She's just so spankable in that outfit. There's even a selection of hairbrushes on the wall.
-
I certainly hope the Animal Shelter Supervisor enforces strict standards for her junior volunteers.
-
-
...
-
-
The supervisor is a kind retired lady who takes a shine to Fluttershy. Volunteers are liable to be spanked until they turn 18, give or take. That's just her old school way. Actually adds to her street cred and makes the volunteers feel loved.
-
-
What makes Fluttershy special is that the supervisor thinks she's way younger than high school. Maybe the supervisor is out of touch, or losing her eyesight. Most likely it's Fluttershy's unassertiveness and childish skirts, ribbon, and pony ears.
-
-
Her spankings are softer, but since she's a little girl who shouldn't have ideas of modesty yet, they're all on the bare bottom whenever the situation arises. She whisks Fluttershy over her knee right there in front of the volunteers and even the animals, if that's where she screws up.
-
-
The supervisor was spanked growing up too. She values it, but insists on spanking older teens in her office, over clothes. She remembers how humiliating it was being spanked bare or in public past a certain age.
-
-
...
-
-
One day Fluttershy approaches her, asking for funds for something new to make the animals' lives easier. There should be money in the budget...but some pledges haven't come in as expected.
-
-
In her frustration, Fluttershy confronts Filthy Rich about money he promised but hasn't delivered on yet. She pisses him off.
-
-
Flutters gets called into the Shelter Supervisor's office. Filthy Rich almost yanked his whole endowment...luckily the supervisor managed to smooth things over.
-
She scolds Fluttershy for losing her temper...for meddling with finances that are no business of a junior volunteer. She almost screwed things up for the whole shelter.
-
>I'm sorry Ma'am...I didn't mean to make problems for the shelter.
-
>Well, that's good, Miss Fluttershy, but I'm afraid I have to take more severe action.
-
>Oh no! Please don't say I can't work with the animals anymore!
-
>No, Fluttershy, you're a good volunteer, you're not being dismissed.
-
The Supervisor takes one of the big wooden brushes down from its hook on the wall.
-
She pulls a chair to the center of the room and sits down.
-
Patting her knee, she orders;
-
>Bend over my lap, Miss Fluttershy.
-
>I'm afraid this is not going to be a mild punishment...
