"Lyra's Misery (Explicit +18)"
-
>-----------------------------
-
-
-
>All alone
-
>That was the only thought you could come up with as you came to the realization that you were the only human in Equestria
-
>Whether through divine intervention, a calling, destiny or what have you; you somehow ended up in the place you've been peering at through a computer screen for the past two years.
-
>You were found a few hours ago by Zecora, who was kind enough to drag your ass back to her place. You were unconscious at the time, and couldn't remember what happen.
-
>Your reaction when seeing the friendly zebra was understandable.
-
"What the flying fuck?!"
-
>"You are awake I see, and as healthy as can be" The zebra spoke in her rhyme. "I found you in the woods you poor thing, you must have hit your head with quite a ding".
-
>You look around your setting, it was the hut that Zecora lives in, just as it looked from the cartoon. Herbs, masks and incantations decorate the interior with an earthly tone.
-
"You found me?"
-
>You begin to rub your head. Perhaps you're just dreaming? You pinch yourself.
-
>Ow!
-
>Nope, not waking up.
-
>"It is true of what I speak, for I thought your outcome would be bleak. I took you into my humble home, and I treated your troubled dome. But now another problem presents itself, you need some herbs from this high shelf."
-
>You look to where she gestures, a cupboard that reaches about 6 feet high, thankfully you got an inch on that. You retrieve a small packet of dried herbs and hand it to her.
-
>She pours it into her cauldron with other mixtures. It turns into a thick, gloppy stringy mass. She pours some into a cup.
-
>"Drink this and drink it quick, better you be in health than to be sick." You close your eyes and down the mixture. The texture is what made you start to gag, but almost right away you started to feel better.
-
"So... you found me in the forest, eh?"
-
>You pause for a moment, realizing how Zecora could've just left you there to die.
-
"Thank you Zecora."
-
>"You know my name strange creature, perhaps one of your unique feature?"
-
>Shit, if Zecora doesn't realize she's in a cartoon, then telling her or anyone might cause some rip in the space time continuity or whatever its called.
-
"Lucky guess?"
-
>You chuckle nervously. "Perhaps you have heightened skills when you guess, a rather convenient skill I must confess."
-
"Yup, that's me. They call me Lucky back home! Lucky is my middle name and I'm nothing but luck."
-
>Zecoras interest is piqued yet again, she asks "What manner of creature you may I inquire, of two legs you stand and is much higher?" She walks around you, and begins to tug on your arms, inspects your hands, fingers.
-
>She even begins you look at your hair, your eyes and even into your ears. "Perhaps some cross breed of a diamond dog, or someone perhaps got freaky with a warthog?"
-
"I'm a human."
-
>You answer bluntly. She called you a fucking pig.
-
>"A 'human' you say? Impossible or should I say neigh."
-
"What are you talking about?"
-
>She walks over to her shelf and pulls out an old dusty book. Flipping a few pages she stops on one with little writing in a language you don't understand, but on the opposite side is a picture.
-
>A crude drawing that resembles the Vitruvian Man is sketched in the book. Though faded, you can make out the features that made it look human.
-
>"Creatures of foul temper long lost through time, these 'humans' disappeared in the peak of their prime. Nothing is left or known of their kind, some say their greed has left them blind."
-
>This was getting a little surreal.
-
"Zecora, I'm a human. I know that for sure, but I really need your help. Do you remember anything weird happening before I arrived?"
-
>She thought for a moment, then she came to remember, "Something strange happened before you occur, a weird natural event I am quite sure. A low rumble is what I heard, followed by a strong gust that stirred. I hurried to see what had happen, and there you lay with the forest misshapen."
-
"So something did happen then."
-
>You still couldn't remember what happened. This was bugging the hell out of you.
-
"Zecora, I don't belong here. But I might need some help if I hope to go home. I need to see P-"
-
>You cut yourself off again. You can't go around saying their names, otherwise they'll know something is up.
