and a tinge of that shame
  442. >Your hat and hair-ties are sitting on the couch
  443. >But you don't really feel like fussing with it
  444. >Your mane and tail being loose helps you feel... different
  445. >It flows and cascades across your body, gets in your face sometimes
  446. >You feel more feminine, more like a mare... a good mare.
  447. >You bite your lip, and try to fight that thought back.
  448. >Then you have to fight the urge to fight it.
  449. "I am... I am a good mare. Master. I'm a good mare, ain't I?"
  450. >You speak out-loud, alone in the privacy of this cozy little place.
  451. >Just practicing...
  452. "Master. Master. Master~"
  453. >Each time sayin' it, working on making it sound sultry, seductive, submissive
  454. "Ah made dinner for you, Master."
  455. >It might have made you feel sick a few days ago
  456. >But today, here and now, in this place that feels so strangely like a home
  457. >It just makes you feel so warm.
  458.
  459.
  460. >It's getting late, and the sun has already set
  461. >Loneliness is starting to creep in
  462. >And worry
  463. >Today, you took a bath, finally feeling clean for once
  464. >You ate here and there, but couldn't stomach much due to nerves as the hours passed quietly
  465. >You started cleaning and doing whatever you could around the house
  466. >Granny Smith as old as she was, you were plenty used to making a home
  467. >You put a lantern out by the front door as the sun set, taking one last look up and down the road
  468. >Finally, all that's left to do is sit down on the couch and watch the fire as it slowly burns away
  469. "Where is he..?"
  470. >Your eye smarted a bit, as you remembered the look on his face this morning
  471. "Why's it matter that they bruised me up?"
  472. >He's always so calm and collected, but somethin' slipped this morning
  473. >You could imagine what might he be doin', and none of it pretty
  474. >You never cared none for that revenge stuff
  475. >All you care about right now is...
  476. >Your ears perk
  477. >Was that a crackle of the fire, or a twig breaking outside?
  478. >You jump off the couch and bolt to the window, opening it and sticking your head out
  479. >There's definitely somethin' out there
  480. >A squeaky, metal sound, like an ol' wheel-barrow
  481. >And footsteps, human ones
  482. >The gate opens, and in the fading light of dusk you catch a glimpse
  483. >It looks like Master, making his way to the barn
  484. >Your heart is beatin' faster...
  485. >You think you'd better stay inside
  486.
  487.
  488. >After all this time, it's hard just to endure each second
  489. >Sitting on the couch, waiting...
  490. >Eventually the tension is broken, hearing the barn doors slam shut
  491. >And Master's distinct foot-steps are coming around to the front-door
  492. >But something sounds off...
  493. >He takes the lantern off the hook, and opens the door, coming inside
  494. >You open your mouth to greet him, but stop at the sight
  495. >His clothes are dirty, his shirt is damp, a hole is torn in the knee of his blue-jeans
  496. >a stained rag is tied tight around his forearm
  497. >You can smell blood and booze
  498. >His face is... just expressionless
  499. >But you can tell from the way he paused as he spotted you
  500. >He's surprised...
  501. >Surprised you're still here, maybe?
  502. >He blinks and looks around his home, slowly taking off his boots
  503. "Hey Jack."
  504. >There's a limp in his walk as he moves towards the couch
  505. >You were sure you heard it
  506. "Master... what-"
  507. "Get me a drink. And stoke the fire."
  508. >The commanding tone in his voice pulls on you like puppet-strings
  509. >But you can hear somethin' hurting, too
  510. >You swallow, and leap to your hooves
  511. "Yes'sir."
  512. >A bottle of spiced apple cider, barely drunk from yet
  513. >You carefully pour some, and set it to warm on the stove
  514. >Moving over to the fireplace, setting fresh logs while you wait
  515. >Master falls back onto the couch, slowly taking off all of his clothes, throwing them on the ground
  516. >You catch a gasp in your throat, seeing his knee, bruised and swollen...
  517. "What in the name of goodness happened, Master?"
  518. >He looks at you, finally naked, sat still but for the slow rhythm of his breathing
  519. >A smile, the charming practiced one, but cracked enough to see through now
  520. "I'm fine. Get me my drink."
  521. "Yes'sir..."
  522. >You hurry back to the stove, and do what you're told
  523. >Doesn't look fine at all, but at least he's home and safe
  524. >You sneak a swig of cider from the bottle for yourself, then carry his cup to him
  525. >He groans with comfort as he downs it all...
  526. >Guess you'd better just bring over the whole bottle.
  527.
  528.
  529. >You sit next to him on the couch
  530. >Layin' your chin on his thigh, just above his hurt knee.
  531. >Long minutes pass in quiet relief, with only the roar of the fire to hear, and the occasional sloshing of booze as Master takes his drink
  532. >You know things aren't alright, but you're comfortable none the less
  533. "Jack..."
  534. >Your ears perk, and you look up at him
  535. "Yes'sir?"
  536. "Why're you still here?"
  537. >You can't answer right away
  538. >It's a question you were expecting at some point
  539. >Just maybe not right now
  540. "I'm a mare of my word."
  541. >He shakes his head slowly
  542. >You blush just a bit, his hand grabbing your chin and tilting your head
  543. >He stares at your bruised eye for a moment, then let's you go with a deep breath
  544. >The last of the cider rolls out of the bottle into his mouth
  545. >A little bit dribbles down his body
  546. >For some reason... you decide to lick it up
  547. >He responds with a shiver, a soft groan
  548. "Master... I'm gonna take care'a you. That's why I'm still here. I'm gonna earn my money doin' the best I can for ya."
  549. >His hand creeps over your neck, scritching under your collar, then moves to caress your loose, freshened mane
  550. "Good, good... Then suck my cock."
  551. >He didn't have to ask you twice
  552. >The sweaty, musky smells were teasing your nose all this time, so close
  553. >And the taste of his seed... you haven't forgotten
  554. >It's salty and delicious, nothing like a pony's
  555. >It's like a treat...
  556. "Yes'sir~"
  557. >You dip your snout between his thighs and set to work
  558. >Licking him all over, taking deep breaths as he grows
  559. >He's just the perfect size for your mouth
  560. >Big enough to touch the back of your mouth
  561. >Just enough room left for your long, rough pony tongue to pleasure him in each and every way
  562. >His deep, tired groans and growls...
  563. >Each one, so rewarding.
  564.
  565.
  566. >You wake up
  567. >Morning has come again...
  568. >You're woken by the feeling of Master latching your leash back to your collar
  569. >Still laying on the couch, the faint taste of his cum still on your tongue
  570. >You shriek and your body jolts as he suddenly smacks your ass
  571. "Wha- What?! I'm up..."
  572. "Good morning, Jack. We've got work this morning."
  573. "We..? Master..."
  574. >You yawn and rub your eyes
  575. "Your knee. I cleaned up your arm and got you bandaged up nice after you passed out. But your knee, you gotta care for it."
  576. >You smile at him, but it falls off your face, he looks deadly serious
  577. "I told you, I'm fine. Don't get stubborn now."
  578. "I'm not, I'm sorry Sir..."
  579. >It hurts you to watch him limping around the room.
  580. >He grabs the empty cider bottle off the end-table, and tugs on your leash
  581. "Come, my slave."
  582. "Yes'sir."
  583. >You can't help but follow
  584. >And some small part of you even feels good to be pulled around like this by him
  585. >But that fiery look in his eyes, and his tense posture
  586. >Whatever wasn't right last night...
  587. >You get a sense that it's about to come to a head now
  588. "Don't worry, Jack. You'll make me breakfast and set my bath after we're done. It'll be back to normal."
  589. >He looks back at you with a pleasant smile now, smooth as porcelain
  590. >That's the Anon you've come to know... a snake
  591. >But despite everything, he took a moment to reassure you
  592. >A snake better than most, anyway
  593. >You nod to him as he leads you outside, trying to hide his limp
  594.
  595. >The barn doors creak open
  596. >It sends your mind on a twist, seeing things from this perspective
  597. >You're just glad you're not still tied up in there.
  598. >But you're not at all comforted by what you find there in your place.
  599. >A dirty looking stallion stands frozen in the middle of the barn
  600. >His hooves chained and bolted to the floor
  601. >It's... the guy who gave ya that black-eye.
  602. >The morning-light next falls on that wheel-barrow off to the side
  603. >Your stomach does a flip
  604. >This is what Master was up to...
  605.
  606.
  607. >Master stood there for a good while, still as a statue and staring him down
  608. >That empty cider gripped like a sword in his hand next to you
  609. "Morning there, bucko."
  610. >The stallion just spits
  611. "Fuck you and your stupid tramp."
  612. "This 'tramp' is my property. And /nobody/ damages my property."
  613. >Your cheeks burn with a strange emotion, being referred to as 'property'
  614. "Ey, did I stutter you human fuckin' freak? Fuck you both. I don't care."
  615. "You don't care yet? Really?"
  616. >Master gives a casual chuckle, shaking his head
  617. "The right eye."
