Created: 2023-01-15 06:06:28
Expiry: Never

1. >"B-bro! Y-you're home early..."
2. >Sunset glances at your boxers
3. >"I can explain!"
4. >You don't care
5. >You're too tired to care
6. >Practice let out early on account of rain and you had to run all the way home
7. >Drenching wet you stand in your doorway staring at your sister holding your underpants
8. "Damn it those are clean alright!? Tell mom to stop freaking every time she sees my underwear on the floor."
9. >Sunset looks nervously around the room
10. >"Uhh, yes. Yeah, that's what i was doing! Mom wanted to know if they were clean!"
11. "Whatever, just give them to me. I need to take a shower anyways."
12. >She tossed them to you
13. >"Heh, looks like you already took one, Oni-chan."
14. "Shut up, and stop calling me Oneychan damn it. Now get out of my room."
15. >"O-okay. See ya at dinner!"
16. >Sunset runs past you
17. >Her fiery gossamer her brushes her scent up to you as she does
18. >You close the door and sigh deeply
19. "This crush is going too far."
20.
21. >"So how was school?"
22. >Anonymom asked without looking up from her plate
23. >"School was great! After me and the girls were finally done with midterms Rarity treated us to some ice cream at the mall!"
24. >"That's nice dear, and you Anon?"
25. "Are you kidding?"
26. >"I'm sorry?"
27. >Now she looks up
28. "Didn't you see me jumping over the neighbor's Rott on the way over here?"
29. >"Oh, no sorry dear. Was it a good jump?"
30. >You shake your head
31. >"Thank God i take track."
32. >"Oh sorry sweetheart but the car is still in the shop. You know that."
33. "Yeah, yeah."
34. >Sunset took advantage to pipe up
35. >"We should start hanging out more often Anon. I bet we can fit you in Rarity's convertible!"
36. >She giggled
37. >"I know the girls wouldn't mind having a boy around for once."
38. >You finished chewing before responding
39. "Nah."
40. >And back to the casserole
41. >Sunset pouted
42. >Mom took a sip of her wine
43. >"I think that's a great idea. Anon start hanging out with your sister more often, I've seen that Flash Sentry with them one too many times if you ask me."
44. >"Ugh, yeah he won't leave Twilight alone."
45. >Dadnon agreed with them
46. >"I've heard scandalous things about that boy."
47. "Seriously? I don't get all the hate for the Flashman. The guy's a legend."
48. >Dad raised an eyebrow
49. "He's scored more times than i can tell you. I know because i was his wingman most of those times!"
50. >"You're bluffing."
51. "Dad for real, for real. Ok? I've walked in on him once, or twice...maybe three times...or four..."
52. >Your mother looked at you with murder in her eyes
53. "Chill i only had a camera one of those times."
54. >"Don't you tell me to chill young man!"
55. >Dad was struggling to hold back his laughter to drink beer
56. >"And you!"
57. >She slapped his arm
58. >"Quit encouraging him"
59. >"I didn't say anything."
60. >He was clearly smiling under his glass
61. "Alright, come on. If I had as much game as that guy had in his pinky finger I think you'd be more proud of me dad. I just wished i was as confident with Moondancer as he is with girls."
62. >"Oh?"
63. >Mom also took notice
64. >"That sweet little girl that sometimes follows Sunny and her friends around?"
65. >You felt your cheeks burning and look down as you play with your food
66. "Y-yeah, she's been helping me study for a while now. She's dorky but cute."
67. >You felt your lips curl up at the corners
68. >"Well, you're certainly not going to get any pointers from Flash. Girls like that appreciate an honest man."
69. >"Your mother's right Anon, you have to be genuine."
70. "You guys think i don't know that? I just don't know how to do it yet."
71. >Sunset's gaze boring a hole in the side of your head
72. >She hadn't once taken her eyes off you
73. >"If you want i could be your 'wingman'. I can totally help you score!"
74. >"Young lady!"
75. >"Oops, sorry mom."
76. "No thanks Sunset, I don't just want to hook up with her."
77. >"Well, i can at least introduce you two. Help you get to know her a bit, I've hung out with her a few times before."
78. "No, mom and dad are right. I need to be honest and upfront with her. It's the only way she'll know i'm not just playing around."
79. >Your dad popped you one on the shoulder
80. >"'attaboy!"
81. >You had to admit that felt bretty gud
82.
83.
84. >After dinner was over you were in the mood for some toons
85. >Friday night and no practice tomorrow because the weekend was a washout
86. >Mom and Dad were already upstairs when you plopped down on the couch
87. >A warm shower, a full stomach, and the sound of rain left you pretty comfy
88. >Slapstick played on the tv when your sister came in the room
89. >"Hey bro, watchu watchin?"
90. "...three stooges..."
91. >The words barely left your mouth
92. >"Cool, mind if i join you?"
93. "...free country..."
94. >She sat down next to you and rested her head on your shoulder
95. >You hardly noticed her weight
96. >A draft breezed through the room and you wrapped your arm around her
97. >She breathed deeply as she cozied up next to you and returned the favor by putting her hand on your chest
98. >Your eyelids grew heavier as time passed
99. >The jokes grew less funny and more pleasing
100. >Sunset's hand dropped a few inches
101. >Your exhausted mind figured she was falling asleep as well
102. >"Anon?"
