Floorb Bath Short


                                            "Floor, it's not that big of a deal."

                                            >"YOU'll NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!!"

                                            >You are currently trying to coax Floor, your roommate, to take a bath.

                                            >It is not going well.

                                            >Floor has dragged you all across the house and now she was hiding.

                                            >She was behind the blackout curtain of her room, very obviously at that.

                                            >You wouldn't care as much as you did if it wasn't for the fact that her scent had started to stick to you as well, and your coworkers have started... questioning.

                                            >With a sigh, you kneel down.

                                            "Look, I'd rather not manhandle you, so let's just ge-"

                                            >"Ohoho, 'manhandle' you say?"

                                            >She pops her head out from behind the curtains with a concerningly intrigued look.

                                            >Well, if it makes this easier...

                                            "Uh... yeah, I'll... scrub you down."

                                            >You didn't want to play into her perversion too much, but even a little hint of interest was enough to get her to leave her spot.

                                            >"W-well then! *ahem* I am at your mercy..."

                                            >She giggles to herself as she saunters over to the bathroom.

                                            >After yet another sigh at her antics, you get up and follow her inside.

                                            >"So... what first?"

                                            >You set down a shampoo bottle with a thud, making her jump a little.

                                            'We're cleaning you up! So you know, behave."

                                            >From her hesitant demeanor, you take it she's having second thoughts.

                                            >...

                                            >The next ten or so minutes are a blur, mostly due to you having to fight to get a rather terrified Floor into the tub.

                                            >After a while, you have her sitting quietly as you rinse her mane.

                                            >Her coat was stark white, which weirded you out at first, seeing that you thought it was more of a cream color.

                                            >Goes to show how little she bathed properly.

                                            >She was pretty dejected, refusing to look at you.

                                            >You’re pretty sure she’s mad that all you did was wash her.

                                            >"I expected this to be way less... whatever this is."

                                            "I mean, I wasn't lying about the manhandling."

                                            >You dry her off while she grumbles a bit.

                                            >"Hmph, you totally own me dinner after that."

                                            "I know I know, whaddya like?"

                                            >"...Ramen."

                                            "Again?"

                                            >"From the good place this time! The one on fifth street."

                                            "Fine by me."

                                            >Floor calmed down after that, seemingly happy with the prospect of food.

                                            >She leaves the bathroom as you finish cleaning things up.

                                            >...You don’t want to think about how dirty this water was.

                                            >Once you get back into the living room, you see Floor lazing on the couch.

                                            >Her mane looks unreasonably soft, softer than you’ve ever seen it.

                                            >You can’t resist walking over and ruffling her mane, which elicits some stammering from Floor.

                                            “How do you feel?”

                                            >”I uh… I guess this is okay…”

                                            >She squirms on the couch a bit.

                                            >”Do you w-want to um, sit… with me?”

                                            >You sit down next to her and give her a smile.

                                            >Might as well see what she wants out of all this.

                                            “I think I’ve got an idea on how to make things up to you.”

                                            >”What are you talking about? We’re already getting f-”

                                            >She freezes up for a moment before looking away.

                                            >”Oh… D-do you mean…?”

                                            “All I’m saying is that I'm up for whatever.”

                                            >Floor fidgets with her hooves for a moment before timidly crawling onto your lap.

                                            >”H-hug me!”

                                            >You blink.

                                            “...That’s it?”

                                            >She pouts a little, her face flush.

                                            >”Hey, y-you said ‘whatever’ so… I-I… I wanna cuddle. I’ll- I’ll think up some other stuff l-later…”

                                            >Well, that’s certainly less extreme than what you expected from her, but you'd probably prefer this anyway.

                                            >You give her a hug as requested, throwing in a few pats on the head as well.

                                            >After she’s all hugged out, you sit with her lying on your lap, watching TV.

                                            >She occasionally asks quietly for other small displays of affection, the most deviate being a somewhat questionable belly rub.

                                            >You stroke her back as she starts to nod off, mumbling to herself.

                                            >”Heheh… I lub yoou Nonny…”

                                            >Floor falls fast asleep, snuggled up next to you while you wait for the food to arrive.

                                            >You’re honestly a bit bewildered, but, you guess it wasn’t all that unexpected.

                                            >You pet her head once more and smile warmly.

                                            >Under her lewd exterior was a sweet little mare who just wanted to be loved, and you’re willing to give her whatever she might need.

                                            >She smelled like vanilla and was clean to boot, but you’re sure she’ll forget to bathe again sooner than later.

                                            >This is Floorb we’re talking about after all!

                                            >But…

                                            >It’s her you like.

                                            >All of her, even the awkward or gloomy bits.

                                            >And that won’t change.

                                            >No matter what.
