• Everyone gets fatter, faster

• Average 40% increase in weight at all ages and weight stages compared to fatquestria, 82% increase compared to canon equestria

• CEO Feeder Guy’s company EquestriaCo and connections to the princess are very public and well known

• Big Blue and family are treated as an extension of royalty instead of just a wealthy family

• Great increase in customer base and favor toward Silver Whisk Café due to the royal connection (and not just in the size of the customers)

• Silver Whisk Café Owner hires more employees

• Quik-Gro and Gro-Assist are far more powerful in all effects – crops grow in minutes, are tripled in size and caloric quantity, and are equally strengthened in the various “fuck off diabetes/heart issues/etc.” effects

• I forget if this was covered in the fatquestria document, but Gro-Assist also performs protections against overindulgence, choosing as appropriate from: Food coma, accelerating growth of cells to increase stomach size, a minor form of near-instant digestion

• CEO Feeder Guy is fat – impossible to get non-fattening food, but is still comparatively thin by standards

• By extension, his extreme feederism and tendency to fatten all of his employees (especially the mares) and his wife intensified greatly

• Silver Whisk Café Owner is near-immobile – part of the reason she hired more employees more quickly

• Yandere Feederbat reaches near-immobility while still a filly as she gets the job at Silver Whisk Café earlier – all employees must follow the owner’s policy of baking 110% of a customer’s order, use that extra 10% as taste testing material to ensure quality product, and orders sure are more plentiful and quite large

• Big Blue acts as an unofficial envoy when visiting other cities and towns, being given special VIP treatment at lodgings and anything that serves food even if he’s only there to eat food

• Blobber Kirin isn’t as fat as he has to spend more time working at General Blaze’s to help with the increased demand and can’t eat himself into immobility or join the gluttonist cult

• Big Blue does get fatter than his fatquestria self, but doesn’t stand out quite as much as “THE fat one” given the sizes of the rest of the population(unless I write something I end up never releasing where he instead uses some gluttonist pills he got in exchange for not selling out a fleeing gluttonist and ends up so large he can’t touch the ground with more than two hooves at a time and is then compelled to put on a few hundred pounds more by his father to hide the fact he used illegal pills)

• Canterlot expands the size of its underdome into a more conical shape, reinforcing the supports so the city doesn’t slide down the mountain

• Mobility assistance technology kickstarts development much sooner, but focuses heavily on devices ponies ride on and does not begin researching hammerspace weight amulets for quite some time

• Food is less filling, more addictive, more delicious, and more calorically dense

• Compared to fatquestria’s more “grounded” corpulence enhancement, fatterquestria does, to an extent, have “crazier” things seen in common wg sequence art like hosefeeding from tankers, common food items manipulated to have 5, 6, even 7 digits of calories

• Rate of immobility is 20% in Canterlot

• Rate of immobility is 100% in Foaledo

• Cities like Canterlot, Manehattan, Vanhoover, etc. remain the fattest, with the most common weight stage being Overbese

• Smaller towns such as Ponyville still lag behind, but the most common weight stages have increased to Obese and the upper levels of Overweight

• The full weight scale technically still exists, but the only time you’ll commonly see a belly that doesn’t reach within an inch of the knees is if you’re looking at a mare whose blubber builds up on her rear more than her torso

• Manehattan and similar styled cities struggle with housing as greater quantities of citizens are too heavy to safely use elevators or simply exist on higher floors of buildings

• The majority of models used for advertisements of any kind tend to be at least Massive in weight category, including for clothing ads

• Some markets will use the immobile for their food ads

Foaledo, aka the most extreme blobber locale in existence that goes way beyond anything I like but it would be way too reddit avengers endgame wholesome chungus to pull a subversion card and turn them into a cabal of health nuts, now a bit of a horror show

• Nobody really knows how Foaledo even functions, but they somehow manage to maintain population count

• Foaledo citizens are universally unofficially officially gluttonist cultists, so they don’t care if their foreign (griffons, other creatures) hired help end up snapping and feeding them to death

• While still operating as a port and trading hub, no outsiders besides the hired help are allowed within the walls. Not even the princesses are “allowed” in, but they don’t WANT to go anyway. Any business or political meeting takes place on the docks with a foreign worker, typically a griffon, relaying what the current city leader says

• Rumor has it all foals that are somehow made and born are hooked up to feeding tanks from birth until they’re fattened to immobility, and only considered proper citizens once they reach this state

• Other rumors suggest there are many cases of gluttonist pill (see below) overdoses that lead to one Foaledo blob eating his entire family

• Whoever is fattest in Foaledo is crowned the king or queen of the city, wherever they’re beached becomes the castle of the town. This is actual fact, not just rumor that may or may not be true

• Another rumor suggests the hired help that gets to work in the town end up quite fat themselves, and then mysteriously disappear

• Most foreign laborers are too afraid and cautious to fall for the promise of better pay, option to stick to their ships and dockwork

• Even more rumors say any outsider who is not meant to be in town but enters anyway meets a similar fate

• Yet more rumors state somepony modified EquestriaCo crops to increase crop size, growth speed, and caloric density exponentially

• I kind of wish this was an official city or one I made up myself instead of finding it on a fan map because I feel compelled to feel bad that I’ve taken someone’s port city and twisted it into this death cult voremageddon blobtopia

New tech unlocked: Gluttonist Pills/Digestion Aids

• Powerful stuff: Can digest a literal ton of food in one hour. By extension, it can digest more “reasonable” portions far faster

• Marks every molecule of food in the stomach as “essential” – the body will absorb every last calorie as fat, guaranteed, until the pill wears off

• Intended to handle food already in the stomach, but will affect anything ingested while effects are active – This does mean crazy shit like being hooked up to an industrial tank of frosting or lard or whatever can have astronomical effects

• Illegal, if you get caught with it

• Technically only illegal in cities like Canterlot and Manehattan

• Officially illegal due to concerns it could cause the stomach to discern itself and surrounding tissue to be edible (this is a lie, it’s perfectly safe! Trust me)

• Actually illegal due to infrastructure concerns and side effects

• Side effects: It stays active for the full hour no matter what; taking multiple in a day causes cascading effects

• Taking 6+ in a day causes increasing levels of ravenous, insatiable hunger and hallucinations

• Hallucinations begin as auditory-only (example: hearing “Canterlot blobs are fun to pop” when somepony is saying something else), eventually become visual

• At extreme levels, reached by taking 10+ pills in a day and/or more than 4 in a single hour, things that are not food begin appearing as food, with a more delicious and fattening food appearing the larger and heavier said object, or living being, is.

• Yeah that’s vore. There’s a reason these pills are illegal.

• A legal version of the pills is sold via prescription and at corner stored

• Prescription version: lasts 24 hours, provided a middling 1% boost to digestion speed (and fat formation), intended as an actual assistant for ponies whose digestion systems struggle with the “demands” of modern equestrian food (they just lack the self-control to not stuff themselves silly)

• OTC version: lasts 5 minutes, with a hard cap of 10% of stomach capacity rapid-digested. Intended as an emergency ailment treatment, once again for those who lack self-control and have reached that wafer-thin-mint stage of engorgement. (These pills are thinner than a wafer, don’t worry)

• Earlier versions were very easily exploitable, but they now have a magic limiter built in causing one to instantly food coma if they take a second one within an hour

• Legal vs illegal is kind of like meth vs prescription amphetamines I guess; not in terms of effect but in both having similar or identical roots and the legal version being weaker
