                                            She is immortal as long as people remember her.


                                            Her personality, long-term memories, mannerisms, and habits are also kept around for as long as people remember them.

                                            Once the last pony forgets a certain memory, mannerism, personality trait, etc. of hers, she'll forget it too, as if it never existed in the first place, and once the last pony forgets her, she ceases to exist entirely.


                                            Other ponies can only preserve her experiences/traits, they cannot conjure one up in their heads and pretend like it's hers. It has to be something that she herself has experienced.


                                            She can retain memories for up to a single pony lifespan after remembering them, but if she wants to preserve them for longer, she has to tell them to another pony.

                                            Everything else like personality, mannerisms, and habits can only be preserved through careful observation.


                                            A society of librarians has formed around her, with the main goal of preserving her.

                                            Disciples are often trained from foalhood to memorize the library's contents, and after they're initiated into adulthood, continue the work of their fathers and catalogue her.
