Expiry: Never

  1. Salutations! As a monarch, you need to know a LOT of ponies, so here’s a quick list of notable ponies you’ve either met or heard of so far in the quest. Hooks are various amounts of information to give vital clues into a ponies personal life… and a hint to how you may get a social advantage over them. Be warned, however! Some hooks are insight to how a pony may have the advantage over you instead.
  2.
  3. Note: The dates listed refer to when the kingdom of Stella was established, not all historical notes or tomes from other lands may use the same calendar
  4. (Also, if you need to find a filler name/description for a pony in your own cyoa/greentext, feel free to use these characters)
  5.
  6.
  7. Family and intimacies:
  8.
  9. Frigid Flake: [Best friend/ secret lover] Your personal guard since youth, you grew up together and are closer than anypony else, promises he'll always be there for you as a loyal bodyguard, and while he has romantic feelings for you his loyalty and friendship is his priority. He was a unicorn but an accident with the royal wizard in 271 tuned him into a pegasus, you haven't talked about it much but he's adjusted well. Born in the year 255. Goes by the nickname of Fringe, better known than by his real name. Has begun to practice using a gem prosthetic horn. Can be a bit moody from time to time. Currently in a secret romance trio with yourself and Bloody Chalice.
  10. Hooks: Too many to count, you have him wrapped around your hoof
  11.
  12. Bloody Chalice: [Official Consort and Lover] A bat pony who is the Heir to the Bloodroyal family, your Consort and father to your first foal. Born in the year 258. Sweet and a little naive, was quite sensitive for coming from a tough family, but he's grown since you've first met into a proper adult (mostly). Currently in a secret romance trio with you and Frigid Flake. His family bloodline requires him to consume pony blood for his magic and stamina but he has opted to consume blood of lesser animals as to avoid offending you or any mainlander. After having a crisis of faith, he has decided to keep his path of becoming a still-pious pony but no longer engage in more scandalous acts.
  13. Hooks: Practices Blood worship despite defying his vampiric natures, and has permitted non-public actions your culture would consider barbaric
  14.
  15. Camellia: A bronze hybrid dragon with green fringes who hatched in the 8th month of 272. She is bonded to you, as an egg she spent two years together with you before hatching. She is a mix between gem-eater dragons and forest dragons.
  16. Hooks: Embarrassing hatchling stories (weak)
  17.
  18. Scarlet Apus: Your (And Bloody's) newborn daughter, with red hair and a cream coat, who was born with the vampire nature of her fathers side of the family
  19. Hooks: Vampiric nature, may become reliant on blood to sustain herself as she grows older...
  20.
  21. Mace Morningstar: Your earth pony half-uncle once removed, born in 213, a Knight Errant, who was gone for more than a decade on a vengeance crusade against a very dangerous cult who sought to destroy the royal family, came back successful but is hesitant to talk about it. Rough on the outside but has a gentle manner with friends.
  22. Hooks: Uses dark magic during combat via gauntlets, has a scandalous past that he dwells one sometimes, is considered a possible inheritor by the blood charter
  23.

She otherwise appreciates that you hold her freedom in your hooves. Other guards report her to have an affinity for fire magic in hoof-to-hoof combat.
  37.
  38. Magnolia Brass: An older green earth pony mare guard with a hazel mane, served in the military [major] for 15 years before recently joining the royal guard [currently a knight]. 285. ?: A griffon violinist who was with Zyzmic during the forest meeting, you didn’t really talk or take much notice of him
  286.
  287. Wormtongue: The regent between the old kings death and your coronation. Was here to help you adjust to your royal duties before you turn 16, had retired at the end of year 272, lives in the capital. Has a peony pink mane and honeydew green coat.
  288.
  289.
  290. Warlords, enemy tribe leaders, foreign leaders, and lackeys:
  291.
  292. Graph Stormwing: A griffon pirate lord, born 251 under a lunar eclipse, almost always on the seas or in a port, but a fierce enemy who can contest any navy.
  293. Hooks: His name still commands fear in your lands after the lost war against the pirates. Proceed with caution in any affairs he may be involved with. He is, however, possibly available for marriage if you play your cards right.
  294.
  295. Adamant Hail: A pegasi warlord who rules over the Skypouncers to your south and SW.
  296. Hooks: Your sale of lands to his envoys didn’t quite go as expected, leaving him without a key area of western Honeybark he wanted in his bartering. It’s hard to say what his opinion of you is, as you have not been acquainted in person nor received any new trade offers from the Skypouncers yet, only a warning that their trade price expectations will remain high
  297.
  298. Shining Lake: An older pegasi stallion, with a jade green coat and a scar, who is the loyal trading diplomat of Adamant Hail and the Skypouncers. He has a knack for bartering, and for recognizing the positive traits in creatures around him.
  299.

After the sudden death of Steel, he failed to anticipate the treachery of his sister and is now fighting a civil war in his lands for control. He is talented with close quarters combat, and a viable to threat to most soldiers.
  305. Hooks: Likely a colt with a stallion supremacy mindset like his father and many stallions in his lands. You may have a hard time dealing with him diplomatically. He is also a follower of Strength, any creature who follows the ‘new’ order elements will face a 50% diplomacy penalty.
  306.
  307. Heart Buck: A female earth pony and would-be usurper of Steel Bucks lands, sibling of Screw Buck. With a stomp of her hoof on the ground, she can cause moderate to severe body tremors to any creature in the range of two meters, and commands the attention and loyalty of the ponies in her lands who reject the status quo.
  308. Hooks: She tried to send an assassin party after you in a way that would blame Screw Buck. She doesn’t know that you know it was her doing all along. Your spy network also suggests she will lose the civil war without outside help.
  309.
  310. Silver Scream:A female griffon who was once a hoofmaiden to the Buck twins, she did not hesitate to side with Heart as soon as she was taught to fight, and remains close to her side whenever possible, no special talent notable but she is very skilled with her claws and wing blades
  311.
  312.
  313. Sonata Regal: A female unicorn and powerful unicorn wizard who avoided a humiliating fate by directly serving Steel Buck as his personal wizard and concubine. Might be the reason he’s suddenly dead. She has multiple combat spells, and a unique spell that exhausts any creature in its range aside from herself.

  315.
  316. ???:

  322. The shadow: A force who spoke to you in a dream on the moon
  323.
  324. The blue unicorn: A ringleader of a circus in a dream you had, had silver hair
  325.
  326. The tall pony: A lament figure who says ominous things. You feel connected to her, somehow... You think she also told the empty mare off at the end of one of your dreams
  327.
  328. The empty mare: A bone white pony who's either in shadows or wearing some sort of skill whenever you've seen her in a dream. Given she's the icon of worship by the Bloodroyals, you're not sure why she appears to you specifically, but she confirmed she's not 'Luna', whoever that is...