103. >Your half lidded eyes could barely see the blurry black and white images
104. >Whenever you blinked they stayed closed for longer than you expected
105. >"anon?"
106. >Whatever Sunset wanted you couldn't be bothered
107. >Still you felt her hand slide lower and lower
108. >A familiar warmth spread through your legs as she did so
109. >The next breath you took came with a bit of a grunt as you fought off sleep
110. >Something moved around your stomach and tickled you
111. >Your little lieutenant started standing at attention
112. >Feeling warm fingers move past your belly button and just into your boxers snapped you awake
113. >Instantly jumping off the couch you accidentally knock Sunset onto the floor with heavy thump
114. >Tossing the controller onto the couch you blurt out something of an apology before you walk past her
115. >"Hey wait."
116. >She whined, still on the floor
117. >"Don't you want to finish the episode? It's the creampie one."
118.
119. >Waking up to the smell of pancakes is one of the best feelings in the world
120. >Unless they smelled like smoke and the fire alarms were blaring
121. >Red eyed and chewing on a mouthful of profanity your drag yourself out of bed and march downstairs
122. >You'd already lived through this a few times before
123. >If it wasn't the pancakes it would be the eggs, or the hash browns, or the bacon
124. >But you enjoyed your bacon crispy so that time would've been fine had she not started a grease fire
125. >Dressed in nothing but your spiderman pajama bottoms you push through the kitchen door and get ready to let loose
126. >"No! Water only makes it worse!"
127. >A sudden flare up engulfs your mother's curtains
128. >"AH! I'm sorry i forgot!"
129. >Sunset was standing with her back to you alongside her galpal
130. >"Do you have a fire extinguisher!?"
131. >"Why on earth would i have one!"
132. "Because-"
133. >Your voice startled them
134. "Because this is the 3rd time Sunny."
135. >You nod at Twilight
136. "Morning."
137. >You step in between them and with much practice take a nearby lid and smother the fire while turning off the stove
138. >Next you pick up the flaming curtains, drop them into the sink, and run the tap
139. >The sun assaults your eyes
140. >"What the hell? I thought it was supposed to rain?"
141. >"U..umm...actually..."
142. >You turn to look at Twilight nervously playing with her hair
143. >"The low pressure system ended up moving further south, so no."
144. >She stared at the floor
145. >All around you the counters were a nightmare
146. >Bowls, plates, whisks, chocolate chips, flour, eggs
147. >It basically looked like someone had turned the kitchen inside out
148. >"Surprise?"
149. >Sunset looked up at you with her adorable puppy dog eyes
150. >Eyes that had stopped working on you years ago
151. >You don't even answer her, you just point to the closet
152. >Looking rather defeated she resigns herself to clean up duty
153. >"I-it's not her fault. Please don't be mad."
154. >Now it was Twilight's turn to be chastised
155. >The girl had started coming over so often you thought of her as another sister
156. >"She said she wanted to do something special for you. I suggested breakfast in bed, it's all my fault."
157. "Twilight."
158. >You start, placing a hand on the counter
159. "How long have you known my sister?"
160. >She was about to open her mouth when you raise your hand covered in spilled maple syrup
161. "Don't- argh - don't answer that. It's a rhetorical question, you know she can't cook."
162. >"I was going to help her."
163. >You wipe your hands on the soaked curtains and turn off the water
164. >"Well, we were going to practice for home-ec at the same time."
165. "Oh, you were? That's good because part of home-ec is clean up."
166. >You hang the curtains back up and hand her the sponge
167. "Now I'm going to take a long shower, you two better be done by the time i come back down, and then..."
168. >Both of them fix their eyes on you
169. "Then i'll cook us up some 'Actual' breakfast. Sound good?"
170. >The girls smile sheepishly and watch you as you leave
171.
172. >About a half hour later your sitting down to a breakfast of plain pancakes and syrup
173. >You'd have to remember to hit up a grocery store later
174. "So where're mom and dad?"
175. >"They said they're going to visit cousin Charlie to see the new baby."
176. >You hated cousin Charlie
177. >"I convinced them to let you sleep in."
178. "Hm. Well, thanks."
179. >Sunset absolutely beamed at you
180. >"I'd do anything for you big bro!"
181. "Really?"
182. >She shook her head feverishly
183. "Then next time let me sleep"
184. >Twilight giggled as she watched her blush
185. "Hey, Twi what are you doing here this early anyway?"
186. >"Oh, i came by to invite Sunset on our nature walk today. Fluttershy heard there was a flock of rare Jagoff's flying through the area."
187. "Mm-hmm."
188. >"It was right after your parents left and she didn't want to just leave you high and dry just like that."
189. "So that's the story behind breakfast?"
190. >"Uh, yes. Heh?"
191. >You finish chewing and wipe your mouth
192. "Alright then, have fun you two. I have my own shit to do."
193. >Sunset stood up at the same time you did
194. >"W-wait, don't you want to join us?"
195. "Nah. I have practice."
196. >Her voice grew small
197. >"But you said it was cancelled?"
198. "It was, but it's more fun to run when i know coach isn't keeping tabs on me."
199. >"Are you sure? We'll get to see more than just the neighborhood you know."
200. >Your sister followed you to the sink
201. "Anon hears ya, Anon don't care."
