  1.
  2. >Details don't matter at this point
  3. >What truly matters is you bought a pony
  4. >And not just any pony either
  5. >This one had wings and rainbow color hair
  6. >As you get into the house you release the cage door.
  7. "You can come out of there now."
  8. >She doesn't look at you but steps out of the cage regardless.
  9. >You know you have to release the binds on her wings
  10. >Otherwise, they could be permanently damaged
  11. >But you are ready to take a pounding if necessary
  12. >She won't get far
  13. "Alright, I'm gonna take these binds off, but don't do anything stupid okay?"
  14. >"Hmph."
  15. >Based on her stance, how she keeps herself, and her personality so far you can tell she's somewhat of a rebel
  16. >All the more fun to "get to know"
  17. >You carefully release the binds off her.
  18. "There we g-"
  19. >Before you can even finish she takes off the ground and you get a hoof to the chest and face.
  20. >You had the wind knocked out of you, nose is bleeding, and your on the floor but you were still conscious.
  21. >Yep, she's a fighter.
  22. >She's see that you carelessly left the front door wide open
  23. >"See ya never, dummy."
  24. >As she makes her way to the door she is instantly stopped in her tracks.
  25. >A surge of pain hits her neck and sends her straight to the ground.
  26. >She starts kicking furiously kicking around on the ground grabbing the collar around her neck.
  27. >You slowly get up and walk over to her.
  28. "I told you not to do anything stupid. Now look what you did."
  29. >You jerk her up by the ear and tears start forming in her eyes.
  30. >You show her the object in your hands that you pulled out your pocket while on the floor.
  31. "That's a shock collar. You try to do anything to escape and I'll just press this...."
  32. >"Don't please! I'm sorry..."
  33. >That didn't sound good enough.
  34. "Say it like you mean it."
  35. >"I'm sorry..."
  36. >The tears are coming out little at a time.
  37. >You give her another shock.
  38. "Again."
  39. >"I'm sorry!"
  40. >Another shock
  41. "You punched me in the nose, which I can barely breathe out of right now, and in my chest! Say it like you mean it!"
  42. >At that point you held the button down
  43. >All you see is a pony on the ground holding her eyes shut in pain, tears flooding down her eyes
  44. >She makes the lip motions for 'I'm sorry" but can't speak it out.
  45. >You release the button after a several seconds.
  46. "Now what do you say?"
  47. >"I'm sorry! I'm Sorry! I'm Sorry! I'm Sorry!"
  48. >She just keeps continuing the same phrase over and over again.
  49. >After a moment she starts coughing from all the crying, pain, and yelling she just went through.
  50. >She then starts dry heaving from what she just went through.
  51. .You guess she hasn't eaten anything since she hasn't thrown anything up.
  52. >This is a good thing since you really didn't want to clean up pony vomit right now.
  53. >You are Anon.
  54. >And you knew the only way to make her listen to you was to instill fear in her from the very beginning.
  55. >After a few moments, it seems she passed out on the floor.
  56. >You pick the little rebel up and lay her on the couch.
  57. >And then head towards the bathroom to clean up.
  58. >After wiping your nose and face off, you make sure that you still aren't bleeding.
  59. >It's still slight but nothing too terrible.
  60. >You lift up your shirt to see the damage there as well.
  61. >Right there on the center, just a huge red circle.
  62. >After pulling your shirt back down you go back into the living room to see if she awoke.
  63. >She is still sound asleep.
  64. >You let your anger get the best of you this time.
  65. >But goddamn what she did almost made you want to kill her then and there.
  66. >Got to be careful about how often you use the collar though.
  67. >Don't want any permanent damage done to her.
  68. >Still, you need to discipline her.
  69. >If she continues the way she is now, she will end up dead somewhere else.
  70. >Well, it's best that tonight you should leave her in the cage.
  71. >The arrangement inside that cage looks like it hasn't been changed in a while.
  72. >You look back at the curled up pony
  73. >...
  74. >After changing the sheets in the cage and placing fresh ones you put down some food and water inside it as well.
  75. >YOu carefully lift her up and put her inside the cage.
  76. >As you lay her down you hear a small sigh come out.
  77. >She's kind of adorable now.
  78. >You may have been an asshole up until now, but you still had a heart at times.
  79. >After making sure the cage was locked, you head back into your own room.
  80. *sigh*"This is gonna take a lot of work."
  81. >Even back at the auction the salesperson even mentioned that this one would be quite a hassle.
  82. >Maybe that's why you got her so cheap
  83. >Thoughts aside you decide to bring yourself to bed and sleep off today's events.
  84. >The time is now around 4 in the morning
  85. >You have awoke to noises coming from the living room.
  86. >Remaining quiet, you cautiously get up and grab a knife off your stand.
  87. >As long as it's dark you can easily ambush anyone invading your home.
  88. >Making your way to the living room you notice that the sounds are the cage moving around.
  89. >You flick on the light and shield your eyes from the blinding light to look at the cage
  90. "Why in the hell are you making noise at this hour?"
  91. >She just gives you a cold stare without saying a word.
  92. "Well?"
  93. >After dead silence for a minute she finally makes a statement.
  94. >"I need to pee."
  95. "Well go."
  96. >She appears slightly annoyed with that answer.
  97. >"You expect me to just go in this cage?
  98. "Yeah, why wouldn't I? You did just try to escape on the very first day."
  99. >"You're crazy."
  100. "And you're a bitch that almost broke my nose."
  101. >She is getting agitated now.
  102. >"Look just let me out long enough to use the bathroom. I promise not to hurt your "beautiful" face again."
  103. >Oh fuck no.
  104. "Welp, that settles it. I was thinking about it until you said that little comment. Now you get to pee in the cage."
  105. >"Oh come on! I know I almost tried to escape, but you can't just let somepony pee themselves and lay in it."
  106. "Watch me."
  107. >You go over to the kitchen, sit the knife down, and make a cup of instant coffee.
  108. >You then return from the kitchen to sit on the couch.
  109. "Because now I'm gonna be watching you."
  110. >The look on her face at this point is too good to pass up.
  111. >"... You're sick in the head you know that?"
  112. "Think of it as a lesson you need to learn."
  113. >"Well you're gonna be waiting a while because I know how to hold it."
  114. >The stance says otherwise so it's easy to tell she's bluffing.
  115. "How long you think you can hold it for?"
  116. >"As long as it takes to get an idiot to let me out of th-"
  117. >Well that wasn't long.
  118. >Her legs start to buckle.
  119. >"Okay, seriously you gotta let me out. Like RIGHT NOW."
  120. "Isn't happening."
  121. >"No, seriously. RIGHT NOW."
  122. "I'm sorry but the person you are trying to reach clearly doesn't give a fuck right now."
  123. >"You seriously gonna do this?! Just sitting there watching a pony begging you to go to the bathroom or else she's gonna-"
  124. >Welp, it's about to happen.
  125. >"Gonna..."
  126. >The trickles of yellow can be seen on the back of her hindlegs
  127. >Not a moment later the flow has been released onto the sheets below her.
  128. >"...pee herself..."
  129. >She has her head down in shame at this point and you can see tears starting to form the side of her eyes.
  130. "Eeyup."
  131. >After the bodily release she slumps to the ground in defeat.
  132. >*sniff* "I hate you."
  133. "Yeah I figured that from the sucker punch I got earlier."
  134. >You get up and finish off the remainder of your cup of coffee.
  135. "Let that teach you something."
  136. >She doesn't say anything at the point. Just soft crying can be seen.
  137. "As long as you don't act like a complete fool, you'll get priviledges."
  138. >You don't even think she is listening at this point.
  139. >Hell she might even fall back asleep if she remains the way she is now.
  140. >You get up to look outside for a moment.
  141. >After closing your front door behind you take in the starry sky that will still be above for the next few hours.
  142. >Heaving a sigh, you return back into the house to see that she did indeed fall back asleep.
  143. >Welp, you just watched a pony piss itself.
  144. >As humorous as it was to you at the time, you get a thought that your parents would be SO proud of you.
  145. >Yeah, no not really.
  146. >They'd probably think you have issues or some shit.
  147. >But you know discipline is key to straightening her out.
  148. >She might end up a tad emotinally broken, but if that's what it takes to keep her in check.
  149. >Well, you don't have a choice.
  150. >You just have to remember that the shock collar is a last resort.
  151. >You look at her once again.
  152. >...
  153. >Goddammit why?
  154. >You decide to sneak her out of the cage and replace the sheets once again.
  155. >Come on now Anon. DISCIPLINE.
  156. >Shut up for a minute brain.
  157. >You take a look at her again.
  158. >She is all curled back up.
  159. >Though adorable, the smell in the air right now is pretty tense.
  160. >She will need a bath next time she wakes up.
  161. >...That requires letting her out of the cage when shes awake Anon.
  162. >Well no shit, brain.
  163. >Making sure everything is locked up, you return your room and decide to watch some T.V.
  164. >It's too early for this but you're wide awake after what has happened.
  165. >.. The coffee may have played a factor as well.
  166. >After a couple hours of doing absolutely nothing, you hear shuffling from the cage in the living room.
  167. >You decide to go to the living room to check on her.
  168. >...There is still a lingering smell in the room.
  169. >She is standing there though with a trance like expression.
  170. "You alive there?"
  171. >Instantly coming back to her senses she looks at you and immediately makes a disdained look.
  172. >"What do you want from me?"
  173. "Hmm?"
  174. >"Want me to play tricks like a dog is that it? Woof woof Let me go fetch a ball master."
  175. "Nothing of the sort."
  176. >"Whatever."
  177. "You need a bath."
  178. >"Yeah no thanks to you, sicko."
  179. >You do have to admit that you kind of went a tad bit far.
  180. >But hey you don't wake up someone from their majestic slumber.
  181. >Majestic being sprawled about on the mattress with the comforter only halfway covering.
  182. "Well, you have two options right now. Either you can come out of the cage peacefully or you can stink up in there."
  183. >You'd rather not have a stinking pony in your living room.
  184. >If it comes to that, you'll just bring her outside in the cage and just spray her with a garden hose.
  185. >She still hasn't answered you yet.
  186. "Well, what will it be?"
  187. >She looks at the ground for a moment before answering.
  188. >"...Fine."
  189. "So you'll take a bath without giving any sort of trouble?"
  190. >"I don't want to stink in here all day."
  191. >She has a point.
  192. "Well, I'm gonna unlock the cgae and open it."
  193. >You take the device off the table and hold it in front of her.
  194. "If you try anything though, it will just end up like yesterday."
  195. >She winces for a second before regaining her composure.
  196. >"I just want to clean up. Okay? I'll get back in the cage afterwards."
  197. "We will see about that..."
  198. >You slowly unlock the cage.
  199. >She starts mkaing her way out of the cage.
  200. >"Where is the bathroom"
  201. "Down the hall on the left, I'll get you set-up with a towel and rag."
  202. >"..."
  203. >She gets silent for a moment.
  204. "Something wrong?"
  205. >"...No."
  206. >You get the towel and rag ready for here to use.
  207. >"Just one thing."
  208. "And that is?"
  209. >"Don't come in while I'm bathing. Or else I really will make a repeat of yesterday."
  210. "Fair enough I guess."
  211. >You remember the collar around her neck.
  212. "Oh before I forget.."
  213. >You reach toward her neck to take off the collar but she moves back slightly.
  214. >"W-what are you doing?"
  215. "I'm just gonna take the collar off, chill out."
  216. >That way she doesn't die trying to at least bathe.
  217. "Okay you're good to go."
  218. >"I'll have my eyes on the door, pervert."
  219. >She closes the door and begins clean up from this morning.
  220. >Holding the collar in your hand in the hallway you examine it real closely.
  221. >It's a pretty basic design, but you can tll this thing isn't water-proof"
  222. >If the being it was attached to was wet you were sure this thing would have the potency to kill.
  223. >You don't care what you do, you know that death is no laughing matter.
  224. >You'll just have to make sure she drys well before putting this back on.
  225. >After several minutes you hearing knocking on the bathroom door.
  226. >This should be interesting.
  227. >You walk over the bathroom door.
  228. "What did you get stuck?"
  229. >"No i just realized that I can't exactly..... open the door."
  230. >Oh yeah she has hooves
  231. >This is a moment you couldn't pass up
  232. "Ohoho man, that's pretty great. Thought you didn't want me coming in on you?"
  233. >"Please, not now. Can you just open the door?"
  234. "No no no. I gotta let this soak in for a second."
  235. >She kicked your ass yesterday, but can't open a simple goddamn door.
  236. >There is sheer beauty in this.
  237. >After a moment of letting it sick in you hear her talk again.
  238. >"Ugh. Fine I'll just get this thing open myself jerk."
  239. >Maybe you should open the door
  240. >...
  241. >You hear movement inside
  242. >Alright, maybe its time to open the door.
  243. >Without delay, you open the door and go into something you kind of weren't expecting.
  244. >She completely dryed her wings off to float to get the doorknob at a better angle.
  245. >You are currently being stared at by a pony in a towel right n-"
  246. >The towel falls off her being, leaving herself completely exposed
  247. >You've never seen such a deep shade of red come out of blue.
  248. "U-uh...'
  249. >Quiet boner dont start this charade right now ple-
  250. >Too late there is a slight buldge appearing in your pants
  251. >Crimson is the new color in season now.
  252. >She eyeballs your lower half in shock
  253. >This is gonna get bad in a couple of seconds
  254. >"Y-you sick pervert!"
  255. >She pushes you out of the way and scrambles back to her cage.
  256. >Hell you didn't even need to close it she closed the damn door herself.
  257. >Though she couldn't really lock it.
  258. "It was an accident."
  259. >"Whatever! I saw that "thing" grow in your pants!"
  260. "Why were you looking?"
  261. >"Does it really matter?! You barged in without even saying anything first!"
  262. "Hey, it's my house if I want to just waltz in on you in the bathroom I will."
  263. >"...That's pretty messed up."
  264. "Oh sue me. Anyway, you're clean now right?"
  265. >"Wanna look for yourself, pervert?"
  266. *sigh*"And I thought we were actually getting somewhere beforehand."
  267. >"Yeah right. You just wanted to watch me clean myself. You like watching ponies getting all nice and soaped up for you?"
  268. >Holy shit this pony yo.
  269. >...The thought did per chance cross you mind while she was bathing though.
  270. "And you call me a pervert."
  271. >"Whatever, pervert."
  272. "Look I still gotta put this collar back on you an-"
  273. >You get immediately interrupted.
  274. >"I don't want that thing on me anymore."
  275. >You slightly understand why, but it's for her own good.
  276. "You know I can't just let that happen."
  277. >"Why don't you put it on and shock yourself for a good ten seconds then. Just like you did to me yesterday."
  278. "Because I'm not the one acting out?"
  279. >"No but you are a sick pervert."
  280. >What she said though did hit you slightly.
  281. >The collar itself is used to bring a wild individual back under control.
  282. >It's only recommended that you only hold the button down for no longer than 4 seconds.
  283. >But you pratically did twice that much yesterday.
  284. >You're surprised she wasn't even damaged in the slightest.
  285. >You look at the collar again.
  286. "Look, like it or not, you gotta have this on you. I can't trust you at all yet."
  287. >"And you think I trust you?"
  288. "Don't be a smartass with me, but in order you to start gain some sliver of freedom around here you are gonna have to show me you won't try to make a break for it."
  289. >She looks at you with an annoyed look.
  290. "You want some more moving room? You're gonna have to earn it."
  291. >You attempt to put the collar back on.
  292. >To your surprise, she stands still in the cage and allows you to do so.
  293. >After making sure the collar is nice and in place you close the cage back and lock it.
  294. "I'll be back in a moment."
  295. >Making your way to way to the kitchen, you decide what you want to eat this morning.
  296. >Guessing a simple egg and cheese sandwich shall suffice.
  297. >After making your slightly average meal, you head back to the living room.
  298. >You come back to her staring at one of the windows in dissapointment.
  299. >It's has blinds on it, so she can't really see anything outside.
  300. >Light from light bulbs are nice, but maybe it is time to have some natural light in here.
  301. >You pull the cord to lift up the blinds and turn off the lights in the room.
  302. >She looked slightly taken back by your action at first, but then forgets what happened and proceeds to look out the window.
  303. >Now it's time to sit down and enjoy your breakfast.
  304. >After taking a few bites you look back over at the pony.
  305. >She's still staring out the window.
  306. >You don't feel like watching more T.V. at the moment.
  307. >And you're sure that she doesn't have an interest in even being in the same room as you.
