Expiry: Never

  1. >You are of course Anon, in none other than Equestria.
  2. >And holy shit, this pony is going to get on your nerves one day.
  3. >Oh who are you kidding, she's already number one on your shit list.
  4. "For the last time, NO. I don't want anything to do with it."
  5. >If this winged pony isn't deterred by the tone in your voice, then she seriously must have a problem.
  6. >"Aww. Come on Anon, it'll be fun!"
  7. "Seriously, buzz off. I have more important things to do."
  8. >As you can guess, that was a lie.
  9. >Since when do you do anything around here other than sulk?
  10. >Life isn't exactly as fun as you'd thought it would be considering there's magic and talking horses about.
  11. >"What are you doing that's more important than spending time with me?"
  12. "That's none of your concern."
  13. >She pouts and tries to act cute but you remain unfazed.
  14. >That’s ‘cute’ according to Rainbow anyway.
  15. >Being here for a few years really builds up an immunity to these miniature cartoon horses.
  16. "Aaaand I'm going, see you."
  17. >You make a detour around the annoying pony and make a beeline for the market.
  18. >Maybe someone, uh, somePONY-.
  19. >Ahh, fuck it.
  20. >Someone interesting has to be there.
  21. >"You can't escape me that easily, Anon."
  22. >An annoyed sigh leaves your mouth.
  23. "Rainbow, seriously."
  24. >You turn to face the cyan pony with a scowl painted firmly on your face.
  25. >If this doesn't get the message across then nothing else will.
  26. >Well a good slap to her flanks works.
  27. >Finding that out was an accident.
  28. >You'd think that she'd take it as some sort of challenge? Nope.
  29. >Turns out bluefast is into mares and she absolutely detests stallions touching her (flanks).
  30. >What a surprise.
  31. >She pouts once again but relents.
  32. >"Alright, alright. I'll catch you later then."
  33. >And with that she's off like a rocket to who knows where.
  34. >Not that you care, you're just glad that she's decided to buzz off.
  35. >You take a good look at the market and sigh.
  36. >With a slow pace, you continue your way there.
  37. >Great opportunity for some quality thinking time.
  38. >As stated before, the magical horse land hasn't really been as interesting as you would have first thought.
  39. >Sure there's magic and shit, but you can't do any of that.
  40. >That stuff is reserved for those damned unicorns and alicorns.
  41. >A shiver rolls down your spine at the thought of the alicorn sisters.
  42. >Moon melons despised you for some unknown reason while the Royal Marshmallow treated you like a child.
  43. >Oh god, the horror.
  44. >You were the happiest man alive once you finally escaped that castle.
  45. >They had sent you off to Ponyville to 'Learn the friendship of magic'.
  46. >You were sure that they had lost it then, but you gave them the benefit of the doubt.
  47. >This is after all, a land of talking horses.
  48. >One long and boring train trip later, you arrived.
  49. >A welcome change if you do say so yourself.
  50. >Your welcoming committee was a nice surprise at first. AT FIRST.
  51. >Oh Jesus, all the questions from Pinkie and Twilight.
  52. >Another shiver rolls down your spine as the memories flow.
  53. >The other four looked like they had more important things to do.
  54. >Rarity made a quick, but polite introduction and left.
  55. >You had no idea what Fluttershy said, she just mumbled something then fucked off.
  56. >Rainbow said to 'Watch yourself, punk.'
  57. >You laughed at that of course.
  58. >Threats from a little cartoon pony, how could you not?
  59. >Applejack said something along the lines of "Apples" and vanished.
  60. >Twilight asked you a few more questions and then left.
  61. >Pinkie stuck around the longest-
  62. >"HIYA, NONNY!"
  63. >Speak of the devil.
  64. >A smile planted itself on your face.
  65. >Pinkie could never make you not smile.
  66. "Heya, Pinks. Anything much going on?"
  67. >As casual as ever, Anon.
  68. >"Yeppers! Mr and Mrs Cake have gone on vacation and I'm looking after Sugar Cube Corner!"
  69. "Why are you out here then?"
  70. >You take a quick glance at your watch.
  71. "It's 1:30."
  72. >"I ran out of sugar! Oh you should have seen the look of horror on Maud's face when I told her the news!"
  73. "Oh, Maud is here again?"
  74. >That mare gives you the creeps.
  75. >Pinkie nods ecstatically and bounces around on the spot.