-
"I need to see someone who can help me."
-
>You hope Princess Celestia can help and that Zecora would reference her.
-
>"Indeed strange human man, I will do all I can. I know of a violet pony, and all her friends who are quite crony."
-
"Who is this purple pony you speak of?"
-
>"Why it's dear Twilight Sparkle my dear, a smart and magical friend you shouldn't fear."
-
"Can we go see her now?"
-
>"I'm afraid it's dark outside, but rest tonight and take it in stride." She walks over to a small cupboard and pulls out a blanket for you to sleep with.
-
>You both say your good nights as you drift asleep, hoping that Twilight and perhaps Celestia will help you.
-
>Zecora wakes you up at the break of dawn, at first you push her away feeling sluggish and wanting to sleep in.
-
>"You have the energy of a lazy foal, you should get up before time takes it toll."
-
>Rubbing the sleep from your eyes you slowly and surely get up from your stupor.
-
"Are we going to see Twilight now?"
-
>"You must be patient uh..." she pauses and chuckles. "Oh my goodness my good sir, but your name you never incur."
-
"Oh, just call me Anon."
-
>She smiles and feels more at ease, "Anon it is my friend, but your quest you must suspend. A proper meal is in order won't you say? Now would you like oats or some hay?"
-
"Oats please."
-
>Of course Zecora lives in a fucking tree and no access to hot water to boil your oats. But not wanting to be a bother, you slowly chew on your oats.
-
>Zecora asked what you humans ate. You mentioned just about anything, but when she asked for clarity you mention plants, nuts and anything not resembling an animal.
-
>Would she have reacted differently if you told her?
-
>After breakfast, you asked Zecora if you could borrow a cloak of some kind. You explained that you wouldn't want to draw unnecessary attention in Ponyville.
-
>She complies and lends you hers. You put it on, but it's a little short and doesn't cover your leg, but it covers your upper body and face well enough.
-
"The sooner we see Twilight the better it will be for everyone."
-
>It's not that you hated this place, but you knew you don't belong here. You had to get home.
-
>The EverFree Forest is a lot like the ones back home you mention to Zecora. She decided to bring her book with her in case Twilight wanted to look at the information regarding humans.
-
>In your heart you were happy to be here. You were going to see the ponies you adored and talk to them. However in your mind, you know it's wrong. You are not meant for this place, and the sooner you leave the better.
-
"How much longer now?"
-
>"Almost there my tall companion, but why wear the banyan?"
-
"Like it said in the book, humans are vile and disgusting. It would be better if the ponies other than twilight see me. I don't want to cause panic."
-
>"Your concerns are well understood, but trust is important like it should. I can sense that you are kind indeed, for your situation Twilight will pay much heed."
-
>She really loves to rhyme.
-
>You can see an opening through the forest that will eventually bring the both of you to Ponyville.
-
>You don't say much after, your mind is focused on how to explain your situation and how you will make it back.
-
>You can see the houses and buildings of Ponyville as you approach. You pull the hood down to make sure your face is concealed.
-
>Not that it'll do you much good. You're a 6 foot tall bipedal animal. Ponies are bound to notice.
-
"Zecora, let's not make any unnecessary stops. I just want to see Twilight."
-
>She nods her head as she senses your nervous tone. You stay to her side as you begin your walk through Ponyville.
-
>You keep your face and upper body concealed as best you can. You can see ponies walking down the street, going about their daily routine.
-
>It wasn't long before some ponies start turning heads and stared at you. Some in awe, and others in horror. Couldn't blame them, not everyday something resembling a Diamond Dog walks through town.
-
>You both continue, not stopping for anything.
-
"You sure this is the quickest way?"
-
>She nods her head. You hate to ask her too many questions but you're just getting more anxious as each second passes by.
-
>Zecora leads you through the market square.
-
>Oh for fucks sake...