  618. >It happened so suddenly
  619. >Anon rushed forward in a blur
  620. >He lifted the bottle up, and before you could even blink
  621. >SMASH
  622. >It made a deathly sound against the stallions face before shattering into a million pieces
  623. >He fell to his haunches, screaming
  624. >Blood pouring from cuts on his face, his eye shut tight
  625. >Master took a few steps back, admiring his work.
  626. "How much do you care now?"
  627. >You knew it would be bad...
  628. >But holy golden apples...
  629. >You just stand frozen
  630. >Master moves back to you and pets your mane
  631. "What's the point of acting so tough? Your own boys left you for dead last night. You're a worthless drunk and nobody's gonna miss you. So... We're gonna put you back to sleep, drop you on a freight-train to who-knows-where, and you can make a real life for yourself far away from here."
  632. >He tugs on your collar commandingly, then gives you slack
  633. "Go on, Jack. Give him a kick. Knock his lights out, and we're done."
  634. >You... you can't. Could you?
  635. >You can't disobey Master
  636. >But this ain't right
  637. >Think, Jack...
  638. "I just bathed yesterday, don't wanna get my hooves dirty again on that sonnuvabitch. Ya made a real bloody mess."
  639. >You wait for the slap... but...
  640. "Hahaha~"
  641. >He laughs... genuinely
  642. >Your heart is briefly aflutter because of it.
  643. "Good point. Alright. I'll just get the hammer. Go inside and start my bath, Jack."
  644. >You obey... feeling only slightly relieved, and mostly sick
  645.
  646.
  647. >Master came out of the bathroom in a glorious puff of steam
  648. >Just a towel around his waist
  649. >Morning sunlight poured into the room and there were even birds chirping
  650. >It was too darn perfect
  651. >He limped over to the table
  652. >You made sure breakfast and coffee were already waitin' for him
  653. >He gave you a brief smile, then picked up a fork and started eating
  654. "Your arm's lookin' better. I'll wrap it up again when yer done."
  655. >He just nods and takes a sip of coffee
  656. >You give him a moment, making sure there's nothin' he wants from you
  657. >Then you get yourself an apple and sit down next to him
  658. >It would be a fine moment...
  659. >If not for the fact that just an hour ago, you were damn near witnessing a murder
  660. "So, Applejack. About our renegotiation. Your break day is over. From here on out, I'll pay you 15 bits every day - as long as you're good. No more misbehaving like you did out there."
  661. >He cuts into a flap-jack
  662. "Out... there, Master?"
  663. >He looks at you sternly for a moment
  664. "Yeah. I told you to kick him, didn't I?"
  665. >You shiver lightly
  666. >Right, he did...
  667. >I guess you shouldn't have expected to get away with that, but-
  668. "But it was your break day. So, I'll let it slide."
  669. >He smiles again, and takes another bite, a moment of quiet
  670. "Thank you, Sir..."
  671. "Just remember the new rules. You're going to do anything I tell you to do. /Anything/. Besides being a barn-whore, anyway."
  672. >Something about his tone doesn't sit right with you
  673. >But, that /is/ what you said
  674. "Yes'sir."
  675. "Okay. Wash my dirty clothes today, tailor that hole in my pants."
  676. >He pushes his plate back and gets up, taking his coffee with him
  677. "Dishes, too. I have to go to the market, and then clean up the barn. Blood-stains are a bit tough, so~"
  678. >He rubs his chin, looking around the house
  679. >His eyes land on the basket of apples
  680. "I'd like to smell a freshly baked apple pie when I come inside."
  681. >He looks at you and winks
  682. "Then I'm gonna come inside you."
  683. >You blush and just nod...
  684. "Yes'sir."
  685.
  686.
  687. >One week rolls over...
  688. >You could almost say it was blissful
  689. >You could almost forget you're even a slave
  690. >And not just a house-wife
  691. >If it weren't for the occasional rump-slaps
  692. >A few cheek-smacks...
  693. >And that collar around your neck
  694. >You feel as though, you might be falling in love with Anon again
  695. >In some sick, twisted way.
  696. >Master has been givin' you a good rutting every day
  697. >Multiple times a day, even
  698. >Eventually he just tied your tail up so you're always 'presenting'
  699. >He particularly enjoys watching you go about your chores in the house
  700. >As his cum leaks from you rear
  701. >And the way he uses his hands to play with your clit...
  702. >You just can't put it in words
  703. >Yesterday, what did he do?
  704. >The Pegasi reported a snow-storm comin', so...
  705. >He brought you outside and made you cut up a load of fire-wood
  706. >Worked up a little sweat
  707. >Then he fucked you right there outside until the snow started falling
  708. >Sometimes he'd even let you lick him clean
  709. >Your salty treat, he knows you love it
  710. >And now it's Friday night
  711. >It's pitch-black out there, and the snow is still comin' down
  712. >Master is huddled in a nest of blankets on the floor, between the couch and the fireplace
  713. >Wordlessly, he beckons you to come over to him
  714. >You've grown used to his body-language
  715. >You often know what he wants without him sayin' anything
  716. >He's not feelin' sexy, he's not got anything for you to do
  717. >As you get closer, and look at his face
  718. >Usually a familiar, practiced expression
  719. >Tonight, it feels like you're lookin' through an open door
  720. >A door, that's been closed for a long, long time
  721.
  722.
  723. >>26054201
  724.
  725. >You lay down next to him
  726. >Your head on his lap
  727. >He pulls the blankets over you and tugs you closer
  728. >Staring into the fire, the only light in the room
  729. >His hand begins to gently caress and pet over your branded cutie-mark
  730. >Tracing his mark with his finger tip
  731. >You nuzzle his belly, and he moves his other hand to rub under your chin
  732. >He lets go of a deep sigh
  733. "Applejack... Why haven't you killed me yet?"
  734. >Your fur stands on end, caught off guard by that
  735. >The petting intensifies as he feels your discomfort
  736. "What?"
  737. "No secret letter sent off to your friends to come rescue you?
  738. "A'course not, that would be betrayal, Master."
  739. >A moment of quiet...
  740. "So? I'm a bad person, you know that right? People like me... are just askin' for it."
  741. >Think, Jack...
  742. "Nah, I don't really. I mean ya been scary some times, but bad? Besides, good or bad, I'm your slave. What choice've I got? Ain't about to betray you."
  743. "And when you go back home, and everyone wants to know about our 'escapade'?"
  744. "None of their business."
  745. "When rumors that you can't just sweep under the rug reach Ponyville?"
  746. "It don't matter none what I do in my private, personal life. And my friends ain't about to judge me after some of the secrets /they've/ shared."
  747. >Master's body is tensing.
  748. "It'll be a scandal."
  749. "Oh dear~ Applejack's got a wild side."
  750. >You say in a faux tone
  751. "Did I ever tell ya 'bout that time Rainbow Dash nearly blew up Cloudsdale? Yeah hon, we're used to dodgin' scandals."
  752. "Did you just call me 'hon'?"
  753. >Oh, shit...
  754. "Uhh, yes, sorry Master."
  755. >The fire cracks
  756. >He finally relaxes
  757. "I don't mind... But Applejack. You can't love me."
  758. >Huh..?
  759. "I'm a monster. I'm a psychopath. I picked you out like fruit from a tree. You're my victim."
  760. >No I ain't...
  761. "You have no idea the things I've done, for no good reason..."
  762. >He stops short
  763. "Master. Tell me then."
  764. "Nevermind."
  765. >You nuzzle his belly again and nudge his hand
  766. "Alright, then, quit all this worryin' and let me comfort you."
  767. >Things go quiet again
  768. >He seems to accept what you said, and continues his petting
  769. >You're mighty sleepy
  770. >Master smells so good
  771. >And you just feel like dozin' off...
  772.
  773. "Okay, you're right. Why worry, it'll be over soon. Don't forget your promise, Applejack.
  774.
  775. Applejack?"
  776.
  777.
  778. >You had a dream
  779. >Can't remember much about it
  780. >You think it was more like a nightmare
  781. >Your hooves were covered in blood
  782. >It wouldn't come off
  783. >And Anon was gone
  784. >You ran all over the house
  785. >Checking every room
  786. >Except 'that' one, the basement door
  787. >It was always locked
  788. >You were about to run outside
  789. >The floor-boards cracked open
  790. >You fell into darkness...
  791.
  792. "HAargh!!"
  793. >You woke with a fright
  794. >You were still there under the blankets
  795. >The fire had died down to embers
  796. >Master was still there next to you
  797. >His body so warm
  798. >Breathing so gently
  799. >His arm laying limp across your side
  800. >You're just glad you didn't startle him awake
  801. >You carefully check your hooves, pulling them out from the covers
  802. >They're clean, of course
  803. >It was just a bad dream...
  804. >But memories from last night bubbled up into your sleepy mind
  805. >'Why haven't you killed me yet?'
  806. >'You can't love me.'
  807. >There was somethin' deeply wrong with Master
  808. >There was no mistakin' it now
  809. >He nearly let it slip last night
  810. >Keeping something bottled up inside
  811. >You'd seen him crack before
  812. >But didn't question it, just like a locked door
  813. >If Master locks a door, you're not meant to go in
  814. >But are you bein' foolish now, Jack?