  76. >"She's been wanting to see the gang again so I invited her down for the week!"
  77. >You nod your head slowly.
  78. >"We're going to have a 'Welcome to Ponyville again' party, just for her and you're invited!"
  79. >Pinkie does a little twirl and smiles.
  80. "A party you say? You can count me in."
  81. >"That's great news, Nonny! I'll give you more details tomorrow, cya!"
  82. >And with that she bounces off.
  83. >So a party, huh? Certainly something to do for a change.
  84. >...how did Pinks run out of sugar?
  85. >You shrug it off and continue your aimless wandering.
  86. >The time passes slower than you thought possible.
  87. >Times like these really make you miss home.
  88. >Shit was a lot more interesting.
  89. >Your mind continues to wander.
  90. >You're so out of it that you don't even realise Twilight running into you.
  91. >Well you realise now.
  92. >She's looking up at you with her muzzle scrunched.
  93. >MAN YOUR STATIONS.
  94. "Oh sorry, Twi. I didn't notice you there."
  95. >She huffs but you can see the hint of a smile on her face.
  96. >"It's fine, Anon, just watch where you're going! You could hurt somePONY!"
  97. >She puts an emphasis on pony. Why? Because of your human vocabulary.
  98. >Stupid 'anypony' crap.
  99. "Me? Hurt someone? I wouldn't dream of it."
  100. >You mock insult and snicker internally.
  101. >Twilight raises an inquisitive eyebrow and gives you a blank look.
  102. >Damn this horse.
  103. "What?"
  104. >The bookworm shakes her head.
  105. >"I honestly don't understand you, Anon."
  106. "I'm just me, Twi." You say with a laugh.
  107. >You ruffle her mane and give her a quick scratch behind the ear.
  108. >She gives you a content hum but it lasts for a split second.
  109. >Your hand leaves her ear and returns to your side.
  110. >She whimpers and nuzzles your hand.
  111. >Did you mention that Twilight loves her ear scratches?
  112. >The wonders of fingers.
  113. >Truth be told, you loved give out ear scratches, that and belly rubs.
  114. >You haven't had the chance to belly rub a pony yet, you loved doing it to dogs though.
  115. >Strangely enough, these ponies kinda do act like dogs.
  116. >Sometimes.
  117. >You relent and continue scratching behind Twilight's ear.
  118. >She pushes herself into your hand and you can't help but feel yourself D'aww.
  119. >A light blush makes it's way onto Twilight's embarrassed face.
  120. >It doesn't help the situation at all.
  121. >You can handle a lot if levels of cuteness, but this was too much.
  122. "You're adorable, Twi. Anyone ever tell you that?"
  123. >Aw shit you just said that out loud, didn't you?
  124. >Twilight's face goes tomato red and she stammers.
  125. >"W-well, n-no actually."
  126. >Your eyebrows break speed records as they raise.
  127. >Dismareserious?
  128. "Really? I honestly would have thought that... you know..."
  129. >Smooth moves there, Anon.
  130. >Twilight looks immediately downcast.
  131. >Fuck, what have you done?
  132. >"Being a Princess has kept me too busy to find a special somepony. And even when I do have free time, I can never seem to find a stallion who isn't intimidated by me."
  133. >Hold the phone.
  134. >Intimidated?
  135. >By Twilight?
  136. "Intimidated?"
  137. >You find yourself at the edge of laughter but you quickly squash the feeling.
  138. >She nods slowly.
  139. "Me being the element of magic has really made the stallions nervous around me. The fight with Tirek didn't help my situation. Nobody wants me, Anon. What do I do?"
  140. >Oh no. Oh no no no.
  141. >Tears start to well up in the corner of her eyes.
  142. >It's now that you remember that you're in the middle of the market.
  143. >These ponies probably think you've made her cry.
  144. >Without thinking, you scoop her up and give her a firm hug.
  145. >She returns it almost immediately and begins to quietly sob on your shoulder.
  146. >It's time to take this Princess home.
  147. >"What h-have I done wrong, Anon?"
  148. >Your hand idly pats her back as you walk.
  149. "Nothing. You're just a lovely Princess surrounded by a bunch of wussy stallions."
  150. >What was up with that anyway?
  151. >These stallions (aside from Bulk and Big Mac) were a bunch of pansies.
  152. >You curse internally at the wuss levels.