-
>She better hurry, the ponies start to whisper and talk among themselves.
-
>Suddenly a pony with a red mane and rose for a cutie mark yells "Zecora brought a horrible diamond dog as revenge against us! RUN!"
-
>That's when all hell breaks loose. Ponies running everywhere, doors and windows slamming shut.
-
>Ponies were colliding into each other, and a small colt bumped into your leg during the confusion. You look down and it looks at you with fear in his face.
-
>You watch as he turn tail and ran.
-
"This didn't go so well..."
-
>Soon the entire market square is deserted. You look down to the Zecora who smiles nervously.
-
"Let's keep going."
-
>It wasn't long before you arrived at Twilight's house. You become hesitant.
-
"Zecora, maybe you better go and help introduce me."
-
>Nodding her head she walks to the door and knocks. Several moments later a small purple and green dragon answers the door.
-
>Who else but Spike?
-
>"Zecora? What are you do-" he looks past her and sees a tall bipedal creature in a hooded cloak.
-
>Here we go again.
-
>"Zecora, w-what's that?" he asks with a gulp.
-
>"Do not fear my little friend, I hope my pal does not offend. We must speak to Twilight right away, and very quickly without delay!"
-
>Spike retreats in a heartbeat, leaving you two at the door.
-
>Moments later Twilight appears at the door, "Hello Zecora, it's nice to see you in town again. Who's this?" She tilts her head up, looking at you inquisitively.
-
>"My dear friend our time is of the essence, he must seek a way and a solution must commence. His presence has sent the ponies fleeing, for he is that of a human being"
-
>Twilight blinks for a moment and asks "Whose it what now?"
-
>Oh for the love of God...
-
>Pulling back your hood, you expose your face and look at Twilight.
-
"I need your help."
-
>Twilight looks at you for a moment, not sure how to respond. Then finally she spoke, "Are... are you a diamond dog of some sort?"
-
>Fucking hell....
-
"No... Twilight, I need your help. My name is Anon and I need to find a way back home. I don't belong here."
-
>Twilight, seemingly ignoring your pleas for help, starts to ask questions not relating to what you want "Are you some kind of monkey then? Where do you come from? If you need a map, I can lend you one."
-
"Can we talk about this inside? I didn't exactly have a warm reception walking into town."
-
>"Oh! Of course Anon, please come on in." She backs out of the doorway granting you permission to step in.
-
"Are you staying too, Zecora?"
-
>She shakes her head, but grabs the old text with her mouth and hands it to you, "Best you both put this to good use as my job is done, when finished return the book and let me know if your battle was won" With that, she walks away, leaving you alone with Twilight and her assistant.
-
>You walk into her humble abode, took off your shows at the entrance and look around. Her library is exactly how it looks from the show. Shelves and shelves of books, so much knowledge of magic and history.
-
"I take it you do a lot of reading?"
-
>"Oh yes, I'm a pupil of Princess Celestia and I've been tasked with reporting to her on my findings of friendship."
-
"That's cute and all, but my circumstances still stand."
-
>"What's the problem Anon? Oh, where are my manners, but do you want something to drink or... eat? Do you eat?"
-
"Yes, us humans need to eat, Twilight. But some water will be fine thank you very much."
-
>"I'll have Spike bring us some, please make yourself comfortable." She motions you over to the couch.
-
>It's a bit short, but you ease yourself onto it and settle in. You look at the book Zecora gave you, open it up and leave it open on the page that showed the picture and some rough text.
-
>You lay it out on the coffee table in front the couch and slide it over to Twilight.
-
"Zecora had this with her books. Do you have anything similar? Perhaps something about other dimensions?
-
>"This was from Zecora?" she eyes the short bit of text, "You're not from here, are you Anon?" She almost sounded worry.
-
"Glad you got the picture. I'm from another plane of existence. But the book makes me think otherwise."
-
>"Well, this text is ancient. Did Zecora translate it?" You shake your head.