  815. >He'd opened up a little last night
  816. >He wasn't drunk or nothin'
  817. >Tired, sure, but...
  818. >Does he want you to see more?
  819. >You lay your head back down, and kiss his thigh
  820. >Gently off to sleep again...
  821. >You have a happy dream of your parents.
  822. >Memories tucked deep in your own hidden places...
  823.
  824.
  825. "Urgh... Unf..."
  826. >Your shovel scrapes along the ground
  827. >Master has ordered you to clear out a path to the road
  828. "Those Pegasi dropped more snow than they ever do in Ponyville... Must be a group'a rookies in this town."
  829. "Hmm. Maybe, Jack."
  830. >Master comes outside
  831. >Wearing his favorite jacket, and carrying a scarf
  832. >He wraps it around your neck
  833. "But it looks like it's no challenge for you."
  834. >Your cheeks burn against the cold, blushing
  835. >You grunt in affirmation as another shove-full of snow falls aside
  836. >Master stands close behind you
  837. >And decides that now is a good time to tease you...
  838. >Tugging on your neatly tied up tail
  839. >Feeling your muscled rump with his hand
  840. >Tensing, contracting as you clear that snow
  841. >Now more of you is starting to burn against the cold
  842. "You're quite a work-horse. I love this body of yours so much."
  843. "I'm glad, Master..."
  844. >Jack, ask him what you wanted before we both get all worked up-
  845. >But he slides two fingers up and down between the lips of your marehood
  846. >A bolt runs up your spine, and the shovel slips, clanging against the ground
  847. "Unnnnf~"
  848. "Somethin' wrong, Jack?"
  849. "N- No... It just slipped."
  850. >Master has a chuckle and releases you...
  851. "Well... pick it up and get back to work."
  852. "Yes'si-RRgh"
  853. >Something strange gets deposited right into your cunt
  854. >With a clicking sound, it starts to vibrate
  855. >More clicks, it vibrates faster...
  856. "I found something 'neat' at the market. Now... finish up before lunch-time, or I'm gonna serve you a spanking. Understand?"
  857. "Yesss'ir..."
  858. >He gives a mischievous laugh
  859. "This isn't gonna 'slow you down' at all, is it?"
  860. "No... Nnno, sir."
  861. "Good, I want the path to the barn cleared, too."
  862. >Oh, fuck... Fuuck... Oooh~
  863. "I'll be on the porch for a little while, finishing my coffee and, 'watching'."
  864. >Your ass already starts to sting, struggling to hold the shovel steady and jam it into the next heap of snow
  865. >Looks like you're in for it...
  866.
  867.
  868. >You hadn't finished before noon.
  869. >In fact, the sun was already casting an orange glitter across the fresh planes of snow
  870. >Master called you inside at noon for 'lunch'
  871. >Only to send you back out to finish
  872. >Your rump tanned and sore
  873. >He called you in again to make him supper
  874. >The vibrator stayed in the whole while, a'course
  875. >And even now, the path to the barn wasn't cleared yet
  876. >Maybe if you hadn't been quite so 'preoccupied', with orgasm after orgasm
  877. >Mewling like a bitch in heat all day long
  878. >He calls you in for the last time
  879. >Closing the door behind you
  880. >Your eyes widen with hope as he touches your rear
  881. >The vibrator finally gets pulled out
  882. >You collapse to the floor, quivering
  883. >Master chuckles softly, clipping your leash to your collar
  884. >Pulling you over to the couch
  885. >He places a tray of food on the floor for you
  886. >Tugging harshly on your tail
  887. >Holding your ass up before him
  888. "There's your dinner, Jack. Bad mares don't get to eat at the table."
  889. >You can't even process what's on the tray, before you feel his breath beneath your tail
  890. "... Did you even finish?"
  891. "No'sir..."
  892. >You whimper with frustration
  893. "Hmm. Not good, Jack~"
  894. >Your flesh burns as his hands grip your reddened ass
  895. >He spreads your marehood with his thumbs and licks
  896. >Up and down, several times
  897. >Then sucks on your soaked clit
  898. "Mmph. My favorite desert~"
  899. >You open your mouth to take a bite of food
  900. >But agonized moans come out
  901. >Sweet, sweet agony...
  902. "I was going to give you some cum tonight, but... Guess it'll wait until tomorrow."
  903. >Noo... Oh, cum, please, cum...
  904. >It takes you a while to realize you're saying that out-loud
  905.
  906.
  907. >Master left you in a twitching mess on the floor
  908. >You came so much, there was a small puddle of your fluids
  909. >He made you clean it up, of course
  910. >With your tongue.
  911. >At least you're finally able to eat
  912. >But you're behind on your daily chores now, too
  913. >You stuff your face with Master's deliberately bland meal
  914. >And hop to your hooves, rushing to clean up around the place
  915. >The dishes, sweeping, cleaning the counters...
  916. >You 'are' a good mare... when Master ain't rigging things
  917. >Maybe he'll be impressed with your work when he comes back
  918. >Because you've got a real hankerin' for a good mouthful of hot, salty seed
  919. >To hear him breathing so heavily
  920. >To hear him growl your name like a hungry wolf
  921. >Unnf~
  922. >Honestly though; how can you still be so horny after today?
  923. >Maybe you're in season...
  924. >Though all the ruttin' has kept you plenty sated, if you are
  925. >Ugh, shake it outta mind and finish those dishes, Jack...
  926.
  927.
  928. >You finish folding Master's clothes, and set them in the basket to carry upstairs
  929. >That's when you notice...
  930. >The basement door is ajar
  931. >You freeze for a moment
  932. >Could he be down there?
  933. >You've never seen him go down since you've been here
  934. >It's always been locked
  935. >Your mind goes back to last night
  936. >Hidden places...
  937. "He... never said 'not' to."
  938. >...
  939. "Then I'll tell you not to right now."
  940. >You nearly jump outta your skin
  941. >Master suddenly emerges, coming down the stairwell behind you
  942. >He looks at you discerningly for a moment
  943. >Then takes the basket off your back, sets it by the stairwell
  944. >And pushes the door shut
  945. >Locking it again
  946. "Thank you for doing my clothes."
  947. >You nod, when suddenly he grabs your chin, staring into your eyes
  948. >A chill runs up and down your spine
  949. "You are never to go down there."
  950. >He holds your muzzle shut
  951. >Not asking if you understand, not waiting for a nod or any confirmation
  952. >His eyes practically carve the order upon your soul
  953. >Then, just like that, it's over
  954. >He's smiling again
  955. >And you are... incredibly turned on
  956.
  957.
  958. "Feeling adventurous tonight, Applejack?"
  959. >Master brushes his hand over your back as he walks past you
  960. "Oh~ You were busy while I was upstairs."
  961. >He crosses his arms and appraises the room
  962. >Your gaze follows him, and your hooves move without a thought, staying close to him
  963. "Yeah. I, uhmm. Did I do good? I couldn't finish shoveling, but I finished my other chores."
  964. >Anon looks down at you with a smile, petting your mane
  965. "You did just fine."
  966. >He twists your ear a little bit
  967. "Hmph. If I knew I could get you to move that fast, I would have given you more work."
  968. >But you can tell by his tone, he's only teasin' you
  969. >You twitch your bound tail, and nuzzle into his hand
  970. "Well, Applejack... There's another room in the house you might like to see, instead."
  971. >Your ears perk
  972. "Yes, Master?"
  973. >The word 'Master' rings in your mind with such sweetness
  974. >He grabs hold of your collar and leads the way
  975. >Oh... the way he tugs you...
  976. >Damn it. You really 'are' in heat, aren't ya Jack?
  977. >You haven't been able to get your mind off this sexual tilt all day
  978. >He takes you upstairs, and stops at a door.
  979. "My bedroom."
  980. >He opens the door and lets you inside
  981. >It's small, but cozy. Plain, but in a nice comfortable way.
  982. >Appreciating the room comes second to appreciating the bed, though
  983. >It looks like a cloud pulled outta heaven to you
  984. >Not because it's particularly good bed...
  985. >But because it's Master's bed
  986. "You are now allowed to sleep upstairs, in my room."
  987. >Your face lights up with joy
  988. "Really Master? Shucks... But I couldn't finish shovelin' today."
  989. >He pinches your ass, still raw, and you jump forward with a small shriek
  990. "I suitably punished you for that."
  991. >You nod and stifle a horny whimper
  992. "And there's another perk for you. If you're 'very' good, I'll even let you sleep in my bed."
  993. >Oh...
  994. "With me."
  995. >Gosh...
  996. "And, well, since you cared so much about getting your work done today. You can sleep with me 'tonight'."
  997. >Holy golden caramel apples. Heck yes. Rut me. Rut me, rut me-
  998.
  999.
  1000.
  1001. "Applejack. Uhh, you okay?"
