  34. The three crusaders, wandering around the apple orchard, arguing amongst themselves.
  35. “But I don't want my shoes to get muddy!! Rarity would rip my horn off girls!!” Sweetie Belle says, slight panic in her voice.

  37. “Ah cool off Sweetie Belle, we're just going to the clubhouse for an hour or two, everyponys too busy getting ready for the summer sun celebration. And if they get dirty we'll just clean them.” Scootaloo says in an attempt to cheer up her friend.

  39. “It's still muddy and dirty and—” Applebloom cuts her off sharply.

  41. “And this is still my and my family's home, Sweetie Belle. We apples have been farming this land for generations, and I'd appreciate it if you didn't disrespect it.” Applebloom said over her shoulder.

  43. Squeaking Sweetie rushes out an apology to Applebloom, before she could finish something changed. The air suddenly felt heavier, the wind stopped and the trees stood still. It was completely silent apart from the three filly's breath. Huddling together worry evident in each of their voices.

  45. “G-g-girls…what's going on…”

  47. “I-i don't k-know scoots…”

  49. “H-h-has anything like this happened before apple—”

  53. Not far from the scared, shaking Crusaders a bright flash followed by a thundering boom left a crater in the ground groaning can be heard from the shallow crater. Soon after, a creature the crusaders have only read about in stories emerged from the crater, an ancient mysterious being, thought to be only myths and old pony tails. A human.

  55. Pain explodes across my body as the blinding light slowly dies down, ears still ringing. Looking around I noticed I ended up in an orchard, surrounded by trees.

  57. “...Where the hell am I? I-i was at home…I got an email about trying a new RPG, I opened it then…I woke up here?”

  59. The sound of squeaking breaks the human out of his own panic. Climbing fully out of the crater, looking around spotting three beings he had never seen before, like pony human hybrids.

  63. At that the three filly's leap up startled when the human addressed them. Squeaking the yellow one with the red mane stepped forward and spoke, sparkles in her eyes, her chest puffed out.

  65. “Are you a human from the stories granny told me?!? The ones who give farmers a great harvest?!”
  66. Before he can respond, the orange one with the purple mane and wings steps forward.
  67. “A great harvest? That's not how the stories go, humans are gentle monsters. They defended and led ponies with kindness but ripped monsters apart like they were nothing!!”
  68. The last creature, a white unicorn, steps forward.
  69. “My sister says that a human wearing a robe of lightning, and a cloak of stars. Appeared in equestria long ago, teaching ponies magic, introducing clothes and fashion to ponies!!"

  71. While the three argued about the various stories they heard and believed, the human just watching mildly amused at the display. A minute passed before a low, deep growl sounded from the trees. The three fillies almost immediately stopped arguing as a huge wooden wolf stepped out from the trees, staring right at the fillies.

  73. “W-what the hell is that thing?! I need to run, but if I do it'll attack them…I can't just run…fuck me.”
  74. “HEY, YOU USELESS PILE OF TWIGS.”

  76. The Timber wolf turns its focus on the human, growling as the wolf rushes forward leaping towards him. The panicked human raises both hands out in front of himself. A new warm feeling gathered as a red light flashed out of both palms.

  83. The wolf yelps out in pain as one of the red bolts hits its face directly, the other flying to the left, missing the wolf completely. After moving out of the wolf's path it slams into the ground sticks falling away.

  89. Surprised by the unknown rush of power from his hands, the human twirling around towards the falling wolf, raised his hand and fired off another arcane Bolt.

  96. The bolts connects with the wolf's back, causing an explosion of sticks, twigs and leafs ending the threat. Looking down at his hands, before remembering his audience and looking up towards the three fillies.

  98. “Uh…hi my name is Shadow…do you three have names? And can one of you tell where I am at the moment…”

  100. After a moment of staring in awe, the yellow one answered first.
  101. “I'm Applebloom, you're currently in my family's apple orchard. These are my friends Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle.”
  102. The other two were still frozen, Scootaloo with a huge smile on her face, and stars in her eyes. Sweetie Belle however has a light blush on her face. Before shadow can respond another pony rushes into the clearing and to the three fillies. She was taller than the fillies, orange coat and yellow mane, with a Stetson.

  104. “Girls!! Are y'all alright? I heard a timber wolf over this way, come on let's get you gals home before it shows up.”
  105. In her rush she didn't notice me until she turned around, before she could speak she noticed the Timber wolf in pieces.
  106. “Howdy partner, were you the one who killed the Timber wolf?” In her thoughts she swears she knows what shadow is but can't recall.

  108. “Yes I am, uh the girls told me where I am, but could you guide me out of here? I'm a bit lost.”

  110. “Well thank you for protecting these three. I'm Applejack by the way. Come on, I'll take you back to the house. It'll be a little crowded, most of the apple clan are here for the summer sun celebration, but we'll get you some food and give you a proper apple family welcome.”