  308. >Still can't hurt to attempt to ask questions.
  309. "So, what's your name anyway?"
  310. >She turns her head to look at you for a second and then back at the window.
  311. >Well, you tried.
  312. >Guess it wouldn't hurt to at least tell her your name.
  313. "If you would like to know my name it's Anon."
  314. >The silence feels even more deafining in the room after that statement.
  315. >You give up in that endeavor and decide to watch the news.
  316. >You turn on the living room T.V. and you notice her ears flick a little from it.
  317. >Nothing too terribly new in the news, but then the weather comes up.
  318. >When she heard the weather being talked about she turned her gaze off the window.
  319. >You guess she likes knowing what kind of weather there will be in the next couple of days?
  320. >Today was gonna be the last day it would be this clear out. The next couple of days forecasted rain.
  321. >She looked a little upset about the forecast and then turned to look back out the window.
  322. >After the weather forecast was finished commercials started to roll.
  323. >You always hated commercials, so decide to turn off the T.V. instead.
  324. >You finished your breakfast and several minutes pass by.
  325. >Thoughts start to stir in your mind.
  326. >Since you don't actually have a name from her, you need to give her one to call her by until she tells you her name.
  327. >You take a look at the pony.
  328. >How long is she gonna look outside anyway?
  329. >She has no interest in anything else around her right now.
  330. >You swear the world's most spectacular parade would be going right behind her and what is she there doing?
  331. >Watching clouds move.
  332. >You start forming up a name.
  333. >Her hair shows a vivid selection of the color spectrum and the sky and weather both hold a lot of interest in her.
  334. >There is a few words that would associate with those things, but one thing stands out above them all.
  335. >Rainbow.
  336. >Deciding that would be the name you'd have for her until she tell you her true name you take a glance at the clock.
  337. >It's slowly getting closer to noon, you may want to go to the store before lunch hour hits.
  338. >Traffic is always so terrible during that time.
  339. "Alright, since you won't tell me your name I'll just have to call you Rainbow for now."
  340. >She instantly turns her head to your attention after that word comes out.
  341. >A little surprised, she then fixes her gaze on the ground for a moment and bite her lip.
  342. >Don't know whatthat was about, you shrug it off and proceed to get ready to go to the store.
  343. >After making sure everything is picked up, you open up the front door and turn back to look at Rainbow.
  344. "I won't be gone long, I'm only heading out to get groceries. Try to not make a mess of the house while I'm gone."
  345. >You giggled at yourself for that one.
  346. >She wasn't amused at that comment, but it didn't bother her too much.
  347. "Be back in a bit."
  348. >"...Dash."
  349. "I'm sorry?"
  350. >"You have part of my name right. But my name is Rainbow Dash."
  351. >Well that was quite unexpected.
  352. "Well, Rainbow Dash, I will be back shortly."
  353. >You close the door and lock it.
  354. >Walking to your car you look at the house one last time.
  355. >The window still had it's blinds lifted for her to look out of.
  356. >You just hope nobody attempts breaking in.
  357. >Or that your neighbors think you're weird for having a pony with a rainbow colored mane.
  358. >These new kinds of ponies were still far and few between so they aren't common knowledge at all.
  359. >Time to get some groceries.
  360. >Why are groceries so damn expensive?
  361. >You are browsing the store looking at all the products they have.
  362. >Hell even sale prices are a little high.
  363. >It's only on sale for a few cents less.
  364. >Fucking greedy corporations man.
  365. >Hmm, what do ponies like her even eat anyway?
  366. >You think about just grabbing a bunch of random shit out of the produce selection.
  367. >Since she isn't a regular pony though...
  368. >Damn, you probably should've asked her if liked anything.
  369. >Then again the only thing you got out of her was her name.
  370. >Hmm, based on what regualr ponies are, they are herbivores to begin with.
  371. >Maybe you should just stick with vegetable dishes.
  372. >...That means no meat.
  373. >Actually eating more vegetables than meat was starting to become the local craze.
  374. >You make your way over to the frozen section.
  375. >Since you can't cook well at all the frozen family dinners were your best option.
  376. >What seems the most interesting?
  377. >After browsing for a bit you picked up some forzen veggie entree consisting of vegetable lasagna and some stir frys.
  378. >Now to pick up your regular items.
  379. >Your "lunch time ramens", eggs, milk, bread, and some canned goods.
  380. >Wait how long has it been?
  381. >You glance at you watch to see you've spent almost an hour and a half at the store.
  382. >Oops, guess it's time to head home.
  383. >After paying for the groceries you pack in all into the back of the vehicle and head home.
  384. >Next time you're on the computer you'll consider a cheaper place to shop.
  385. >It's not entirely terrible on your wallet, but you know that you can find it for cheaper.
  386. >After a lengthy drive through traffic you finally arrive back home.
  387. >No signs of break in or any windows smashed.
  388. >Thank god, that would be one hell of a report to the police.
  389. >Oh yes, Officer someone broke into my home and stole my precious little rainbow-haired pony. No I'm not gay officer, just confused.
  390. >One for the book right there.
  391. >You go to unlock the door before bringing anything in.
  392. >Upon entering, you see that Rainbow is taking a nap.
  393. >Why is she sleeping as close to a corner as possible in the cage?
  394. >That's when the smell hit you.
  395. >She pissed the sheets again.
  396. >Although she hasn't the right to be out of the cage just yet, you really need to find a solution to this.
  397. >You really don't think letting her out of the cage while away would be an option right now.
  398. >There probably would've been a broken window then.
  399. >You make your way back to the vehicle to bring the groceries in.
  400. >The commotion of walking back and forth a couple of times and sitting bags on the floor woke her up.
  401. >After bringing the last few bag in you direct your attention to her.
  402. "Enjoy your nap?'
  403. >"Mmm."
  404. >The sound of someone that hasn't fully woken up yet.
  405. >Her eyes were a bit red though.
  406. >Did she cry while you were gone?
  407. >You focus your attention off her to put up the groceries.
  408. >After doing so, you sit on the couch to strike up a conversation.
  409. "So, did you do anything while I was gone?"
  410. >She throws you a glare.
  411. >You can't help but tease her situation.
  412. >"Can it."
  413. >She takes her gaze down to the sheets on the floor of the cage.
  414. >Her face scrunches up from seeing the wet patch. Possibly the smell gets her too.
  415. "I'll change those in a bit, but first I want you ask you something."
  416. >She doesn't look toward you but you can tell she is listening
  417. "I know this will sound like a dumb and kind of an asshole question, but aside from where you're at right now is something upsetting you?"
  418. >Another glare.
  419. >"Well gee wiseguy, aside from being here in a cage not really able to do much there isn't ANYTHING wrong."
  420. "You look like you cried while I was out."
  421. >"I got mad because I couldn't go to a proper bathroom, AGAIN."
  422. >You get a feeling that really isn't the reason, but you don't push any further.
  423. >After making sure the house is secured for the evening, you grab another sheet to change the one in the cage.
  424. >You start to unlock the cage door.
  425. "No funny business, alright?
  426. >"Yeah, yeah, whatever."
  427. >The tone of that slightly ticked you off.
  428. >You brush it off though to focus on the more important matter.
  429. "Alright, sit at the back of the cage and I'll change the sheet."
  430. >"Wow, you won't even let me out of here to stretch?"
  431. "..."
  432. >She has been in the cage for a good portion of the day.
  433. >But you have very little trust for this pony right now.
  434. >The only reason you let her out of the cage before was because you didn't want the place smelling like a two week old cat litter box.
  435. >And you managed to get called a pervert in the process.
  436. >Not your fault she can't open doors.
  437. >Well, it's settled.
  438. >In order for both parties to start gaining trust toward one another, one must take action.
  439. >Well, you're the only who can take action right now.
  440. >I mean she is kind of in a cage and you are technically her owner.
  441. >Well, time to give her a test.
  442. "Five minutes."
  443. >"Huh?"
  444. "You get five minutes to stretch and do whatever else you need to."
  445. >Her head raises a little bit at that, but she comes back with something witty.
  446. >"Just long enough to make my escape then?"
  447. >You take the shock collar device out of your pocket.
  448. "Don't think I'm not prepared for this."
  449. >She slightly flinches at the sight of the device.
  450. "And if this doesn't get you, someone outside will so just please cooperate."
  451. >"Geez, I was only kidding."
  452. >You highly doubt she was at first.
  453. >Those waters you're testing will turn into tsunamis if you keep this up, girl.
  454. >Shaking your head you let her walk out of the cage.
  455. >She stands in the middle of the room and begins stretching out.
  456. >The fuck did she do before she got here, yoga?
  457. >Some of those stretches were pretty thorough.
  458. >She lets her wings out to stretch those too.
  459. >It's so interesting to watch her when she is not giving attitude.
  460. >It's been over five minutes, Anon.
  461. >Shut it, brain. I'm watching a pony stretch here and it's fascinating.
  462. >About 7 or 8 minutes pass.
  463. >"What happened to only five minutes?"
  464. >She has a smirk on her face.
  465. "Wow, time really does fly."
  466. >You try to play it off but it wasn't happening.
  467. >"Guess it does watching perfection, huh?"
  468. "Says the one who pissed in a cage. Twice."
  469. >She puffs her face up a little on that statement.
  470. >"Only because some jerk wouldn't let me out."
  471. "Only because some pony didn't have the greatest attitude in the beginning."
  472. >"...Jerk."
  473. "...Dyke."
  474. >You both stare at each other for a moment.
  475. >You can't help but to enjoy the small fights like this.
  476. >She's taking these serious though.
  477. >Since she came here yesterday, the house has been the most lively it's ever been.
  478. >Before all you would do is come home from work and just be bored in your own house.
  479. >You're glad you took a three week paid vacation from it.
  480. >It's give you a lot of free time and let's you spend time with your newly aquired pony.
  481. >...Even if she is a bit rebellious.
  482. >The moment passes and you come back to reality.
  483. >She's still out of her cage, yet why hasn't she tried to escape?
  484. >You decide to put the shock collar switch into your pocket for now.
  485. >Let's see how she does for now.
  486. >Any sudden moves though...
  487. >Well, let's just focus on what's at hand right now.
  488. >You glance at the clock, it's getting close to dinner time.
  489. >Time to make some grub.
  490. "Guess it's time to make dinner."
  491. >She looks at you confused.
  492. >"Aren't you forgetting something?"
  493. "Not right now, no.
  494. >"So you didn't forget that I'm still out and about right here?"
  495. "Nope, you seems to be doing well so far so I'm letting you have a bit of freedom. Only until I go to bed though."
  496. >She is confused at your small kindness, but doesn't reject it.
  497. >"And you are seriously okay with this?"
  498. "For now."
  499. >"Wow, did I damage something else up there beside your face?"
  500. "Just take it for what it's worth, please."
  501. >Dropping that line of discussion, you bring back up the subject of dinner.
  502. "For tonight, we are having vegetable lasagna. Not homemade or anything just something quick."
  503. >You go to the kitchen and get the frozen meal out and prep the oven.
  504. >After letting the oven preheat, you slide the lasagna in to cook.
  505. >It'll be an hour before it ready though.
  506. >Returning to the living room, you find that Rainbow has already made home at the far end of the couch.
  507. >You half expected an empty room and broken window.
  508. >Yet she's sitting right there and maintaining herself.
  509. >Which is both surprising and unsettling to you at the same time.
  510. "Dinner will be ready in about an hour."
  511. >You sit on the opposite end of the couch.
  512. >She had a slight intention of getting off the couch entirely when you went to sit down, but she remained.
  513. >Didn't look at you any though.
  514. >You were looking at her. She was staring at the wall with her hoof propping her head up on the arm rest.
  515. >Must be in some thought.
  516. >You don't pay it any mind. Though you can guess she's thinking on the past.
  517. >Let's attempt to strike up conversation again.
  518. "Thinking about something?"
  519. >No response from her.
  520. "Thinking about friends or family back home?"
  521. >Her expression turns slightly at that but instantly reverts back.
  522. >Guess it's no use.
  523. >Tomorrow will be the start of the few rainy days to come.
  524. >Dinner should be ready by now.
  525. "I'll be back with food."
  526. >Her ears perk a little bit from that word but no other motion can be seen.
  527. >Guess she's too busy thinking.
  528. >You head into the kitchen to take the lasagna out of the oven and prepare a plate for her.
  529. >Do they even use utensils?
  530. >Better be on the safe side and bring a fork for her.
  531. >Before you make your plate you bring hers out and sit it on the table.
  532. "It just came out of the oven so it's hot at the moment."
  533. >After getting your plate you sit back down on the couch.
  534. "Since we are waiting for the food to cool off, mind telling me what you're thinking on?"
  535. >Her train of thought seems lost at first.
  536. >She recollects herself and actually says something.
  537. >"M-my friends, my home, pretty much all of Equestria."
  538. "Equestria?"
  539. >"Yeah, what? You haven't heard about it?"
  540. "Nope."
  541. >"Did you live under a rock before actually-"
  542. >She pauses and hesitates for a second.
  543. >"..you know.."buying" me?"
  544. "Nah, the auctioneer never gave any details about where you came from. Just that he was selling something out of this world."
  545. >Which you knew they couldn't be from this world when you saw them but now you know they are from this land called "Equestria"
  546. "What was it like?"
  547. >"Well "was" is a better way to describe it now"
  548. >Something tells you that there may have been conflict during the ponies being taken from their world.
  549. >Better not ask about that right away.
  550. >"It "was" one of the greatest places ever"
  551. "What did you do there?"
  552. >"Making sure the weather wasn't all messed up and mostly hanging out with my friends."
  553. "You could control weather?"
  554. >"You mean you guys can't?"
  555. "It kind of just happens naturally in our world."
  556. >"Huh, now that I think of it I didn't see anything moving those clouds in the sky."
  557. "Did you live anywhere specific?"
  558. >"In a house on a cloud just above Ponyville.
  559. >You just became completely lost.
  560. "A...house...on a cloud."
  561. >"Yyyyeah?"
  562. "Huh, I've heard some crazy things but that just sounds wild."
  563. >"Not really."
  564. "Maybe to you, but here if someone said their house was on a cloud they would have people asking them to share whatever they are on."
  565. >"I don't follow."
  566. "Better if you don't."
  567. >"Oookay?
  568. "So you said above a place called 'Ponyville'?"
  569. >"Yeah, all of my friends were there. Especially those that I hanged with the most."
  570. "Sounds like you had the life."
  571. >"I did."
  572. >The conversation falls quiet after that.
  573. >What else was there to ask?
  574. >It'd be a dick move to ask how it all went to hell right now.
  575. >Better end it right now.
  576. "Well, sorry for prying I was just curious."
  577. >"Eh, it's not a big deal."
  578. >Except it is a big deal.
  579. >She was ripped out of her world and brought here along with who knows how many others.
  580. >There is a good chance that her "home" probably won't ever be the same anymore.
  581. >However, you don't need to think about that.
  582. >What matters is she is here now and she'll just have to accept it.
  583. >You almost forgot the food sitting on the table.
  584. "Oops, I almost forgot that we had dinner sitting here."
  585. >You pick up your fork and look at Rainbow before chowing down.
  586. "Let's dig in."
  587. >Thankfully she doesn't say anything about the fork set to the side of the plate for her.
  588. >You were half expecting a smartass commect to come out of it.
  589. >However, she just eats straight off the plate.
  590. >It was a "interesting" sight.
  591. >...
  592. >The remainder of the evening was pretty silent, but you feel as if you gained some footing with her.
  593. >It's getting late, you decide to turn in for the night.
  594. >But first, you need to decide what to do about Rainbow.
  595. >Would she try to escape while you were asleep?
  596. >You turn to look at her.
  597. >She's half-awake over there, doesn't look like she is gonna pull anything.
  598. >Plus, she behaved herself quite well.
  599. >Even was able to make decent conversation.
  600. >Wasn't the greatest thing to talk about, but it was something.
  601. >Well, let see if you can trust her enough that she wasn't doing this all along to escape.
  602. >And possibly kill you in your sleep.
  603. "I'll let you sleep outside the cage tonight, but no funny business alright?"
  604. >She does a slow nod.
  605. >Looks like shes ready to call it a night.
  606. "I'll get you a pillow and blanket."
  607. >You always have some spare pillows and a blanket for the couch for when someone came over.
  608. >Which was rare that someone did come over.
  609. >Truth was you were pretty much a loner ever since you graduated from school.
  610. >Your "friends" at work always seemed too busy and you never took time to just go out places.