  153. >Your mind begins to wander for a second but your thoughts are interrupted.
  154. >This just in, Purple smart kissed your cheek.
  155. >BLUSH IS AT MAXIMUM, CAPTAIN.
  156. >"Thank you, Anon. I'm glad I bumped into you today."
  157. >Her eyes are still red from crying but she has a genuine smile.
  158. >A huge smile lights up your face and a fuzzy feeling erupts from your stomach.
  159. "Why haven't you said anything about this to anyone?"
  160. >A small sigh escapes her lips.
  161. >"You know me, Anon, I'm the awkward Princess who spends more time around books than anything else."
  162. "What about Rarity? I know that she has a way with the guys, uh, stallions."
  163. >You give her a reassuring scratch on the back as you speak.
  164. >Her ears fold back and she nuzzles gently into your neck.
  165. >"I was worried that they'd laugh at me. Twilight? Looking for a stallion?"
  166. >She mocks Rarity's accent almost perfectly.
  167. >You laugh while shaking your head.
  168. "Seriously Twilight, they're your friends. They wouldn't laugh at you for something like that, you're all basically family. But I know exactly how you feel."
  169. >Her ears perk back up and she raises an eyebrow.
  170. >"You do?"
  171. >You look at the little horse like she's crazy.
  172. "Of course! I'm sure just about everyone has felt this way. It's only normal."
  173. >"B-but you always seem so sure about yourself! You're not afraid of being laughed at."
  174. >Oh, look. You've arrived at what remains of Twilight's old library.
  175. >That was destroyed.
  176. >Oh, yeah, right. Forgot about that.
  177. >You do a 360 and walk away, clutching the bookworm tightly.
  178. "So what do you want to do? Oh, sorry, were you in the middle of something when I bumped you?"
  179. >You can feel her head shake.
  180. >Her soft fur rubs against your neck and tickles you.
  181. >"It wasn't anything important, I was just out for some fresh air anyway."
  182. >You hum quietly and take a look around.
  183. >There's always Sugarcube Corner, and even your place. Though that might be leading her on.
  184. >Not that it's a bad idea.
  185. >You're just not into colourful ponies like that.
  186. >Not yet.
  187. >So we have Sugarcube Corner and where else?
  188. >You sigh internally.
  189. "How about some lunch?"
  190. >Purplesmart's ear flicks and she nods an affirmative.
  191. >"That sounds good, Anon. What do you have in mind?"
  192. >She looks at you innocently and your heart races again.
  193. >You're still holding her, so her face is a few inches from yours.
  194. >Don't spaghetti everywhere now, Anon. Hold it together. It's just Twilight.
  195. "Uh, well. I'm thinking either Sugarcube Corner, or one of those fast food joints. You know the ones, with hay burgers and shit."
  196. >It's now Twilight's turn to hum.
  197. >"A caramel milkshake sounds good right about now."
  198. "Alright, a round of milkshakes on me, to make up for my blindness."
  199. >You smile warmly and earn an adorable giggle from the bookhorse.
  200. >It's a short trip to Sugar Cube Corner, even with Twilight attached to you.
  201. >She's pretty damned light, that or you've really gained some upper body strength.
  202. >You're going to go with the former.
  203. >It doesn't bother you though.
  204. >Even if she does have wings, she's enjoying the ride and that's what matters.
  205. >Your heart melts a little at the thought.
  206. >Then you realise it's actually happening and your heart melts completely.
  207. >Anon, my man. You're going soft.
  208. >The front door opens with a jingle and you walk in with Twilight still attached.
  209. >You're welcomed to the sight of Maud, sitting at the counter looking as bored as ever.
  210. >At least you think it's bored.
  211. >She looks up at you with that plain expression and speaks.
  212. >"Hello, Anon. Hello, Twilight. What can I get you?"
  213. "Heya, Maud. Could we get a large chocolate milkshake and a large caramel milkshake?"
  214. >The expressionless mare nods and trots into the back room.
  215. >You take a quick look around for an open booth and, to your surprise, the place is mostly empty.
  216. >It strikes you as odd since it's lunchtime.
  217. >You shrug it off and gently place Twilight down in an empty booth.
  218. >She gives you another peck on the cheek and a thank you.
  219. >You keep your blush under control and walk back to the counter.
  220. >Jesus, Twi become pretty friendly pretty quickly.
  221. >It's just a kiss on the cheek, Anon. It's just a thank you.