202. >You drop the plate and turn around making your way to the living room when Twilight jumped in
203. >"Hang on a second Anon, Rainbow's going to be with us too. She's going to make laps around the lake while we look for the Jagoff's with Fluttershy. Maybe you could run with her?"
204. >Stopping at the doorway you think about it for a second
205. >Rainbow Dash did have a well toned ass, and her boobs were practically nonexistent under a sports bra
206. “Well, Iiii guess s-"
207. >Sunset practically tackled you from behind as she stretched her arms around your torso
208. >You could feel her mashing her B-cups into you back and wiggling her hips against yours
209. >It was all you could to suppress a surprise boner
210. >"Yay Anon! You'll see we'll have plenty of fun together!"
211. >She reached up and pecked your cheek and you had to break away
212. >Without turning around separate from her hug and tell them to wait outside for you
213. "I just need to get my camelback and we can go."
214.
215. >Sunset's breaths line up with your rhythmic pounding
216. >The shame is too much to bear so instead you stare at her boobs
217. >Her mounds are a soft shade of orange with a slightly darker nipple
218. >You watch them jiggle back and forth as you push yourself deeper into your sister
219. >Her panting warms your shoulder as she moans quietly next to your ear
220. >Your heart beats faster, pumping more blood into your already swollen dick
221. >You feel yourself grow harder as the onset of climax nears closer
222. >Sunset takes your head in her hands and forces you to look into her turquoise eyes
223. >They were tearing up but glazed with lust
224. >She breathed hot air into your face before she managed to squeal
225. >"O-O-Onii-Chan!"
226. >You felt her wrap your legs around your waist
227. >She squeezed as she enveloped her arms around you and dove into your mouth
228. >Her hard nipples pressed against your chest as her tongue danced around yours
229. >You couldn't hold it in anymore
230. "AH! FUCK!"
231. >Coming back to the real world you toss the toilet paper aside
232. >You had intended to just pick up your sports backpack and move on but curiosity got the better of you
233. >Your dick pounded hard in your hand waiting to be released
234. >If you wanted to you could've jacked off to your little sister
235. >Hell at this stage you could jack off to the shampoo bottle
236. >But the spark just wasn't there, and the shame really was too much
237. >Instead you pull up a video of a backdoor slut on your phone and finish off
238. >Feeling a bit of pleasure followed by remorse wasn't the best way to start the day
239. >Now you actually had to face Sunset for the rest of the afternoon
240. >Washing up you head downstairs with your pack, stuff it with energy bars and water, and head out the door
241. "C'mon let's get moving."
242. >You say to them, not daring to look at either one for fear of being found out
243. >"Anon what took you so long?"
244. >Sunset tried to keep up with you but you outpaced her
245. "I had to drop a deuce."
246. >"Oh, yeah. I had a feeling that was it."
247. >She and Twilight both giggled behind your back
248. >You couldn't stand the embarrassment
249. >"Um, Anon?"
250. >Twilight tries to keep it together
251. >You try to be as polite as possible
252. "Yeah, what's so funny?"
253. >You stop and turn around
254. >She lowers one of her hands from her mouth to point at your feet
255. >Looking down you spot what they were larking over
256. >A small trail of toilet paper was stuck to your foot
257. >Worse, you actually recognized it
258. >Growing redder than a cherry tomato you kick and stomp furiously trying to roll it up and keep your shame secret
259. >When it was done you kicked the wad to the curb and walked away without a word
260. >They kept giggling behind you
261.
262. >With you walking way out in front of them the girls were free to gossip
263. >Twilight leaned into Sunset's ear
264. >"So..?"
265. >"So what?"
266. >She winked and Sunset became flustered
267. >Of all the girls Sunset trusted Twilight the most, in doing so she might've let slip a few too many secrets
268. >Surprisingly Twilight wasn't taken aback as much as Sunset could've predicted
269. >There was a bit of awkward tension between the two in the beginning
270. >However as soon as Twilight saw how playful your actions were she began to warm up to the idea
271. >Unfortunately you, not knowing at the moment, couldn't hope to explain you were just trying to get along
272. >There was a history of sibling rivalry between you and Sunny, and you only recently began to make up for it
273. >Through a funny little misunderstanding though Sunset had somehow become head over heels for you, her own brother
274. >Twilight began to press
275. >"Have you told him yet?"
276. >"What? No, I'm not just going to tell him."
277. >"Then what are you going to do?"
278. >Sunset sighed and spied you fondly
279. >"I just have to keep trying to be a good sister to him I guess."
280. >Twilight gave her a mischievous little smile
281. >"Have you thought about, you know, doing it with him?"
282. >"WHAAAAAT!!"
283. -
284. >You heard your sister yelp from about a thirty feet away
285. "Hey, knock it off you two."
286. >Twilight waved innocently at you, Sunset was sweating bullets and avoided your gaze altogether
287. >You've heard of this phenomenon
288. >When women are left to talk alone it always turns nasty
289. >Women had some gall insulting men for being horndogs
290. >You shrugged it off and kept moving
291. "None of my business."
292. >Except it could've been the way Twilight brought Sunset back around
293. -
294. >"Your brother has a really cute tushie."
295.