  611. >Maybe it's time to get out and explore.
  612. >You should bring Rainbow along with you as well.
  613. >Though you may get odd glances for having her.
  614. >Won't be able to do much until the weather lightens up.
  615. >It'll be raining for the next three days.
  616. >You won't be going anywhere for that time.
  617. >After shuffling around in your closet for the extra blanket and couple of pillows you return back to the living room.
  618. >She's already passed out, and her body is stretched out on the couch.
  619. >You chuckle slightly and walk over with the contents in hand.
  620. >Carefully lifting up her head to slide a pillow underneath and putting the blanket over her, you successfuly tucked a pony in for the night.
  621. >Never thought you would do that in your lifetime.
  622. >Time to tuck yourself in for the night.
  623. >...
  624. >...
  625. >...
  626. >You couldn't fall asleep right away.
  627. >After a few hours of tossing about, you gave up on sleep for now.
  628. >What time is it?
  629. >Glancing over at the digital clock on the side of the bed, you see that it's just past midnight.
  630. >You can hear the slight sprinkle of rain outside
  631. >It wasn't supposed to start until around 3 in the morning.
  632. >The rain always seems to come earlier than expected though.
  633. >...
  634. >After a couple of minutes of listening to the sprinkling rain your eyes get heavy.
  635. >Sleep finally cast it's veil on you.
  636. >Oh, it's this dream again.
  637. >You're falling but the destination below remains almost hidden by the clouds.
  638. >It never seems like you get anywhere though.
  639. >You look up, there's the moon same as before.
  640. >Looking around is the night sky gleaming with stars and what seems like a field of clouds below you.
  641. >Something is underneath them though.
  642. >There is glimmers of light that are scattered but in large bundles.
  643. >Cities, maybe?
  644. >It's impossible to tell exactly what they are.
  645. >You look back at the moon.
  646. >Huh, after looking at it for a moment the craters make an odd pattern.
  647. >It almost looks like a....
  648. >*beep* *beep* *beep*
  649. >The sound of your alarm on the clock goes off.
  650. >After hitting the alarm, you stretch and bring yourself to the side of the bed.
  651. >That will still be a weird dream for you.
  652. >Well, dreams are just dreams. They don't actually mean anything.
  653. >The rain outside is noticable but it's mostly a light shower for now.
  654. >Time to get ready for the day.
  655. >After getting a choice of clothing from the closet, it's time to head into the shower.
  656. >A shower is supposed to wake you up, but you still feel tired.
  657. >Oh well.
  658. >After the shower, shaving your face, and putting clothes on, it's time to head into the living room.
  659. >In the living room, you see that Rainbow is already awake and stirring.
  660. >The towel on the couch indicates she must have cleaned up already.
  661. "Morning."
  662. >"Sup."
  663. >Well that's one way to say it.
  664. "Surprised to see you didn't up and leave."
  665. >"Eh, it's raining and I couldn't go far with wet wings."
  666. >Oh, so she actually did plan on leaving during the night?
  667. "It wasn't raining that hard."
  668. >"Well yeah, but I also started thinking."
  669. "What about?"
  670. >"It's just that this world is definitely different from ours. Even if I did escape I wouldn't know where to go."
  671. "Ahh, so you only here until you find out something then?"
  672. >"Oh go eat a bale of hay, wiseguy."
  673. "Hey, you're the one who made it sound like that."
  674. >She shakes her head and sighs.
  675. >"Look, since you "bought" me. I guess I can stick around, being an Element of Loyalty and all."
  676. "A what of huh?"
  677. >"Oh right. You see me and my friends.. we bear special powers which are called the Elements of Harmony."
  678. "And these powers let you do what exactly?"
  679. >She swings her hoof in the air in a punching motion.
  680. >"Beat the crud out of evil!"
  681. "And you said you're the Element of...?"
  682. >"Loyalty. Which mostly means I'm awesome and will stick by no matter how tough things get."
  683. >You think the awesome part is just added in there for show.
  684. "So, if you and your friends have these powers, how did you get caught and enslaved in the first place?"
  685. >She sighs and leans back on the couch.
  686. >"You tell me. Because I can't even remember how I got caught."
  687. >She pauses for a second.
  688. >"I just remember that at one point I ended up here."
  689. "So, nothing in between what your regular day consisted of and when you where up for auction?"
  690. >"Not really, like I was knocked out during the whole time."
  691. >That's not a impossibility.
  692. >But you do have to wonder how this was so.
  693. >"By the way, what's with the sudden change?"
  694. "Huh?"
  695. >"At the beginning there you were all up for "putting me in my place". Now, you're being nice about everything."
  696. "Well, I have a slight anger problem."
  697. >"Hey I know all about that."
  698. "And you kind of..well I think you know what happened."
  699. >She looks down to the floor for a moment.
  700. >"Yeah, sorry about that."
  701. "Hey it's no big deal now. What's done is done."
  702. >You look to the empty cage.
  703. >There isn't a reason you should keep it out.
  704. "Guess there isn't a reason to keep this thing on the floor."
  705. >You go over to it and get the sheets that was put in it out.
  706. "I'm just gonna break this thing down. I trust you enough at the moment to roam around the house."
  707. >She raises an eyebrow.
  708. >"Even your room?"
  709. "That's off limits."
  710. >A smirk appears on her face.
  711. >"Got dark secrets in there?"
  712. >You start scratching the back of your neck.
  713. "U-uh...no."
  714. >pornstachunderthemattress
  715. >Flustered a small bit you immediately ask her the same.
  716. "And what did your room have in it, hmmmmm?"
  717. >Her face turns red, and she starts scratching the side of her face with her hoof.
  718. >"L-let's not talk about that."
  719. >Both of you kind of laugh at the akwardness this caused.
  720. "I'm gonna get the cage taken care of and put away."
  721. >She is right though.
  722. >You haven't actually acted like you did in the beginning.
  723. >In truth, you were indeed wanting to make her a pet.
  724. >Now it's just you being conflicted on the inside.
  725. >You aren't really a bad person, but what she did in the beginning set you off real good.
  726. >After some time of thinking about it, all you really wanted was company.
  727. >You have the cage broken down at this point and you take it to the "storage room".
  728. >Which was a second bedroom at one point, but you had no use for it.
  729. >Now it's just a room you put bulky items in because you don't have the proper storage.
  730. >Maybe you should clean this out sometime and make it a room for her.
  731. >It seems like you can trust her for now.
  732. >Though the collar is still on her.
  733. >It's for safety reasons, but does it even feel right?
  734. >...
  735. >For now you should leave it on.
  736. >Returning to the living room, you see one Rainbow Dash lying upside down on the couch.
  737. >"This is sooo boring."
  738. >It's true, rainy days are dull and nothing really goes on.
  739. >Normally, you'd be playing some video games on your PC right now.
  740. >Tropico, Sims, and Civilization always helped pass time.
  741. >But it may be nice to spend some time with Rainbow there.
  742. "Well, we could always watch the T.V."
  743. >"You mean the thing that talked about weather yesterday?"
  744. "It's does more than show weather. There is various things we could watch."
  745. >She rolls over to sit back up.
  746. >"I guess it's better than nothing."
  747. >You sit down on the other side of the couch and use the remote to turn on the T.V.
  748. >Damn, even on rainy days it feels like there isn't anything to watch.
  749. >After scrolling through, you decide to leave it on the channel that always shows action movies.
  750. >You don't really watch all that much movie wise anymore.
  751. >At one point it was all about watching your chinese cartoons.
  752. >You look at Rainbow to see if she is still even watching,
  753. >Surprisingly, all the explosions and fighting are enough to keep her entertained for now.
  754. "You like action flicks then, huh?"
  755. >She's too zoned out right now on this.
  756. >You'll show an interest in it too so it doesn't look like you're bored.
  757. >After the movie is over the credit start to roll.
  758. >"Woah, that was awesome!"
  759. >Guess she does enjoy stuff like this.
  760. "Fan of stuff like this?"
  761. >"Yeah, you could say that."
  762. >We went from it being awesome to a yeah?
  763. "You have stuff like this back home?"
  764. >"Nah, I mostly read a book series called Daring Do."
  765. "I wouldn't have taken you for a reader."
  766. >"I wouldn't have either until one day until Twilight brought me a book to read while I was in the hospit-.."
  767. >She immediately stops and her expression turns a little south.
  768. "One of your friends?"
  769. >"Yeah...."
  770. "Was she one of those elements you mentioned earlier?"
  771. >"You could say she was like the leader of us."
  772. >You can tell tears start coming out of the corner of her eyes.
  773. >"H-hey, do you think I'll ever see them again?"
  774. "All of your friends?"
  775. >She gives a nod.
  776. "I can't really say Rainbow..."
  777. >It's frustrating to say, but you honestly don't know.
  778. >"I figured as much..."
  779. >The tear are more noticeable now but they aren't pouring just yet.
  780. >"H-hey dummy, you need to fix that leak in your ceiling. The rain is coming in."
  781. >...She finally let's loose.
  782. >You can't help but feel for her at this point.
  783. >You move over on the couch to be slightly closer to her, but not too close.
  784. >She's cried before your eyes before but this is different.
  785. >This is one of those times that one needs comfort.
  786. >She stops crying for a moment to notice you got closer.
  787. >*sniff*"Wh-what do you want?"
  788. >You extend out an arm toward her.
  789. "It wouldn't be right for me to just sit and watch."
  790. >She give a slight chuckle underneath the tearshed.
  791. >"You mean like the other times?"
  792. "That was different."
  793. >"Yeah, w-whatever."
  794. >You still have your arm out.
  795. "My offer still stands."
  796. >She takes a moment to register your arm and then proceeds to look at you.
  797. >Completely missing your arm she went straight into your chest.
  798. >The waterworks were fully unleashed at this point.
  799. >She is crying on your chest and hooves wrapped around your torso.
  800. >You're chest is still bruised, but you endure it for her.
  801. >You have your previously extended arm now slowly petting her head.
  802. >...A small amount of time passes.
  803. >She's done crying but her head still buried.
  804. >Looking down at her, you chuckle a little.
  805. "Hey at least you didn't piss yourself this time."
  806. >"Shut it."
  807. >You feel one of the hooves lift to punch you in the side.
  808. >That was deserved , but you couldn't help it.
  809. >A moment after she moves herself from you and wipes her face off.
  810. >Slightly flustered about what happened, she doesn't directly look at you.
  811. >Still, she makes a small smile and looks in your general direction.
  812. >"Th-thanks."
  813. "No problem, Rainbow."
  814. >A small blush is seen in her face.
  815. >You get up and proceed to peek out the window.
  816. >The force of the rain has picked up slightly.
  817. *sigh*"Looks dreary out, not much we can do cramped up in this house."
  818. >"I-it's fine."
  819. "You wanna watch some more T.V.? It's one of the only thing we can do right now."
  820. >On the top of one of your shelves is some board games.
  821. "We could play some board game if you-"
  822. >"Ehhhh, that's not really my style. T.V. doesn't sound too terrible."
  823. >Both of you chuckle a little.
  824. >...The rest of the evening is spent watching movies.
  825. >You didn't realize until after a little into the first movie, but Rainbow sits close to you now.
  826. >Both of you are pretty much laid back into the couch.
  827. >By the third movie, you were pretty tired.
  828. >It was pretty hard to even keep your eyes open.
  829. >You look over at Rainbow to see if she is still awake.
  830. >...Oh?
  831. >It's seems she fell asleep. Body tilted towards you and head slightly on your shoulder.
  832. >Seems she's prety relaxed right now.
  833. >Time to turn off the T.V.
  834. >Grabbing the remote from the side you press the power button to turn it off.
  835. >You sneak your way out and proceed to tuck her in for the evening.
  836. >Before putting the blanket on her though you see the only thing that still bothers you.
  837. >The shock collar on her neck.
  838. >...
  839. >To hell with it, you would rather have it off her right now.
  840. >Carefully, you remove the device from her neck.
  841. >Her face twitches slightly, but thankfully she didn't wake up.
  842. >You finish tucking her in for the night and proceed to your room.
  843. >Now it's time to find a spot for these items.
  844. >The bottom drawer of your dresser would work.
  845. >Nothing is really in there anyway.
  846. >After placing the collar in the drawer, it's time to get ready for bed.
  847. >You check the weather on your phone beforehand.
  848. >It still say the rain will be her for the next two days with chances of flooding.
  849. >Oh well, you can find ways to keep both you and her entertained.
  850. >She seems to be opening up quite a bit now.
  851. >You set the alarm, and practically fall onto your bed.
  852. >Time to go to sleep.
  853. >The morning alarm hits you like a door being slammed in your face.
  854. >You reach your arm out to turn it off.
  855. >The rain can still be heard outside, albeit it's light.
  856. >You sit up in your bed and rub your eyes.
  857. >It's pretty early even for you.
  858. >Getting up out of the bed, you decide to get some breakfast before doing your daily morning routine.
  859. >Never hurts to mix things up a little.
  860. >walking through the living room, you see Rainbow Dash still on the couch asleep.
  861. >Continuing into the kitchen, you decide to make something quick.
  862. >A bowl of cereal will do.
  863. >After eating, you wash out in the bowl and make your way back to your room.
  864. >Upon re-entering the living room, you see that someone is starting to stir.
  865. >You stand there for a moment to let her wake up a little.
  866. >She sits up and starts rubbing her eyes.
  867. "Morning, Rainbow."
  868. >"Ermmm....morning."
  869. "I'll go make you something for breakfast."
  870. >You head back into the kitchen and decide to make oatmeal for her.
  871. >Well, it's instant but it's something.
  872. >After heating it up, you put a napkin underneath the bowl and carry it.
  873. >Somehow the bowl is always hotter than it's contents.
  874. >You'll never figure it out.
  875. >Coming back to the living room, you sit the warm oatmeal on the table in front of Rainbow.
  876. "It's still a tad bit hot, so be careful."
  877. >"Thanks..."
  878. >Looks like it'll take a bit for her to really wake up.
  879. >She picks up the bowl and proceeds to blow on the oatmeal and eat it right out of the bowl.
  880. >It's slightly adorable how she eats.
  881. >Upon finishing her breakfast she proceeds to look at you.
  882. >You chuckle slightly.
  883. >"What?"
  884. "You got oatmeal stuck on your face."
  885. >Grabbing the napkin off the table, you move to wipe Rainbow's mouth off.
  886. >She slightly turns red at the motion.
  887. >"O-oh thanks, I guess."
  888. "Anytime. Let me take that back for you."
  889. >You take the bowl back to the kitchen and wash it out as well.
  890. >Upon returning to the living room you peek out the window.
  891. >Since the rain hasn't let up any, it looks like a complete wet mess outside.
  892. >Thankfully no severe flooding has happened yet.
  893. *sigh*"I wish it wasn't so terrible out."
  894. >Time to check the weather.
  895. >You sit down beside Rainbow and proceed to turn on the T.V.
  896. "Let's see what the weather says about the rain."
  897. >Turning it to the weather channel, the detailed forcast is shown.
  898. >Looks like the forecast got updated.
  899. "Hey, it says the rain should end by tonight."
  900. >It brought your spirits up a little.
  901. >One less day of rain is okay in your books.
  902. >"Cool, the rain was actually starting to irritate me."
  903. "Well, we won't have to deal with it much longer."
  904. >"Oh yeah, I need to take a proper shower."
  905. "Oh?"
  906. >"Yesterday you were still asleep and I didn't want to wake you. So I just washed my hair carefully."
  907. >She hasn't realized it yet.
  908. >"Now since you're up, I need you to take this off so I-"
  909. >She freezes when her hoof touches only her neck.
  910. >Confused, she moves her hoof up and down her neck to feel for the collar.
  911. >"H-huh?"
  912. "Oh, you're wondering about that?"
  913. >Her eyes get slightly wider.
  914. "Last night after you fell asleep, I took it off. Didn't feel like it was necessary anymore."
  915. >At this point she doesn't know what to do with herself.
  916. >Confused and speechless are what you make of it.
  917. >You put a hand on her head.
  918. "I feel like I can trust you now."
  919. >Her face gets slightly red, eyes darting trying not to look directly at you.
  920. >"Ummm...I-I..Th-Than.."
  921. >You know what's shes trying to say.
  922. "Your welcome. Rainbow."
  923. >You move in to give her a hug.
  924. >She still sat there tensed up for a moment.
  925. >Her wings however slightly extended upon you hugging her.
  926. >After it fully registers, her hooves are wrapped around.