  222. >She could be interested in you, I knew you had it in you, boy!
  223. >Thoughts race through your head as you wait for the milkshakes.
  224. >You're certainly not into ponies like that.
  225. >...Right?
  226. >No, no, of course not. Don't be stupid, Anon. They're horses.
  227. >Adorable, talking little cartoon horses.
  228. >With mare parts.
  229. >To say you were surprised when you found that out would be an understatement.
  230. >The clink of glass pulls you out of your lewd thoughts and back to reality.
  231. >Maud looks at your with her normal blank expression.
  232. >"That'll be five bits, Anon."
  233. >You ruffle through your pockets and pull out a handful of golden coins.
  234. >You hand her five of them, thank her, and return to your booth.
  235. >You notice that Twilight looks a little down, but her face brightens up when she sees you with the milkshakes.
  236. >"Thank you, Anon!"
  237. >She's almost bouncing in her seat as you place the milkshakes down.
  238. "Anytime, Twi."
  239. >You take a measured sip from your chocolate milkshake and give it an Anon taste test.
  240. >You swish it around to cover all nine thousand taste buds.
  241. >That's a ten.
  242. >You swallow it down and smack your lips.
  243. >Damn fine milkshake.
  244. >You look to and see Twilight struggling to hold her laughter.
  245. >Strange horse.
  246. >You watch as she begins to mimic you.
  247. >She's really going down on that straw.
  248. >Still going.
  249. >You begin to break a sweat.
  250. >What is she doing?
  251. >She finally stops, backs up and finally takes a sip.
  252. >You can see her swishing the milkshake around inside her mouth.
  253. >confusedboner.bmp
  254. >She swallows with an audible gulp.
  255. >All of this without breaking eye contact.
  256. >"So, Anon."
  257. >You're sweating bullets now.
  258. >What's her game?
  259. >She moves her milkshake to the side and leans across the table.
  260. >"Could you tell me a little more about Earth?"
  261. "Wh-what exactly about it?"
  262. >Christ, pull it together man.
  263. >Twilight's eyelids lower and her voice lowers slightly.
  264. >"How exactly do human relationships work?"
  265. >Of all the times to be asking this...
  266. >"Does the male start a herd?"
  267. >You splutter and choke on your milkshake.
  268. "A-A what?"
  269. >"Oh so you don't?"
  270. >Why the fuck is she so interested?
  271. "N-no. We don't have herds. Why?"
  272. >"No reason."
  273. >Twilight sinks back into her chair and returns to drinking her milkshake.
  274. >Wut.
  275. >What's her aim here?
  276. >Is she trying to work you up?
  277. >Why is she so nonchalant about all of this?!
  278. >She just went down on a straw and teased the fuck out of you. She pulled it off perfectly.
  279. >But she has no experience with stallions, she said so herself!
  280. >She must have, there's no way she could pull that off so perfectly!
  281. >You play it over in your mind, again and again.
  282. >There's no doubt about it, she knows what she's doing.
  283. >Why would she lie about that? Maybe it was just Twilight being Twilight?
  284. >Yeah, that must be it. There's no other answer, right?
  285. >By this point, your boner has lost all control.
  286. >"Anon?"
  287. >The bookworm's voice brings you out of your thoughts.
  288. >She's looking rather concerned.
  289. >"You've been pulling odd faces for the past few minutes, are you ok?"
  290. >You what?
  291. "Yeah, I'm fine, don't worry. I was just thinking about... Earth."
  292. >Her face falls at the mention of your hold home and her purple eyes focus on her hooves.
  293. >"I'm sorry, Anon. I didn't think my question would have that much of an effect on you."
  294. >You wave a dismissive hand, which she misses.
  295. "Hey Twi, did you want an answer to your question?"
  296. >The Purple Princess looks up a twinkle in her eye and some newfound confidence.
  297. >That's the ticket.
  298. >She nods eagerly.
  299. >"Just give me a second, Anon."
  300. >Her face scrunches up in concentration and there's a sudden flash of purple.
  301. >A notebook and a quill clatter onto the table.
  302. >You smile.
  303. >Of course she'll be taking notes.
  304. >What an amazing little Librarian.
  305. >She takes the notebook and quill in her magical grasp and give you the all clear.
  306. >With a quick clearing of your throat, you begin.
  307. "Well, where do we start..."
  308.
