Expiry: Never

  1. 1.
    >Be Sleighride
  2. 2.
    >You are a Snowpony stallion
  3. 3.
    >Your kind live in the isolated far north
  4. 4.
    >Well, not entirely isolated. There are multiple tribes of Snowponies. Some are settled, some are migratory
  5. 5.
    >Tribes in proximity have some trade and contact, and all tribes in the taiga and the tundra come together at least once a year for major festivals in the village of Snowpitt
  6. 6.
    >Coincidentally, this is where you and your tribe live year round. a village near the boundary of piney forests and arctic plains
  7. 7.
    >You rarely get visitors not of your kind. Every once in a blue moon, different tribes will get visitors from the south.
  8. 8.
    >Your kind are varying earth tones. Brown, tan, white, black, red-orange. These ponies are various bright colors. Some even have horns or wings. But even the ones that are otherwise like you don't have your big, fluffy coat
  9. 9.
    >According to the legends, a great crisis split apart the ancient ponies. Most fled to the south, but your ancestors stayed put. They weren't interested in the fighting that consumed the others, and through their love for each other and the help of the spirits they were able to survive and adapt to the harsh environment.
  10. 10.
    >The legends also spoke of a disappearing city of ponies that were made of ice or crystal. Word has spread that the city has reappeared, but you have yet to meet any of these strange ponies or come across any of their goods
  11. 11.
    >Your kind mostly get by on mushrooms, roots, grasses, and other plants you can gather and save. Although some of the southernmost tribes can grow some food in the warm times
  12. 12.
    >Most unusual, according to your occasional visitors, is your race's love of eating fish
  13. 13.
    >Smoked, roasted, plain or with herbs. A few ponies will even eat it raw. It's yet another adaptation that has allowed your kind to flourish
  14. 14.
    >You are a trader and take periodic trips to barter with the other nearby tribes for whatever your tribe needs
  15. 15.
    >Which is easier this time of year. Things are slightly less harsh when the cold retreats and the sun is in the sky all day. A winged pony who had visited to study your tribe's culture was fascinated. She said it appeared so because of how far north you are
  16. 16.
    >You find it equally fascinating that the sun and moon trade places every day and night somewhere
  17. 17.
    >You are currently heading back to Snowpitt after securing more medicinal herbs in exchange for smoked fish from a wandering tribe. Some of these herbs are standard medicine
  18. 18.
    >About half, however is a special herb
  19. 19.
    >It helps the mares deal with their fertility cycles
  20. 20.
    >During the warm times, your mares also "warm up"
  21. 21.
    >Your kind have two times that they believe they are most closely in tune with the spirit world
  22. 22.
    >In the depths of the cold times, when the shamares of every tribe help everypony commune with the spirits of the ancestors, and attract any lost spirits out of the wild for one final reunion with any loved ones before they pass on or stay as guardians
  23. 23.
    >And the other is right about now
  24. 24.
    >As the warm time progresses, new spirits are entering your world
  25. 25.
    >Some will become animals, plants, maybe even nature spirits
  26. 26.
    >Others, however will become foals
  27. 27.
    >Of course, they can't come into the world on their own. They need a mare and a stallion to provide the way
  28. 28.
    >The mares become ready not long into the moons-long day. For half a moon, they act as normal. But for about a week it's another story
  29. 29.
    >They become more emotional, relieve themselves more, wink their mare bits, and of course put off their musk to ensure no stallion misses that they're ready to make a foal
  30. 30.
    >In practice, most mares and stallions who are not ready or do not have a mate will give each other space during these times. The mares will also take certain herbs to dull the more annoying parts of their heat
  31. 31.
    >You're finally entering Snowpitt and making a direct path to your igloo
  32. 32.
    >Ponies say hello, foals are running up to greet you and/or throw snowballs at you
  33. 33.
    >Your mind, however is on one pony
  34. 34.
    >Frosty Flakes
  35. 35.
    >You've been friends with her and her sisters, Winter Wonder and Cold Shoulder, since you were very young. But you were always closest to Frosty
  36. 36.
    >You spent your foalhoods running through the forest, having snowball fights, listening to stories from Baba Hooves
  37. 37.
    >and of course, catching fish
  38. 38.
    >As you both got older, you recall the first year you had to be separated from the mares. And when you first noticed something. You already loved Frosty for her goofy, bubbly personality. Her skill fishing and ability to survive the wild on her own (but preferably with just you), how all the younger foals saw her as a big sister
  39. 39.
    >You would be lying if you said you didn't love her fertile scent over any other you've picked up.
  40. 40.
    >All the mares have a basic, musky smell they put off along with a earthier smell, not unlike the defrosted forest soil in the warm time
  41. 41.
    >Frosty also has a curious smell of her own. A mix between the herbs usually put on fish and the scent of pine
  42. 42.
    >You find it at once relaxing and energizing. Mainly in that it energizes your penis straight out of your sheath
  43. 43.
    >This year, however, you will not be apart for this special time
  44. 44.
    >She's your mate now. The ceremony was held with a few other couples being united before the tribe along with the two of you.
  45. 45.
    >It still feels like yesterday. You had shared breath and kissed as a family for the first time. You and Frosty were all that had existed in the world for what felt like days
  46. 46.
    >Of course, one thing was missing from your family
  47. 47.
    >A foal
  48. 48.
    >This year, Frosty wouldn't be taking any herbs or relying on the other mares for "help"
  49. 49.
    >You and her had agreed on that day that you and her would bring a foal into the world
  50. 50.
    >You're finally at your igloo
  51. 51.
    >You were sure to come into town where all the stallions were
  52. 52.
    >Now, you raise your lip and inhale deeply
  53. 53.
    >Yep, she's home right now. Your nose and your dick are both absolutely sure
  54. 54.
    >Twin waves of calm and hazy lust are washing over you as you put your bags inside, then head around back
  55. 55.
    >Frosty is making a foal carrier out of woven sticks
  56. 56.
    >She turns her head and sees you. Her eyes light up and a wide grin spreads over her face
  57. 57.
    >She drops her work and charges into you at full speed
  58. 58.
    >"OHGODSSLEIGHIMISSEDYOUSOMUCHANDIT'SBURNINGSOBADIMREADY-
  59. 59.
    >You cut her off by kissing her. You make out slowly and passionately. Then you open your eyes and press your face into the dark stripe on her snout. You snort lightly as you turn your makeout into sharing breath.
  60. 60.
    >You then raise your lip again, then take another deep breath of your lover's scent
  61. 61.
    >You take a nip at her flank and she whinnies
  62. 62.
    >You're honestly surprised she was just speaking. You knew you would be back near the peak of one of her fertile periods and you would open the way for your foal when you got back. You've heard the mares across the village when they were in heat start spouting primal noises when things were really intense for them
  63. 63.
    >When you were younger, Frosty explained in one of her normal periods that when she was in heat, she would find it harder and harder to think
  64. 64.
    >It was like she was almost an animal, focused entirely on her mare parts. The older mares explained it as a sign of their connection to the spirit realm and of course, the potential to allow a spirit into the world by nurturing it inside them
  65. 65.