-
"She didn't know what it said exactly, but it tells of these advanced ape like beings who somehow became lost in time through their greed. Sounds a lot like home to me."
-
>"What are you saying?"
-
"I... don't know if this is the future or another dimension. That's why I'm hoping you could help. Or someone could."
-
>Spike walks out from the kitchen with a tray and two glasses of water on them. He sets the tray down and you notice he was donning an apron. How quaint.
-
"Nice apron, pal."
-
>"Hey! At least I'm not dressed in stupid frou-frou clothing"
-
>You were still wearing your clothes when you came to Equestria; you remember the only time ponies would dress are for special occasions.
-
Humans were clothes all the time, Spike.
-
>Twilight becomes intrigued, "What else can you tell about humans and where you're from?"
-
>Oh boy here we go.jpg
-
"Look Twilight, it’s not that I want to keep things secret, but I don’t want to waste time. Besides there’s too much that I cannot possibly explain about the dynamics of human culture and history."
-
>You sigh and start by explaining to her what happened after you found yourself in Equestria. You don’t remember what happen before, but since Zecora spoke you her, then she could help.
-
>Out of fucking nowhere she pops a question, “How do humans reproduce?”
-
"What?"
-
>”Well, I’m no expert on human sexuality but assuming you’re a mammal as you’ve described then you have genitalia?” You look at her stunned. Why the hell don’t these things come up in the show?
-
Twilight, that’s uh... a rather inappropriate thing to ask a human. I know you’re inquisitive, but stay focused.
-
>She blushes, obviously finding you flustered by such a question to be cute; even if you are a tall hairless ape creature.
-
"You spoke of a Princess, can she help me?"
-
>”Princess Celestia? I’m not sure, but she is very wise and perhaps would know a solution. We’ll need to send her a letter right away. Spike, can you take a letter?”
-
>Spike produces a parchment and ink quill. Spike scribbles on the paper as Twilight cites her thoughts explaining the strange creature who seeks an audience with her.
-
>After he was done his task, Spike rolls up the parchment and blows his signature green fire. You all watch as the smoke and ashes fly through a window and away.
-
How long can we expect to receive a reply?
-
>”I don’t know, it depends if she’s busy or not. But when she does, we can expect Spike to deliver the goods and instructing us on what to do next.”
-
"Sounds good, and Twilight?"
-
>”Yes Anon?”
-
"I think it’s important that I keep a low profile for now. The town folk didn’t receive me well."
-
>The sound of glass breaking as a window nearby implodes and a cyan blur flies in
-
>You instinctively get up and cover Twilight with your body to shield her from any flying shards of glass. You feel something grab your leg and pull you to the floor.
-
>”Get away from Twilight, you monster!” Rainbow Dash exclaims with a mouth full of your pants in her mouth. She’s surprisingly powerful for being half your size.
-
>Twilight gets up and her horn begins to glow, RD is enveloped with a magical aura as she is pulled away from you and suspended in midair. “Rainbow, stop it! He is not a monster. He’s a human, and his name is Anon. He’s just lost and needs to find a way home.”
-
>RD stops struggling for a moment and looks at you suspiciously. “How do you know we can trust it? It looks like spy to me!”
-
"Listen here, Skittles. How about you stop jumping to conclusions and let me explain myself?"
-
>”Fine...” RD says begrudgingly. The aura dissipates and she flops to the floor. You begin to explain to her what has happened up to this point where RD assaulted you.
-
> “Well, I guess you seem okay. When I got word that there was a monster in Ponyville, I investigated and heard it was in Twilight's house. That’s when I sprang into action!”
-
"That’s fine, RD. I just need to see the Princess and soon I’ll be home where I belong. Just as long as I don’t cause any more distress then it’ll be okay."
-
>RD suddenly speaks up, “Oops.”
-
"What do you mean ‘oops’?"
