>First of all, remember what I told you about Pumpkin? How she gets away with literally everything? I guess I should start by reminding you.

>So Pumpkin and me do a lot of things together because mom and dad want us to and because Pumpkin won’t leave me alone anyway and she can be super annoying with that, always coming up with these dumb ideas and dragging me along to do them with her, or just telling me not to do things I wanna do because “it would get me in trouble” or some other stuff like that. This gets us caught by mom and dad, who get mad at us doing the dumb things.

>To be more specific, they catch ME doing those things because Pumpkin somehow keeps sneaking away or being at the right place to get away with it. And of course she ALWAYS denies doing it with me even though she was also there. She keeps lying about it and mom and dad believe her and not me! I hate that so much!

>Whats worse is that I keep getting spanked for a bunch of stuff and she barely ever gets punished for anything! And she acts so smug about it too! And whenever I talk to her about it, she keeps saying “Being spanked is a colt thing, and not for fillies like me”, as if she knew better. It’s just not fair! I do better in school then her and I’m the best in my class at Ponish writing and always get praised for my speling skills, so I should get punished less and she should get a spanking already!

>Mom was making this big cake for somepony, and it was in the kitchen and everything. It was perfect because dad was on a delivery trip and Pinkie had some weird adventure thing again. The cake was super important, so obviously we weren’t allowed to touch it.

>Pumpkin sometimes goes down there to grab a snack and it was a good chance to frame her. First, I told mom I was going out, but I didn’t really. I flew back through the kitchen window so nopony saw me. Then, I took a big bite out of that cake (it was delicious). Then I grabbed bits of hair I got from Pumpkin’s bed without her noticing and put a few pieces on the cake so it looked like she bit into it and did everything I could to make it look like she was there. It was really easy. Then, I flew up to the top of the fridge where nopony would look with that cool extending arm toy I got from dad.

>I made sure to put a bunch of cups and stuff to the edge of the counter next to the fridge and waited for Pumpkin to come, because I knew she would come for snacks. Once she came in and got close to the cake, I used the extender arm to knock over the stuff to make a huge noise.

>So mom comes in, sees the damage, gets mad, then she seas the cake and gets madder, and of course Pumpkin tries to say she didn’t do it, but I made it so it looked like she did, so mom thought she was lying. It was so perfect!

>Then mom gets this big wooden spoon, which she never used for spanking before. Let me tell you, I was scared just looking at it, with the way she held it. Pumpkin was obviously even more scared. I got a perfect view from atop the fridge too. Pumpkin’s butt was facing towards me, so I could see mom giving her a spanking, and neither of them noticed!

>Mom really let her have it. She was kicking and crying so hard! She almost even fell off mom’s lap once. It was hilarious. Maybe if she didn’t bail out on all the spankings, she was gonna get, she would have handled it a lot better!

>Anyways she got spanked a lot longer than I expected. I guess that cake bust have been really important. Then she carried her away somewhere. I dunno what happened after that because I had to sneak out. I really wanted to tease her, but that would have made me look suspicious, so I stayed outside until dinner.

Pumpkin blushed, then stomped with a hoof in indignation before swiftly walking away out of their room to probably go sulk somewhere else. Pound admired her red spoon-mark filled rump, which he helped cause.

He went back to his diary for one final sentence.

He put the diary away. He wasn’t worried about anyone reading it. The one thing he and his sister always agreed on was not touching each other’s diaries, which mom and dad fully supported.