    >They just needed a stallion. And to grow more
  66. 66.
    >Here you are now, her tail is raised into the air and her joy spot is flashing in and out of her vagina. Your head is fuzzy from inhaling her pheromones
  67. 67.
    >You giggle to yourself. You had caught glimpses of mares winking in your younger days and it reminded you of a fish opening and closing it's mouth
  68. 68.
    >You're ready to dig into Frosty's fish
  69. 69.
    >You stick your tounge into her folds, dipping down to hit her button, which prompts moaning and neighing. Yeah, that was probably the last bit of normal speech until you're both through. You are eager to join her in her primal state
  70. 70.
    >You bring your tounge up and push through into her tunnel. You whuff loudly as you bathe her horsepussy with your tounge, taking in more and more of her taste and scent
  71. 71.
    >Your boner is repeatedly swinging up and hitting your chest. Waves of pleasure are accompanied by spurts of your fluid
  72. 72.
    >She whickers and snorts as she repeatedly clenches at your intrusion. Her taste and smell is making your eyes roll back into your head as you join in on the snorting
  73. 73.
    >You are finding it harder to think clearly, but just enough to pull your tongue out and suckle her clit. She neighs loudly and her vaginal fluids splash onto the melting snow
  74. 74.
    >You raise your lip for the last time as you inhale the most incredible scent in the world. You resist rearing up for a bit to try and consciously enjoy the unique scent of the mother of your foals
  75. 75.
    >Instinct takes over as you rest your weight on Frosty's back and your forelegs sink into her warm floof
  76. 76.
    >You jab your horsecock against her rear and miss a few times
  77. 77.
    >Then you catch inside her vulva and pause at the intense heat and wetness. You're not even inside her yet!
  78. 78.
    >That changes as in one thrust, you have bottomed out inside your lover
  79. 79.
    >A tiny spark of thought resurfaces as you slow down. Frosty's muscles are tightly grabbing and releasing your cock, trying in vain to pull it further. You feel a barrier of some sort against your flat tip.
  80. 80.
    >Your slow sliding back and forth, aside from nearly overwhelming the both of you with sensation lets you feel that there's some give
  81. 81.
    >Your instincts are screaming at you to speed things up. You feel your tip start to flare, then shrink back repeatedly as you throb and lightly squirt precum inside her
  82. 82.
    >Your instincts finally win out as you pull almost all the way out, before jabbing your penis in hard.
  83. 83.
    >Frosty is pounding her front hoof into the snow and whinnying at your hard thrusts
  84. 84.
    >She's desperately suckling and twisting around your cock. A tight pressure has built in your sheathe and scrotum
  85. 85.
    >You are a stallion. She is a mare. There is a spirit among you, seeking a family
  86. 86.
    >Your mare is already ready to provide it a body to inhabit and her body to nurture it.
  87. 87.
    >All that she needs is your seed
  88. 88.
    >You bite onto her neck, getting a mouthful of fur. You pass the barrier inside her
  89. 89.
    >Your tip fully flares to twice it's normal diameter and your cock throbs intensely
  90. 90.
    >Then your seed streams into your Frosty's womb as you give a deep breeding whinny
  91. 91.
    >Frosty lowers her front and pushes back into your jerking, forward thrusts as you continue pulsing inside her for what feels like forever
  92. 92.
    >You feel the warm pressure from your seed filling up her fertile womb
  93. 93.
    >And then suddenly, it's over
  94. 94.
    >Your penis retreats from inside Frosty and starts to retreat back into your sheath as you dismount
  95. 95.
    >You both are breathing heavily. You walk up to her so you are face to face and push your snout into hers, breathing almost as one
  96. 96.
    >She bows her neck under yours, and you nudge her head into your side
  97. 97.
    >You just barely make out a "thank you" as she looks at you with teary, joyful eyes
  98. 98.
    >You both unsteadily make your way into your igloo, before laying on the blankets and furs on the floor
  99. 99.
    >Neither of you say anything, but as you look into her eyes, it's apparent she shares your tired, nervous excitement
  100. 100.
    >You weakly stick your tongue into her mouth as you slowly make out and grind into each other. But you both need some rest
  101. 101.
    >This, of course won't be your last mating with Frosty Flakes. You promised each other a foal
  102. 102.
    >As sleep overtakes you, you wrap your forehooves around your loving mare and thank the spirits for allowing you to have this mare in your life and welcome a new life with her
  103. 103.

  104. 104.

  105. 105.
    >As the land moves into Spring/out of the long night depending on exactly how far north, the shamares say there are new spirits entering the world
  106. 106.
    >Many will become nature spirits or various other spiritual entities as they are left to their own devices
  107. 107.
    >Some will enter into the new plant and animal life that springs up on the lands and seas
  108. 108.
    >And some will even enter into foals
  109. 109.
    >Snowpone foals have separate coming of age ceremonies for fillies and colts, right before they'd hit maturity and usually most have gotten their marks. Multi day/part event
  110. 110.
    >Before the final concluding part, they get the snowpone talk
  111. 111.
    >Females of any species have an innate magic
  112. 112.
    >As the spirits are entering the world in the spring, their own magical fields change and call to these spirits
  113. 113.
    >At the same time, their bodies call out to males
  114. 114.
    >Basically, snowpone explanation for how foals are made:
  115. 115.
    >Mare goes into heat, both in the obvious way and in this supernatural calling way. Shamares of either sex with the right talents and aptitude can notice the magical change
  116. 116.
    >Of course, mares also make an "essence" in their wombs and stallions in their "stones/pouch/balls/insert euphamism"
  117. 117.
    >Blah blah typical explaining of heat effects, how to sex
  118. 118.
    >Sex outside of heat does nothing re: foals. mare isn't making essence
  119. 119.
    >Combined essences provide a vessel for any spirit that does come to the mare
  120. 120.
    >Successful gestation, spirit gradually permanently bonds to vessel, mare can naturally "form" it to a pony, make the bond permanent
  121. 121.
    >Sometimes things go wrong, not the mare's fault
  122. 122.
    >Not taught to fillies at this point, but shamares probably have shamanic rituals to help mares dealing with miscarriage or other failed pregnancy, etc
  123. 123.

  124. 124.
Only thing I'm not sure on with "new spirits" - Do snowpones believe there's some divine source/allmother/etc or do they believe in reincarnation?
  125. 125.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  126. 126.
    >You….are
  127. 127.
    >You slowly…wake up?
  128. 128.
    >You’re not sure how you’ve found yourself in this place
  129. 129.
    >But now that you’re here, you feel vulnerable
  130. 130.
    >It’s dark
  131. 131.
    >But around you, you can feel warmth and light coming from different…things?
  132. 132.
    >You cannot quite figure what they are
  133. 133.
    >They aren’t all the same, and some are stronger
  134. 134.
    >More attractive than others
  135. 135.
    >Nothing around you feels right, and you keep moving
  136. 136.
    >You wander in the darkness, noting the occasional light
  137. 137.