-
>”Well, I forgot to mention that I told AJ to come here and help me...”
-
>The afternoon is filled with the others making their way to Twilight's house to see if she was okay, and every time you filled them all in on who you are and what’s happening.
-
>Once you became reacquainted with the mane 6, remembering not to say their names without being told, you notice Spike belching loudly and producing a rolled up scroll.
-
>Twilight looks at the letter, nodding her head with a few uh huh in-between.
-
"What does it say? Will she help me?"
-
>Twilight looks up to you, “She says she wants to meet you in Canterlot. She will send for a carriage to pick us up.”
-
"Us?"
-
>”Yes, I figure it’s because you trust me the most and I can help you out as well.”
-
>While you were waiting, you were being bombarded with question by the mane 6, but Fluttershy was being rather direct. “Um... what do you look like under all those clothing?” she blushes.
-
"I’m going to stop you right there because I’m not answering any of those questions."
-
>”Oh... Okay then.”
-
>Fucking Fluttershy
-
>It wasn’t long before you heard the sound of flapping wings and something landing outside. It was a carriage with two guards pulling it.
-
>You couldn’t stay and chat with the other 5, but you said your goodbyes and boarded the carriage with Twilight.
-
"You don’t think she knows something about humans and what happened to them, do you?"
-
>”I don’t know Anon, Celestia has been around for a long time, but not that long. She has never said anything about humans. Humans were once the make believe of foals stories; terrible monsters that thirst for power and flesh of other creatures. But you’re not like that at all Anon.” She smiles at you.
-
"Yeah..."
-
>As you move through the clouds, you can see Canterlot coming up fast.
-
>You land near the castle and two guards are there to greet you. As they lead you inside the castle walls, Twilight whispers to you, “Just make sure you bow and let me do the talking.”
-
>The two guards stop in front of a huge door, their horns glow bright as the doors begin to swing open slowly. You are lead into a long corridor decorated with beautiful stained glass windows depicting the mane 6 and their adventures saving Equestria. At the end was Princess Celestia herself.
-
>You notice the higher balcony area was occupied by royal guards with their spears at the ready, as well as guard on the lower level all at the sides.
-
"Twilight, why are there so many guards?"
-
>”Please don’t be offended, but sometimes a precaution never hurts. Just don’t do anything dumb.”
-
>You continue with Twilight to the end of the hall and are greeted by Celestia herself. “Twilight Sparkle, it’s good to see you again. I’m sorry for the delay, I was caught up in my work. Who is your friend here?”
-
>Bowing your head you fall to one knee as a sign of respect. “Princess Celestia, this is the human I wrote to you about. He needs to find a way home.”
-
>Celestia smiles and walks over to you. “Please stand, what’s your name?”
-
"Anonymous. Anon is fine."
-
>”Well Anon, you certainly are out of place aren’t you?” she giggles. “So you are a human? How interesting... I will need to ask you some questions in my... private quarters."
-
>Her what?
-
>”Twilight, please wait here while I ascertain this humans true intent. We will be back shortly. Please Anon, follow me.” She leads you to a door off to the side and leads you into the dark.
-
>A light turns on as the door closes behind you, it looks like a bedroom.
-
>”Anon, take your shirt off...”
-
"What?"
-
>"Please take off your shirt Anon."
-
>It's not every day a benevolent creature would ask you to remove your shirt. Maybe it's a sacred thing, like how the burning bush told Moses to remove his sandals for he was on Holy Ground.
-
>You pull your shirt up over your head and expose your bare chest to Celestia. You had a fair build, and you certainly weren’t weak. You had some muscle, you know, all dem mad gainz and crap.
-
"How is this going to help me again?"
-
>She places a hoof to your lips and shushes softly, “You might want to sit down for this...” She leads you over to the bed and sits you down on the edge. “Now try to relax, this is probably your first time so I’ll be gentle.”
-
>Holy crap, was this really happening?