  927.
  928. >There is still one thing that doesn't make this day.
  929. >The rainfall that is outside.
  930. >Thankfully tomorrow will be clear, albeit it'll be damp as hell.
  931. >What should you even do with the remainder of this day?
  932. >Does it even matter? You're on the couch getting a hug from a pony.
  933. >...It is lasting a bit longer than a standard hug though.
  934. >You don't mind though, and you think she doesn't either.
  935. >But the longer this lasts, the more awkward it'll get.
  936. >Time to take action.
  937. "Sooo, since the rain won't be over until later in the evening, and we have little to nothing to do right now..."
  938. >You turn your head to look back at the board games.
  939. "You sure you don't want to play a board game or two?"
  940. >She moves back out from the hug finally.
  941. >"Ehhhhh, sure. I can be cool with that."
  942. >Alright, you get up and check to see what you had again.
  943. >Oh boy...
  944. >The only few good ones would be Scrabble and Monopoly.
  945. >What about Candy Land?
  946. >Okay brain, I understand that everyone loved the shit out of Candy Land as a kid, but that shouldn't even be an option.
  947. >Getting the games down from the shelf you set them on the table and set one of them up.
  948. >Explaining some of the basic rules to Rainbow, you bean playing.
  949. >Turns out both of you were pretty competitive at this.
  950. >...The remainder of the day is spent playing boards games.
  951. >After many plays and a few choice words here and there, both of you overall had a blast.
  952. >Evening hit and the rain had finally stopped.
  953. >However it got so late that it's pretty much time for bed.
  954. >After putting the games up and letting out a huge yawn, you inform Rainbow that you'll be heading to bed.
  955. >"Hey Anon."
  956. "Yeah, what's up?"
  957. >"You're okay in my book."
  958. "Ohhh, I'm just now getting the okay?"
  959. >"Oh be quiet you."
  960. >Both of you somewhat laugh.
  961. "Well, goodnight Rainbow."
  962. >"mmm'night."
  963. >As you proceed to go to bed, you are left wondering what tomorrow will entail.
  964. >That alarm is just annoying sometimes.
  965. >But wait...
  966. >It's lighter in your room than normal.
  967. >You decide to peer out the window to find out the best thing right now.
  968. >No more rain, and the sun is motherfucking out.
  969. >Though, there is mud and puddles everywhere.
  970. >Eh, who cares? Sun is out bruh.
  971. >Time for the daily routine.
  972. >Upon entering your living room, you find Rainbow Dash floating around.
  973. >Well it looks more like pacing, but in the air.
  974. >"Finally! I've been waiting all morning!"
  975. "That eager to make a break for it?"
  976. >"Yea- I mean, no! Stop that, it's too early for that!"
  977. "Heh, well first things first."
  978. >She has a curious look on her face as you reach into the basket near the door.
  979. >You hold the object directly in front of you.
  980. >"Ummm, what's that?"
  981. "It's a harness. While we are going outside, other humans will still see you as my "pet"."
  982. >She somewhat gives a menacing look at the harness.
  983. >"And if I don't want to wear it and go out anyway?"
  984. "Then I'll be fined heavily and run the risk of you being taken away.
  985. >She didn't like the sound of that.
  986. *sigh* "Look it's adjustable. That way you can somewhat fly around and stuff."
  987. >You extend the cord out of the handle.
  988. "The cord goes up to about 15ft, so you'll get a bit of open space to work with while we are out."
  989. >This harness was originally for a dog you were gonna get a good while back.
  990. >You decided against it though and was left with just a harness.
  991. >It was a high dollar one at that, the cord is essentially made to be heavy duty.
  992. >"Well, I gueeesss I can wear it."
  993. >She rolls her eyes in reluctance, but accepts it nonetheless.
  994. >She just wants to go outside so badly that it looks like she would be possibly willing to do anything.
  995. >Maybe even....
  996. >NO STOP BRAIN. Now is not the time for your shenanigans.
  997.
  998. >After outfitting her with the harness, you give one final check.
  999. "Okay, before we head out there is just a few rules that I like t-"
  1000. >"UGGHHHHHHH....."
  1001. >Well then.
1002. *ahem* "So the first rule is no sudden outbursts. Second, you can fly unless we are indoors. It's said to bring a bad omen but I don't care if you do it in my house. Third, don't get violent with anyone or cause a scene."
1003. >"Are we finally done now?"
1004. "Yeah, that was pretty much it."
1005. >You open the door to take a look out.
1006. >Not even a moment after having the door opened she barrels through it and is now in front stretching.
1007. >"Man, this feels so nice to be outside after being shut-in for a couple of days."
1008. >She turns around and sticks her tongue out at you.
  1009. >"It your fault!"
1010. "How exactly was the rain my fault? You know we are just in front of the house, right?"
1011. >"I'm just messing with ya."
1012. >She comes up and lightly taps you in the shoulder.
1013. >"So where should we go?"
  1014. "A-actually, I haven't the slightest clue. I usually don't go out much."
1015. >It's true. You just only went to places deemed necessary to you.
1016. >Guess it never hurts to change.
  1017. >"Wow dude, that's kind of lame."
1018. "Eh, it never was an interest to me."
1019. >"Well then, let's explore this world you live in then, huh?"
1020. >She's more hyped up about it than you are.
  1021. >"Come on, let's go!"
  1022. "H-hey wait!"
1023. >You try to keep up so you don't end up getting jerked by the cord.
1024. >You didn't really think you would be the one getting dragged around today.
1025. >After a good 15 minutes, you end up at what appears to be a park.
1026. >Keeping up with her even with the harness was still a task.
1027. "Hey, can we at least take a break for a second? You're already wearing me down."
1028. >She gives you a smile with an eybrow raised.
1029. >"What, not that physically in shape?"
  1030. "No, n-not really."
1031. >Walking large distances was fine, but running always drained your stamina too fast.
  1032. >You aren't fat, but you aren't slim either.
1033. "I'm gonna sit on the bench for a moment."
  1034. >"Fine by me."
1035. >Sitting on the bench, Rainbow still flies in small patterns around you.
1036. >Though entertaining for you to watch, she seems to be doing it just so she isn't bored.
1037. >After a couple of moments of rest, you were strating to get up when Rainbow lands right beside you on the bench.
1038. >"Hey, I didn't make you mad or anything jerking you around earlier did I?"
1039. "I was annoyed at first, but i know you were just eager to be out and about."
1040. >"Yeah, sorry about that. Hehe..."
1041. >She's looking the other way scratching her cheek with her hoof.
1042. >Looking around you, the park was nice and small, albeit a bit underkept.
1043. >This park is actually the park you drive by everyday.
1044. >Which means your work is actually about another 30 minutes away if you walked from here.
1045. >What a small world you live in.
1046. >Not really, it's actually pretty big and so much variety you never figure out what you actually want.
  1047. >Your stomach started growling.
1048. "Guess it'd be best to go get something to eat, huh?"
1049. >"Hey, you're the one who is hungry here, pal."
1050. >Her stomach starts growling as well.
1051. >"T-though it wouldn't hurt to pick up a quick bite."
1052. >Both of you laugh at each other.
1053. >Choosing where to go for lunch was rather difficult
1054. >While searching for where to eat Rainbow said that she doesn't eat most meat.
1055. >However fish was fine, though.
1056. >At the end, you suggested sushi.
1057. >You told her it was pretty much fish and vegetables wrapped in rice and seaweed.
1058. >It didn't so all too appetizing to her at first, but she would try it.
1059. >Since she couldn't actually hold chopsticks, you had to feed it to her.
1060. >After a few pieces, she took a liking to it.
1061. >Although she is kind of blushing.
1062. >She is more embarressed than usual.
  1063. "Something the matter?'
1064. >"I-It's awkward to be fed like this out in public. I feel like I'm a baby or something."
1065. "It's not all that terrible. It's not like you can actually use the chopsticks."
1066. She looks down at he remainder of the plat before her
1067. >"I'll just eat the rest by myself."
1068. >She just shoves her face into the sushi.
1069. >Now you really are acting like a baby.
1070. >Upon finishing her platter, wish she somewhat made a mess of trying to eat off, she looks back up at you.
1071. >There is a few grains of rice stuck to her face.
1072. >You get a napkin to wipe it off, but she grabs the napkin from you.
1073. >"I can do these things myself you know."
1074. >She seems to be acting very different than when you two were at the park.
1075. >The sushi bar here is somewhat crowded today.
1076. "You seem to hold yourself in another light in public."
1077. >"Honestly, it's only when there are a bunch of other around."
  1078. "Oh?"
1079. >"Yeah, I just don't want to be seen as anything less than awesome when out in public."
1080. "So like wearing a mask so you don't appear to have any faults?'
1081. >She takes a sip out of the drink beside her plate
  1082. >"Yeah, kind of. Except I don't have faults."
  1083. "Heh. Yeah, okay."
1084. >"Oh, can it. You probably do the same thing."
1085. "Not as much since I don't hold myself in such high status."
1086. >All she does is stick her tongue out at you.
1087. >After lunch, both of you decide to explore the area a little more.
1088. >This time she isn't dragging you around.
1089. >Rather, she is floating by you side the whole time.
1090. >After walking around a bit, you realize one thing.
1091. >That this city doesn't have a lot of stuff either of you are interested in.
1092. >It's nice to get out though.
1093. >Looking at her she seems to be enjoying just looking around than finding anything of true interest.
1094. >After a while you arrive at the center of the city.
1095. >It's pretty bustling with all the cars and people walking.
1096. >Only took an hour or so to get here.
1097. >You see a couple of other ponies as well walking around their owners.
1098. >"It not okay by a long shot, but it doesn't seem like everyone here is terrible"
1099. "It may look fine on the surface, but we don't know what goes on behind closed doors."
  1100. >"Yeah, I guess you're right."
1101. >She gives you a light tap on the shoulder.
  1102. >"But I know you're cool."
1103. >The conversation is abruptly stopped by a loud crash.
  1104. >You hear a rather stern man's voice.
1105. >?:"You idiot! You look what you did."
1106. >Upon looking at where the noise was coming from it's a food stand owner yelling at a pony.
1107. >Further inspection shows that pony in question is a light beige color fur with with hair color matching Rainbow's fur with lighter streaks added in.
1108. >Owner:"If you keep this up, you'll be going back from where you came! I can't be having this!"
1109. >The pony in question is hiding her eyes.
  1110. >Pony: "I-I'm sorry sir! It won't happen again, I promise!"
1111. >Owner: "That's what you said last time! And look me in the eyes when I'm talking to you!"
1112. >He grabs her hooves and to move away from her face and give her a dead stare.
1113. >Owner: "You got one more time, pony."
  1114. >Pony: "Yes sir..."
1115. >Everyone is walking by as if nothing is really going on.
1116. >You turn to look at Rainbow, and now you're worried.
1117. >That is a look of murder on the mind.
1118. "Rainbow, it's time to go home."
1119. >"That manure eater is gonna get it."
1120. "No Rainbow, we can't intervene in it. It'll cause a scene."
1121. >She looks at you and starts yelling.
1122. >"So we- I am supposed to just stay here and watch this happen?!"
1123. >The loudness has caused the stand owner to have his attention focus on you.
1124. >Owner: "Hey guy, you need to make sure your pony is kept in check!"
1125. >You really want to punch that guy now.
1126. >Is it worth getting in trouble though? No.
1127. >You're gritting your teeth on the situation, but before you can even register another thought Rainbow is already making her way to the stand.
1128. >This is bad, and you need to defuse it quickly or just get away and deal with her later.
  1129. "Rainbow, wait!"
1130. >She is literally inches from the guys face.
1131. >"Hey you, watch how you treat her otherwise you'll have to answer to me."
1132. >Owner: "Eh? I didn't realize you had the authority, pony. Now scram before I call the cops."
  1133. >Time to act fast.
1134. >You grab Rainbow from out of the air and hold her before she cause anymore trouble.
  1135. >"H-hey! What the-?"
1136. "Sorry sir, we will be making our way on now."
1137. >Owner: "Hmph. Kids these days need to learn to control their pets."
1138. "...I'll keep that in mind sir."
1139. >"Let me go! I'm gonna show that guy what's what!"
1140. "Just be quiet, please Rainbow."
1141. >You proceed to walk back toward home with a struggling pony in your arms.
1142. >A couple of blocks later the struggling has stopped.
1143. >"...You can put me down now."
1144. "You gonna drag me back there if I do?"
  1145. >"..."
1146. >You decide to put her down.
1147. >She notices the trash can near the street pole and proceeds to walk up to it and take a good swing at it.
1148. >It left a noticable dent in the side, but those metal trash cans weren't the most sturdy anyway.
1149. >"Why did it have to be like this?!"
1150. >You don't have an answer to it.
  1151. >...
1152. >The remainder of the travel home was silent.
1153. >After getting lost twice and a few scenic routes, it was late.
1154. >Both of you were able to arrive home though before it got dark out.
1155. >Unlocking the door both of you enter the house.
1156. >Upon taking off the harness, Rainbow immediately goes over to the couch to sit down.
1157. >She is still upset with what happened earlier.
  1158. >Can't blame her though.
1159. "Did you know that pony?"
  1160. >"Friend of a friend."
1161. >Her hooves are crossed looking at the table the whole time.
1162. *sigh*"Look I know what happened was cruel, but it happened."
1163. >She looks up toward you.
1164. >"You never were able to answer my question."
  1165. "Which one?"
1166. >"...I'm really just supposed to just stay there and watch as a friend gets hurt, aren't I?"
  1167. "W-well...It's...I...hrmm."
1168. >"Don't stumble over it. I already know what the answer is gonna be."
1169. >She tilts over to lay on the couch, adjusting so she is facing the ceiling.
1170. >She has got you there though.
1171. >Truthfully, even if you wanted to do something the authorities would just be called.
1172. >You would be fined for any damages, probably jail for assault, and Rainbow would be taken away from you.
  1173. >And the police don't necessarily care about a "pet's" feelings.
1174. >Actually if she fought them back she probably would have been killed right then and there.
  1175. >What a cruel world.
1176. "There are some things we just can't control in this world. And if we do attempt to control it sometimes ends with a consequence that is actually
  1177.
1178. worse than what the previous situation was."
1179. >"What are you babbling about?"
1180. "I'm saying that if you actually inflicted some damage on him, things would have got worse for both of us."
1181. >"I don't think it could get any worse."
1182. "Well, the police would have arrived. They possibly would either take you away from me or even kill you. You're only considered an animal in this
  1183.
1184. world so they wouldn't give it a second thought."
1185. >"Couldn't be any worse, then."
  1186. "...Sorry it happened, Rainbow."
1187. >"If you're sorry about what you did, then you would have let me hit him in the first place."
1188. >She rolls over to face the back of the couch.
1189. >"So sick at my stomach over this, I don't even want to eat tonight."
1190. "Well, tomorrow I'll be heading out to do some errands so unfortunately you'll be home by yourself."
  1191. >"Whatever."
1192. >You lock the house up for the night and get ready to go to your bedroom.
  1193. "Well, goodnight Rainbow"
1194. >All she does is raise her hoof in the air and wave it dismissively.
1195. >Waking up in the morning, same as usual.
1196. >Doing the same morning routine as usual.
1197. >Can't even truly get yourself going this morning.
1198. >Thoughts of yesterday are still crossing your mind.
  1199. >...
1200. >Upon getting ready to leave, you still see Rainbow laying on the couch.
1201. >She must have gotten the blanket from behind the couch herself after you went to bed.
  1202. "I'll be back in a while."
  1203. >No answer.
1204. >You quietly walk over to her to make sure she is alive.
1205. >Thankfully she is, just sleeping in today.
1206. >Time to make your way into the city.
1207. >Driving there will be so much faster than walking, though you wish Rainbow could come along.
1208. >You'll let het be for the day, eventually it'll work out.
1209. >Passing through the city square, you notice that the pony is by herself at the stand today.
  1210. >...
1211. >You decide to park in a close parking garage and go talk to her.
1212. >After paying for parking, you proceed to walk back over to the square.
1213. >It's not as busy here today and it's still early.
1214. >You walk up to the food stand, she senses your presence isn't paying attention to you right now as she is getting the preparations for a busy
  1215.
  1216. day ahead done.
1217. >"Please excuse me, I'll be ready in just a mome-"
1218. "Actually I was wondering if you were okay from yesterday."
1219. >She stops all that she was doing and turns to look at you.
1220. >"O-oh it's you. Sorry you had to see that."