296. >As you kept walking the neatly manicured lawns of suburbia gave way to wild grasses and unkempt bushes
297. >You went off the sidewalk and started up a well worn trail
298. >Twilight paused at the bottom of the hill
299. >"That's weird, the girls said they'd meet us here"
300. >"Here as in here? Or further along the trail?"
301. >"No, im positive they said they'd wait for us before going on the hike."
302. >From the top you turn and wave them over
303. "Are we moving or what?"
304. >Sunset grabbed Twilight by the hand
305. >"Come on, they probably got an early start for Fluttershy. I'm sure we'll catch up to them in no time."
306. >Twilight took a nervous look around
307. >"Maybe you're right, we couldn't keep them waiting forever, right?."
308. >"Right."
309. "Hurry up or I'll leave you behind!"
310. >The girls raced each other up the hill while you waited
311. >You must've been the prize because Sunset beat Twilight by a mile
312. >Sunset wrapped her arms around you once again and you just sort of brush her off
313. "Okay let's just get this show on the road, the lake shouldn't be too far off from this side."
314. >"Right. Although we might have to part ways if we want to join up with Fluttershy. Jagoff's are better seen at a higher altitude so we might have to part ways to reach the bluffs."
315. >You looked ahead to the ridgeline cutting along the headland before the trees blocked it from view
316. >The view from up there must've been amazing
317. >Maybe you could bring Moondancer there on a date
318. >Thinking of her lulled you into a daydream where the two of you shared a picnic at sunset
319. >"Anon."
320. >Your dulled senses reacted to slowly to heed your sister's warning as you skidded and slipped on a patch of mud
321. >Landing on your ass wasn't painless, in fact you hurt your tailbone bad enough to knock the breath out of you
322. "Oof"
323. >"Anon are you alright?"
324. >You turn over and start rubbing the seat of your pants to relieve the pain
325. >"Aw, poor baby."
326. >Sunset says with a giggle
327. >She doesn't miss the opportunity to cop a feel and starts rubbing your ass just a little too hard
328. >You forcefully grab her hand and pull it off, pissed that she would think to feel you up when your legitimately hurt
329. "Goddamnit Sunset, i don't have time for this shit!"
330. >You throw her hand away and rise up from your knees
331. >The trail split just up ahead
332. "There's the fork. Both you go your way and leave me the hell alone."
333. >Walking a bit unsteadily you suddenly get the idea that maybe you might've been a little too hard on her back there
334. >You push the thought out of your head
335. >How else was she going to learn?
336.
337.
338. >Twilight shook her head
339. >"I just don't think he's into you Sunset."
340. >"But you haven't seen us when we're alone."
341. >The two of them had been walking up the trail towards the Gruff's peak
342. >The whole time they were looking for the girls and hoping they would show up
343. >"Sunset whenever me and Shining are alone he's also really nice, but i don't think he means to get in my pants."
344. >"Hmmph, maybe you're just a prude?"
345. >"Sunset!"
346. >"I'm just saying Twilight, brothers and sisters aren't usually BBBFF's unless something's going on."
347. >"You mean like you and anon?"
348. >There was a hint of malice in her voice
349. >"Well yeah, our whole childhood's he's been a total jerk."
350. >Sunset lifted her arms around her head and pulled back her hair showing off her tight perky body
351. >"But as soon as i started looking like this he changed his tune."
352. >Twilight couldn't meet Sunset's smug look
353. >"Don't worry Twi, I'm sure Shining will notice you too."
354. >"Th-that's not what i'm arguing."
355. >Sunset let her hair down and placed her hands on her wide hips
356. >"Then what is it? You never seemed to have this much of a problem with us before? You're not jealous are you?"
357. >Twilight blushed hard enough to turn her whole face red
358. >"No! What are you talking about!? I just don't think you and anon could work because you're brother and sister! If Anon's going to have a girlfriend it should be someone he actually "like likes", not pretends to like."
359. >Sunset grew quiet as a fresh breeze blew through the trees
360. >She looked down at Twilight with a hurt expression and turned in a huff up the trail
361. >"Wait, Sunset!"
362. >Twilight followed after her as dried twigs snapped from their branches and fell to the ground
363. >A flurry of leaves and other foliage blew around the two of them as they made their up the ridge
364. >Sunset finally gave way to Twilight's pleas as she was about to round a corner to the cliffside
365. >"YOU JUST DON'T GET IT!"
366. >Twilight was about to begin her apology when Sunset turned again and stepped forward
367. >There was a crack and rumble as gravel gave way beneath Sunset's feet
368. >She screamed in fright as she tumbled down the steep incline before landing at the bottom
369. >Twilight rushed forward and knelt on all fours, careful not to go over the edge as well
370. >She saw Sunset laying motionless at the bottom of the rocky hill
371. >"Oh no Sunset! Ohno, ohno, ohno, ohno. Sunset! Don't worry I'll go get some help! I-I'll got get Anonymous! Please just-just stay there! I'll be back soon!"
372.
373. ---
374.