1002. "What, huh? Oh. Yeah. I musta zoned out or somethin'. Aheheh~"
  1003. >You blush profusely
1004. >Master moves over to the closet and pulls out another pillow, tossing it on the bed
1005. "Go and wash up a bit, then. You smell like an animal after today."
1006. >You reckon you're going to smell anyway, for one distinct reason, but...
  1007. >You obey.
  1008.
  1009.
  1010. >Everything was just a blur
  1011. >Washing yourself, drying off, complete auto-pilot
1012. >All you could think about was you, in that bed
1013. >Eventually reality caught up to your mental image
  1014. >And there you were...
  1015. >Biting and screaming into a pillow
1016. >Master's thick cock stretching your swollen, aching cunt
1017. >His hips slapping against your tender rear, hurts so good
1018. >His fingers twisting and tormenting your love-button
1019. >He knows just how you like it...
  1020. >And you're likin' it alright
  1021. >Itch. Scratched.
  1022.
  1023. >Eventually he collapses
1024. "Lick me clean." He breathes out.
  1025. >You don't nod
  1026. >You don't speak
  1027. >You obey
1028. >Laying by his side, you take your time and savor every drop that's left on his softening member
1029. >Smelling his scents until it intoxicates you
  1030. >It's not a mouth-full like you wanted
1031. >But this was all-together more than you had hoped for
1032. >Master then pulls on your collar
1033. >You turn around, parallel to him, your head next to his
1034. >Caressing his bare chest with a hoof, fetlocks still slightly damp
  1035. >Caressing his belly
  1036. >Further down... why not?
  1037. >And back up
1038. >You become hypnotized by the rise and fall of his chest
1039. >And sleep soon takes you.
  1040.
  1041.
  1042. >Another dream? No...
  1043. >Another nightmare
1044. >You're in the house again
  1045. >The fire is...
1046. >The house is on fire.
1047. >People are shouting from outside
  1048. >Loud as a riot
  1049. >Pounding on the door
  1050. >Pounding on the shudders
  1051. >Pounding on the walls
  1052. >You look around in a panic
1053. >The hole you fell into last time is still there
1054. >And there's a pounding coming from the basement door, too
  1055. >The floorboards are creaking
1056. >Something is crawling up out of the hole
  1057. >Several somethings
  1058. >You can't see them...
1059. >But you can see their shadows cast onto the far-wall by the fire
  1060. >Their forms confuse you...
1061. >You can't quite tell what they are
  1062. >They ain't ponies, anyway
1063. >You want to run upstairs and get Master
1064. >But your hooves are stuck to the floor
  1065. >The blood...
1066. >Dear Luna, please end this!
1067. >A flash of light, and-
  1068.
  1069. "NOOO!!"
  1070.
1071. >Master stands by the bedroom window
1072. >He drew the curtains open, and warm sunlight poured in across the bed
1073. >He returns to you, a confused and worried look on his face
1074. >He sits back on the bed, and lays a hand on your cheek
  1075. >Gently...
  1076. "Applejack?"
1077. >Your nostrils flared, breathing intensely
1078. >The panic leaves your eyes as you realize everything is okay
1079. >Okay outside of your own head, anyway
1080. "Bad dream? Lie back down... You can sleep in today."
1081. >Master looks toward the door
1082. >Maybe considering the day ahead
  1083. >He sighs
1084. >A yawn and a great big stretch creep up through his body
  1085. "Let's /both/ sleep in."
1086. >He gently lays down, sliding back next to you
1087. >You wrap your hooves around him
  1088. >And he smiles
  1089. >Genuinely...
  1090.
  1091.
1092. >You can't sleep much for the birds outside
1093. >And the questions burnin' like hot coals in your brain
1094. >But laying with Master in the sunlight is a fine comfort
1095. >It's been an hour, maybe two
1096. >Your head tucked under his chin
1097. >He grumbles something, then his hand starts to pet you
  1098. >He's awake again
  1099. >You nuzzle his chest
  1100. "Good mornin', Master."
1101. >He scritches your ear and mane in response
1102. >You've gotta ask him now.
1103. >You'll both be up soon
1104. >Who knows what he'll put you up to
1105. >But... how can you break this moment?
1106. >He's been so good to you...
1107. >Are you really gonna do this to him now, Jack?
  1108. "Are you okay, Applejack?"
  1109. >You weren't expecting that
  1110. "I'm just fine."
  1111. "You feel so tense..."
1112. >You hadn't noticed 'til he said it
1113. >You tried to relax your body
1114. >He started to rub your neck, and it helped a bit
  1115. >Jack, just forget it...
1116. "Nothin' ta worry about from me... but what about you, Master?"
  1117. >Moments pass in quiet
  1118. "I'm fine, too."
1119. >You roll overr, laying on top of him
  1120. >Staring into his eyes
1121. >He 'unf's under your weight, looking mildly surprised
  1122. "Ya know I don't believe that."
  1123. >His brows furrow
1124. >And he stares right back
  1125. "You don't believe me?"
1126. >His voice, cold as stone
1127. >What confidence you had starts to shrink away suddenly
1128. >He slides his hand to your neck
  1129. >Playing with your collar
1130. "I don't mean it that way, Master..."
  1131. "Say what you mean."
1132. >That deadly serious, command tone...
1133. >You're in deep now, Jack
1134. >Might as well follow through and take whatever comes
  1135.
  1136.
1137. "I'm awful worried about what's goin' on in your head."
  1138. "I told you I'm -"
1139. "And I hear ya, but..."
1140. >His hand tightens around your collar now
  1141. >Get it out, Jack
1142. "You're hurtin' in there, and you're hiding it. You came close the other night to showin' it. Show me, Master, please. Let me lick those wounds and take care of ya like I'm sworn to."
1143. >You continue to stare at each other
1144. "Master... my parents died before I was a grown adult. My brother and I raised a child while we ourselves were still children. We ran the farm, did all the work..."
  1145. >There's a hitch in your breath
  1146. >Keep on, Jack
1147. "I didn't even have the time to think what death was. I couldn't let nothin' crack me, with all that weight on my back. Now, what'd I tell little Apple Bloom, when she asked me where 'they' were the first time?"
1148. >Master's face became foggy, as your eyes welled up with tears
  1149. "I said 'They'll be back some day honey, don't worry.' "
1150. >Your voice wavered as you spoke
1151. >But you heard the words just like you did on the day you said them
  1152. >You could never forget
1153. "I lied. But she grew older. A lie never lasts forever. So eventually I had to face her - face myself - accept what was, and share that pain. I had to. When you love someone, you share yer happiness. And you share your pain. You lick each others wounds... Why won't you let me, Master? Why?"
1154. >You shut your eyes and just cry for a good minute
1155. >How silly could you be, Jack?
  1156. >You love him, sure
1157. >But who's to say he loves you back...
1158. "Hit me, Master... Just hit me. I'm sorry. I-"
1159. >He let's go of your collar and touches your cheek
  1160. >His thumb wipes a tear away
  1161. >You don't move, you don't breathe
1162. >In just a few short weeks, you'll be gone
1163. >He won't even look down the road after you...
1164. >Who cares about any of this, Jack
1165. >This is why you had to stay alone.
  1166. "What happened to them?"
  1167. >...
  1168. "I don't even know."
1169. >You dare to open your eyes
1170. "Losing... your parents... hurt you that bad?"
  1171. >You just nod
  1172. >He stares through you.
  1173. "Master..? Master?"
  1174.
  1175.
  1176. >Well...
  1177. >If things weren't fine then
1178. >You really fucked it all up now
  1179. "Get off me, please..."
  1180. >You roll off quickly
1181. >Master sits up and gets out of bed
1182. >He slips on some sleeping pants
  1183. >Expressionless
1184. >Every move he makes is slow
  1185. >And almost looks... tormented
1186. "Why'd you tell me all that?"
  1187. "I'm sorry."
1188. "No. I appreciate it. Nobody ever has- Nobody has ever told me so much about their, feelings. It-"
1189. >He places his hands on the dresser to steady himself
1190. >You can just barely tell that he's trembling now
1191. "It helped me. Understand. Something."
1192. >You can only sit there and watch, and listen
1193. >Is the door blown open, now?
1194. >What have you gone and let loose..?
1195. >It's okay, because you're going to take it.
  1196. "Your turn, Master?"
1197. >He shakes his head, slowly
1198. "Are... Are you cold? I'll go make you a hot meal and some cocoa."
1199. >He shakes his head faster
1200. "Applejack. I know it must frustrate you. I'm sorry that this has been bothering you. I can't tell you now. It would- I can't. Not until the right moment. But I promise you'll know before you... leave here. And you promised, too."
  1201. >He keeps mentioning that...
  1202. >But you've been keepin' your promise, haven't you?
1203. "You've been such a good girl. I'm just trying to enjoy this. Like you said. No worrying."
1204. >You get up off the bed and move to him, nuzzling his bare back
  1205. >He shivers...
1206. "If you love someone. You share your pain, correct?"
  1207. "And your happiness."
1208. "Yes, well... The pain has to wait. But you've made me so happy."