1221. "The stand owner said you were on your last leg with him, huh?"
1222. >"Oh, he always says that when he's angry at something I did wrong. It's nothing personal. I make it up by doing my best the rest of the day."
1223. "So it's actually just a temper issue. That and he just seems like a prick in general."
1224. >"Ehehe... you could say that about him. But he isn't too terrible once you worked him a bit. It's just how he is.'
  1225. "You by yourself today?"
1226. >"Yeah, he only takes one day off each week. He used to do this everyday until he received me."
  1227. "You mean bought you."
  1228. >"It's all the same."
1229. >She gives a smile, albeit it looks somewhat forced.
1230. >Something about all this is throwing you off, then it hit you.
1231. >She is wearing a small scarf today.
1232. "Isn't it a bit warm to be wearing one of those?"
1233. >"O-oh this? No I wear them from time to time no matter what season."
1234. >You kneel down to her level to further examine.
  1235. >"Wh-what do you think you're doing?"
1236. "I'm not buying your story."
1237. >Before she could even react you reach out to her scarf and pulled it down slightly.
1238. >...There were marks on her neck.
1239. >Upon you seeing this she immediately backs up and begins to stammer.
1240. >"P-please it- It's not what you think! He swore it was an accident and never actually meant to harm me!"
  1241. "Those marks say otherwise."
1242. >"H-he is a good person on the inside I promise you! He never intentionally hurts me, so please..."
1243. >You really wish you could do something for her, but it can't possibly be done right now.
1244. "Alright, I'll leave you be. Just be careful, okay?"
1245. >"Your thoughts are appreciated sir, but I can assure you that everything is fine now."
1246. >Her expression says otherwise, but you won't push it any more.
1247. "Before I go, care to tell me your name?"
1248. >"It's Coco Pommel. What is your name? If you don't mind me asking sir."
1249. "It's Anon. Stay safe then."
  1250. >"Have a good day."
1251. >Well that isn't how you expected it to turn out.
1252. >You think it would be best to keep this information from Rainbow for now.
1253. >At least the part about the marks on Coco's neck.
1254. >You should probably avoid this part of the city for now whenever you go out with her.
1255. >After getting the car back from the garage you proceed with your errands for the day.
1256. >Nothing like paying bills and what not.
1257. >After finishing your errands you return home.
1258. >Upon entering, you find Rainbow just laying there on the couch.
  1259. >"Yo."
1260. "Hey Rainbow, you know if your bored you can find things to do in the house. The T.V. is always there too."
1261. >"Yeah, I know. Just didn't feel like doing anything after waking up."
1262. >You take a seat next to Rainbow and put your hand on what you would call a leg in the laying position she is in.
1263. >Guess it wouldn't hurt to tell her a little bit of info about what you did.
1264. "So I saw her today. She was by herself at the food stand. I couldn't help but take the time to ask her some questions."
1265. >Rainbow looks down toward you and somewhat shuffles your hand off her leg.
1266. >"Oh yeah? She probably didn't say much did she?
1267. "Actually, she said that he is usually like that and said not to worry."
1268. >Although that really isn't the exact truth, you don't want to tell her the part about the marks.
1269. "She said that he has a slight temper problem. So I wouldn't worry about it too much."
1270. >She takes a moment, but finally speaks up.
1271. >"You're lying to make me feel better aren't you?"
1272. "No I really did visit her. Coco said she would be fine."
1273. >"Huh, guess you actually did if you know her name."
1274. >Rainbow proceeds to sit up.
1275. >"Well, that guy needs a attitude adjustment still."
1276. "Heh, yeah. You can say that. So we cool for now?"
  1277. >"Yeah. It's all cool. For now."
1278. "Phew. That's a relief. Didn't want you going south on me again."
1279. >"Nah, I know you aren't the bad one here. And I thought you got a kick out of comforting crying ponies?"
1280. >You give her a light tap on the side.
1281. "You know I care about you now, right?"
  1282. >"Heh. I guessed as much. It's because I'm awesome isn't it?"
1283. "Didn't know having an ego was considered awesome."
1284. >At this point it just turns into a series of taps to each other.
  1285. "Jealous of what?"
  1286. >"The fact I have a awesome personality."
1287. "And what is awesome about it?"
  1288. >"Because I'm me."
1289. "And that counts as being awesome?"
  1290. >"Yep."
1291. "Is awesome one of the few words in your vocabulary?'
1292. >"Oh can it. There's also cool and amazing.
1293. "Well that isn't much more than what you started with.'
  1294. >"Eat a bale of hay, you."
1295. >Both of you look down.
1296. >It seems at one point both your hand and her hoof collided and ended up holding each other.
1297. >Both of you look away from each other and slightly laugh at the situation.
1298. >You are enjoying the time right now, but you can't help but feel bad on the inside for not telling her the complete truth.
1299. >It's better that she doesn't know though. She might actually go find the guy and kill him if she found out.
1300. >...You are still holding hoof and hand.
1301. >Neither you or her felt the need to pull away.
1302. >You look back at her.
1303. >Shes attempting to look you in the eyes but keeps darting off everytime.
1304. "Well, this is getting a bit awkward."
1305. >"Y-yeah, but I'm cool with it though."
1306. >Both of you are finally looking eye to eye.
1307. >Wait, is she getting closer?
1308. >Or... are you getting closer?
1309. >It doesn't matter, since both of you seem to be touching nose to nose right now.
1310. >Are you two gonna kiss?
1311. >Suddenly her pupils shrink slightly.
  1312. >"S-sorry but I gotta do something!"
1313. >She rushes off to the bathroom and slams the door shut.
  1314. *sigh*
1315. >Well that killed the mood.
1316. >You sit there and just pick up a magazine off the table to skim through it.
1317. >Before you even begin reading you hear the sound of the floor being hit in the bathroom.
1318. >You can tell because the floor makes a different sound in there.
1319. >Might have something to do with different type of flooring.
1320. >You didn't think she would have been shy about this though.
1321. >Let's make our way quietly over to the door.
  1322. >...
1323. >"Come on, Rainbow. Why did you do that?"
1324. >You hear her whispering to herself in the bathroom.
  1325. "Hey Dash, you okay?"
1326. >You swear you could've felt her jump at that.
  1327. >"Y-y-yeah, I just needed a moment to myself."
1328. "Well I'll be out here if you need anything."
  1329. >"U-uh, okay."
1330. >As you make your way back you could hear her say one last thing.
  1331. >"grrr.. I'm such an idiot."
1332. >Nah, it wasn't only you who was nervous Rainbow.
1333. >You did feel like time slowed down completely when you were that close to each other though.
1334. >A moment passes and you hear her knock on the bathroom door.
  1335. >Oh that's right. She can't turn the knobs.
1336. >Guess it's time to get handles for all the doors.
1337. >Would make it easier for her.
1338. >You make your way to the bathroom door again.
  1339. "Yes?"
1340. >"Yeah, could you let me out?"
1341. >You start to open the door.
1342. "Heh, don't worry Rainbow. You weren't the only one who was nervo-"
1343. >No sooner than you opening the door, she went face first into you.
  1344. >Her lips met yours.
1345. >Before you could even register what was going on though she immeditely broke it and stormed back to the living room.
1346. >What the hell just happened?
  1347. >Did that seriously just...?
  1348. >I mean...
1349. >Your mind is so confused right now. It happened so quickly.
1350. >After giving yourself a minute to sort it, you head back toward the living room.
1351. >She is just sitting there, as if it never happened.
1352. >Well this has turned into an interesting evening.
1353. >But neither of you two know what to do.
1354. "I-I'm gonna get dinner ready."
  1355. >"Y-yeah, I'm kind of starving. Hehe."
1356. >After dinner, it was getting rather late.
1357. >Both of you were laying back into the couch, side by side.
1358. >Time to start making you way to your room.
1359. "I'm gonna turn in for the night, Rainbow."
  1360. >"Same."
1361. >You get up and proceed to make your way to your room.
1362. >You turn to look back at Rainbow and give her a smile.
  1363. "Goodnight, Rainbow."
  1364. >"'night."
1365. >Making your way to your bed, it's time to crash for the night.
  1366. >...
1367. >Even without the alarm blaring you are still waking up early.
1368. >You didn't turn your alarm on so you could wake up whenever today.
  1369. >Looking at the time it's only almost 7.
1370. >Time to go back to sleep.
1371. >Turning around to face the other way you start closing your eyes.
1372. >Thankfuly you didn't wake Rainbow up in the process.
  1373. >...WAIT WHAT?
1374. >You immediately open your eyes back up.
1375. >Sure enough she was sleeping right there on the other side of the bed with you.
1376. >When did she even get there?
1377. >And how did she not wake you up getting in your bed?
  1378. >Oh screw it.
1379. >...She looks adorable when sleeping.
1380. >You slowly move your arm to gently pet her on the head.
1381. >Her ear gives a sight twitch but she doesn't wake up from it.
  1382. "Heh."
1383. >You return to closing your eyes again.
1384. >She may have came into your room, but you aren't bothered by it.
1385. >Actually you kind of like having her sleep in here.
1386. >Maybe you two should talk about it when you wake up later.
1387. >For now, it's time to sleep in for couple of more hours.
1388. >It can all wait for later.
1389. >...What is even going on?
1390. >You have been woke up by a light tapping on your head
1391. >"Hey it's almost noon, dummy. You gonna get up anytime today?"
  1392. >You little-
  1393. >Wait, it's almost noon?
1394. >Well, fuck. Guess you better get up and stirring.
1395. >Bringing yourself up to sit and rubbing your eyes, you see Rainbow hovering right in front of you.
1396. "Dang, is it really that late already?"
1397. >"Yeah, I thought you were in a coma or something."
1398. "Oh haha. So when did you get in here?"
1399. >"Huh? I just came in here to wake you up."
1400. "I mean when did you get in here on my bed and sleep beside me last night?"
1401. >"Dude, what are you talking about? I never-"
1402. "I woke up earlier this morning and you were there. Didn't wake you but I was rather curious as to why. It doesn't bother me."
1403. >She crosses her hooves and makes a pout face.
1404. >"W-well if it doesn't bother you, then why you making a big deal about it?"
1405. "Huh? I'm not. I just want to know when you came in here and slept."
  1406. >She takes a moment to answer.
1407. >"... A little bit after you went to bed."
1408. "See? That wasn't so hard now was it?"
1409. >"C-can it. You really don't mind, right? I mean the couch is comfy and all, but I kind of feel...."
  1410. >She pauses for a moment.
1411. >"You know. "Left" out there?"
1412. "Well if you want to sleep in here with me, that's fine. A little heads up would have been nice."
  1413. >She nods.
  1414. >"Cool. Cool."
1415. "Oh, and come here for a second."
1416. >You motion Rainbow to come a little bit closer.
1417. >She gets a little bit closer, but it seems it made her a tad bit nervous.
  1418. >"Y-yeah? What is it?"
1419. >You give her a violent poke on the forehead.
1420. >"Ow! What was that for?!"
1421. "For tapping me on the forehead constantly to wake me up. That's rude."
  1422. "Meanie."
1423. >After fully waking up and getting yourself dressed for the day, you and Rainbow when out.
1424. >You didn't venture far today since it was already the afternoon.
1425. >The outer area mostly had small markets and convenience stores with a few actual grocery stores here and there.
1426. >There was the mall, but it was more of a bazaar than an actual mall.
1427. >Actually, that might be interesting to look at for once.
1428. "Hey Dash, we are gonna go into this mall alright? It has a few weird places in it, but it's pretty okay for the most part."
  1429. >"What's in it?"
1430. "Well it used to be a pretty popular place. It lost a lot of traffic when the new one opened up further in the city. It still has a few interesting things in it."
  1431. >"Eh, I'm game for it."
1432. "Remember, you can't fly in it."
  1433. >"Awwwwww.'
1434. >As you walk into the mall, you notice that it has changed quite a bit.
1435. >When you were a kid your parents used to come here all the time. There was always something of interest.
1436. >There still is, however it's not as kept up with as it used to be.
1437. >As you walk the somewhat vacant walkways, you come across the crystal shop.
1438. >It sells a bunch of miniature crystal figurines as well as other odd trinkets and what not.
1439. >"That's looks kind of cool, can we go in there?'
  1440. "Sure."
1441. >Upon entering, the light smell of incense fills your nose.
1442. >Looking around there is quite a bit of interesting things.
1443. >You take a moment to look at the unique outfits that line the back wall.
1444. >Hmmm? They seem to be lined with different colors of crystal on them.
1445. >Rainbow hasn't moved from the crystal figurine section.
1446. >She's taking a good look at all of them, and seems to be very interested.
1447. >?:"Is there anything I can help you with sir?"
1448. >You turn around to see that a lady came out from the back.
1449. >She looks old, but not elder yet.
1450. "Just browsing for now, may have to buy a little figurine for that one over there though."
1451. >You point at Rainbow still absorbed over at the section.
1452. >?:"Hehe. Seems like shes in her own little world right now.'
1453. "Sure does seems that way."
1454. >You take another looks at the oufits on the wall.
1455. "Those seems well made even for this store, were they brought in to sell?"
1456. >?:"Oh no those were made right here."
1457. "Oh? Did you make them yourself then?"
1458. >?:"Heavens no. I may be good with crystals but most dresses and outfits do get shipped in. However, Those were made by a pony I once had in this store not too long ago."
  1459. "What happened to her?"
1460. >?:"Since there wasn't a lot of traffic coming through, times were getting tough and I couldn't afford to keep her anymore."
1461. "So you gave her away?"
1462. >?:"I gave her to someone who was interested in her dress making skills. She is most likely working in the city now."
1463. "Huh. Do you know where she may be working at now?
1464. >?:"Dear, all those stores are pretty much all the same. I didn't pry too much into where she was going."
1465. "Well, you got a point. Who needs that many clothing stores in one area anyway?'
  1466. >?:"I know right?"
1467. >Both of you give a slight chuckle.
1468. >Rainbow finally makes her way over to you.
1469. >"Hey Anon, you know you're a pretty cool guy right?"
1470. >From all the television and what you used to do as a kid, you know where that line is going.
1471. "What is it that you want from the figurines, Dash?'
1472. >She motions you to follow her to the stand.
1473. "Heh, excuse me miss but we will be a second."
1474. >?:"Oh it's okay. You two take your time."
1475. >When both of you get to the display case, she points with her hoof which one she wants.
1476. >It's a small figure off lion, it's the same shade of blue as her fur.
  1477. >The price isn't too bad either.
1478. "Yeah, I'll get that for ya."
1479. >She seems to get a tad bit excited over it.
1480. >?:"Find one you were looking for?"
1481. "Yeah, the small blue lion right there."
1482. >She proceeds to open up the back of the case and takes the lion out.
1483. >?:"Alright, I'll bring it over here and get you set up."
1484. >After paying for the figure, Rainbow seems eager to leave with the newly aqquired item in the bag.
1485. "Hey Rainbow, I'm gonna talk with her a little bit more before we go okay. you can still look around."
  1486. >"Yeah, okay."
1487. >She proceeds to take another look around the shop.
1488. >You set your gaze upon the shop keeper.
1489. "Not to be too nosy, but what was the name of the pony you had here?'
1490. >?:"Don't see why you'd want to know, but I guess it wouldn't hurt anything..."
1491. >She organizes the materials on the table before saying anything else.
  1492. >?:"Her name was Rarity."
1493. "Sounds like a fancy pony."
1494. >?:"Oh she was. It took her a little time to get used to the little space I call home, but she got used to it."
1495. >?:"When I told her that I couldn't keep her anymore, she was rather upset. She understood my situation though."
1496. >She starts getting a little teary eyed.
1497. >?:"It saddened me to see her go, but there wasn't much for her here. I was hoping she would find a better opportunity for her skillset."
  1498. "Sorry to hear that."
1499. >?:"Oh it wasn't your fault. This store is barely holding together as is. You're the third person to actually buy something today."
  1500. "I see."
1501. >Rainbow comes back around with a slightly annoyed look. One that says she is ready to go now.
1502. "Sorry, but I better get going. This one right here is giving me funny looks."
  1503. >?:"Hmmm, i understand."
1504. "By the way, what is your name? If you don't mind me asking?"
1505. >?:"Heh, would you belive me if I told you it was Krystal?"
1506. "Hah, so Krystal selling crystals."
  1507. >Both of you laugh.
1508. >Rainbow, however, has an eyebrow raised lokking back and forth between both of you.
  1509. "Well take care Krystal."
1510. >K:"You as well. I hope you come by again one day."
