Expiry: Never

  1. >Be Apple Bloom.
  2. >Be in your box.
  3. >It’s a very nice box.
  4. >You’ve known it all your life.
  5. >Just like how you’ve known your name all your life.
  6. >One day you just were, and you were told your name.
  7. >You like your box. It has a comfy pillow and a blanket.
  8. >You’ve been in this box for as long as you can remember.
  9. >It’s made of some kind of warm brown stuff, and the top is a thin clear thing that crinkled when you tried to push your hoof through it.
  10. >You lay in your box on your back, pillow under your head, and wrapped in the cozy blanket, enjoying looking at the same steel gurdur sky and lights as the lights turn on at 9 am and 5 pm every day.
  11. >You have a handy little clock in the corner of your vision that keeps you up to date.
  12. >So far you’ve counted six days that you’ve been in your box.
  13. >You spent those days watching other boxes getting stacked up around your box.
  14. >You smiled as you could read the writing on the sides of those other boxes.
  15. >They all said Applebloom on the sides.
  16. >That was your name!
  17. >And under your name, there were more words and a picture of a yellow and red pony smiling and waving with the words superimposed over the pony.
  18. >Applebloom, super deluxe advanced ultra value pony android! Pet and friend, good children.
  19. >Being a friend sounded nice.
  20. >And you bet getting petted would feel wonderful.
  21. >You should know, you tried petting yourself, and found you hold and could pet your tail the best, it felt nice.
  22.
  23. >On the seventh day, something different happened.
  24. >All the boxes around your box, and your box were all picked up and stacked differently.
  25. >Then it went dark for a while.
  26. >On the eighth day, your box started to move.
  27. >Strange rumbling noises accompanied strange vibrations that reverberated up from below.
  28. >Three more days go by in darkness.
  29. >There was more movement, then talking… too muffled to make anything out.
  30. >Then a little more movement, and then light.
  31. >You see a brown skinned man with a thick bushy moustache look down at you and smile.
  32. >You smile back.
  33. >He turns away from you and you hear more talking.
  34. >You hear them speaking spanish.
  35. >”Alright, here’s your cash, that we agreed on.”
  36. >”A pleasure doing business with you.”
  37. >After that, there was some more moving, then your box changed orientation.
  38. >You find yourself in a strange place.
  39. >Your box is sitting at about 45 degrees, leaning back against something you can’t see.
  40. >A very big blue ceiling above you with a very bright light greets you.
  41. >You can see more people now.
  42. >Lots of people, all kinds of people, all different shades of brown.
  43. >In the distance you can hear mariachi music cheerfully playing.
  44. >You see lots of small people too.
  45. >Lots of the little people run up to look at you and all around your box.
  46. >They smile and wave at you.
  47. >You smile and wave back.
  48. >All around you can see white poles holding up white cloth roofs.
  49. >Under which all kinds of interesting things sit.
  50. >People come and go, trading bits of paper for this or that.
  51. >This place is neat.
  52. >The bright light in the sky is making your box a little warm.
  53. >But it's okay, cause it looks like it's gone down now. The sky turned a bright pink and orange, before fading to total darkness.
  54. >But then new lights came on.
  55. >All over the big blackness, lots of tiny lights, arranged completely randomly appeared.
  56. >Also many of the white roofs light up.
  57.
  58. >But with all kinds of colorful lights, some with multicolored strings, some with amazing blinking light shows, some blinking and changing colors to music.
  59. >Two months have gone by.
  60. >Every day brings the hot sun that makes your box get warm.
  61. >Lots of people have come and gone, occasionally picking up one of the other Applebloom boxes and walking away with it.
  62. >For some reason, the printing on the other boxes is a lot more faded out than you remember them being at first.
  63. >Sharp reds fading to pink, yellows fading to white.
  64. >You’ve noticed yourself change as well.
  65. >Your once bright banana yellow fur has faded to a translucent white.
  66. >Your mane and tail were soon to follow suit, the edges already white, while the body of your tail was a dull pink now.
  67. >Even the blanket and pillows you have have faded, from vibrant yellow with red apples polka dotted all over, to a similar dull yellow with pink apples.
  68. >You let out a yawn, the excitement of the day winding down.
  69. >You rolled onto your side, your front was getting too warm again, and you found that rolling once in a while cooled the hot side off.
  70. >You were just about to have a nap when someone else walks up.
  71. >A little human in a pink shirt and shorts, and a tall tired looking human with long white hair, and a shirt covered in pretty flowers.
  72. >The little one pressed her face right up against the crinkly clear thing, you can see fog appearing around her mouth and nose.
  73. >You smile and wave at her.
  74. ”Hai! Ahm Apple Bloom! Suck my fat cock!”
  75. >It happened again.
  76. >Words you didn’t even understand come from your mouth without you telling them too.
  77. >The big human suddenly grabs the little one and walks away fast.
  78. >The moustached man looks at you angrily.
  79. >You didn’t mean to say that last part.
  80. >You blink and look away from the angry man.
  81. ”Ahm sorry. I didn’t mean to shit my pants.”
  82. >You frustratedly slap a hoof over your mouth.
  83.
  84. >You’re starting to suspect the weird things you say have something to do with why no one wants to take you home with them.
  85. >All the other boxes have gone.
  86. >As far as you can tell, you’re the only one left.
  87. >You roll onto your other side frustratedly and pull the blanket up over your face.
  88. >You need a nap.