375. >Down by the lake you too felt a change in the atmosphere
376. >The wind was blowing a bit more than before but you barely noticed it
377. >In fact you welcomed it as you listened to Nickelback and daydreamed about Moondancer
378. >A few leaves strayed into your face before flying off with the wind
379. >You felt a twinge of pain in your side as you rounded the last bend in the trail
380. >Not stretching at the beginning of the run was a bad idea but you figured on catching up with Rainbow
381. >No dice, neither hair nor toned silky hide of her the entire trip
382. >It was better this way, you figured, half your blood supply would've been caught up in your dick
383. >Like it was right now
384. >You needed to stop thinking so dirty
385. >Rounding the first lap you begin to slow your pace and do some cool Rocky shadow punches as you jogged
386. >After one particularly spirited jab you noticed the tube on your shoulder and decide to take a water break
387. >You bite the valve and slurp just as your body is inexplicably twisted in place
388. >To your surprise Twilight comes into view
389. >You couldn't hear her over "How You Remind Me" blaring in your ears but you didn't need to
390. >Tears were streaming down her face and she was moving her lips frantically
391. >A sudden weight dropped in your stomach
392. >Ripping off the earbuds you hear Sunset's name come up
393. "Slow down. Twilight. What happened?"
394. >"Sunset slipped down a cliff by Gruff's peak! She's not moving Anon!"
395. >Every muscle in your body seized up and your blood ran cold
396. >Your boy scout training kicks into gear though and you take command of the situation
397. >Grabbing her by the shoulders you look into her eyes and speak as calmly as you can
398. "Twilight, i need you to calm down okay? I'm going to help her but i need your help too, i need you to go back down the mountain and find anybody, i don't care who, just make sure they know we're up here okay? Can you do that?"
399. >Twilight wiped her eyes and took a deep breath before nodding
400. >"Yes, okay."
401. "Ok good, now go."
402. >You told her to leave but you sprint past her and back up the hiking trail before she could even get a move on
403. >Pumping your arms and legs faster than you had in all your life you make it back to the fork in less than a minute
404. >Thunder rumbled in the distance and you wondered why now it decided to rain
405. >Another breeze blew through the forest and breathed new life into to your tired body though the pain in your gut persisted
406. >Making your way up the rocky trail you notice the earth still wet from the previous nights' rain
407. >Mud wasn't as much of a problem as the crumbling underfoot
408. >With every step you took bits of earth would fall of the path into the abyss on either side
409. >Well not so much abyss as steep incline marred by young trees and bushes but this was no time to get technical
410. >As you make your way up to the side of the mountain you notice a flash of red and gold
411. >It was unmistakable against the green backdrop of the forest
412. "SUNSET! SHIMMY CAN YOU HEAR ME!"
413. >No response
414. >You cursed seven ways to sunday as you tried to think of what to do next
415. >If she was injured you knew you couldn't move her or risk hurting her more
416. >If you tried to make your way down there you might end up the same
417. >If you didn't do anything...she could die
418. >A flash of lightning warned you of the incoming storm
419. >Looking up at the sky you see a swirling mass of gray and dark clouds move around the peak
420. >About two seconds later thunder rumbled just a bit louder than before
421. >You didn't have much time, exposure to the elements could be just as deadly
422. >Again you curse as you try to figure out a way to get down to her
423. >There were several saplings growing out of the ground
424. >Gathering your courage you step over the edge and slide down to the nearest tree
425. >Grasping it you look over to Sunset and call to her again
426. >Nothing
427. >You reach out for the next sapling but it's just out of reach
428. >Letting go of the one you were hanging on to you fall over the sapling and begin tumbling down
429. >Bouncing back from one place to the other until you finally reach the bottom
430. >Dirt and grit filled your mouth
431. >You cough as you lift yourself up
432. >Your sides hurt and you tasted blood
433. >Seeing Sunset motionless kicked your big brother instincts into overdrive
434. >The wind picked up again and soothed your battered face
435. >A drop or two of rain fell on your cheek and a flash of lightning gave you more encouragement
436. >Crawling on your hands and knees you reach your sister and stir her awake
437. "Sunset? Sunny? Hey come on wake up for me baby sis."
438. >A clap of thunder followed shortly after and startled her awake
439. >She didn't react very quickly afterward though
440. "Hey, hey don't move okay. Does anything hurt?"
441. >"Uuhh, anon?"
442. "Yeah it's me. Are you okay?"
443. >"Urgh my head hurts."
444. >You lift up her hair and find a bruise two inches from her temple, right over her eye
445. >She was very lucky
446. "Can you move your legs? Does anything else hurt? How many fingers am i holding up?"
447. >"Anon stop talking so much you're making me dizzy."
448. "But, are you alright?"
449. >Sunset takes a while to respond as she looks around
450. >"What happened? The last thing i remember..."
451. "Yeah?"
452. >She sat up and rubbed her head
453. >"Oh, yeah. Twilight got jealous because-"
454. >Krack-Krack-Krack-Foosh
455. >Lightning flashed
456. "What the hell was that?"
457. >Thunder boomed
458. >The thunderhead was just starting to move over you
459. "Come on, we have to get out of here before we get caught in the rain."
460. >As you stand her up you can't help but notice how scrunched up the slope looks
461. >"Whoa is the ground moving or is just me."
462. "Try to take it easy. We're going to need to find a cave or something."
463. >"Ouch. Anon let's just go back down the mountain."
464. "We need to find a way back to the trail first."
465. >"It doesn't matter we can just follow the trail."
466. "You sure you're okay?"
467. >"Huh? Oh yeah, sure."
468. >She sounded groggy and you had your doubts but all that mattered at the moment was that she was mobile
469. "Come on, the trail loops back around a little farther down that way."