1511. >As soon as you leave the store, Rainbow starts asking questions.
1512. >"So what did you two talk about?"
1513. "Not a whole lot. Just mostly about someone who worked there once."
  1514. >"Oh? Was it somepony?"
1515. "Yeah, she said her name was Rarity and that she made those outfits in there at one point."
1516. >Rainbow came to a complete stop upon hearing that sentence.
1517. >"So that's why they looked so familiar..."
1518. >You kneel down to her level.
  1519. "Another friend of yours?"
1520. >"Yeah, she always made dresses for everypony. She was a natural at it."
1521. >She looks up at you.
1522. >"Did she say were Rarity is now?"
1523. "Well, she said someone came along and bought her for her skillset. So she may be working in some high-end clothing place in the city now."
1524. >She looks down runs her hoof across the ground back and forth.
1525. >"So she is okay right?"
1526. "As far as I know she is. We can go find her one day if you want to."
1527. >"Well, if she is okay than I won't worry as much about her."
1528. >Rainbow looks back up throws a smile.
1529. >"She can complain her way out of any situation though, heh."
1530. >She glances at the bag that you have in your hand.
1531. >"I want to go home for the day."
1532. "Yeah, sure let's go... wait, you really consider it your home now?"
  1533. >She gives a nod in agreement.
  1534. >"Yeah, I do."
1535. "Well then, off to home we go!"
1536. >You stand back up and both of you proceed to return home for the day.
1537. >Upon returning home, you take the figurine out of the bag.
  1538. "It's small, but it's pretty cool."
1539. >"That's why i wanted it. Thanks for buying it for me.."
1540. >You take a moment to observe it.
1541. "I think I know a great spot for this. Come with me.'
1542. >Both you and her make your way into your bedroom.
1543. >You sit the figurine on the empty night stand from the opposite side that you sleep on.
1544. "There. That way we can confirm that this will be your side of the bed."
  1545. >"T-that's okay. I guess."
1546. >She's somewhat fidgeting in the air.
1547. >You decide to give her one huge bear hug, in which she immediately freezes up.
  1548. "Your welcome, Rainbow."
1549. >Her wings have become completely stiff, so instead of letting go and her possibly just falling on the floor, you set her on the bed to let her regain her composure.
  1550. >"Y-yeah..."
1551. >She shakes her head back and forth and her wings close back in.
  1552. >That didn't take long.
1553. >"Geez, warn me next time when you do that."
  1554. "Heh, I'll try."
1555. >She blushes and looks away from you.
  1556. >"Dummy."
1557. "What you want a round two already?"
1558. >She holds both her hooves straight out at you and shakes her head.
  1559. >"No no no! I'm fine. I'm cool. Heh."
1560. >She's really getting flustered by this.
1561. >Her breathing is starting to be more noticable too.
1562. >It's really adorable seeing her like this.
1563. >As the day progresses, Rainbow is in the living room watching television, with you sitting on the opposite end of the couch.
1564. >You have decided to search for some things on the web using your laptop.
1565. >Rainbow seems zoned out for now, which gives you some time to browse.
1566. >First things first, let's see what we can find on a pony named Rarity.
  1567. >...
1568. >This will be harder than you thought.
1569. >The internet was supposed to have information on everything, right?
  1570. >Apparently not.
1571. >Let's see what you find in the news section when you type in "pony".
1572. >A few news articles come up.
1573. >Nothing in regards to ones nearby.
1574. >Oh, well there is the reason.
1575. >You aren't searching locally, it's still set to global news.
  1576. >Let's change that...
  1577. >...
  1578. >You really wish you didn't now.
1579. >The first article that pops up was reported not even twenty-four hours ago.
1580. >The article was about Coco Pommel.
1581. >And how she came to pass.....
1582. >It doesn't actually mention her name, but the description given was more than enough.
1583. >Your hand is slightly shaking upon this discovery.
1584. >Looking at Rainbow, you can only imagine what would happen if she found this information out.
1585. >Clicking the article to look at it in further detail, the reason she passed didn't surprise you.
1586. >Yet you were disgusted with this turn of things.
1587. >How could this even happen so soon?
1588. >Upon reading it, you discover that she had been hit by a vehicle during the evening.
1589. >A witness testimony said it appeared as if she was running away.
1590. >The owner of the food stand didn't have any comment in regards to it.
1591. >It reads that he has been detained by the police for questioning.
1592. >No further details at this point.
1593. >You just talked to her yesterday morning.
1594. >And now she is dead.
1595. >Her last words before you left that morning was "Have a good day."
1596. >You feel sick at your stomach.
1597. >It's all happened too soon, you thought you would've have more time to see if you could at least get her out of that situation.
  1598. >But now....
1599. >You bite your lip in frustration.
1600. >Looking back at Rainbow, you are relieved she hasn't turned to see you as uneasy as you are right now.
1601. >Okay... time to calm down.
1602. >You take a silent deep breath to avoid drawing attention to yourself.
1603. >You delete your search history just in case, close out the browser, and shut down your laptop.
1604. "I'll be right back, Rainbow."
  1605. >"Uh-huh."
1606. >She is really absorbed into whatever is on T.V. right now.
1607. >Bringing your laptop back to your room, you stand there for a second and question yourself.
1608. >Why didn't you take any action that morning?
1609. >Hell, even saying along the lines of helping her soon or something could've changed what was to happen.
1610. >But you left the situation alone and even didn't want to go around there for a couple of days.
1611. >The food stand owner would've gotten suspicious of you and Rainbow's constant appearing.
  1612. >You let out a heavy sigh.
  1613. >Well, it happened.
1614. >It may be best if you kept this information to yourself for now.
1615. >This does give you an objective of sorts now.
1616. >You need to find Rarity.
1617. >And make sure that she is completely okay in where she is at.
1618. >If she is even still in the city.
1619. >Upon returning back to the room, you sit right next to Rainbow.
1620. >You give her a light pet on the head.
1621. >Doing so, her focus breaks and is turned toward you.
1622. >"What's gotten into you all of a sudden?"
1623. >You give a slight smile and then look toward whats playing on T.V.
  1624. "Nothing, Rainbow."
1625. >"Well okay then Mr. I go sit next to ponies and pet them for no particular reason."
  1626. "Well you're enjoying it aren't you?"
  1627. >"..."
  1628. "That's what I thought."
1629. >Best to not think on it right now and enjoy the rest of your evening with Rainbow for right now.
1630. >The remainder of the evening was spent enjoying each others company.
  1631. >...
  1632. >It's morning.
1633. >You sit up in your bed and look next to you.
1634. >Seems Rainbow is still asleep.
1635. >Time for payback from yesterday.
1636. >You start giving Rainbow a few light pokes on the forehead.
1637. >Her eyes twitch and her face scrunches up a little.
1638. "Hey Rainbow, time to wake up."
1639. >Her hooves are now trying to smack your hand away from her.
1640. >"Errm, dude not cool. Just a few more minutes."
1641. "No this is payback for yesterday, now time to get up."
  1642. >"Seriously, quit it."
  1643. >The poking instensifies.
1644. >She grabs your hand with both her hooves and slowly gets up.
1645. >She looks at the hand caught in her hooves and then turns to you with a death stare.
  1646. >"I will end you."
1647. >This has gotten a little bit too scary for you.
  1648. "O-okay. Okay. Geez."
1649. >After letting go of your hand she instantly falls back down and returns back to sleep.
1650. >It was like this never even happened.
1651. >You decide to get up and stirring for the day and let her sleep in for a little bit.
1652. >After your daily routine you make your way to the kitchen and have some coffee.
  1653. >You ponder about yesterday.
1654. >At one point, you need to get out into the city and search the clothing stores.
  1655. >Most likely the high-end ones.
1656. >After taking your last gulp of coffee you return to the living room and sit down.
1657. >Rainbow probably won't be awake for at least another hour, so it's best to just keep yourself occupied until then.
  1658.
1659. >After reading one of the various magazines on the table for a bit, you hear steps coming from the hallway.
1660. >Looks like she is finally up and stirring.
1661. >She take a moment to shake her head to wake herself up.
  1662. "Enjoy the extra sleep?"
1663. >You just get a glance and she proceeds to move her self to the couch and sit next to you.
1664. >"Yeah, it would've been better if you hadn't of done what you did earlier."
1665. "Oh come on now, it was funny."
1666. >She just turns to you and glares.
  1667. >"Not. Cool."
1668. "Alright, alright. So on today's agenda we are gonna go out to the city."
1669. >"Oh yeah? And what are we gonna do there?"
1670. "Well, search for this Rarity friend of yours of course."
1671. >She seems to wake up a little after hearing that.
  1672. >"Wait, we are?"
1673. "Well, yeah. I figured that since she is your friend, after all, that it wouldn't hurt to find her."
  1674. >"That's cool, I guess."
1675. >Huh, you'd figure that she would be more enthusiastic over it.
1676. >Then again, we haven't actually found her yet.
1677. "You'll be more excited when we actually do find her, right?"
1678. >"Yeah, I'm just not getting my hopes up right now."
1679. "Understandable, since she could be somewhere else in this big world at this point."
  1680. >"Yeah..."
1681. >She starts slouching back on the couch and let's out a big sigh.
1682. "Alright, something is obviously wrong with you this morning. May I ask what's up?"
1683. >"Just not in the greatest of moods this morning."
  1684. "Well, it'll get better."
1685. >At least you hope so....
1686. >After both of you have showered and had breakfast, it's time to go into the city.
1687. "We are taking the car today. It'll be faster and we can leave it at a parking garage once we get into the inner parts of the city."
1688. >You open the passenger door to allow her into the vehicle.
1689. >"I don't know. It seems a little cramped in there."
1690. "You'll get used to it."
1691. >Slightly reluctant, she sits herself in the seat.
1692. >Now it's time to put the seatbelt on her.
1693. >Well you would, if she wasn't sitting like a dog.
1694. >Oh well, you haven't seen an animal yet wear a seatbelt.
1695. >You get in the driver side and put on your seatbelt.
1696. >"What's that you put around yourself?"
  1697. >Well shit.
1698. "It's a seatbelt. It's for if an accident happens than we don't fly out of the window."
1699. >"Does only the driver get one?"
1700. "Well no, there is one on your side but the way you're sitting right now would make it useless."
  1701. >"I don't get it. I'm sitting like normal."
1702. "That's your normal. The normal for me is how I'm sitting. Like you you slouch back on the couch from time to time?"
1703. >"Well, I guess if I have to sit like that then alright."
1704. >She changes her sitting position to be more like yours.
1705. >Which you'll admit looks so weird for a pony to do so, but you haven't really been paying attention to that until now.
1706. "Now we just have to put the seatbelt on you. It should be behind the right side of your head."
1707. >She turns and pulls the belt out with her hoof.
1708. "Good. Just hand it to me and I'll click it in place."
  1709. >"First it's cramped and now I feel constricted."
1710. "Like I said, you'll get used to it. Time to start it up and head out."
1711. >You start up the vehicle and proceed your way into the city.
1712. >Upon parking in the garage and paying for the parking fees, you make your way out to the side walks.
1713. "So first things we will look for is the high-end clothing stores. Then we move to things of particular caliber."
1714. >There is just one problem to this plan.
1715. >Remember how you didn't get out much?
1716. >Now you get to live with it and try to find out where these stores are.
1717. >Luckily, there are devices for such things.
1718. >Thank god for maps on phones.
1719. >You rarely used this thing anyways aside from getting anything work related.
1720. >Time to put it to good use.
1721. >There are a few places, yet they are few and far between in this city.
1722. >Nothing out of walking distance though.
1723. "It says there is one just a few blocks down so let's check it out."
1724. >She hasn't been really paying attention since you both exited the garage.
1725. >You wave your hand in front of her.
  1726. "Hellooo? Anyone home?"
1727. >She snaps out of it and look at you.
  1728. >"O-oh yeah. I'm fine. Just thinking."
1729. "You looked like a stiff figure there for a second."
1730. >"Can we just get moving?"
  1731. "Fine. Fine."
1732. >Doesn't even feel like you need the harness.
1733. >She is basically floating beside you right now.
1734. >Which is good that she is flying instead of walking.
1735. >It'll make her more noticeable aside from the features that already stand out.
1736. >You have come to the front of the clothing store.
1737. >All these buildings pretty much look the same.
1738. >The only difference is what they have in them and the signs.
1739. "Shall we go into this fine establishment of exquiste clothing, madam?"
1740. >"Pfft. What are you even doing?"
1741. "Living up to the inside of this buildings expectations."
  1742. >"Yeah, that's not going to work."
1743. "Aww, I thought me in jeans and a hoodie and a rainbow colored pony wouldn't be enough."
  1744. >She isn't finding this amusing.
1745. "Alright, let's get a move on then."
1746. >Entering the building, you look around at all the clothes.
1747. >Who in their right mind would pay for things like these?!
1748. >I get that they are well made and looks fancy but those numbers on the tags.
1749. >You feel extremely out of place and severely uncomfortable right now.
1750. >A salesperson makes there way over to you.
1751. >Even they look like they are rolling in money and they look rather elder too.
1752. >SP:"Is there anything I can help you with sir?"
1753. >Okay, don't lose your cool you just need to ask.
1754. "A-actually yes, you wouldn't happen to have any ponies that work here do you?"
1755. >SP;"And why would you inquire that, sir?"
  1756. "I'm looking for a particular one."
1757. >SP:"I'm afraid that our "employees" are not for casual sell."
1758. "No that's not what I meant. I'm just looking for a friend here."
1759. >SP:"It's seems you already have one there, sir. Now is there anything else you'll be needing today?"
1760. "Look, I'm just trying to help her find a friend here so if there is anything you can do to help it'd be appreciated."
  1761. >SP:"Terribly sorry."
1762. "Her name is Rarity if that helps my case at all."
1763. >He actually took the time to think for a moment before giving you an answer.
1764. >SP:"Unfortunately, that doesn't ring a bell. There is only a three or four that work here and none have that name I can assure you."
1765. *sigh* "Well thanks anyway. Come on, Rainbow."
1766. >After exiting the building you finally feel like you could breathe again.
1767. >"Wow, that guy would fit in at Canterlot so well if he were a pony."
1768. "No idea what you mean by that, but I'll agree with you."
1769. >"Oh yeah, Canterlot is like this fancy city that all the more well-off ponies live. Usually the richer, the more snobby they are."
1770. "Ahh, so yeah I'll agree with you."
1771. >"So that's one down, how many more we got?"
1772. "Well there is six in total around here that are pretty high-up. So let's move on to the next."
1773. >She nods and both of you proceed to search the other places.
1774. >Each place was met with about the same response.
1775. >After the third one, it seemed that Rainbow was starting to just give up on the whole thing.
1776. >She was also starting to trail slightly behind you between the stores.
1777. >Upon the fourth store they wouldn't even give you any information about any of the ponies that worked there.
1778. >On top of that you were kicked out for trying to persuade them to get your way.
1779. >The fifth location you checked said the name seemed familiar, but you were left with the same result.
1780. >Everything was riding on this last stop before calling it a day.
1781. >Rainbow was just wanting to go home at this point.
1782. "Hey, come on now we have this one last store to look at before giving up."
1783. >"Dude, what's the point? It's probably gonna be the same answer as the last one anyway."
1784. "Won't know until we tr-"
1785. >You stop short upon hearing arguing inside the store.
1786. "Well something's going on in there. Maybe we even see a fight happen in this one."
1787. >Both of you enter the store to see a rather peculiar looking unicorn arguing with someone near the service desk by the entrance you just walked in.
1788. >"Miss, please you don't have to be rash about it."
1789. >"Well I wouldn't be so "rash" about it if you ruffians weren't hovering around all the time!"
1790. >"You have to have someone near you at all times, miss."
1791. >"Is it because I'm a pony, do I not look like I fit the statute of place. Is that it?"
  1792. >"N-no, that's not the case."
1793. >"Then WHAT is the matter of situation, please do tell."
1794. >"W-well given the fact that you are...you know...what you are, there are some more guidelines that need to be followed."
1795. >"Ha! IF I didn't come into this you wouldn't even be selling as much as you would right now."
1796. >"Yes, the sales have been the highest they've ever been since your arrival, but this is for safety reasons."
1797. >"Darling, the only thing you'll need to be safe from is me when I get really upset. Believe me, I am simply complaining right now."
1798. >"R-right, well I'll be noting to the manager your behavior today."
1799. >"Fine by me, now if you'll excuse me I must actually help the customers rather than make a distraction. Also, I have a name you know. Rarity."