  309. - - - - -
  310.
  311. "...And then at that point, the couple would be married. To be bonded in holy matrimony until the day they die. Or until the day they divorce. But let's just assume things go well, shall we? If so, there'd be kids and maybe even grand kids. And then they lived happily ever after. Blah, blah, blah."
  312. >Twilight has her tongue poking out in concentration and is jolting down the last of her notes.
  313. >She silently words something, makes a final scribble and peers at you from behind the notebook.
  314. >"That's really fascinating, Anon. And you said it would just be those two, for life?"
  315. >You nod.
  316. "You can't have more than one wife or husband. On Earth anyway."
  317. >She nods slowly and scribbles some more.
  318. "Anything else you'd like to know about human relationships?"
  319. >The notebook and quill suddenly let dropped from Twilight's magical grasp and drop the the table.
  320. >Her eyes bore into yours.
  321. >She looks dead serious.
  322. >"How come you haven't tried getting a marefriend, Anon? You've always seemed so lonely."
  323. >You were dreading that question.
  324. >You sigh and lean back in the chair.
  325. "Because I don't see ponies in that light, Twilight."
  326. >You say gently as possible.
  327. >Her expression plummets despite your efforts.
  328. >"W-what you do mean?"
  329. "Back on my world, it's taboo to have relations with a different species. I don't know if I've told you this, but back on my world we have ponies."
  330. >"Y-you do?"
  331. "Oh, yes. But they don't talk, they're rather stupid, and kids ride them at the circus."
  332. >You didn't think her expression could fall anymore.
  333. >Tears begin to form at the corner of her eyes and she's sniffling.
  334. "I'm really sorry, Twilight."
  335. >And you really mean it too.
  336. >Seeing Twilight like this was hurting you too.
  337. >It was heartbreaking.
  338. >She sniffles and waves a dismissive hoof.
  339. >"I-it's alright, Anon. I should have r-realised when you rejected Rarity's advances."
  340. >Fuck, she had to bring that up, didn’t she?
  341. >A pang of guilt hits you and you find yourself watering at the corner of your eyes.
  342. >Dammit, Anon. Why are these mares going for you?
  343. >Aren't you just a big hairless ape to them?
  344. >You're going to fix this or die trying.
  345. >She squeaks in surprise as you reach over the table and pluck her out of the seat and gently place her in your lap.
  346. >You place your arms around her and squeeze her.
  347. "I know that wasn't what you wanted to hear, Twi. I'm sorry."
  348. >She rests her chin on your chest and looks up at you with her glistening purple orbs.
  349. >"I-it's ok, Anon. I understand."
  350. >You somehow doubted that, but you decide not to call her out on that claim.
  351. >Instead you move a hand up to her head and give her an ear rub.
  352. >The mares can't resist an Anon ear rub.
  353. >She pushes into your palm and gives a content sigh.
  354. >You look down at the distraught mare in your lap and wonder how all this happened.
  355. >Why was it you that was sent to this land of talking ponies.
  356. >Why were they attaching themselves to you?
  357. >Don't get full of yourself, Anon. It's the second mare. SECOND. You ain't a playa.
  358. >You take a second to look outside.
  359. >The warm summer sun giving the outside world a healthy glow is a welcome change.
  360. >The past few days have been nothing but sad grey clouds.
  361. >Ponies are out and about on their daily business, enjoying the sun while they can.
  362. >The bright, picturesque colours give this land such an alive feeling.
  363. >It was never like this on Earth.
  364. >A sudden realisation hits you like a freight train.
  365. >You wouldn't trade this for the world.
  366. >This amazingly impossible world of talking horse and magic. A world full of wonders that have never before been seen by the human eye. A handful of demigods that raise and lower the sun and moon.
  367. >All the possibilities that are out there in this world is amazing.
  368. >You'd have to be fucking crazy to give any of this up.
  369. >Anon, you're going to be here for the long run, right?
  370. >So why don't you make a certain purple mare happy?
  371. >You hesitate your movements for a second.
  372. >Could you really give this a shot?
  373. >A relationship with a pony?
  374. >Twilight's soft mane tickles your hand as she tries to coax more ear rubs from you.
  375. >You're not even sure you like the Purple Princess in that way.
  376. >Mixed feelings sure are hell.
  377. "Hey, Twi?"
  378. >Her ear flicks in attention.
  379. "How long have you liked me in this way?"