470. >You put her arm around your shoulder when you hear it again
471. >Krack-Krack
472. >Suddenly your leg goes out from under you fall back onto the ground
473. >"Anon? Anon are you alright?"
474. >All you felt was pain
475. >Pain shooting from your foot all the way up to your thigh
476. >Sunset settled beside you and started to come back around
477. >"Ohmigosh. Are you alright? What happened?"
478. "Ah Fuck!"
479. >You took a deep breath and tried get your shit together
480. >After a few moments of your sister on the verge of tears for her Onii-chan you gather up the strength to stand up
481. "What the hell was that?"
482. >"Anon?"
483. "I'm okay, hurts like a bitch but i can take it."
484. >You were on the tip of your toes when you said but as soon as you planted your foot the pain came back
485. "Ow. Damn it!"
486. >"I-is your leg broken?"
487. "No, but i'm not going to-"
488. >You look down at Sunset's tearstained cheeks
489. "Aw don't cry over your big brother."
490. >You wipe the drops from her face and she blushes brilliantly
491. >Yeah, she was fine
492. >She pushes your hands away and wipes her eyes
493. >"Don't be stupid. I'm not crying.
yet
It's just rain."
494. >It doesn't take long for you to realize she's right
495. >The drizzle had started
496. "Crap now we really need to move."
497. >"Why don't we just wait out the storm under those trees over there?"
498. >She pointed out a small grove and you immediately pushed her hand down
499. "Really Sunny? A thunderstorm near the top of the mountain and you want to hide under a bunch of tall trees?"
500. >"Oh. Right. Heh?"
501. >You felt a twinge of uneasiness when she raised her shoulders gave you a coy little smile
502. "Uh, yeah, so we need to move."
503. >"Where to big bro?"
504. >You look at your foot and try to think of a way to get moving before your sister's shirt gets wet
505. >No, before you both get wet and catch a cold or pneumonia or something really, really bad
506. "Uh, shit let's just move climb down the mountain this way. We're already here right?"
507. >Your suggestion would have you climbing further down the slope into another wooded area
508. >You suspected to come onto another trail down there somewhere
509. "I mean, there are trails all over this place right? Besides I can see the Kwik-E-Mart from here. Let's just get moving."
510. >You put your arm around your sister and tried to rest as little of your weight as possible on her while still keeping your busted leg from burning
511. >Sunset wrapped her hands around your forearm as the two of you shimmied your way down
512. >The rain picked up on your way down
513. >You just reached the treeline when you heard it again
514. >Krack-Krack-Krack
515. >It came from your right and you quickly turned to see a softball sized rock crash into the underbrush
516. >Foosh
517. >"What was that?"
518. "That was a rock."
519. >"Who threw it?"
520. >Looking back the two of you find yourselves alone
521. >"That's weird."
522. "Yeah."
523. >For some reason the trail caught your attention
524. "Let's just keep moving."
525.
526. >At the bottom of the trail Twilight runs into view of the other girls
527. >"Girls!?"
528. >"Oh, darling we simply must apologize. It seems that Fluttershy got the idea to pack a picnic for us to enjoy the, uh, sorry dear what were they called again? Jackmeoff's?"
529. >Before Fluttershy could open her mouth Twilight tripped and collapsed on the floor in front of them
530. >Applejack runs to pick her up
531. >"Whoa Nelly, that was some fall. Y'alright sugarcube?"
532. >Twilight began sobbing
533. >The girls crowded around and started playing 20 questions
534. >What's wrong? Are you ok? Are you hurt? What happened?
535. >"Not m-me. I-i-it's Sunset."
536. >"What about Sunset?"
537. >Twilight continued to choke out her words
538. >"Sh-she, her brother..."
539. >"Her brother, Anon, that slowpoke? What'd he do to her?"
540. >"N-no."
541. >Twilight took a deep breath to gather herself
542. >"Sunset, she fell off the trail and I don't know if she's hurt but I found her brother and told him and..."
543. >Twilight broke down again as Fluttershy hugged her
544. >Rainbow looked up at the mountain obscured by thunderclouds
545. >"You guys take care of Twilight, I'll go look for Sunset and her bro."
546. >As she took off Applejack grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her back
547. >"Oh no you don't, the last thing we need right now is someone else getting lost."
548. >"What? But-"
549. >"No buts, this is the smart thing to do. Ain't that right Twilight?"
550. >Twilight dried her tears and nodded
551. >"W-we need to find a police officer or, or a park ranger. Someone who can help us."
552. >"Alright you heard the lady, let's Giddy Up!"
553.
554. >Back up on the mountain you had just found a trail after traveling not too far down from the slope and started following it
555. >The rain poured through the leaves and soaked both of you completely
556. >It also made the ground muddier than it was before and pooled everywhere around you
557. >As you sloshed through yet another shin deep puddle you noticed the streams flooding in from uphill
558. >The whole forest seemed like something out of a PBS special about the amazon
559. >Except there weren't any topless women to fill in the boring parts
560. >You inadvertently steal a glimpse at your sister's cleavage and immediately regret it as she catches you
561. >To cover you quickly fake another wave of pain and ask to sit down
562. "Ow, ow. Let's stop next to that rock over there."