1209. >You breathe against his skin softly
  1210. "Do you understand, Applejack?"
  1211. >You think you do...
  1212. >You really do.
1213. "You make me happy, too, Master."
  1214.
  1215.
1216. Monster OST - Float flower
  1217.
  1218. >You are Applejack
  1219.
  1220. >You're a mare in love
  1221. >You're a mare in bondage
1222. >Which one goes above the other...
  1223. >You're not quite sure
  1224.
1225. >But you do know one thing
  1226. >Master loves you too.
1227. >You hope one day soon, he'll really say the words
1228. >You're not gonna worry about it, though
1229. >You're gonna do your damnedest to make the next two weeks bliss
  1230. >For his sake
1231. >Worry is... for the future
1232. >But that just leaves you worried about the future
  1233. >You can't help it...
1234. >And your guess is that neither can he
  1235. >To be honest...
  1236. >You're terribly scared
1237. >But all your life has given you the hide to withstand fear
  1238. >You don't understand what Master's goin' through
  1239. >But you 'will'
1240. >And It fills you with determination
1241. >So, make these days the sweetest
1242. >Because come the end of the month...
  1243. >You're goin' home.
1244. >Leavin' behind a man stronger than he was, you hope
  1245.
  1246. >You're not sad.
  1247. >No, you're not...
  1248.
  1249.
1250. >And the days do pass
  1251. >Sweetly...
  1252. >Slowly
1253. >Could it be his smile?
  1254. >Not the practiced one
  1255. >It's new.
1256. >One that dimples his cheeks
1257. >And puts a glitter in his eyes
  1258. >Could it be these belly-rubs?
1259. >The sun is rising, and Master's hand takes motion
  1260. >Awake, a new day
  1261. >Snuggled up behind you
1262. >He rubs and scratches your belly, your chest
  1263. >Your hoof kicks softly
1264. >And you make the girliest comfort sounds Equestria's ever heard
  1265. >He nuzzles your mane
1266. >Could it be when he whispered "I love you" into your ear last night?
  1267. >Did he?
1268. >You were so sleepy and comfortable...
  1269. >Maybe it was just a dream
1270. >Your reverie is startled as he grabs your hind leg
1271. >Moving his hand along to your hoof
1272. >He starts to tickle the soft underside...
  1273. >Urrrh~
  1274. "Stoop. Nooo, Anon~"
  1275. >Woops...
  1276. "Master~"
1277. >Your defiance just encourages it
1278. "It's my hoof." He grumbles sleepily
  1279. >Happily...
  1280. >Damn it. Don't let this end.
1281. >You'd let him tickle you forever
  1282. >Forever is a nice thought.
  1283.
1284. "Tomorrow is the last day."
  1285. "Oh... is it now?"
  1286. "Yes."
1287. >He lets go of your leg, and continues scratching your belly
1288. "So today is your break-day."
  1289. "I don' need it."
1290. >He exhales into your mane
1291. >You push your body back into his
  1292. >He holds you tighter...
  1293. >It's comfortable...
1294. >But it feels like he's hangin' on for dear life
  1295.
  1296.
  1297. >You're strong
1298. >The strongest mare in Equestria, maybe
  1299. >But Time is stronger
  1300. >The day rolls over
1301. >And before you know it
  1302. >You're back in bed...
  1303.
1304. >Then before you know it
  1305. >Morning is here again.
  1306. >The last day
  1307. >The moment of truth...
1308. >The birds outside are chirpin'
  1309. >Silly birds.
  1310. >Why don't they-
1311. >Somethin' tugs on your collar
  1312. "Huh?"
  1313. >You open your eyes
  1314. >Master holds your leash
1315. >Standin' by the bedroom door
  1316. >Smilin' that sweet smile
  1317. >Eyes a'glitter
  1318. >You smile back
  1319. "Good... Good mornin' Master."
  1320. "It is."
  1321. >This is... different
1322. >You hop out of bed and follow his lead
  1323. "Coffee, sir?"
  1324. "Nah."
1325. >Clopping your way down the stairs...
  1326. >Looks like he's already had his
  1327. >The smell of coffee...
1328. >Just like the first time you came in this house
  1329. >There's a spring in his step
1330. >He goes about getting his jacket
1331. >Fetching his hat on and fixin' it on his head
  1332. >A suit-case waits by the door
  1333. "Master? What's goin' on?"
1334. >He pulls you towards him with the leash
  1335. "Time to go."
  1336. "Where we goin'..?"
  1337. "Anywhere."
  1338. >Could it be...
  1339. >What happened to...
  1340. >Anon opens the door
1341. >And the bright light of day blinds you
  1342.
  1343. >Then you wake up.
  1344.
  1345.
1346. >A sliver of sunlight peaks through the curtain
  1347. >Striped across your eyes
1348. >You squint hard and roll over
  1349. >Opening your eyes
  1350. >Reaching for someone who isn't there
  1351. "Master?"
  1352. >Nothin' but the birds
1353. >But even they're more quiet than usual
1354. >You throw the covers off and sit up
  1355. >He's not here
  1356. >You sniff the air
  1357. >Nothin'
  1358. >He must've woken up much earlier
  1359. >No coffee
  1360. >No burning logs
  1361. >No him
1362. >Your heart sinks into your gut
  1363. >It was just a dream
  1364. >Just a dream...
1365. >Don't start cryin' now, Jack
1366. >Isn't life just one long dream?
  1367. >Could be...
  1368. >This feels more like a nightmare
  1369.
1370. >It's time to get up
1371. >You roll out of bed and stretch
  1372. >Stabilize yourself, now
1373. >You approach the bedroom door, and peak downstairs
  1374. >The basement door hangs wide-open
  1375. >You pull back
  1376. >Deep breaths
1377. >Master told you the time would come
1378. >The time to share his pain
1379. >This is your last duty to him
  1380. >Not just a duty...
  1381. >It's your caring
  1382. >It's your wish
  1383. >It's your love
1384. >But while your duty will soon end
1385. >And you'll be on the road back home
  1386. >Love doesn't leave so easy...
  1387.
  1388. >You go downstairs.
  1389.
  1390.
  1391. >The house feels empty
1392. >Everything is still, quiet and cold
1393. >You jump as a breeze outside hits the shutters
1394. >You startle as the floorboards creak beneath your hoof
1395. >You stand frozen before the basement door...
  1396. >Looking all around
  1397. >This home
  1398. >This place
  1399. >Anywhere but down...
  1400. "Master..?"
1401. >You swallow the lump in your throat and call again
1402. >Your voice just dully echoes
  1403. >You know he's down there...
  1404. >Why won't he answer?
  1405. >...
  1406. >This is the answer
  1407. >The door is open
1408. >You have to move now.
  1409.
1410. Monster OST - Sweet Home
  1411.
1412. >The old wooden steps make quite a racket
  1413. >You see the flickering of lamp-light
  1414. >It's colder
  1415. >And colder...
1416. >As your first hoof hits the floor
1417. >You finally get a good look of the room
1418. >The stone wall closest to you has something etched into it, in large jagged writing
1419. >You just barely make it out in the dim lamp-light
  1420. 'WHY AM I HERE?'
  1421. >It's written again
  1422. >And again
  1423. >Another one...
  1424. 'WHY AM I ALIVE?"
1425. >But your eyes are drawn immediately to the far wall
  1426. >Where Master sits...
1427. >Next to him, propped up on the wall are, crosses
  1428. >Three of them
  1429. >Grave markers?
1430. >Made out of what looks like old fencing
1431. >You step closer to the middle of the room
  1432. >He doesn't react
1433. >He's clutching something, head hung low
  1434. >Another cross
1435. >Human names are carved into them
  1436. >You don't recognize them...
1437. >Except the one he holds
  1438.
  1439. 'ANON'
  1440.
  1441.
  1442. "Well, Jack."
  1443. >His voice...
  1444. "Here we are."
1445. >He peers at you from behind the cross
  1446. >Your blood runs cold
  1447. >You can't even make a sound
1448. "Back in my world. You see. I killed them. A few people."
1449. >His voice is like nothing you've heard before
1450. >He shakes and twitches slightly, clasping a fist tight
1451. "They said 'kill the man'. They put a gun in my hand. So I went. I broke into his home. I killed the man. But there were others. And they started screaming and shouting. So why not? I shot them too. His wife. His daughter. I just wanted them quiet."
  1452. >He takes a breath
1453. "And it was a nice quiet. But wouldn't you know it... I realized one was missing. His boy grabbed his daddy's gun and shot me in the back. Good kid. Brave kid. Just..."
  1454. >Another breath
1455. "Too little, too late. Haha..."
  1456. >Another jagged breath
1457. "And he shot me again, and again, and again. Until the trigger started clicking, empty! Hahaha!"
  1458. >No more...
1459. "Counting the last seconds of my life away, like a metronome!"
  1460. >Please stop...
1461. >He stands up suddenly and throws 'his' cross to the floor
1462. "AND THEN I WOKE UP 'HERE'. I WOKE UP? I'M DEAD, APPLEJACK. WHY AM I HERE?!"
