  3. >The conditions in the nearby woods were too harsh for survival
  4. >Eventually you drifted off to sleep in hunger, not yet realizing that you would never see your mother again
  5. >As dawn broke the next day, a small pack of floofy horses were scavenging for firewood
  6. >They came to a halt as they noticed an unidentified form slumbering next to a pile of embers
  7. >The youngest one in the group stooped down to give a sniff
  8. "What sort of creature is this? Seems like it's still alive."
  9. >The rest of the group circled around, looking to their leader for an answer
  10. >The leader looked confused but was still trying to maintain an air of confidence
  11. "Certainly this small, green, hairless creature isn't meant for this environment. We shall take it back to the tribe and decide what we must do about it."
  12. >Too hungry and tired to move, you barely even notice you're awake as you are hoisted onto the soft pack of one of the scavengers
  13. >After drifting in and out of consciousness for quite some time, you notice the motion finally coming to the stop
  14. >You slowly wake up as you feel your body warming up
  15. >In front of you is a fire glowing inside of a hearth, you seem to be in a log structure of some kind
  16. >An elderly pony with shaggy fur notices that you are awake and approaches you slowly
  17. "Do you know where you are, child?"
  18. >Being a small child, you still haven't figured out how to speak very coherently