563. >She settles you down on top of the rock and stretches her sore neck
564. >"My head still hurts anon. I wish i knew how i fell."
565. "Twi said you slipped, what the hell were you doing?"
566. >Sunset pondered the question and you saw her cheeks flush suddenly
567. >"Oh, OH. Um, just y'know, talking about girl stuff?"
568. "Hmm."
569. >You totally believed her
570. >"But i don't remember slipping or tripping over anything. I just sort of fell."
571. "Well, whatever happened doesn't matter. I'm just glad you're safe."
572. >She smiles at your concern for her before something else gets your attention
573. >Pop-Foosh-Foosh-Splash
574. >You turn your attention back to the trail
575. >Another large rock landed in the puddle you just passed
576. >Before you could question it more rocks began to crash through the forest from above
577. >They literally flew into view just a few feet from your position
578. >When you heard snapping you grabbed your little sister's hand and threw her under you as you took shelter behind your rock
579. >Sunset whimpered and held fast to you
580. >Your grip only tightened
581. >The rocks continued to fall for a few seconds more before subsiding
582. >You hazard a peek over your safety net and find several trees had splintered and bent under weight of the rubble
583. >Further up a few of the larger trees had been trampled flat giving you a decent view of the bluffs
584. >You could just make out more gravel shifting on the side of the mountain
585. "Sunset we need to run."
586. >"But your leg."
587. "Alright just you run, I'll catch up to you."
588. >"You can barely walk."
589. "Don't argue with me just go!"
590. >"But-"
591. "Fucking run already! Listen to what I'm saying!"
592. >Sunset seemed hurt again but hardened with womanly pride
593. >"NO! I'm not going to leave you behind!"
594. "SUNSET!"
595. >"ANON!"
596. >Sunset lifted your arm over her shoulder and picked you up before you could protest
597. >"Shut up! You need me now."
598. >She stared at you with pleading eyes that were much more effective than this morning
599. >Pressed for time and not wanting to argue with her you just decide to let her carry you
600. >You look back as another torrent of rocks breaks loose
601.
602. >Meanwhile at the ranger station
603. >The girls were half sitting half standing in the small office while Ranger Smith was talking over the walkie
604. >His colleague had already gone out to search
605. >He repeated grid numbers and letters as he pushed several pins into a map he had on his wall
606. >"...got it. I'll get on the horn with local authorities for a heli and get'em to conduct an aerial search. Keep me informed, over and out."
607. >He dropped the radio and picked up the phone to dial 911
608. >"You girls just stay calm we'll find your friends."
609. >Twilight fidgeted
610. >"Umm, didn't he find them on the trail?"
611. >The ranger shook his head
612. >"If they came down the same way they went up he would've run into them."
613. >He connected with the emergency operator and passed on the news to dispatch
614. >The girls held each others hands
615. >When he was done Twilight questioned him again
616. >"So if he didn't find them, where could they have gone?"
617. >The ranger took a deep breath as he stared at Twilight
618. >"I could really use a cigarette right about now. Sorry. The situation just took a difficult turn and i didn't want to alarm you."
619. >Everyone became apprehensive as he continued
620. >"Seems that with all the rain we've had over the past week the mountain started loosening its hold on the bluffs, which means..."
621. >He lifted his arms and let them fall
622. >"A landslide?"
623. >The ranger nodded once and continued
624. >"We usually have a guy who checks the grounds for these kinds of things but he hasn't come back in a while. Pfft, geologists. It wasn't until just now that my partner saw the cracks up on that trail."
625. >Twilight sat back down not knowing what to say
626. >"If there's any good news here it's that if your friend's brother couldn't carry her back up the slope he might've gone into the forest. There plenty of trails that lead away from the bluffs, as long as he keeps moving they should both be fine."
627.
628. >Back up on shit creek you had to mutter your curse words as the trail rounded back around to where you first came out
629. >Once in a while a rock you would hear a rock coming down the mountain and you pressed Sunset against the embankment to keep her safe as it bounced over your heads
630. >As you kept going you discovered another turn in the trail that again led back the way you came
631. "What the actual fuck?"
632. >"We're almost at the bottom Anon, look I can see Stumpy's boutique from here."
633. >You look to where she pointed out the building
634. >All you could see was the roof about a hundred feet below and about three blocks away
635. >Lightning flash and a deafening clap of thunder rung your ears
636. "We can't stop moving, we have to find shelter."
637. >Another roll of thunder rumbled in the distance
638. >It was strong enough to send vibrations through the air
639. >Oddly enough you felt it in your feet too
640. >Several snaps also resounded behind you
641. >"Anon!"
642. >Turning around you saw the mountain give way as the treeline way above you shaking violently and falling
643. >You shove Sunset off the trail
644. >"RUN. NOW!"
645. >The ground was more level at this point though the trees were close together
646. >Despite Sunset's earlier protests she had no problem moving ahead of you
647. >The pain in your leg also mysteriously dulled as you hopped and skipped behind her
648. >Another large rock, the size of a basketball rolled effortlessly past you and split a tree in half as it went by
649. >Before you started to lose hope you heard something else
650. >It sounded like a seadoo or a snowmobile, or an ATV!