1463. >His screaming echoes off of every surface and pounds into your ears
1464. >He slumps backwards against the wall
1465. >Sliding back down to the floor slowly
1466. >You just stand there and watch him breathing
1467. "Here's what I thought of recently. Because 'Man, Woman, kids' wasn't the whole story. I didn't just kill some folks, I killed a... 'Family'. Worse than that... That boy."
  1468. >He doesn't finish that last thought
1469. >He just looked up at you
  1470. >His eyes a deep abyss
1471. "And if it weren't for you. I wouldn't have known. That other people could... 'Suffer' so much. Love and lose. 'Carry'. Does that have somethin' to do with it? The villain gets his poetic justice?"
  1472. "I don't know." You choke out.
1473. >It's getting harder to breathe.
1474. "Oh well. At least it's over now. You're right. Sharing that felt, okay. Thanks."
1475. >He lifts his clenched fist up, trembling
  1476.
  1477.
1478. >Three 5-bit coins are thrown at your hooves, clattering across the stone floor
1479. >That's when you notice the knife next to him
1480. "You're a good girl, Applejack. That's the last of it. This is your last order, then you're free."
1481. >You finally finish processing all of it...
1482. >The promise. His story. The 'right moment'.
1483. >It all falls into place
1484. >You hear the words in your head before he even speaks
  1485. "Kill me."
  1486. >You stare at him
  1487. >What now, Jack.
  1488. "What'd you say?"
1489. "Come on, I know those hooves can crack a skull. It'll be easy."
  1490. >You don't move. You can't move.
1491. >Your heart is about to burst
  1492. >He raises his voice
1493. "You promised. Do as I command."
  1494. >You shake your head
1495. "You expect me to carry that weight, too?"
1496. "You can dump me anywhere you'd like. Who's gonna look for me?"
  1497. >You shake your head...
1498. "You really think I'm gonna kill a person?"
1499. "You're a hero, Jack. I'm the monster. I'm the 'human'. When you tell them about all of this; that I'm a murderer, they'll pat you on the back. Your hooves will be clean."
1500. >The cold in you is starting to thaw
1501. "If you found out somebody had killed your parents, what would you do? If they killed Apple Bloom right in front of you? Why not? Just do it. You know it's righteous."
1502. >You look down, your eyes could burn holes into the floor
1503. >'Wake me up now, Luna...'
  1504. "You have to."
  1505. >...
1506. "YOU HAVE TO. I HAD TO. SO DO YOU."
  1507. >He starts screaming again
  1508. "OBEY ME!!"
1509. >You lift your fore-hooves and slam them into the ground
  1510. >The floor cracks
1511. >The bits go tumbling away
  1512. >The whole foundation shakes
  1513. "NO!"
1514. >Those cannons of your eyes, pointed right at him
  1515.
  1516.
1517. >Everything you have, you pour into that gaze
  1518. >This man...
  1519. >Master
  1520. >Anon
  1521. >You've broken it
  1522. >You're so angry.
  1523. >You're so sad.
1524. >Your hooves sting, but it don't phase you
1525. >You could bust this whole place down by hoof
1526. >You'd sooner choose that, than...
  1527. "I won't do it."
1528. >You watch the slow transition of his face, from surprised, to angry, to expressionless
1529. "Yes, I disobeyed you. I broke my promise. You can come over here and do somethin' about it. 'Cause you're not dyin' today."
  1530. "Why."
1531. "Because it ain't 'right'. If it weren't right to kill those people... then it ain't right to kill you now. Blood doesn't wash blood! You know it ain't right. Look at you. You 'know' it. You're askin' me to make a bad thing worse. That ain't righteous..."
1532. >You stomp your hoof on the ground again
  1533. >It hurts, but it don't matter
  1534. "... it's SELFISH!"
  1535. >He doesn't budge
1536. "I don't care what you did in that other world. I wish you hadn't. I woulda done anything in my power to stop you. But I 'can't'."
1537. "Then you're just gonna let me go on? And when I kill more people?"
1538. >You're not gonna budge, neither.
1539. "You won't. How do I know? Because you already had the chance to. I saw it, I was there. I saw you bloody up that stallion you had locked up in the barn. I saw you twistin' the broken bottle in your hand as you thought up his fate. The filthy thing, who woulda missed 'him'? 'That' woulda been easy. But you didn't do it."
  1540. "I-"
1541. "Shut it! And on that same day, you let me outta the barn. You cared, didn't ya? It weren't just about your 'property'. I coulda still been out there today, gettin' fucked and takin' more black-eyes for that money right now. But you saw another way."
  1542. >You won't lose this...
1543. "And even right now...how about them 'crosses'? Did ya make'em just to decorate the place, Anon?"
  1544. >He stares at you...
  1545. >You won't lose this fight.
  1546. >You won't lose this man.
  1547.
  1548.
  1549. "Your humor is great."
  1550. >A smile
  1551. >A cold, cold smile
  1552. >The snake's smile...
1553. "That mask is cracked all too much now, Anon."
  1554. >He winces
1555. >Then kicks his 'cross' that was layin' by his feet
1556. "They're here because this is a grave, Jack. And you can't change things. I'm sorry this is happening to you. But I don't deserve this place. I don't deserve it. Not another second of looking at your beautiful face. This is the end of the line..."
1557. >Your brain starts to hurt.
  1558. >Everything slows down
  1559. >You see it.
1560. "... whether or not you accept it."
1561. >His hand reaches for the knife
1562. >And you bolt, charging straight at him
1563. >Your hooves quake against the stone
1564. >You scream with all your might
  1565. >You won't accept it
  1566. >You won't let it happen, either
1567. >You don't care if it hurts him
  1568. >If words can't break it
  1569. >Your body can
  1570. >You slam into him
1571. >Hammering your hoof against his arm, pinning it to the wall
  1572. >He screams in pain
1573. >The knife clatters onto the floor...
1574. >Hearing that, you grab hold of his body
1575. >Throwing him around and onto his back, in the middle of the room
1576. >And you lay on top of him so he can't move
  1577. >You're stronger than him
  1578. >You're heavier than him
1579. >This man will not die.
  1580.
1581. "AArrghh! Fuck off've me! My arm!"
1582. >You leave no room between his face and yours, staring at him
1583. >He grits his teeth, breath rattling
  1584. "You. Can't. Change. This!"
1585. >You just lay still, your muscles rippling as you hold him in a vice grip
1586. "I already did. Care to do somethin' about i-"
  1587. >He headbutts your snout...
  1588. >Your nose starts bleeding
1589. >Unfortunately, he managed to daze himself in the process.
  1590. >And passes out...
  1591.
  1592.
  1593. >You don't know how long it's been
1594. >Time, though it may be stronger than you
1595. >It can't reach you here and now
1596. >Just laying there on top of him
  1597. >Eventually he came to
  1598. >The struggling started again
1599. >But it wasn't doin' him no good
1600. >He just wore himself out, and started groaning in pain
1601. "Is this 'change' enough, for ya?"
  1602. >No response
1603. >He won't look you in the eye...
1604. "Look'it me. Look at this 'beautiful' face, Anon."
  1605. "No..."
1606. "There's nothin' else to do."
  1607. "You broke your promise..."
  1608. >You breathe slowly
1609. >Trying your best to restrain him without hurtin' him anymore now that he's pacified
1610. "Eeyup. So, does that convince you?"
  1611. "Convince me've what?"
  1612. "Things can be different."
  1613. >Nothin'.
  1614. >He lays still...
1615. >An occasional grunt or whimper
1616. >You wipe your bloody nose on his face
1617. "Look'it me. Look what you done."
  1618. "No..."
  1619. "Look at me."
  1620. "Shut up..."
1621. "I need to care for yer arm, Anon."
1622. >He growls and struggles again, but only for a brief moment before the pain sets in
1623. >Wincing, his eyes shut tight
1624. >You pass the time, just listening to his breath
  1625. >Slower, and slower...
1626. >He's given up the fight
  1627. >It's just a matter of time...
  1628.
  1629.
1630. "You can't lay here forever, Jack."
1631. >You blink, and look down at him
1632. >Though he still won't look at you.
1633. "Apple Bloom. You've got to get home with that money."
  1634. >...
  1635. >You grit your teeth
1636. "You're gonna get up eventually. You're gonna leave me, even if just for a minute. Because your Apple Bloom is more important. Your family, Jack. You have to try somethin'. And you will... soon enough."
1637. >Your nose scrunches, your face contorts in anger...
  1638. >Of course he would.
1639. >He would play it that way, wouldn't he
  1640. >...
  1641. >Playing. Games. Rules.
  1642. >Your words don't reach him
  1643. >Violence isn't what you want
1644. >And time was never on your side
  1645. >But...
1646. >You think you see a way 'you' can play this
  1647. >The rules he's so attached to
  1648. >More specifically...
1649. >A change in the rules
  1650.
  1651. >A mare in love
  1652. >A mare in bondage
1653. >You know now which came first
1654. >You knew the moment you broke your promise
  1655.
1656. "I'll be goin' home, Anon."