    >Sometimes the lights get brighter, or two lights merge
  138. 138.
    >You almost come closer to some, but ultimately decide to move along
  139. 139.
    >Other times, a light strikes fear into you, and you dart off
  140. 140.
    >You must find shelter
  141. 141.
    >But then, you come across something new
  142. 142.
    >In the distance, a group of lights close together
  143. 143.
    >Some are particularly intense
  144. 144.
    >You dart closer and closer
  145. 145.
    >You come close to a particular light. It’s very intense, yet welcoming and warm
  146. 146.
    >Suddenly, a second light
  147. 147.
    >Different, yet very similar. It doesn’t quite draw you, it’s more….there?
  148. 148.
    >You move towards the center of the light. It seems warm, and safe
  149. 149.
    >You recoil as the two lights join and become even brighter
  150. 150.
    >You can really feel the heat from where you are now
  151. 151.
    >But it doesn’t overwhelm you
  152. 152.
    >Instead, it calls to you even stronger than before
  153. 153.
    >As if to say “it’s alright, you’re safe here. Come join me!”
  154. 154.
    > You slowly move into the center of the light. The warmth is comforting
  155. 155.
    >It makes you drowsy
  156. 156.
    >The one light splits again, but you still feel warm and safe
  157. 157.
    >You sometimes restlessly drift around, but never stray far from the reassuring call and warmth of the light
  158. 158.
    >But then one day something changes
  159. 159.
    >There’s a dim spot within the light
  160. 160.
    >Curious
  161. 161.
    >You draw closer
  162. 162.
    >You already feel the warmth around you
  163. 163.
    >But as you enter this dim space, the warmth spreads within you
  164. 164.
    >The drowsiness returns
  165. 165.
    >You feel like you could stay here
  166. 166.
    >Sometimes you drift around, whether you mean to or not
  167. 167.
    >You always make your way back to your refuge
  168. 168.
    >But over time there’s more of a connection
  169. 169.
    >Is this a refuge?
  170. 170.
    >Or is it…you?
  171. 171.
    >But it’s not just that
  172. 172.
    >The other light isn’t as intense as when you found it
  173. 173.
    >But there’s almost a sense that it notices you
  174. 174.
    >There’s a back and forth…a sense that it’s glad you’re here
  175. 175.
    >You’re not sure over how long, but you become dimly aware
  176. 176.
    >Ear
  177. 177.
    >hoof
  178. 178.
    >but at the same time you also gradually get drowsy to the point of fading out amidst the warmth and the feelings of safety and care and….love?
  179. 179.
    >You’re shocked back awake
  180. 180.
    >Something’s moving you
  181. 181.
    >Forcing you out
  182. 182.
    >Eventually you pass from your space into a…passage?
  183. 183.
    >It bares down on you again
  184. 184.
    >And you wake up for a second time
  185. 185.
    >You’re faintly aware you’re moving
  186. 186.
    >Hooves?.... splayed in front and behind you
  187. 187.
    >There’s lots of motion
  188. 188.
    >Wherever you are keeps rising up, and then lowering and rolling over
  189. 189.
    >But keeps pushing you forward
  190. 190.
    >Push, push
  191. 191.
    >From outside, struggle. Various other sounds you don’t quite comprehend
  192. 192.
    >Eventually, with a powerful push, light
  193. 193.
    >Breath
  194. 194.
    >You fall and land on a soft surface
  195. 195.
    >You’re wet all over
  196. 196.
    >Wet and fuzzy
  197. 197.
    >”Foal”? There’s other things with you. Like you, but bigger
  198. 198.
    >And fluffier. Is this what you are?
  199. 199.
    >But thought fades
  200. 200.
    >A snout comes down
  201. 201.
    >Snoof
  202. 202.
    >Lick
  203. 203.
    >There’s something special about this one you can’t place
  204. 204.
    >Suddenly, another of the big ones cuts something off you
  205. 205.
    >You pay it no mind, the special one has something hot coming from her….eyes?
  206. 206.
    >She drapes her neck over you
  207. 207.
    >Meanwhile, every instinct screams to use…your…..legs?
  208. 208.
    >With some effort, and more than a couple tumbles, you stand
  209. 209.
    >Another one comes in, slightly bigger than most of the others
  210. 210.
    >You are slightly afraid, but he sniffs and rubs his snout to your neck, before turning to the special one
  211. 211.
    >There’s something special about this one too
  212. 212.
    >Meanwhile, you follow an urge to turn towards the first one’s rear
  213. 213.
    >Thought has turned to instinct, you’re hungry
  214. 214.
    >Welcome to Snowpitt
  215. 215.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  216. 216.
    >You are Granite Peaks, a Snowpony stallion with a talent for navigation and mountaineering, and right now you’re seriously questioning why you didn’t delay your journey
  217. 217.
    >You and your mate Fireweed are travelling from Snowpitt to Fell Fir, a small Western village in a mountain clearing
  218. 218.
    >Fireweed is an expert forager and talented with medicinal herbs and healing salves and potions.
  219. 219.
    >Usually, you embark on a short journey to nearer Southern and Western settlements hawking your wares to those who didn’t make Snowpitt’s Great Calling, return during the mares’ season in the spring and then take a longer journey before returning again before winter really sets in
  220. 220.
    >Your usual route to Fell Fir takes you through a mountain pass with some steep and rough terrain
  221. 221.
    >However, this year the shamares told you that the omens and a few guardian spirits warned that it may be unusually hazardous. There may be storms coming down from the mountains later than normal, they said.
  222. 222.
    >There was another route through the forest and up a steeper, winding path. This was invariably a safe path, but added much time to the journey
  223. 223.
    >You deliberated with your mare, and decided to take the risk of the more straightforward route
  224. 224.
    >You’d rather not deal with your mare’s heat away from home if you could help it. You had a limited personal supply of herbs to ease heat, but they only reduced the symptoms
  225. 225.
    >You’ve been wedded two years now and are somewhat anxious about bringing a foal into the picture.
  226. 226.
    >Hardly unusual, some couples have foals right away, some wait. Often, it’s just anxiety. As with the two of you
  227. 227.
    >Things had started out smoothly as you went through a few Southern towns and a village on the edge of Western lands
  228. 228.
    >The last couple days on the trail had been fine. Today….
  229. 229.
    >Today you’ve been blasted by wind and snow. It’s been a fight to get up the mountain. You also can’t shake the feeling you aren’t alone
  230. 230.
    -----------------------------
  231. 231.
    >There have long been rumors of another race of ponies stalking the mountains and the more remote corners of the forests and plains
  232. 232.
    >Fearsome giants, who would spirit away unwary or lost travelers
  233. 233.
    >However, some tales painted them as primitive, but harmless. These were the minority however
  234. 234.
    >A few traveling ponies, like your own village’s explorer Ice Elation, claim to have seen or met them. Ponies still are not sure if these are tall tales. From her tellings, it’s unclear whether they are friend or foe
  235. 235.
    >”Granite! Maybe… maybe we need to find a place to camp and wait for the storm to pass!”