1800. >Before the guy was able to say anything else she moved away from him and started walking over in your direction.
1801. >She stops before you and lets out a sigh.
1802. >"Sorry you had to see that, but is there anything I can help you with?"
1803. "Well she was right, you do know how to complain."
  1804. >"I beg your pardon?"
1805. "I think you would rather talk to her than me, though."
  1806. >"I-I'm sorry who-"
1807. >"Gee, did you forget about me already Rarity?"
1808. >It took a moment to register but as it did her eyes got wider.
1809. >*gasp*"Dash, darling! It's so good to see you!"
1810. >She goes over to give her a big huge hug.
1811. >"Heh, Rarity come on now. Thought you were supposed to act professional when doing business."
  1812. >"Oh be quiet, dear."
1813. >After the warm reunion, Rarity looks toward you.
1814. >"I do hope you are taking care of her."
1815. "Well I will admit it was a rough start, but it's fine for the majority of it."
1816. >"He isn't too bad of a human, Rarity. He's pretty cool once you get to know him."
1817. >"Sounds like the lady I used to work with at a small shop not too long ago."
1818. "That's how I found out about you actually."
  1819. >"Oh?"
1820. "Yeah, I asked about the dresses that were on the wall and she mentioned you."
1821. >"Yes, well they never let me do anything like that here."
1822. "Wanna ditch the place and come with us?"
  1823. >Rainbow pitches in.
1824. >"Yeah, they don't look like they are treating you fair here."
1825. >"Oh that? That's almost a routine thing by now. Most of them understand my position, however there are a select few who are rather not too keen on the idea of me working."
1826. "What because you outclass them?"
1827. >"Exactly, darling! They just don't understand that I can handle myself. I'm in my area of expertise after all. Even if it is for a different species altogether now."
1828. >She uses her hoof to move her hair.
1829. >"After all, clothing is still clothing."
  1830. "Expensive clothing at that."
1831. >"Well you do get what you pay for."
  1832. "I'll never understand."
1833. >After a bit more of conversation you learn that Rarity is doing ok for herself right at this moment.
1834. >You tell her the offer still stands of leaving entirely and give her your contact info.
1835. >She appreciates it and will hold onto it for later.
1836. >After goodbyes and another hug, you and Rainbow proceed back to the garage and make your way home.
  1837. >"Heh, she hasn't changed much."
1838. "I'm still surprised you hanged out with someone like that."
1839. >"Yeah, it happens. With all my friends, it kind of just happened that way."
1840. >She looks out the windows of the vehicle on the way home.
1841. >"We all came from very different areas of life, but all of us ended up the best of friends."
1842. "Well, you can rest easy now knowing that Rarity is Ok where she is."
1843. >"Yeah, but what if things don't turn out well?"
1844. "That's why I gave her my contact info. Maybe she can persuade whoever owns her into bringing her to my place if things don't work out."
  1845. >"Can only hope, huh?"
  1846. "It's a possibility."
1847. >A few moments of silence in the vehicle pass before Rainbow speaks again.
  1848. >"Hey."
  1849. "Yeah?"
1850. >"I forgot to say thanks for doing that. You actually went out of your way to do this."
  1851. "You're welcome, Rainbow"
1852. >After getting home and settling in for the evening both you and Rainbow watch the weather channel to see the forecast for the week.
1853. >Still supposed to continue being clear for the couple of days with some overcast making it's way later.
1854. "Hey Rainbow, you said weather was controlled where you lived right?'
  1855. >"Yeah, why?"
1856. "Did you ever have to change the forecast for events?"
1857. >"Well some strings got pulled from time to time for some of the higher up events, but not really."
1858. "Huh, that must have been convenient."
1859. >"Yeah, nopony liked having a party on rainy days."
1860. "Anyone would hate that. Then again I didn't have many parties."
1861. >She looks at you with curiosity.
  1862. >"What about birthday parties?'
1863. "Eh, I had a bunch of 'friends' at school. At the end of the day though I was left with a small cake from my mother and a few presents."
1864. >You sit forward on the couch.
1865. "It doesn't bother me though. Never had a strong thing for parties."
  1866. >"Dude, that's kind of sad."
1867. "Yeah well I live in a world where you'll know who your true friends are after you finish school. Turns out I didn't have as many friends as I thought."
1868. >You let out a sigh and slouch back into the couch.
1869. >Rainbow looks away for a moment and starts pondering to herself.
  1870. >Please don't give me a pity party. I was just saying.
1871. >Your thoughts are immediately interrupted by a hit to the shoulder.
1872. >"You got a friend right here, Anon."
1873. "Yeah we established that not too long ago didn't we?"
1874. >"Hey, I'm just saying that if you need anything I'm here."
  1875. >She leans in closer.
1876. >"After all you did buy me.."
1877. >She raises and lowers her eyebrows.
1878. "Oh so we are gonna play by that card, eh?"
1879. >The air got slightly intense, in a good way.
1880. >"Heh, I'm not gonna let that go easily."
1881. "Well, as 'Master' I will ask the 'servant' on her opinion on what to do right now."
1882. >You give her a fierce stare with a sharp grin.
1883. "So what did you have in mind?"
1884. >Apparently this kind of confrontation only intrigues the pony even more.
1885. >"Well 'Master', it's your rules so you call the shots."
1886. "Well I will let you call the shots for once."
  1887. >"Huh? i didn't take you for being submissive."
1888. "Well, there is always a first time."
1889. >Both of you are not acting like yourselves right now.
1890. >Actually is she trying to pull something here.
1891. >"Well as 'Master' for the night..."
1892. >She quickly grabs you on the shoulders and pushes you back on the couch.
1893. >You forgot how strong this pony could be at times.
1894. >She is looking at you dead center.
  1895. >And whispers to you.
1896. >"I will repay you for all the kindness you've shown me~..."
1897. >Those are some vicious bedroom eyes.
1898. >Your heart just skipped a beat and you start feeling very nervous.
1899. >I-is she for real? You try to speak but words aren't coming out.
1900. >Not even a moment later her expression starts breaking and she starts cracking up.
1901. >She flew into the air and starts laughing hysterically.
1902. >"Pfffftthahahahahah! You should have seen the look on your face! That was great!"
  1903. >You aren't moving.
1904. >Your body is still slightly in shock from what just happened.
  1905. >Goddammit Rainbow......
1906. >A moment and a few deep breaths later you regain yourself and sit up.
1907. "Goddamn Rainbow. That was a little much."
  1908. >"Nah."
1909. >You just give her a blank stare.
1910. >She land right beside you and puts a hoof over you.
1911. >"Oh come on. You know that was pretty great."
  1912. *sigh*"Whatever, Rainbow."
1913. >She takes her hoof away and pouts a little.
  1914. >"Killjoy."
1915. "Sorry, you just really took me by surprise there."
1916. >"Ohhhhhhh. I see. You never actually done "it" before have you?"
1917. "Where is this coming from?"
1918. >"Dude, relax. Admitting that you haven't is okay. I understand."
  1919. "O-of course I've done it before!"
1920. >"Dude you were practically a statue on the couch when I did that."
1921. "Okay fine. So what if I haven't?"
  1922. >"Then it's completely cool with me."
1923. "Can we get off this subject, please?"
1924. >"Fine by me, *snirk* 'cherryboy'..."
  1925. "Uggggghhhh....."
1926. >She lightly taps you on the shoulder
  1927. >"Alright. Alright. I'll let it go."
1928. "I hope. It's not like it needs to be talk of the world."
  1929. >"Yeah, yeah. I know."
1930. >Both of you spend what remains of the evening having dinner and watching a show on T.V.
1931. >Upon time to go to bed, you feel a tad bit uncomfortable sleeping with Rainbow tonight.
1932. >You open up the curtain in your bed room to reveal that a full moon is out tonight.
1933. >You turn off the bedroom light and the room is still dimmy lit from the outside moonlight.
1934. "Even though we'll be sleeping it's still nice to have some natural light in here to see if we get up in the middle of the night."
1935. >In this dim light her hair color and vivid eyes still stand out among everything else.
1936. >"This does look pretty awesome right now."
1937. >You lay on your side of the bed and cover up.
1938. "Heh. If you say so Rainbow. Goodnight."
  1939. >"mm'night."
1940. >You look to see if Rainbow can see you.
1941. >She is facing the other way so you don't have to worry about going to sleep right away
1942. >You stare at the white ceiling that hangs above.
1943. >Sleeping in the same bed, what she did earlier, hell it's almost like you two are lovers or something.
1944. >Your train of thought is broken by Rainbow moving on top of you.
1945. "Rainbow, please don't do this aga-"
1946. >You are stopped short with a hoof covering your mouth.
  1947. >"Shut up for a second."
1948. >She takes her hoof away and you don't say a word.
  1949. >She lets out a sigh.
1950. >"You know, all in all you're not a bad guy. You've actually been pretty cool these past couple of days."
1951. >"Which is why I feel like I owe you something."
1952. >Her body gets closer to yours.
1953. >"I thought about earlier and how you haven't actually done it yet."
1954. >Oh god you know where this going.
1955. >"And since you've done so much for me..."
1956. >She is making a circle pattern on your shirt with her hoof.
1957. >"Maybe I can help you out, by giving you a first time. Though I'm not doing this out of love or anything."
  1958. >She hesitates for a moment.
1959. >"Or maybe I am. It's doesn't matter. What matters is you've helped me. Now let me help you."
1960. >The circular pattern has now changed to a stroking motion of up and down.
1961. >"So, if you're totally down with it. Would you like me to be your first?"
1962. >You are at a loss for words.
1963. >Earlier she was just joking, but this definitely has a more serious tone to it.
1964. >This time she is being completely real about it.
1965. >But what do you do?
1966. >Should you actually have your first time with her?
1967. >So many things running through your mind right now, it's all a lot to take in.
1968. >Without even realizing it you already had a hand running through her hair while you were lost in thought.
1969. >She brings your hand to touch the side of her face and raises an eyebrow.
  1970. >"Hehe, so I'll take that as a yes?"
  1971. "I-I..."
  1972. >You don't know what to say.
1973. >Your mind is so fucking scattered right now.
1974. >Never been in a situation like this before.
1975. >What do you do? What do you do? WHAT DO YOU DO?
  1976. >...
1977. >God, she looks so beautiful in this light.
1978. >It's almost a sin to have something so majestic.
1979. >You take one deep breath. You know when you say it, there is no going back.
  1980. "...Yes."
1981. >"Feel good after getting the courage to say it?"
  1982. >You just give a slight nod.
1983. >"Heh, that's cool. Well, I'm just gonna warn you now."
1984. >She leans into your ear and whispers into it.
1985. >"Your night is about to get even better."
1986. >This must be the side of herself when in bed.
1987. >Everyone supposedly has a different side to them when in bed with the one they love.
1988. >And right now, both of you are showing a different side.
1989. >You are the innocent here, and she is the seductive beauty that will show you the way.
1990. >...Tonight will be a night worth remembering.
  1991.
1992. >She moves down and uses her mouth to pull your sleeping pants down.
1993. >You were semi-hard before this even begun.
1994. >She takes a moment to observe your half-standing member.
1995. >"Heh, this will be an interesting one."
1996. >You feel your body tense up as she starts running her tongue up and down.
1997. >Not a moment later of licking and you're stiff as can be.
1998. >She then proceeds to envelop your rod into her mouth.
1999. >All these new sensations are so much for you.
2000. >As her head moves up and down slowly you can feel her tongue swirling around your length.
2001. >The motion continues for a few minutes and you felt like you almost reached your peak.
2002. >However the feeling instantly lost as her mouth releases you.
  2003. >You take a moment to observe.
2004. >Your member now completely drenched in saliva, she moves up toward you.
2005. >Her lips meet yours and her tongue invades your jurisdiction.
2006. >Both of you wrestle for control over one another.
2007. >While this was happening you felt yet an even greater sensation again from below.
2008. >She was moving herself onto you, slowly.
2009. >A very warm feeling grasped you and made you shudder a bit.
2010. >Small moans escape from Rainbow, though she hasn't stopped in your tongue battle.
2011. >Soon enough though her tongue retreats, and she is has now completely encased your member inside of her.
2012. >Her breathing has become heavy and so has yours.
2013. >"You ready for the next part?"
2014. >Your mind is blank right now and you can only nod in agreeance.
2015. >She starts moving herself slowly up and down on you.
2016. >Each downward motion releases slight squeeks and moans from her.
2017. >You have never felt this great before.
2018. >The walls that were around your member felt as if they were massaging it, caressing it even.
2019. >The motions that were happening now felt even better than the ones earlier.
2020. >She slows down and soon brings herself to a complete halt.
2021. >She lifted herself off of you and proceeds to reposition herself.
2022. >Her rump now in full view and you noticed her wings were completely open.
2023. >Her being now makes it way to let you re-enter.
2024. >She looks back one more time, panting.
  2025. >"G-get ready. You'll enjoy this."
2026. >Once again after herself has taken a hold of you, her motion begin once again.
2027. >This time the pacing is even faster.
2028. >She did this to have complete control of her rear.
2029. >Her flank moving hastily up and down.
2030. >The gasping, moans, and breathing she makes with each push into her.
2031. >You wish this could just happen forever.
2032. >She slows down a for a brief moment to catch her breath.
  2033. >Her wings are twitching.
2034. >Your mind is only seeking how far you can go into this sexual endeavor.
  2035. >It craves more pleasure.
2036. >You make your way bring your upper half up to sitting level.
2037. >She noticed and took a look back.
2038. >It's rather difficult for her to speak between the breathing.
  2039. >"H-...Hey....What are you-?"
2040. >You put you hands at the base and run them up and down giving a massaging like motion to them.
2041. >As soon as you did you hear the loudest moan she has possibly made tonight.
2042. >Head cast straight up and tongue sticking out the side you hear such bliss.
  2043. >"A-Ahhhhhhhhh~!"
2044. >Her whole body gave a violent twitch and you feel a great warmth from down there.
2045. >Her fluids have ruptured onto you, exciting you even more.
2046. >Your mind feels as if it's no longer your own.
2047. >You need her everything, you want it all.
2048. >Her head drops after a few seconds as proceeds to look back at you.
2049. >She gives you one eye wink.
2050. >"Just do what you want with me, Anon~."
2051. >You have finally lost all control.
2052. >Her mind is gone for the night.
2053. >You lift her up off you and postion her whole being.
2054. >Her face now buried in the bed looking at you from one eye all the way
2055. >A glorious rear now standed straight up.
2056. >You thrust in and it releases from her another blissful sound.
  2057. >"A-Ahhhh~....."
2058. >You continue the assault on her.
2059. >Each moan and gasp pushing you further and further....
2060. >Until you possibly couldn't hold back anymore.
2061. >With one last thrust you poured your everything into her.
2062. >Her eyes almost in the back of her head at this point.
2063. >All you heard was one final thing before she passed out.
  2064. >"Oh yes...."
2065. >You slowly pulled out of her, fluids escaping in the process.
2066. >Her rear remains standing in all of it's messy glory.
2067. >Laying back onto the bed, you take a moment to catch your breath.
2068. >That was one of the best feelings you have had in ever.
  2069. >...
2070. >Huh? Did you pass out after last night?
2071. >A lot of light has entered the room from where the curtain is still open.
2072. >Guess you should close it.
2073. >Er.. you would if your left arm didn't feel like something heavy is on it.
2074. >Actually you have a hoof over your chest too.
2075. >It's takes a moment to realize that Rainbow is laying on your left arm.
2076. >And she has herself as close to you as possible.
2077. >She must've woken up during the night.
2078. >All traces of the event that took place seemed non-existant.
2079. >Your sleeping pants are up and the sheets are covering both of you.
2080. >One thing is for cetain though.
2081. >You definitely are not a virgin anymore.
2082. >Even if your first time was with a completely different species.
  2083. >It was still with a girl.
2084. >Seems that she is starting to slowly open her eyes.
2085. >She proceeds to sit up and let out a huge yawn.
  2086. "Morning."
2087. >She looks back at you and is kind of surprised to see you awake.
  2088. >"O-oh, morning."
2089. >She scoots herself a little bit away from you and proceeds to stretch a little.
2090. >Better just leave her be for now.
2091. >You start to sit up and move your legs over to the side of the bed.
2092. >Looking at the clock, it's just a little bit after nine.
2093. >You rub your eyes and feel yourself getting poked in the back. You turn your head slighty.
  2094. "Something you need?"
