                                                The Foalconist Front runs on a form of dictatorship. The Founding Leader, or Movement Leader, maintains absolute power and final say on all matters. This is paired with a very close secondary Deputy Leader, who wields power just below the founding leader and can step in as the primary leader in case of absences.

                                                The front and foremost leader. Being the sole founder of the Foalconist Front, Frost is the face and mind of PAFF. Deciding on all directional and personnel decision. Negotiating with other foalcon groups. Assisting in movement activities and recruiting.

                                                The secondary leader or aid. The Movement Leader's foremost stand-in. This is a given because of the opposing timezone and their level of alignment with the founder’s ideals.

                                                The relationship held between the two, Founder and Deputy, is extensively close. All essential PAFF information is known equally between the two. Additionally, all major decisions of PAFF are discussed and decided on between the two. The Deputy Leader is always just a step away from the Movement Leader. Many of the essential ideals behind PAFF are shared between the two.

                                                The ideal Captain is one who is loyal, constant, and fearless. Captains of PAFF are here for others to look towards for direction and answers. Captains have direct contact with command for anything that needs to be elevated. Captains are to be vigilant of internal issues and potential external threats. All important pertaining information should be reported ASAP to command.