1657. >You tear the collar from your neck
1658. >And strap it around his
  1659. >Fastening the buckle tight.
  1660. >His eyes widen
  1661. >His body tenses
1662. "And you're comin' with me."
  1663.
  1664.
1665. >You stare down at him still...
  1666. >This is it
  1667. >Your last gambit
  1668. >Let it work, please...
1669. "Anon, look at me now."
  1670.
  1671. >He turns his head
  1672. >Staring at you wide-eyed
  1673. >Tears welling up
1674. >You prop his head up with a hoof
1675. >They fall down his face
1676. >Streaking across the blood you left on him
1677. >His body gently goes limp
  1678. "Applejack. You... didn't."
1679. >Make sure of it now.
  1680. "It's gonna be 'Ma'am' for now."
  1681. >He exhales...
  1682. "Anon? You understand?"
  1683. >Breathing in...
  1684. >Exhaling again...
  1685. "Yes... Ma'am."
  1686. >Words, fine.
  1687. >Test his actions now.
1688. >You give him a stern, but warm look
  1689. >Before lifting yourself up off'a him
1690. >He winces slightly, adjusting to the lack of weight
1691. >But he doesn't move apart from that...
  1692. "Can you sit up?"
  1693. "Yes..."
1694. >He struggles to push his torso up, holding his right arm in his lap
  1695. >Looking down...
  1696. "Keep lookin' at me."
1697. >He raises his head, eyes meeting yours
1698. >The mask has all but crumbled away
1699. >His expression is pained, hurting, lost...
1700. >You must have fractured his arm
1701. >It's better than bein' dead.
  1702. "So... About my nose."
1703. >He looks at you terrified...
  1704. >What have you done?
1705. "Could ya get me a wet cloth from upstairs?"
  1706. >A risk...
1707. >But he stands so suddenly
1708. >So fast that he hurts himself
  1709. >Cradling his arm
1710. "Yes Ma'am..." He says meekly.
1711. >He moves to the stairs
  1712. >You're right behind him
1713. >Anything suspicious and he'll be down on the floor again.
  1714.
  1715.
1716. >This is all so strange...
  1717. >He's collared now
  1718. >He's listening to you
1719. >You're the one in control
1720. >But your adrenaline is starting to fade
1721. >All that just occurred this morning is starting to sink in
1722. >You couldn't have imagined he was so...
1723. >It wasn't supposed to be like this...
  1724. >But it is.
1725. >You sit in front of him at the couch
  1726. >He's relaxed now
1727. >But still seems so lost
1728. >He takes the damp cloth, and wipes your nose clean
  1729. "I'm sorry I hurt you."
1730. >You take the cloth from him, and wipe his cheek clean
  1731. "You... better be."
  1732. >You give him a smile
  1733. >But he's not havin' it
  1734. "I can't think straight, Appl- Ma'am."
1735. >You get up to your hooves
1736. "Things are gonna be different. I can't trust ya not to hurt yourself. So you... You're on 'my' leash, now."
1737. >You can see the gears turning as he looks around the room
  1738. >He can't hide now
  1739. "It isn't fair..."
1740. "I say it's fair, Anon. The past is gone. Yer future lies in my hooves."
1741. >Your own gears are spinnin' pretty fast, commandeering this relationship so suddenly
1742. >It's a difficult turn, but you gotta make it
  1743. >For him...
  1744. "Did ya hear me?"
  1745. "Yes I did, ma'am."
1746. "So, tell me what you think."
  1747. >He sighs deeply...
  1748. >Thinking. Knowing.
1749. >He's not so lost anymore.
  1750. "I'm yours. And..."
1751. >He looks at you, wanting something
  1752. "Yes?"
1753. "I need to say your name for this. Just this once. I need to hear it."
  1754. >You nod, and wait...
  1755.
  1756. "I love you, Applejack."
  1757.
  1758. ~End of Chapter 1~
  1759.
  1760. ~Start of Interlude~
  1761.
1762. >Cleaning up Anon's things didn't really take very long
1763. >Turns out, there wasn't much here to begin with
1764. >Everything he cared to take fit into a single suitcase
1765. >It seemed you were both anxious to leave
1766. >But the day seems to drag on and on
  1767. >Maybe it's your nerves
1768. >Or your refusal to let your guard down yet
1769. >You figured you could take the train and be back in Ponyville before sun-set
1770. >So you fixed up one last meal with whatever food was left
1771. >And the both of you sat down at the table
1772. >Watching Anon trying to eat with his left-hand made you frown
1773. "How's the splint I put on ya? Is it snug enough?"
  1774. "Yes, it is."
  1775. "Still hurts bad?"
1776. >He takes a bite of food and shrugs
1777. "At least it's not broken."
1778. >You look at him, checking his face for resentment
1779. >He notices, and smiles at you, warmly
1780. >You find it odd just how composed he is
1781. >A fractured arm... Everything bein' flipped upside down onto him
1782. "There's a medicine-woman who brings a stock of goods into town every few weeks. We might luck out and find somethin' to deal with the pain. If not... Well I'll go find her and see what she's got."
  1783. >He shakes his head
1784. "I imagine you're going to have a lot to do when you get home."
  1785. >You clear your throat
1786. "When /we/ get home. And I don't really. Just some catching up. Not a lot to do on a farm until Winter is wrapped up."
1787. "Yes... Well if there's nothing in town, then please, just don't worry about it. Mind over matter."
1788. "I'll worry 'bout what I want to." You grumble
1789. >He... did he just chuckle?
1790. "And /by/ the way! You /are/ staying at Sweet Apple Acres. I'll tie you to somethin' if I have to."
1791. >He's not so chuckly now.
1792. >You decide to flex your position a bit
1793. "Don't you, forget who's wearin' the collar now. Ya hear?"
1794. >You try your best to muster a dominant tone
1795. >You know you can do it
1796. >A smile creeps back onto his face
1797. "Yes, ma'am. Not too bad. Could use some work. You'll get the hang of it."
1798. >You stuff a little too much food in your mouth.
  1799.
  1800.
  1801.
1802. >You finish up the meal...
1803. >And both make one last appraisal of the place
1804. >Helpin' him get his jacket on
1805. >Fixin' your good ol' hat on your head...
  1806. >It's time to go.
1807. >Anon locks the door, carryin' his suitcase with his only good arm
1808. >You head down the path towards the road
1809. >But it doesn't take long before you realize...
  1810. " 'Non, you're limping?"
1811. >He sighs with a frosty puff of breath
1812. "My knee, it must be acting up again. I can make it."
1813. >You continue along, but he can barely keep up with your easy pace
  1814. >Naw, nuh-uh.
1815. "It's a long walk to the station. I hear your breath catchin' with pain."
  1816. >He doesn't say anything
  1817. "Drop the bag. I got'n idea."
1818. >He obeys, but not without a groan
1819. >You gallop over the snow, onto the path towards the barn
  1820. >Grabbing a bit of roap
1821. >And hitchin' it to that ol' wheel-barrow
  1822.
  1823. "Really?"
  1824. "Yes, really. Go on."
1825. >You toss his suit-case in and wait patiently
1826. >The look on his face...
  1827. >Reluctantly, he gets in
1828. "There ya go, good boy."
1829. >You grin as he cringes, his face flushed
1830. "Please. Don't. I'm okay without you saying things like that."
1831. >You stomp your hoof lightly into a patch of snow
1832. "Ahh say what I want now, 'Non."
  1833. >You make-shift yourself a harness with the rope
1834. >And you're off in true country style...
  1835.
  1836.
  1837.
  1838. >It /is/ a long trot to the station...
1839. >Plenty of room for your mind to start unpackin' things
1840. >If it weren't for you bein' so tired, anyway...
  1841. >Anon sits quietly in the wheel-barrow
  1842. >Just enjoyin' the ride, I guess
1843. >You look back and see him rubbin' his knee
  1844. >You can't help but imagine what must've happened
1845. >Goin' out and gettin' into some tussle that night
  1846. >For you...
  1847. >Somepony must've given him a good kick.
1848. "It's just something that happens. Old injuries can hurt again. Especially joints. Nothing to worry about."
  1849. >You blush.
1850. >He must've read the concern on your face
  1851. "Oh, okay."
1852. >Passing through Main Street, down the middle of Lowdown Town
1853. >Ponies start to stare at you
  1854. >It don't matter none
  1855. >Soon you'll be outta here
1856. >They must be glad to be gettin' rid of the 'human'
1857. >And you'll be glad to be rid of these hoodlums
1858. >In a place where Anon will be safe.
  1859.
  1860. "Hey, 'Non?"
  1861. "Yes, ma'am?"
  1862. >Your brow twitches...
1863. >Are you ever gonna get used to that, now?
1864. "You, uh... You feel alright, right?"
  1865. >He doesn't respond for a moment or two
1866. "Yer not still thinkin' of dying, are ya?"
  1867. >Still quiet...
  1868. >But it's a long road.
  1869. >You just keep on
1870. "Your property mustn't be damaged."