  380. >She opens her eyes and looks thoughtfully up at you.
  381. >"I only really confirmed that today, Anon. I... I've always had a thing for you, it just started out as an innocent crush, but it developed into something more. I started thinking more and more about you, but when you rejected Rarity I thought that I'd never have a chance with you, so I decided to move on."
  382. >Fresh tears begin to roll down her cheeks but you gently wipe them away with a thumb.
  383. >"It worked for a little while, Anon. But I quickly realised I had no chance with anyone else either..."
  384. >She hiccups and squeezes her eyes shut.
  385. >"Anon, I... I think I love you."
  386. >Twilight... loves you?
  387. >A truckload of feelings crash into you.
  388. "Twilight... I... do you really mean that?"
  389. >She nods her head frantically and buries her head into your chest.
  390. >"I love you, Anon!"
  391. >Her forehooves wrap tightly around your waist as she sobs.
  392. >Your mouth hangs open as you try to formulate some sort of response.
  393. >But you just can't.
  394. >She fucking loves you, man.
  395. >Princess Twilight sparkle, Element of Magic and Librarian, just admitted feelings for you.
  396. >Despite the species barrier, you feel something stir within your chest.
  397. >Butterflies.
  398. >You've got butterflies in your stomach.
  399. >You can't even remember the last time you're had them.
  400. >Instead of thinking logically, you do the first thing you can think of.
  401. >You lift the bookworm up and pull her in for a kiss.
  402. >Her eyes widen in surprise as your lips meet hers, but she quickly gives in to the embrace.
  403. >The kiss was slow and sensual, you both poured your true feelings into the kiss.
  404. >Kissing a horse wasn't as weird as you thought it would be.
  405. >In fact, you loved every second of kissing that purple mare.
  406. >Something about her was driving you wild.
  407. >BONER ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL.
  408. >Not, now boner! This is a delicate situation.
  409. >You pull away from the kiss, a single strand of saliva running from your lips to hers.
  410. >Some high school romance shit there.
  411. >You're both out of breath and in each other's arms.
  412. >Her purple eyes stare into yours.
  413. >"A-Anon-"
  414. >You put a finger to her lips.
  415. "Twilight, I've thought about it, and I'm willing to give us a shot."
  416. >Her face lights up like a Christmas tree.
  417. >Those eyes of hers are now full of happiness and hope.
  418. "Now, I don't want to get your hopes up. I do like you, but I don't love you like you love me."
  419. >To your surprise, she doesn’t seem at all sad about that news.
  420. >Instead she nods in understanding.
  421. >"I know, Anon. What I said must have seemed so sudden."
  422. >A warm smile creeps across your face and your fears about this relationship begin to melt away.
  423. >There's something about this mare that just makes you feel so secure.
  424. "Maybe if we get to know each other more, I could love you like you love me."
  425. >A sly grin spreads across her face and she takes your finger into her mouth.
  426. >She suckles innocently on your finger.
  427. >You know fully well that Twilight can feel the boner in your pants.
  428. >So you thank every god in existence that she isn't grinding on you.
  429. >Her teasing isn't helping at all.
  430. >A distant cough distracts you from purple menace.
  431. >You turn to see Pinkie standing behind the counter, looking at the two of you.
  432. >Oh shit, that's right. You're still in Sugar Cube Corner.
  433. >How many people just saw you two kiss?
  434. >Another blush makes itself known.
  435. >It’s not like it matters, Anon, these ponies are chilled about everything.
  436. >If Pinkie could give a thumbs up, she’d be giving you one right about now.
  437. >Pinkie gives you a wink and wiggles her flank.
  438. >Well then, that's as close as you'll get to a thumbs up.
  439. >The Party Pony giggles at your bemused expression and returns to the kitchen, her tail swishing round as she walks.
  440. >If you didn't know any better, you'd say she was doing that on purpose to get you.
  441. >You return your attention to the Princess in your lap, who certainly isn't grinding on you.
  442. "Twilight!"
  443. >You hiss.
  444. "Contain yourself!"
  445. >She looks up at you with the infamous puppy dog eyes and quivering lip duo.
  446. >You've been here long enough for that not to work.
  447. >A low whimper escapes her lips.
  448. >Awwww dammit.
  449. >Pinkie gives you a wink and wiggles her flank.
  450. >Well then, that’s as close as you’ll get to a thumbs up.