  236. 236.
    >The winds are howling and cold pierces through your fur, and the path ahead is along the bottom of some steep slopes
  237. 237.
    >But if you push through, you may be able to reach Fell Fir by nightfall!
  238. 238.
    >”…We need to try to at least get through this valley Fire! If it gets too bad we can stop for today!”
  239. 239.
    >”…..OK, dear”
  240. 240.
    >”Hey, it will be alright! Spirits willing, we-“
  241. 241.
    >You could’ve sworn you just saw a pony’s head move out of sight from a cliff
  242. 242.
    >A big one….Surely just a trick of the fog and blowing snow
  243. 243.
    >Right?
  244. 244.
    >”Granite?”
  245. 245.
    >”Hm? Oh…it’s nothing, little feesh. Spirits willing, we’ll make it through. Let’s go”
  246. 246.
    >You nuzzle snoots and each other’s necks before continuing on
  247. 247.
    >Gradually you make your way across the valley, fighting the wind with every step
  248. 248.
    >Then, it happens
  249. 249.
    >About halfway across the valley, you hear and feel a rumbling from your left
  250. 250.
    > You can’t see up the slope well, but it rapidly gains force
  251. 251.
    >Then you see the massive white cloud coming at you. It’s an avalanche!
  252. 252.
    >”RUN!”
  253. 253.
    ----------------------------------------
  254. 254.
    >Both of you take off at full tilt trying to outrun the wall of snow
  255. 255.
    >But it’s rapidly gaining ground
  256. 256.
    >Then Fireweed trips
  257. 257.
    >”FIREWEED NO!!!!!”
  258. 258.
    >You throw yourself over your mare, knowing it’s futile as wall of snow overtakes you
  259. 259.
    >You close your eyes…..she’ll probably beat you into the ground at the calling for insisting on this trip
  260. 260.
    >Your consciousness eventually returns…..but you’re pretty sure you’re somehow still alive
  261. 261.
    >You feel warm, and as your eyes flutter open, you seem to be in a cave?
  262. 262.
    >By some miracle, you don’t seem to have any serious injuries
  263. 263.
    >”F-fireweed?”
  264. 264.
    >”…Granite?”
  265. 265.
    >Oh thank the spirits, she’s alive!
  266. 266.
    >She’s laying not far from you. Both of you are laying on…some kind of fur? Fortunately she seems to be relatively unharmed as well
  267. 267.
    >”Fire, I’m so sorry! I should have listened to the shamares!! I don-mmmlph!”
  268. 268.
    >Fireweed shuts you up with a kiss. You make out, tears in your eyes and hugging Fireweed around her withers
  269. 269.
    >”HEY TINY PONIES WAKE UP!!!!”
  270. 270.
    -----------------------------------------
  271. 271.
    >The booming, gruff voice startles both of you. You cannot tell exactly where it’s coming from
  272. 272.
    >”Granite…am I?”
  273. 273.
    >”No. I heard it too”
  274. 274.
    >”You don’t think….I never thought they were real, but-“
  275. 275.
    >Fireweed is then interrupted by an equally loud and rough, but much more feminine voice
  276. 276.
    >”JOY!! NOW WE FEAST WITH TINY PONIES!!!”
  277. 277.
    >Fireweed is frozen in fear. You hold her tight, ready to rise to your feet
  278. 278.
    >You aren’t sure how big this cave is or which way is out
  279. 279.
    >You hear hoofsteps coming from behind you
  280. 280.
    “Fire, get ready to run”
  281. 281.
    >As the hoofsteps get closer, you prepare yourself to fight
  282. 282.
    >Two very large shadows come around a corner
  283. 283.
    >You and Fire bring your snoots together and share breath. You nod, and she takes off down the cave, hopefully out.
  284. 284.
    >You turn around just as they turn the corner
  285. 285.
    >Abominable Snowponies
  286. 286.
    >They’re roughly three times your size, the stallion is slightly larger
  287. 287.
    >The stallion is mostly a dark gray, with white fetlocks and a stripe on his snout. The inverse of your coat
  288. 288.
    >The mare is mostly reddish-brown with a sandy mane
  289. 289.
    >both have goofy smiles, made somewhat menacing by the large fangs both have
  290. 290.
    >The stallion then speaks
  291. 291.
    >”TINY PONIES! WE- HEY, WHY TINY STALLION SO MAD? WHAT HAPPEN TO TINY MARE?”
  292. 292.
    >”YOU BEASTS MIGHT EAT ME, BUT YOU’LL NEVER FIND HER!!!”
  293. 293.
    >You buck at the stallion, but it doesn’t seem to have much affect other than both looking shocked and offended before the mare speaks
  294. 294.
    >”HUH? EAT YOU? WHY WE EAT TINY PONIES? WE SAVE YOU FROM SNOW FALL, TINY PONY VERY RUDE!”
  295. 295.
    >”We woke up in this cave, with no idea how we got here, and then heard voices talking about ‘feasting with us’!
  296. 296.
    >This time the stallion answers
  297. 297.
    >”WE SEE TINY PONIES OUT IN STORM, THEN SNOW FALL COMES FOR TINY PONIES!
  298. 298.
    >WE AFRAID TINY PONIES DEAD, DIG OUT TINY PONIES. BRING YOU BACK TO CAVE!
  299. 299.
    >LUCKY TINY PONIES NO HURT, BROKEN LEGS VERY BAD!
  300. 300.
    >WE HEAR TINY PONIES TALK, COME SHARE FOOD WITH TINY PONIES BUT TINY PONIES THINK WE EAT THEM!”
  301. 301.
    >You start to feel bad for assuming the worst of your rescuers, but aren’t fully convinced
  302. 302.
    >”Y-you have food? How do I know-“
  303. 303.
    >Before you finish, the mare turns back around the corner and immediately comes back with a basket of smoked fish
  304. 304.
    >”SEE? WE KEEP LOTS OF FEESH, WANT TO SHARE WITH TINY PONIES!”
  305. 305.
    >The stallion had disappeared, and was now coming back around the corner with…
  306. 306.
    >”…Where did you catch that thing?! It’s massive!!”
  307. 307.
    >”IN RIVER”
  308. 308.
    >You don’t know of any rivers nearby that could sustain a fish that large. Then he pulls another into the chamber
  309. 309.
    >You decide not to question it. The stallion continues
  310. 310.
    >”TINY MARE NOT GET FAR ANYWAY, SHE GO TO BACK OF CAVE.”
  311. 311.
    >You follow the two Abominables to the back of the cave and find Fireweed hiding behind a rock, near a crack too small to fit through
  312. 312.
    >After a little while of convincing, she comes back with you
  313. 313.
    >”ME FANG! CATCH LOTS OF FEESH WITH BIG FANGS!! SHE KINDLE. GET WOOD, MAKE FIRE!”
  314. 314.
    ----------------------------------------
  315. 315.
    >”ME VERY GOOD WITH FIRE! LEARN SPARKY ROCK AS FILLY, BURN FUR A LOT! RUN THROUGH MOUNTAIN, WOODS WITH FANG. KICK DOWN TREES!”