  1871. >You huff out a frosty breath
1872. "Yer not just my 'property'..."
  1873. >More quiet.
1874. "You understand how much you're worth to me, Anon?"
  1875. >...
1876. "It must be a lot."
1877. "Yes. So if it should happen someday that you're not, under 'obligation' anymore,"
  1878. >You sigh...
  1879. "I just don't want'a lose you."
1880. >Guess he's not very talkative right now
  1881. >A long road, a long road...
  1882.
  1883.
1884. "Departing from Lowdown Station, to Midway Valley!"
  1885.
1886. >The doors of the cabin closed
  1887. >The whistle blew
1888. >And finally there was motion
1889. "Lowdown to Midway, Midway to Ponyville. Should be an hour between both. We'll be home before supper!"
1890. >You and Anon got cozy in your seats
1891. >As the train started to move out, the car began to fill with the light murmur and banter of it's occupants
1892. >Attendants moved up and down the isle, doin' their usual hospitality business
1893. >It was all too calming...
1894. >And before long, without thinkin' much about it
1895. >You had layed your head in Anon's lap
  1896. "Tired, ma'am?"
1897. >On cue, you let out a big yawn
1898. "Been a long day... and we're not even half way through yet."
  1899. "Yeah..."
1900. >You suddenly felt Anon's hand on your head, taking off your hat and smoothing out your mane
  1901. >Rubbing an ear...
1902. "I wish it was different."
  1903. >You nuzzle his leg
  1904. "What ya mean?"
  1905. "This morning."
1906. >That could mean two things...
  1907. "Tell me more."
1908. >He looked out the window with a solemn gaze
  1909. "I've lost your trust."
1910. "Not in a big way. I'm just concerned about ya, is all."
1911. "Yes... For some reason, that defies logic. Escapes words. Love is so confusing, and I'm terribly confused."
1912. >You smile and chuckle softly
1913. "Feelin' confused means, you're on your way to understandin'. As long as you don't give up on tryin' to."
  1914. "I'm sorry."
1915. "Ferget it, hon. You had your past tangled in your mind for so long, it's no wonder what happened this mornin'... But now that it's out. You've got a new leash on life. Yer a very lucky man."
  1916. "You mean 'lease'."
  1917. "Oh... right, yeah."
  1918.
  1919.
1920. >He's thinking and talking about things, at least
1921. >And his mind seems to have changed a bit
1922. >You'll give him more slack, bit by bit
1923. >Until you're sure he values his life again...
1924. "Just forget it, 'Non, and we'll start sharin' happiness together again."
1925. >He looks down at you with a smile
  1926. "Okay, ma'am."
  1927. >Your stomach growls...
  1928. >Apparently, Anon heard it
  1929. "Excuse me?"
1930. >He raises his hand and waves down an attendant.
1931. "Yes... *Ahem* Sir? Can I get you something?"
1932. "That plate of apple slices, please."
1933. >They make the exchange, and you blush profusely
  1934. "Anon..."
1935. >He continues his petting again
1936. >Your protests are cut short by a slice of apple...
  1937. >Ahh hay.
1938. >You take the juicey thing into your mouth
1939. >... nobody's ever fed you like this, before.
1940. >Usually you're the one shovin' food in pony's mouths
1941. >It might've turned you on, if ya weren't so tired...
1942. >The steady, familiar rhythm of the train's sounds
1943. >The vibrations as it sails down the tracks
1944. >The murmur of ponies enjoying their ride, anticipating their destination...
  1945. >Ponyville
  1946. >Home...
  1947. >Anon...
1948. >You decide to 'just rest your eyes' for a bit, and...
  1949. >zZz
  1950.
  1951. ~End of Interlude~
  1952.
  1953. ~Chapter 2~
  1954.
  1955. >The train-wheels started screeching
  1956. >The steam-whistle blared
1957. >Applejack's eyes shot open, and she pressed her nose to the window, yawning as her breath fogged the glass
1958. >You helped Anon with his suit-case and stepped off the train
  1959. >Home... Home! Finally home!
1960. >You couldn't wait to see the look in Apple Bloom's eyes...
  1961. >And your friends! And-
  1962.
  1963. "APPLEJACK IS BAAAAAAAACK!"
  1964.
  1965. >Here it comes.
  1966. "Duck, Anon."
1967. >You hold your hat onto your head
1968. >The pink blur comes flying out of nowhere and crashes into you
1969. >Damn near squeezing the life out of you...
  1970. "Howdy Pinkie Pie!"
1971. "Oh my gosh, I'm so happy you're back! You missed like, fifty thousand things! Like five Super-Stack Pancake Breakfasts at Twilight's castle... The 'Applejack is Coming Home Tomorrow' party... The after-party... the /before/-party... Well uhh, that's about it, actually."
1972. >She gets up off of you and starts bouncing around you
1973. >Bundled up in a scarf and a knitted winter cap, her nose nipped red by the cold
  1974. >She stops mid-air
  1975. "ANON!" She squeals...
1976. >'Non is leaning against a lamp-pole, looking fairly uncomfortable
  1977. "Hello Pinkie..."
1978. >These two never really got off very well when Anon first came here.
1979. >That never stopped her from trying, though
1980. >She's bouncing around him now, and you look on with pity
1981. "ANON!" She shouts again. "I'm glad you came back, too! I didn't plan an 'Anon is Coming Back, Too' Party though, sorry! But hey! Maybe we can just have a Welcome Back party for the /both/ of you! Tonight maybe?"
1982. >Anon's face is cold as the snow around him.
1983. >You catch his jaw tensing as he grits his teeth
1984. "Okay, not tonight, well how about tomorrow? Aw, who cares! Let's just enjoy APPLEJACK AND ANON being back! And I mean, what have you two been /up/ to this whole /month/?! Doing dirty naughty things that might come back to haunt you later on but you'll try your hardest to cover up anyway!?"
1985. >You pull your hat down over your brow just a bit.
1986. "Pinkie, please, keep your voice down."
  1987.
  1988.
1989. "And no, that ain't it at all. A'course not."
  1990. >Pinkie Pie's grin just grows a bit wider
  1991. "Suuure, sure~"
1992. "For goodness sake, I told ya before we left... Anon bought some farm-land, and needed help gettin' things started."
  1993. "Okay, okay, I believe you~!"
1994. >You sigh and beckon for Anon to follow into town
1995. >But Pinkie jolts over to you and shoves her nose into your rump
  1996. >Staring in wide-eyed curiosity at your cutie-mark
  1997. "But what's this?!"
  1998. "W- What's what..?"
1999. >You notice a trace of anxiety in Anon's face
2000. "That new thing on your cutie mark!"
2001. >Oh, yeah... oh shit. Your brand.
  2002. "It's a human friendship thing."
2003. " 'Cause it looks like a BRAND to me!"
2004. "It's a friendship thing for humans, Pinkie. Perfectly normal, like, ya know... bracelets made outta flowers."
2005. "Oooooh... Like the rock-candy necklaces we made?"
2006. >You sigh in relief and give Pinkie an affirming smile
  2007. "Yes, exactly..."
2008. >You nod to Anon again
2009. >You hear Pinkie Pie inhaling...
2010. "Can I get one?! Anon, we're FRIENDS right? I wanna do the friendship thing with you, too! Give me the 'Friendship thing', Anon!!"
2011. >He picks up his suit-case and puts on the most charming - fake - smile he can
2012. "Let's talk about it later. Applejack is tired. And I'm... Oh, ouch. My arm. Applejack, let's hurry and go find that medicine."
2013. "Are you hurt?! Oh gosh!! I'll go ahead and tell Nurse Redheart you're coming!"
2014. >It's gonna be a longer day than you ever thought...
  2015.
  2016.
2017. >The look on Redheart's face was priceless
2018. >Y'could tell just what she was gonna say next
2019. >Or rather, what she might've said if she weren't a proper lady
2020. "Painkilllers... Yes, we have some! You can have a bottle for free, no worries."
2021. >She looks at Anon's arm, feigning diligence
2022. "Yes... you did a good job with the splint, Applejack. It looks fine to me."
2023. >She knits her brow and smiles nervously
2024. "And, it's true... previous injuries to joints will hurt from time to time. I wish I knew more about human physiology. I might've been a better help, then! Hehe... Sorry. Oh! Please start with a low dosage... come back quick if there are any unpleasant side-effects, since it is- Well, y'know. Supposed to be, for 'ponies'."
2025. >She sighs and looks back down to her notes with worry
2026. "I don't suppose we'll be meeting another 'human'. But, if you're gonna stay in Ponyville, you should come by when you're feeling better so we can learn more about you. Even if it's just to take care of 'you' better."
2027. >You think it over for a moment
2028. "That might be a fine idea, Redheart. We'll see! Sorry fer throwin' you for such a loop this evenin'."
2029. >Between Pinkie's enamored glaring, and Redheart's overtly curious glances...
  2030. >You were feelin' a tad uncomfortable
2031. >You put on a courteous smile and stifled a yawn, beckoning to Anon
2032. "Alright then, still more to do tonight. We'd better get goin'."
