                                            Delta gave her a flat look, sat down on the chair and patted her lap. "Don't make me drag you."

                                            Like when she was much younger, Apogee wiggled and yelped while a flurry of spanks fell down upon her derriere which was soon turning red beneath the spanks from Mama's hoof.


                                            "Five more, Sweetie." Delta caressed her shoulders. "You can take it."


                                            Apogee cried and whined while the last five spanks walloped her behind. Delta patted her mane and pulled her into the embrace of her wings. Apogee returned the hug, almost desperately clinging to the older Pegasus.

                                            Delta held her. "Hey, what's wrong? Did I spank ya that hard?"


                                            "N-no." She wiped away tears. "Alright, I won't be sitting down for a while, b-but that's not it...y-you spanked me...th-that means you still care...maybe you still...love me?"

                                            She burrowed into her mother's wings. "...Ya mean it?" This was the same mare who'd told her that her and her dad were getting back together as a prank.


                                            "Of course I mean it." She pushed her away, stopped at the way Apogee's lips trembled and held her again.