  316. 316.
    >The rumors about them being…simpler ponies are definitely true, but at least they’re friendly
  317. 317.
    >After a while of their story of simple life in their cave and the wilds, you remember something
  318. 318.
    >”SO THAT’S HOW ME CATCH GIANT FEESH WITH TAIL! WE-“
  319. 319.
    >”Wow, that’s amazing! I don’t know a fisherpony who can come close to your skill! Hey, you didn’t happen to find our packs? We were carrying supplies to another village.”
  320. 320.
    >This time Kindle answers
  321. 321.
    >”OH YEAH, WE FIND TINY PONY BAGS! SPILL ALL OVER FIELD. WE GET WHAT WE CAN BEFORE STORM TOO BAD! HAD TO GET TINY PONIES OUT OF COLD!”
  322. 322.
    >They lead you down a short, split path further down the cave
  323. 323.
    >The spices are there, the fever potions are mostly there
  324. 324.
    >A decent amount of your wares and some of your supplies are still present
  325. 325.
    >Your stomach drops when you realize the heat herb is entirely missing
  326. 326.
    >Those weren’t entirely for trade. With them, Fireweed’s heat is much more manageable for both of you
  327. 327.
    >You’re going to have to cut your journey short, even if the Abominables and villagers can help you with basic supplies
  328. 328.
    >Hopefully it doesn’t start before you can get close to home. Not to mention the possible disappointment of Weed having to stay with the young and unwed mares for the worst of it
  329. 329.
    >You’ll deal with it when it comes
  330. 330.
    >You thank the Abominables for saving what they could. After sharing a meal of roasted fish with them, you stay for the night. Fang offers to let you stay until the storm leaves
  331. 331.
    >A couple days go by, and the storm rages.
  332. 332.
    >After three days, Fang has to leave to go get more food. Firewood is still plentiful, so kindle stays behind
  333. 333.
    >”Are you sure it’s a good idea?”
  334. 334.
    >”FIRE WEED NO WORRY, ME STRONG PONY! ME BATTLE STORM FOR FOOD BEFORE, COME BACK EVERY TIME! STILL NOT SAFE FOR TINY PONIES!”
  335. 335.
    >He’s supposed to come back tomorrow
  336. 336.
    >Day 4 in the cave
  337. 337.
    >You wake up. The fire is low, it’s probably very early. Fireweed fell asleep next to you and Kindle is across the room.
  338. 338.
    >Then, as you breath in, your lip involuntarily raises
  339. 339.
    >And it hits you
  340. 340.
    --------------------------------------------------------------
  341. 341.
    >Exactly what you were hoping to avoid on the road
  342. 342.
    >The musty, yet vaguely grassy and invigorating scent of your wife’s estrus
  343. 343.
    >Except there’s something else as well
  344. 344.
    >A very strong, overwhelming scent that makes you dizzy, and practically forces your spear out of your sheath
  345. 345.
    >Kindle
  346. 346.
    >She’s in heat too
  347. 347.
    >Wonderful
  348. 348.
    >Part of your mind leans toward temptation, wondering how sex with an Abominable Snowmare would work
  349. 349.
    >You smack yourself between the eyes and remind yourself Fang might not be so happy if you mounted his mare
  350. 350.
    >You try walking outside, but the storm rages on. The cold makes your spear retreat, but eventually you’re forced back inside into the heat tinged air
  351. 351.
    >You go further back into the cave, trying to not wake up either of the mares
  352. 352.
    >You’re at least going to take care of things yourself
  353. 353.
    >You go far back enough into the cave where you won’t be noticed
  354. 354.
    >You hear Fireweed sleepily call your name in the distance
  355. 355.
    >You think back to the last time you made love before this trip as you smack your belly with your spear
  356. 356.
    >You loved it when she laid on her back so you could see her face, but you’d done it both ways plenty
  357. 357.
    >Spurts of essence dribbled from your spear down off the edge of the floor in the room you were in
  358. 358.
    >You remembered looking down at the blissful expression on Fireweed’s face, as you rubbed her teats with your hoof and thrust into her
  359. 359.
    >Just as you get to the point where you tounge wrestled her, you flare and shoot your seed over the edge
  360. 360.
    >Nopony will be any wiser
  361. 361.
    >Now that your senses are returning after your climax, you notice…interesting noises in the direction you came back from
  362. 362.
    ------------------------------------------------
  363. 363.
    >You can clearly hear some moans and nickers
  364. 364.
    >Are they…..?
  365. 365.
    >You turn back around the corner
  366. 366.
    >You’re not sure what you were expecting to see but you’re glad you just relieved your urges
  367. 367.
    >Clearly the fertility magic of estrus has overwhelmed them as if they’re first heat fillies
  368. 368.
    >Kindle has managed to massage Fireweed’s entrance with the very edge of her hoof
  369. 369.
    >Fireweed, meanwhile, has been rubbing and licking Kindle’s pebble. Which is more like a rock given the sheer size of the mare
  370. 370.
    >The smell in the room is something else. Two mares in heat is one thing, But Kindle’s scent is much more intense
  371. 371.
    >Your spear is stirring back to life
  372. 372.
    >You stand frozen in place as both your wife and the Abominable Snowmare whinny loudly as their essence gushes onto the floor.
  373. 373.
    >You can barely think straight over the smell and run outside into the snowstorm to clear your head
  374. 374.
    >After some fresh air and another masturbation session, you head back inside
  375. 375.
    >Kindle and Fireweed are snuggling together. Fire blushes heavily when she sees you
  376. 376.
    >You involuntarily raise your lip again and take in their fertility
  377. 377.
    >Aside from the heavy scent of “mare”, one fairly normal and one slightly off, you can tell Fireweed from the earthy, almost herbal scent just beneath it
  378. 378.
    >Meaning the woody scent has to be coming from Kindle
  379. 379.
    >”H-hey Granite. Guess you already know we’re in heat…”
  380. 380.
    >”Yes, my little sprout. At least *whuf* …at least I can enjoy my favorite scent”
  381. 381.
    >You chuckle as your spear begins to stir within your sheath again and you come over to nuzzle and share breath with your mare
  382. 382.
    >”AWWWW, TINY PONIES CUTE TOGETHER! WISH FANG WERE BACK. STRONG FIRE INSIDE…”
  383. 383.
    >”…NEED SNU SNU FROM FANG, NEED FANG SQUIRT INSIDE….”
  384. 384.
    >Both of you blush furiously from Kindle’s bluntness, but
  385. 385.
    >”Snu snu?” whispers Fireweed
  386. 386.
    >”Probably their word for mating…speaking of…?”
  387. 387.
    >You’re at full mast again after releasing yourself twice. You want to give Fireweed “snu snu” so badly, but…
  388. 388.
    >First and foremost, you’re somewhat being pressed by circumstance. Beforehand, Fireweed had said she wasn’t sure she was ready for a foal just yet
  389. 389.
    >You wouldn’t deny her relief if she demanded it, but part of you wants to stay away to respect her wishes when her mind wasn’t clouded
  390. 390.