  451. >The Party Pony giggles at your bemused expression and returns to the kitchen, her tail swishing round as she walks.
  452. >If you didn’t know any better, you’d say she was doing that on purpose to get you.
  453. >You return your attention to the Princess in your lap, who certainly isn’t grinding on you.
  454. “Twilight!”
  455. >You hiss.
  456. “Contain yourself!”
  457. >She looks at you with the infamous puppy dog eyes and quivering lip duo.
  458. >You’ve been here long enough for that not to work.
  459. >A low whimper escapes her lips.
  460. >Awww dammit.
  461. >You certainly aren't sticking your dick in her any time soon.
  462. >Hesitation is rife in your mind, this shit is all so conflicting.
  463. >A passable idea comes to mind, but you're not sure you like it.
  464. >You stuff out any fears or doubts.
  465. >This horny mare needs to be calmed.
  466. >BATTLE STATIONS!
  467. >You pull Twilight into a swift kiss and trail a finger down her back, she shivers in delight.
  468. >The finger continues its journey and you can feel Twilight tense up at your movements.
  469. >A low moan tells you that you're on the right track.
  470. >The kiss ends as you squeeze Twilight's plush flank.
  471. >She squeaks in surprise.
  472. >Your doubts begin to resurface and you find yourself hesitating again.
  473. >This really isn't right and you know it, Anon.
  474. >You sigh and release the Princess.
  475. "Sorry, Twi. This just doesn't feel right."
  476. >Her expression is unreadable.
  477. >A heavy weight drops into the pit of your stomach.
  478. >But to your surprise, a sheepish smile forms on her face and the weight lifts.
  479. >"That's alright, Anon. That was just a test to see how far you'd really go."
  480. >You frown.
  481. >You really should have expected this kind of stuff from Twilight.
  482. >"Sorry."
  483. >She squeaks.
  484. >Aww, you can't stay mad at this Princess.
  485. "So a test of how truthful I was being?"
  486. >You feign insult.
  487. >This earns you an honest giggle.
  488. "Come on, let's get out of here and enjoy the sun for a little."
  489. >The two of you escape Sugarcube Corner and head to the park.
  490. >You sit and talk about home with The Princess for a while.
  491. >Recalling your childhood in as much detail as you possibly could was a test of your strength.
  492. >Your tales caused you to tear up more than just few times.
  493. >Just thinking about never seeing them again was crushing.
  494. >Soon you were up to high school, recalling your failed schemes and relationships.
  495. >If you could call them that.
  496. >Finally, you were up to the present time.
  497. >Ponyville.
  498. >"Don't you miss your family, Anon?"
  499. "All the time, Twi. But I've mostly accepted that fact that I'll never see them again. You guys are family now."
  500. >Your voice cracks and your eyes begin to water again.
  501. >A heavenly warmth wraps around you.
  502. >Twilight has a wing around you.
  503. >With a sob, you wrap your arms around her.
  504. "Thanks, Twi. I really should be talking about something happier."
  505. >"But this is happy, Anon. Hearing your adventures on Earth is exciting. Imagining a little Anon is cute too."
  506. >You blush, but you don't notice any of the warmth.
  507. >Twilight nudges you with a hoof and points to the sky.
  508. >You lift your head and turn to look.
  509. >Celestia's sun is slowly dipping beyond the horizon, casting a soft pink glow through the sky.
  510. >Twilight wrapped in your arms, you watch as the Sun finally sets.
  511. "How long are you going to be staying in Ponyville, Twilight?"
  512. >Not taking her eyes off the sunset, she replies.
  513. >"Princess Celestia gave me a week off to visit my friends."
  514. >The sky darkens to a blood red as the last rays of light slink beyond the horizon.
  515. >A single week.
  516. >You're going to spend it with this adorable mare.
  517. >A smile breaks out across your face.
  518. "You wouldn't mind if I spent that week with you, would you?"
  519. >Twilight shakes her head.
  520. >"Not at all, Anon. It would be my pleasure."
  521. >With a content sigh, she leans down and rests her head on your shoulder.
  522. >The stars come to life, one by one, dotting the deep blue ocean of sky.
  523. >It's a truly amazing sight.
  524. >Even though you'd seen this countless times, watching it with someone was another thing entirely.
  525. >You felt as if you were reliving your first night here, but with company.
  526. >You wouldn't trade this for the world.