651. >Sunset stepped out into another trail but you egged her on
652. >It only got louder as you kept running
653. >Sunset slipped and you immediately bend over to help her up, chancing a look backwards
654. >It looked as if the whole forest was alive as trees pushed forward from their base
655. >At first glance it almost relieved you until you them topple over and a wall of mud and rock took its place
656. >Two seconds was all you needed to get your sister on her feet and light a fire under your ass
657. >You nearly kept pace with her when suddenly
658. >"ANON!"
659. >Sunset called out as you turned to see something glowing red and hauling ass on the trail below you
660. >It was no use calling out, by the time you reached the trail it was gone
661. >You didn't bother trying to figure out which way to go
662. >A quick look around and you spot a rather large stone jutting out of the ground to your left
663. >Rushing a hesitant Sunset to the rock cost you precious seconds as the landslide crested the trail behind you
664. >You nearly had to pick her up and run as you shoved her across the way
665. >"Anon!?"
666. >She cried out in fear, tears welling up in her eyes
667. >You on the other hand were more determined than ever
668. >It was only a few more yards to the stone when a thick poplar tree fell across the trail
669. "JUMP!"
670. >You yelled as you pushed her forward
671. >Sunset had to step on the trunk in order to get over it while you cleared it in a single painful leap
672. >Just moments after you cleared the tree the free flowing mud reached the trail and felled the rest of the trees onto the path
673. >You made it just in time to fall on top of your sister as the mountain roared around you
674.
675. >You thought you were dead? Hell no.
676. >Death don’t hurt like a bitch
677. >Despite the agony that was your leg, your burning lungs, and the wooziness that was just setting in you manage to sit upright with your sister clutching your arm beside you
678. >The roar of the landslide subsided and the rumbling stopped
679. >PBS and BBC both agreed that this meant things were relatively safe
680. >The large stone that guarded both of you stood firmly in place as the whole mountainside stripped itself bare
681. >The rain battered you as you picked yourself up only to be pulled back down by Sunset
682. “Sunny I need to make sure it’s over.”
683. >She wouldn’t let go, her eyes were shut and you felt her shivering
684. >It didn’t matter if it was out of cold or fear you weren’t going to just force her off your arm
685. >Sighing deeply you relent, too tired to act tough
686. “Fine, guess we’ll just sit here until the helicopters come.”
687. >She didn’t respond
688. >This was a good time to assess your situation though
689. >First was your sister, looking her over she just seemed to have a bump on the noggin
690. >Her clothes weren’t even tattered just dirty, no real damage
691. >Second, in your mind at least, was the landslide
692. >It seemed to be over and done with, the stone was pretty large and probably just the tip of a huge motherfucking boulder buried hella deep in the ground
693. >Alright third was your leg, it was fucked
694. >Not only did it hurt like hell but you could feel it swelling up too
695. >Coupled with the heavy rain and lightning the situation was not ideal
696. >Still, at least Sunset was safe
697. >You look back to her and shake her a bit
698. “Hey, we’re gonna get out of this. You and me, but we gotta move.”
699. >She opened her eyes and quickly fixed them on you
700. >”But-but…”
701. “Hey, it’s over and we’re safe. Now we just need to get out of the rain.”
702. >You wipe a tear from her eye
703. “Because I’m sure as hell not getting sick on account of your sorry ass.”
704. >A shit eating grin spreads across your face
705. >That lit a fire in her
706. >She huffed and tore herself away from you
707. >”Fine, then I guess you walk the rest of the way yourself!”
708. >She stomped away a few yards before turning back to look at you
709. >She watched you struggle to your feet
710. “No, I’m fine don’t bother helping.”
711. >Puffing her cheeks Sunset rushed back to help you up
712. “Thanks Sunny I knew you-OOF!”
713. >She shoved a branch in your hands before stomping off again
714. >Though she waited for you this time
715.
716. >Just as predicted you were on the Six o’clock news that night
717. >A hero brother rescuing his lovely sister
718. >By taking refuge in Lover’s Den
719. >…
720. >Well, fuck that wasn’t going to help matters
721. >The nurses on the other hand, heh, well they couldn’t stop taking pictures with you
722. >Too bad they were all grandmas
723. >You just couldn’t win today, the doctor didn’t even prescribe morphine or Oxy, just a bunch ibuprofen
724. >To think a twisted ankle wasn’t a big deal around here
725. >The door opened up and in came your menagerie
726. >At least you had them, a gaggle of young, taught, lean high school girls
727. >You suddenly felt better
728. >”Oh, Anon. How do you feel?”
729. >”You were simply chivalrous dear.”
730. >”Mighty fine work there ‘non.”
731. >”Ooh, wait til you see the decorations I set up in your room Anon!”
732. >”Y’know, ya would still be in one piece if Applejack hadn’t stopped me.”
733. “Aw, thanks for coming guys-wait, decorations?”
734. >”Now, don’t you worry about a thing the girls and I have agreed that for saving our dear friend’s life, your sister, we are going to practically wait on you hand and foot until you get better.”
735. >The door opened a second time to reveal the head nurse, a dude
736. >”Alright Mr. Ymous the doc says you’re all better now. Pack your things and get out, we need the bed for a REAL patient.”
737. >And off he went leaving you and the girls in silence
738. >”Ahem, it’s been a pleasure serving you darling.”
739. >She spoke with a smile and lead the girls out
740. >Thunder rumbled in the distance
741. >You felt God mocking you