    >Second, even if she backed you into a corner with her rump and demanded you plant your seed in her, you need time to build up your seed again after your belly smacking
  391. 391.
    >”I….”
  392. 392.
    >She involuntarily whickers and whinnies, the blush returning
  393. 393.
    >Oh ancestors. It’s going to be a strong one
  394. 394.
    >”I- I am still nervous to be a mother….but with everything that’s gotten us in this cave…and the storm…”
  395. 395.
    >She closes her eyes and shudders as her tail briefly lifts and her juices splatter on the floor
  396. 396.
    >It…It almost feels… like this was meant to happen”
  397. 397.
    >”Granite…If the ancestors or the spirits will it……Oh It’s getting bad again, Just…”
  398. 398.
    >”Can you give me a little space for a moment…?
  399. 399.
    >Your response is briefly interrupted by Kindle, who has started rubbing her rear against the cave wall. She is moaning and whinnying
  400. 400.
    >”Very well…if you need me, you can come to me…I need time to uh, refill, anyway”
  401. 401.
    >You lean forward for a little tongue wrestle with your mare, possibly about to be the mother of your foals, with both excitement and anxiety in your heart
  402. 402.
    >As you head back into the rear chamber and try to snooze for a bit, Fireweed heads back over to Kindle
  403. 403.
    >You slip into a dream. You are walking outside in the snow and the wind
  404. 404.
    >It seems at first that you are alone
  405. 405.
    >Suddenly the wind calms, and you feel something approach. Multiple somethings
  406. 406.
    >Your ears involuntarily rotate back at the sound of a gentle breeze
  407. 407.
    >You turn around and see multiple whispy, green-white fiery orbs drifting through the air
  408. 408.
    >Two of them seem to stop, hovering over you. One of them quickly pivots and heads back the way you came
  409. 409.
    >As you try to approach the lingering flame, it floats out of reach before heading off at a slower pace in the same direction as the other one
  410. 410.
    >You turn and follow it, as you begin to hear Fireweed calling out for you, and her scent becomes stronger and stronger
  411. 411.
    >Right as you reach the cave, you wake up
  412. 412.
    >The combined mare scent has penetrated further back into the cave, and your spear stirs to life as you do
  413. 413.
    >Your sack feels heavier now too
  414. 414.
    >You head back into the front and see Fireweed and Kindle sharing breath and lightly kissing
  415. 415.
    >Your spear slides all the way out and hits your stomach
  416. 416.
    >Apparently Fireweed could hear it and gets up, slowly coming your way with her tail lifted
  417. 417.
    >”Granite…It’s…This heat, my special magic…it’s overwhelming. I can really only keep my head somewhat clear from Kindle’s…help”
  418. 418.
    >”I know I said before….”
  419. 419.
    >”…Granite…”
  420. 420.
    >”HELLO EVERY PONY!!!! FANG BACK WITH WOOD!!!”
  421. 421.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  422. 422.
    >”BRING LOTS OF MUSHROOM AND FEESH TOO”
  423. 423.
    >Well, that’s one way to destroy tension
  424. 424.
    >As Fang hauls his cargo into the cave, however, he stops and sniffs the air before raising his lip
  425. 425.
    >”FANG! ME BURNING AND ITCHY INSIDE! GIVE ME SNU SNU, ME WANT YOU IN ME!!!”
  426. 426.
    >You want to look away, but the size of Fang’s emerging spear…
  427. 427.
    >It’s easily the width of one of your legs
  428. 428.
    >This is getting a bit awkward
  429. 429.
    >Fang loudly chuffs as his spear swings up and hits his belly
  430. 430.
    >”K-KINDLE SMELL READY….SO…SO GOOD. KINDLE NO WORRY”
  431. 431.
    >He nearly forgets to bring his haul into the cave
  432. 432.
    >Kindle turns her rear towards him and lifts her tail, her pebble winking out hard and her entrance drooling
  433. 433.
    >Her eyes are gazing off and she’s snorting hard with every breath
  434. 434.
    >Fang trots over and laps at her, practically burying his snout inside her
  435. 435.
    >He comes up with a big sniff before diving back in, earning whines, nickers, and whinnies from her
  436. 436.
    >You find your trance broken by Fireweed bumping into your side and hugging your neck behind hers
  437. 437.
    >”Heh. They’re quite distracting huh, Granite”
  438. 438.
    >You wicker at her
  439. 439.
    >”Yes, but I believe you were telling me something?”
  440. 440.
    >You take another breath of her scent, tempted to follow Fang’s example and bury yourself in Fire’s passage
  441. 441.
    >Fireweed steps out in front of you, face to face
  442. 442.
    >She’s looking straight in your eyes, yet her gaze is hazy and distant
  443. 443.
    >”….Granite Peaks….I…I can’t lie, I’m still somewhat afraid…”
  444. 444.
    >”But with you…I know we can…”
  445. 445.
    >”Look, we’ve made it together this long, and now everything on this trip…”
  446. 446.
    >Fireweed shudders, looks down, takes a few deep breaths, and looks back to you
  447. 447.
    >”It feels like the spirits….are trying to tell us something”
  448. 448.
    >You start, “Fireweed, I don’t want you to feel-“
  449. 449.
    >”No, Granite. This heat is intense, but it’s more than that! We survived the avalanche, we were brought to this cave, right in time….”
  450. 450.
    >”We’ve joined together before, but not when I’m…like this”
  451. 451.
    >She leans forward and shares breath with you
  452. 452.
    >”Right now, I think the time is right…I think we-“
  453. 453.
    >Fireweed is once again interrupted by the Abominable couple
  454. 454.
    >Kindle whinnies loudly as her essence splashes onto the floor and Fang snorts
  455. 455.
    >”PUT IT IN!!! SPRAY WARMTH INSIDE!!!”
  456. 456.
    >Fang rears up, hooks his forehooves around her hips, and starts trying to thrust into Kindle
  457. 457.
    >Your renewed trance and gaze is broken as you feel yourself throb and dribble some of your essence onto the floor
  458. 458.
    >”Granite!”
  459. 459.
    >You turn back to your mare
  460. 460.
    >”Granite! It’s so overwhelming! I need you….I just!”
  461. 461.
    >A loud squelching and a whinny interrupt
  462. 462.
    >”Granite…..I can barely hold it together….my magic is surging in me…”
  463. 463.
    >”Right now…I…I need to feel your weight on my back…I want us to feel our joy and love together…I want to feel….y..your warm seed flowing inside……”
  464. 464.
    >”….And if a spirit should come to our calling….Then so be it!”
  465. 465.
    >She turns around and lifts her tail, her winking entrance and strong scent drawing you closer
  466. 466.
    >”As you wish, my love….but only if I get a taste first….”
  467. 467.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  468. 468.
    >Fireweed whickers and sways her rump back and forth as you take in another breath of her scent, lip raised
  469. 469.
    >Her scent and her magic makes your mind fade and your spear smack and stay pressed against your belly before falling back down
  470. 470.