  2095. >"N-no. It's just about last night...."
  2096.
2097. >You turn yourself back around and proceed to sit cross-legged on the bed.
  2098. "Yeah, what about it?"
2099. >"....You haven't fallen in love with me or anything, right?"
2100. "Says the pony you had themselves practically on me when I woke up."
2101. >"Th-that's because I wasn't thinking straight last night. I remember waking up and seeing you laying there."
2102. >"I cleaned myself up and you as well. And when I went to sleep, you just felt warm at the time."
  2103. "I think that's love."
2104. >"Wh-whatever, now answer my question."
2105. "Okay. Let's say if I did fall in love with you after that, what would your response be?"
  2106. >She hesistates for a brief moment.
2107. >"...Do you really think that's okay? I mean technically you own me as a "slave", but I haven't really done anything to deserve what you've shown me."
2108. >"...Aside from letting you have your way with me."
2109. "Wouldn't be the first time in history someone fell in love with a slave."
2110. >You pat her on the head.
2111. "Plus, I don't really see you as one anymore. Though it'll not be as easily accepted in my society right now..."
2112. >You lean in close to her.
2113. "I care about you now. More than you think. Sure we had our bad spot in the beginning, but now I really feel like-"
2114. >Your words are halted by a hoof on your mouth.
2115. >She is looking at you with a gentle smile.
2116. >"Oh spare me the mushiness. Idiot."
2117. >She let's her hoof back down and you laugh a little bit.
2118. "Heh, sorry. Although it's true that most of the time we have pretty much sat and were being lazy. At least we weren't being lazy alone."
  2119. >"You're doing it again."
2120. "Can't help it. My question is, would you be mad if I loved you?"
2121. >A moment passes and she leans in as well.
  2122. >"N-No. I wouldn't. I think it's kind of awesome."
2123. >You take your hand and run it through her hair.
2124. "Hehe, you still aren't thinking straight are you?"
  2125. >"Can it."
2126. >Both of you proceed to move in and end this conversation with a passionate kiss.
2127. >What a great morning you are having.
  2128. >...
2129. >"You know? I'll never understand why you guys have to have so many clothes."
2130. "It's just how we are. Humans have been self-conscious about appearance since pretty much forever."
2131. >After getting ready this morning, both of you decided to go to the mall today.
2132. >One of the first stops was a cheap clothing store.
2133. >You were in need of some new pants and some extra shirts.
2134. >"The only time I ever wore anything like this was mostly dresses Rarity made."
2135. "You in a dress? This I have to see sometime."
2136. >You continue browsing the shirts on the table and try to decide what colors you want.
2137. >Rainbow goes around the whole table looking at them all with a disappointed look.
2138. >"The only difference is their color, what's the point?"
2139. "Some just like certain colors."
2140. >You look at Rainbow and point at her smiling.
2141. "Apparently you liked all the colors at one point."
2142. >"Can't help being born awesome."
2143. "I wonder what you'd look like in one of these shirts?"
  2144. >"Ehhhh, they don't look comfortable."
2145. "Oh come on now, let's see."
  2146. >"Alright, calm down 'Rarity'."
2147. "Was that trying to be insulting?"
2148. >"If she gets an idea in her head and it involves you in a certain outfit, be prepared to stand for a LONG time."
2149. >Rainbow shakes her head and sighes.
2150. >"I remember once I stood for almost two hours."
2151. "I'd probably die of boredom if that actually happened to me."
  2152. >"Right?"
2153. >You look for a particular size shirt that Rainbow could possibly wear.
2154. >After looking, you search through the larger kid sized shirts.
2155. >You pick up a plain white shirt and hand it to her.
2156. "Here, let's go to the changing room and see how this looks on you."
  2157. >*sigh* "Fine, if I have to."
  2158. "Pleeeaasse?"
2159. >You give her puppy dog eyes.
  2160. >"Dude, that's creepy. I already said fine."
2161. >She enters the changing room and you hear her struggle a little bit to put of the shirt.
  2162. "You okay?"
  2163. >"Yeah, just having a little trouble."
2164. >She really must have not did this often enough.
2165. >After a moment she comes back out and looks at herself in the mirror.
2166. >It fits her pretty well and even has a little bit of slack.
2167. >She takes a hoof and moves it around the shirt on her.
2168. >'It feels like I have a thin cloud on me."
2169. "I think it actually looks cute."
2170. >Her wings are shuffling under the shirt.
  2171. >"Well, this is restricting."
2172. "I'm sure we can change that so you'll still have use of them in it."
2173. >She continues looking at herself in the mirror and touching the shirt that she has on.
2174. >Is it really that interesting?
2175. >Then again, she looks cute as fuck in it.
2176. >She takes off the shirt.
  2177. "Woah, Rainbow. LEWD."
  2178. >"Wait, what?'
2179. "Haha, nothing. So do you want it or nah?"
2180. >She holds in her hoof and hesistates before handing it over to you.
  2181. >"Yeah, I'm alright with it."
2182. >Please wear it in bed, Rainbow.
  2183. >BRAIN PLEASE
2184. "Alright, want more than one?"
  2185. >"Nah, I think that's okay for now. Think I'll just use it as a night-time thing."
2186. >You could have sworn you could hear your subconscious screaming "YES!" for the whole store to hear.
2187. "R-right. Let's get the rest of my stuff and go shall we?"
2188. >After purchasing some new clothes for yourself and one shirt for Rainbow, you head back home for the day.
2189. >Upon arriving home, you take the bag of clothing and proceed to take the tags off and throw them in the washer.
2190. >Gotta get the "new" out of them.
2191. >You wonder what Rainbow would actually look like in a full outfit for everyday wear.
2192. >It'd be interesting, but wouldn't she get hot with that and her natural fur?
2193. >Ah well, the shirt will do for now.
2194. >She's only using it for night time anyway.
2195. >You come back to the living room and look outside.
2196. >It's gotten pretty dreary out. It isn't raining though.
2197. >Guess it's better to just turn in for the night.
2198. >Well you would if you didn't have stuff in the washing machine.
2199. "After all those get washed and dryed, I'm heading to bed."
  2200. >"Isn't it a little early?"
2201. "It'll take about two hours for the whole process."
  2202. >"Why so long?"
2203. "One hour for washing, and about another for drying. You'd think they make these things more efficient."
2204. >You sit down on the couch.
2205. "Ah well, wanna watch something while I get laundry done?"
2206. >"I'm down for it, Anon."
2207. >Both of you were side by side watching the usual channels that provided good, actiony entertainment.
2208. >You almost forgot to switch out the load of laundry into the dryer at one point.
2209. >Ah well, no harm done. Just mean both of you and Rainbow get to spend more time with each other.
2210. >Speaking of spending time with others. You'd wonder if Rarity has given any thought of living here.
2211. >Though, in the current state of things you'd couldn't really properly house her.
2212. >You really need to get the second bedroom worked on.
2213. >That way if you do have an extra pony or someone over they wouldn't have to use the couch.
2214. >Upon throwing your wet laundry in the dryer, you go to the kitchen and heat up a quick meal for the both of you.
2215. >In the middle of dinner, Rainbow looks at you and asks.
2216. >"So you think Rarity will come here?"
2217. "Well, I'll have to setup the other bedroom and stuff."
  2218. >"There's another bedroom?"
2219. "Oh right, right. It's used as a storage space right now, but If I take the stuff out and get a bed and a few other little things it could do."
2220. "It's the room on the opposite end of the house. Forgot you haven't actually went into the other rooms all that much."
2221. >"Think it'd be big enough for her?"
2222. "As long as she doesn't have a U-Haul worth of stuff"
  2223. >"A what?"
2224. "It's a transport to carry around items for when people move."
2225. >"Sounds like something she would need."
  2226. "I really hope not..."
2227. >As the night progresses you finally have your laundry done and folded away.
2228. >Save for one white shirt.
  2229. "Oh yeah, here."
2230. >You toss the shirt at Rainbow and she holds it in her hooves.
2231. >"O-oh yeah. Almost forgot about it, hehe..."
2232. >She puts it on with a little less trouble than earlier at the store.
2233. >Still looks cute in it.
2234. >You make your way into the bed and cover yourself up.
2235. >Immediately, she moves her self toward you to cuddle up.
  2236. "Goodnight, Rainbow."
  2237. >*yawn*"G'night."
2238. >You reach out to turn off the lamp and head off to sleep.
  2239. >...
  2240. >Huh?
  2241. >Oh, you're dreaming again.
  2242. >Something is different though.
  2243. >You aren't falling or anything.
2244. >Instead you are completely still, face first on the ground.
2245. >Your body feels heavy though and.... sore?
2246. >You slowly get up and take a look around you.
2247. >It's a forest and it seems you are in the middle of a small clearing.
2248. >It's night out, and the clouds loom over the sky.
2249. >Not gonna have any fun in a dream just standing here. Time to check some stuff out.
2250. >After walking through a portion of the odd forest, you come across a rather old castle of sorts on a hill past a bridge.
2251. >It's pretty ancient and run-down from what you gather.
2252. >Are you dreaming of some ancient medieval ruin?
2253. >Stuff like that is cool from time to time.
2254. >...You hear howling behind you in the forest.
2255. >Even though it's a dream, your senses tell you to find shelter.
2256. >Upon coming to the entrance of the ruin, you find that the door is pretty stiff to open.
2257. >After trying your hardest to push the door open, it finally budges.
2258. >You open the door just enough to worm your way inside.
2259. >This place looks like it could collpase any moment in all honesty.
2260. >The tapestry seems to be pretty much threads at this point.
2261. >Can't even make out the details of what they were supposed to stand for.
2262. >There is one thing that does stand out.
2263. >The two pieces are of different color.
2264. >Maybe this was a joint embassy of sorts?
2265. >Dreams are so weird sometimes, but at least it's better than falling.
2266. >Making your way further into the castle, you head up some stairs and find what seems to be a small pedestal in front on two windows of stained glass side by side.
2267. >Both have seen better days, all that's left is shards in the corners to indicate what the colors where.
2268. >You take a close look at the windows.
2269. >One seems to have been made of purple glass and the other a golden yellow.
2270. >You poke your head outside the window to see if there is anything in the distance.
2271. >Before you could make out anything though you felt something hit your back.
2272. >...You were pushed out of the window.
2273. >Now you are falling into what seems like certain doom.
2274. >The ground is coming in quickly and you can feel your heart slightly race
2275. >You close your eyes shut and hear an all too familiar sound.
  2276. >...
  2277. >*Beep*Beep*Beep*
2278. >You are awoke to the sound of your alarm going off.
2279. >You also have been sweating in your sleep.
2280. >Did you even set the alarm last night?
2281. >Oh no, you remember setting it earlier yesterday.
2282. >You press the button on the clock and Rainbow starts to move about.
2283. >She sits up and proceeds to stretch her wings out.
2284. >Which hits you in the face during the process.
2285. >She didn't notice though, too busy streching out the rest of her self.
2286. >After stretching, she looks to you.
  2287. >*yawn*"Morning, Anon."
2288. >You begin rubbing your eyes for a second.
2289. >You wipe the top of your forehead as well.
2290. >She takes notice to it and questions you.
  2291. >"Have a 'hot' dream?"
  2292. >That wasn't even remotely funny.
2293. "I think you'd better stop right there."
2294. >"Eh, so why are you all sweaty for this morning?"
2295. "I had a strange dream which ended up me falling out of a window."
2296. >"Being a klutz inside your own dream?"
2297. "I-I can't really remember anymore, the details are fuzzy."
2298. "Anyway, we got stuff to do today."
  2299. >"What do you mean?"
2300. "I did have other plans for today, but I figured after last nights conversation I should make the other room an actual bedroom."
2301. "We will probably be out most of the day, I gotta find a bed to pick out for it, decor, etc..."
2302. >It'll dig into your savings a little bit, but your savings account was meant for that purpose.
2303. >To keep the house up and looking good.
2304. >After both of you get ready, you proceed to walk out the door and get ready to find stuff for the other bedroom.
  2305. >Shouldn't be to hard.
2306. >All you need for now is a bed, a night stand, a dresser, some other stuff.
2307. >On the way there you begin to question Rainbow.
2308. "So tell me. If Rarity does end up coming in our lovely abode, what would she like aside from expensive things."
2309. >All she does is give a slight giggle and raises an eyebrow.
  2310. *sigh*"Well that answers that."
2311. >"Hehe, she's pretty much lived like royalty."
  2312. >You shake your head.
2313. "We will just worry about it when the time comes, if it does come. For now, I just want to get the other bedroom sorted out."
2314. >You park the vehicle in the parking lot and make your way into the furniture store.
2315. >It's been a while since you actually bought anything furniture wise.
2316. >And you'll also have to tell them to have everything delivered to you.
2317. >The only thing you care about all this though?
  2318. >Making sure it matches.
  2319. >Nobody wants a very clashy room.
2320. >Remember how you had a friend in school who literally had a red walled room with a black stipe going around the center.
2321. >That was literally horrifying now that you think of it.
2322. >Rainbow is busy looking at all the beds.
  2323. >"You know, I still think a bed is just a bed."
2324. "Same here. You could have the same matress on it and it'd still vary in price just because of the design of the entire thing,"
2325. "That why I like keeping things simple in my room."
2326. >It's true, the bed you have right now only has a metal frame and not these giant wooden ones.
2327. >And it also has been a few years, so you may want to switch out matresses while you're here too.
2328. >The one you have is still nice, but you want something a little more comfortable.
2329. >You're sure Rainbow would enjoy it too.
2330. >"So what are you getting?'
2331. "Well, first we have to pick out two sets of mattresses."
  2332. >"Two?"
2333. "Yeah, I figured while I'm here I should probably switch my old one out too."
  2334. >"Sounds like a plan."
2335. "The question is though, what kind of mattress should I get."
2336. >"You should get something REALLY comfy."
2337. "Those can get really expensive. And that's just for the mattress itself."
2338. >Then again, feeling like you just layed into a cloud wouldn't be such a bad feeling either.
2339. "I'll just get something that's comfortable and not too pricey for both rooms then."
2340. >After choosing the matress style, now onto more pressing matters.
2341. >How the room needed to look.
2342. >Should it be a old fancy wooden style? or something more modern.
2343. >The choice seems clear cut with the price difference.
2344. >Who knew designs in things could skyrocket the price of a single nightstand?
2345. >Guess modern is the way to go for now.
2346. >You could spend on the fancy design stuff without a doubt, but it'd seem out of place in your home.
2347. >After picking out a basic nightstand dresser you proceed to fill out a form for the order to be placed.
2348. >You also added a tall mirror to go with the items at the last second.
2349. >Figured it give the room some sort of character.
  2350. >*sigh*"We finally done here?"
2351. "Yeah, we are. Let's go get something to eat."
  2352. >"Yeah, really. I'm starving."
2353. >The order you made will come by your house in a couple of days.
2354. >In the mean time, both you and Rainbow head to a salad bar resteraunt.
2355. >It pretty much had anything and everything you could ever want in a salad.
2356. >You couldn't help but laugh at Rainbow for wanting pretty much every vegetable in hers.
2357. >She actually ended up a bowl twice the size of yours.
  2358. >You went for a classic.
2359. >Nothing beats a grilled chicken salad with with cheese and garlic croutons.
2360. >Both of you sit down at the table and she begins to hammer through hers.
2361. "It's not a race to eat, you know!"
  2362. >She isn't listening right now.
2363. >Oh well, you begin to put dressing in your salad and mix it.
2364. >She finally lifts her head up to reveal a very messy face.
2365. >You sigh and hand her a napkin.
2366. "Don't choke on it, now."
  2367. >"Ha, sorry couldn't help myself there."
2368. >She wipes her face off and looks at your bowl.
  2369. >"What's that in yours?"
  2370. "A strip of chicken."
2371. >"Oh yeah, you guys actually eat other animals."
2372. "Mmhmm. I haven't bought any meat since I brought you into my house. I'd figure I'd have it again since we are out?"
2373. >She is kind of grossed out a little bit, but is slightly curious.
2374. >"S-So what does it taste like?"
2375. "I'm not that good at explaining it. You'd have to try it for yourself."
2376. >"It'd feel kind of wrong if I did though."
2377. "Oh come on, have a little adventure. It won't be the end of the world."
  2378. >"I don't know...."
2379. "Just one bite. If you don't like it, then you don't have to eat it."
2380. >She hesistates for a moment before giving you an answer.
2381. >'W-well, since it won't be the end of the world. Alright I'll take a bite."