    >Barely thinking, and faintly registering the sounds of “snu snu” next to you, you lean in and plant a sloppy kiss on Fireweed’s entrance
  471. 471.
    >You can feel her winks as you lick her hind lips and lap up her essence
  472. 472.
    >Every breath you take in, your consciousness fades a bit more as your tongue delves deeper into her passage
  473. 473.
    >Fire is snorting and whickering and scraping the ground with her hoof as your tongue laps against a spot at the top of her passage
  474. 474.
    >All you can focus on is the salty, tangy flavor of your mare, a strange mix with her musty, grassy, herbal mare scent
  475. 475.
    >Essence is drooling from your spear, which is firmly held against your belly now
  476. 476.
    >Fire whines and stomps the floor, bringing your attention back along with a breath of outside, yet still heavily heat charged, air
  477. 477.
    >You briefly glance over to Fang thrusting his spear into Kindle, both only making primal noises
  478. 478.
    >Looking back at Fireweed, her pebble winks out at you rapidly
  479. 479.
    >You dive back under her tail and on another wink, you take it into your mouth and suckle it
  480. 480.
    >Her head shoots up and she whines as you swirl your tongue around her pebble and lap up her juices
  481. 481.
    >You press your nostrils into her entrance and take in her scent again as she whinnies and a wave of her essence hits your muzzle
  482. 482.
    >Over to the left, more snorting and whinnying,
  483. 483.
    >Barely aware, overwhelmed by Fireweed’s scent, your spear painfully hard, you turn to Kindle and Fang
  484. 484.
    >Fang is thrusting hard into Kindle, producing loud squelching
  485. 485.
    >He gives one last big thrust, then gives several pushes forward before jabbing in hard and giving a deep whinny
  486. 486.
    >His spear is throbbing and you can almost hear it as he cools Kindle’s heat
  487. 487.
    >Fireweed then backs into you with a sharp whine
  488. 488.
    >Her rear is high in the air and she winks rapidly
  489. 489.
    >You freeze, looking between her face and her rear
  490. 490.
    >Her face is blushing heavily and she’s panting
  491. 491.
    >Simultaneously staring at you and your spear and off into nowhere, she struggles to just barely get the words out
  492. 492.
    >”….breed me…..”
  493. 493.
    >Without a word, just a snort, you rear up and grab your wife’s hips
  494. 494.
    >You madly thrust at her
  495. 495.
    >The first few miss, rubbing your spear through her fur, against her teats, dangerously close to her tailhole
  496. 496.
    >Her floof sends some tingles up your spear, but nothing compared to when you finally catch inside her winking entrance
  497. 497.
    >One thrust sends you halfway inside before a tight clench halts you and Fire moans
  498. 498.
    >You go cross eyed
  499. 499.
    >This isn’t the first time you and Fireweed have mated
  500. 500.
    >But her heat….
  501. 501.
    >You can really see why it’s called “heat”. She’s far hotter inside than any other time you’ve joined together
  502. 502.
    >Her winks and clenches are much harder and tighter and more desperately frequent
  503. 503.
    >And while she always gets very wet for you, you’re practically submerged in her essence
  504. 504.
    >One more thrust as you pull her against you and you’re all the way in
  505. 505.
    >She wickers as you hit a wall. Her womb
  506. 506.
    >A mare’s second magical reservoir, her essence overflows from here
  507. 507.
    >With your aid, ready to physically shape another life, and nurture and bind a wild spirit and ready it for its journey among your tribe
  508. 508.
    >None of this is really close to mind, just the faint notion that you’ve hit her womb
  509. 509.
    >You grab her belly tighter and rest more of your weight on her as you pull back
  510. 510.
    >Intense waves of pleasure shoot up through your spear and behind your groin as she clamps down
  511. 511.
    >Even with all her essence flowing, she’s still paradoxically tight. Her walls both smooth and bumpy all around you
  512. 512.
    >With most of your length outside, you thrust back in hard
  513. 513.
    >Fireweed nickers as your sack swings forward and taps her pebble
  514. 514.
    >With each withdrawl and thrust, every clench from your mare, you feel warmer and hazier
  515. 515.
    >It’s as if you are both melting together into a single being, overwhelmed by a haze of pleasure
  516. 516.
    >You snort with every throb and shock of pleasure catching behind the root of your spear
  517. 517.
    >Fireweed stomps the floor as she whinnies. She gushes around you again as you throb hard enough to simultaneously feel muscles clench behind your spear and up into your lower belly
  518. 518.
    >It stops you breathing for a moment
  519. 519.
    >In the distance, you can dimly sense Kindle and Fang are mating again
  520. 520.
    >You’re snapped out of focus as the very tip of your spear is getting even more sensitive
  521. 521.
    >Fireweed is staring forward, panting and whickering as you thrust harder and faster
  522. 522.
    >Your essence is dribbling out at an almost constant flow
  523. 523.
    >You can’t even tell how long you’ve been at it, but you can tell you’re getting close
  524. 524.
    >Another tight, swirling clench lines up perfectly with you pulling out
  525. 525.
    >You whinny and your eyes roll back and then suddenly your muzzle is right by Fireweed’s
  526. 526.
    >Your eyes close as an overwhelming shock rolls back up your spear, catching as your groin gets tighter and tighter, and the spasm in your belly winds you again
  527. 527.
    >When you open your eyes…
  528. 528.
    >For the rest of your days you will insist to Fireweed you can faintly remember the moment
  529. 529.
    >You can’t really contemplate what you see in the moment
  530. 530.
    >But the cave is bathed in a reddish purple
  531. 531.
    >It almost looks like flames, but….Not quite?
  532. 532.
    >They billow through the whole space
  533. 533.
    >You can see however, that they’re originating from two places
  534. 534.
    >Inside Fireweed
  535. 535.
    >And inside Kindle
  536. 536.
    >Deep inside, where you and Fang thrust towards
  537. 537.
    >But that is not all
  538. 538.
    >Two whispy, greenish white fireballs hover near both mares
  539. 539.
    >Floating all around them, but never venturing too far from their bellies
  540. 540.
    >You don’t stop through this moment, but you eventually thrust in and the resulting jolt forces your eyes shut again
  541. 541.
    >You groan, and when you open your eyes again, it’s all gone
  542. 542.
    >After a few more thrusts, your face is in Fireweed’s again, and you are sharing breath
  543. 543.
    >Then your sensitized tip suddenly swells bigger
  544. 544.
    >You try to pull back again, but find you are locked deep inside Fireweed
  545. 545.
    >The pressure inside you is almost too much to bear
  546. 546.
    >You continue giving short jabs forward
  547. 547.
    >You’re right on the edge, when somehow Fireweed pushes her tongue into you’re mouth
  548. 548.
    >You lean your head in and feverishly kiss your wife
  549. 549.
    >At the same time you thrust forward as hard as you can with your flared tip and your spear kisses her womb
  550. 550.
    >Overwhelmed by pleasure, you whinny into her mouth
  551. 551.
    >The tension in your groin and belly snaps
  552. 552.
    >You plant your seed
  553. 553.
    >You pull back from the kiss for air as you grunt and snort
  554. 554.
    >Pulse after intense pulse flows from your sack down your spear and into Fireweed’s womb
  555. 555.
    >You jab in with every thrust and fully lay your upper half on her back, enjoying the familiar, less sexual scent of your loving wife
  556. 556.
    >Fireweed can only pant and snort, surely relived that you’re putting out her fire
  557. 557.
    >Things have gotten quieter in the whole cave, the Abominables must’ve finished again too
  558. 558.
    >Eventually, you give all the seed you have and the pulses stop
  559. 559.
    >Your spear softens, but you don’t want to leave Fireweed’s depths just yet
  560. 560.
    >You thrust forward one last time and your sheathe pushes into her hind lips
  561. 561.
    >She’s still winking, but not as intensely
  562. 562.
    >Fireweed finally turns to look at you
  563. 563.
    >”…That….Oh Ancestors, that was incredible Granite…”
  564. 564.
    >”It….Oh wow, I can feel your seed inside me. But it’s much deeper…I can feel my womb…”
  565. 565.
    >”Well, I suspect you’re going to be feeling it a lot…this next year, Fire”
  566. 566.
    >Anxiety returns to Fireweeds eyes, right as you’re no longer able to stay inside her passage
  567. 567.
    >As your spear is forced out, you dismount and move in front of her
  568. 568.
    >”Fireweed, I’m still nervous too…but I know you have it in you to be a great mother”
  569. 569.
    >”And it’s not like we’ll be alone in raising any foal that comes…And I don’t plan on being anywhere but with you”
  570. 570.
    >You nudge your snouts together and share breath for what seems like hours, ending it in a gentle, tired kiss
  571. 571.
    >”TINY PONIES CUTE COUPLE….ME NO IMAGINE LIFE WITH NO KINDLE”
  572. 572.
    >Both of you turn around
  573. 573.
    >Kindle and Fireweed are laying on the floor together, both clearly exhausted
  574. 574.
    >For some inexplicable reason, nopony says anymore and you and fireweed stumble over to the front of the couple
  575. 575.
    >Kindle shifts so she’s belly to belly with Fang
  576. 576.
    >The two of you nuzzle into the incredibly floofy front of their barrels, just below their necks
  577. 577.
    >The four of you pass into slumber
  578. 578.
    >
  579. 579.
    >
  580. 580.
    >
  581. 581.
    >That was three years ago
  582. 582.
    >Later that day and again the next morning, you mated many times with Fireweed, as did Fang and Kindle
  583. 583.
    >The evening of the fifth day in the cave, the storm finally let up
  584. 584.
    >On the sixth day, you took the supplies you still had, thanked your rescuers and hosts for their hospitality, and made the rest of the way to Fell Fir
  585. 585.
    >There was much commotion when you finally arrived, almost a week late
  586. 586.
    >You quickly sold the remaining wares you had
  587. 587.
    >You and Fireweed debated telling of your meeting Abominable Snowponies, but decide against it
  588. 588.
    >You’ve seen the disbelief and also the unwanted attention such stories can bring
  589. 589.
    >But also because your encounter took such an intimate turn
  590. 590.
    >You tell the villagers that you barely dug out from the avalanche, lost supples in the snow and in your attempt to find shelter, and bunked down in a cave
  591. 591.
    >You were so disoriented, you weren’t sure if you could find it again
  592. 592.
    >But after the storm, you managed to make your way back to the path
  593. 593.
    >This seems to placate most of them
  594. 594.
    >A couple younger shamares give you a look that says they suspect something, but say nothing to you
  595. 595.
    >You pass messages on with other travellers in all directions with your story and warning that the usual supply run was off
  596. 596.
    >Two days later, you began the return trek through the forest, down the alternate path, and back to Snowpitt
  597. 597.
    >From what you heard later, there were more foals born that year than normal in several other Southern and Western villages
  598. 598.
    >Including your foal
  599. 599.
    >Fireweed’s heat disappeared completely by the second day in Fell Fir and her next cycle never came
  600. 600.
    >Over the next year, her womb swelled with life, and you stayed as close to her side as you could
  601. 601.
    >Fish didn’t catch itself, after all
  602. 602.
    >Eventually, spring rolled around again. And after much effort from Fireweed, you both finally met the spirit you brought into your tribe
  603. 603.
    >A tiny colt. A faint brown coat from his mother fading into your gray fetlocks and snout and a white mane
  604. 604.
    >Both you and your exhausted wife kiss with tears in your eyes as your foal suckles from her
  605. 605.
    >You both come up with a name fairly quickly
  606. 606.
    >The very reason he is with you now. Mountain Squall
  607. 607.
    >That year and the next, relatives had taken over your route and assisted in foraging so you could care for the foal
  608. 608.
    >This year though…
  609. 609.
    >He’s been running around playing with other foals, but you both also carry him around as he isn’t at the age to grasp snow walking yet
  610. 610.
    >He still does some young foal things, like clacking his teeth at strange ponies, but these things are starting to fade
  611. 611.
    >You’ve discussed with your relatives and the elders
  612. 612.
    >”Mama feesh!”
  613. 613.
    >Fireweed has indeed been preparing fish stew, he’s hungry
  614. 614.
    >As you all sit down to dinner, you discuss what you’ve heard from travelers, spirits, and the traveler spirit
  615. 615.
    >Conditions are mild on the mountain trail to Fell Fir, a bit milder than normal for this time of year
  616. 616.
    >You’ve been going back and forth on whether to do this now
  617. 617.
    >After a bit more discussion, the decision is made
  618. 618.
    >
  619. 619.
    >
  620. 620.
    >
  621. 621.
    >And now, here you all are
  622. 622.
    >Mountain Squall is in his carrier slung around Fireweed’s barrel
  623. 623.
    >You’ve been making good time to Fell Fir, and you’re in the middle of the valley where this all started
  624. 624.
    >…And once again, you can’t shake the feeling you’re not alone
  625. 625.
    >You keep gazing up into the mountains, but you don’t see anything
  626. 626.
    >”Pony!”
  627. 627.
    >Mountain Squall is pointing a hoof out ahead, where another pony has indeed emerged from some trees in the distance
  628. 628.
    >”Hello there, traveler!”
  629. 629.
    > The pony says nothing in response to you, but starts cantering to you
  630. 630.
    >The pony, who seems to be a stallion, has a red-brown coat, with tan hindquarters and fetlocks, and a gray mane
  631. 631.
    >But something’s off as he gets closer, something in his eyes
  632. 632.
    >Fireweed calls out “Do you need help with something?”
  633. 633.
    >No response
  634. 634.
    >The pony stops just short of you
  635. 635.
    >And….bows his head slightly, and chews at nothing
  636. 636.
    >Clacking his teeth
  637. 637.
    >Like a foal….
  638. 638.
    >You give a puzzled glance to Fireweed
  639. 639.
    >But before you can say anything, you are interrupted by a loud, booming voice
  640. 640.
    >”TINY PONIES CAME BACK!!”