-
>She leans in close to you, her fragrance wafts around you and you could hear her breathing. You feel your cheeks burn red. Tilting her head, she points her majestic horn right at your chest where your heart is.
-
>She pushes her horn right onto your exposed chest and you feel this incredible sensation of warmth and comfort. You see yourself standing along with her in an empty black void. Suddenly, galaxies and stars dot the surrounding abyss.
-
>Earth comes into view.
-
"What’s happening?"
-
>You feel your mind beginning to tingle as images flash all around you. Images and old movie footage of your life. Ever since you were born, growing up with your parents. All the emotions of the past flood into you; all of your anger, sorrow, joy, laughter as you see your life. Your very first date where you spilled your spaghetti. The first time you skipped class in high school.
-
>Images of all your wrong doings came up as well. Bullying, lying, cheating and wrath. Images were flying past by as it all leads up to the moment of you walking into the room with Celestia.
-
>Everything goes dark again.
-
>You feel emotionally drained as you regain consciousness. You wake up and blink your eyes as you look up to the ceiling. Thankfully she had you sit down.
-
>You see Celestia standing there, her eyes glowing intense white, her mane flowing eerily. You look down at your chest; it looked like hot water was splashed over your skin where she placed the tip of her horn. It didn’t hurt, but the redness eventually disappeared.
-
>Her eyes returned to normal and she regained her composure.
-
What did you do to me?
-
>”I had to look into your mind. I wanted to be sure of what your intentions were. You humans are an interesting lot. Capable of the greatest feats of kindness and compassion, but also of evil and terrible greed.”
-
Princess... I know you looked into my mind, but don’t think of it as representing the human race. I’m just one person. Is there anything you can do to help me get home?
-
>You begin to put your shirt back on, and Celestia ponders to herself. “We’ll have to consult the Canterlot Archives. There might be something there that will help.” You both leave the room and greet Twilight again. From there you all head to the Canterlot Archive to find something that can help you.
-
>As you follow Celestia Twilight whispers to you, “What happened in there? It’s not like her to invite strangers into her room.” You explained to her what happened as best as you could describe. Twilight begins to blush.
-
What?
-
>”It’s nothing but... it’s considered an intimate act when a unicorn or alicorn places their horn on your heart and delve into your inner most thoughts and past.”
-
So she basically had some sort of weird mind penetration fornicating on me?
-
>”For a lack of better term, yes. But it gave her some wonderful incite on where you came from and how to help you. Soon you’ll be home in a matter of no time.”
-
>Fucking Celestia....
-
>Too cut a long story short, you all spent a few hours reading all manner of scrolls, text and journals through the archives. You were looking for something that talked about an ancient temple to the north.
-
>Finally, Twilight finds something. It’s an old scroll written in ancient test. Celestia looks at it carefully, “I see... well this is a long shot but it might work.”
-
What does it say?
-
>”Anon, you will have to make a pilgrimage to the north and find an ancient relic.” She says with a slightly worried tone.
-
>AreYouFuckingKiddingMe.jpg
-
OK, why a pilgrimage and how are you sure it will help me?
-
>”This text refers to an object with ancient item that was believed to open portals to other realms. If it’s true, then it might reside there. There’s only one problem.”
-
May as well hear it...
-
>”The problem is that my magic is only so powerful and I would help you find it, but this is an ancient magic older than what I know. Teleporting there would have dangerous results.” That didn’t sound good.
-
So I’m alone with this one I guess?
-
>”I’m afraid so. It says it can only be obtained by one who seeks it alone, and that any help would nullify its power. It wants you to prove you are worthy of retrieving it. You have to do this on your own."
-
>“Princess Celestia, isn’t there some way we can help?” The Princess thinks for a moment, “I’m sorry Twilight, the best you and your friends can do is prepare him for his long trip. I’ll prepare a map, and you can help guide Anon out of Ponyville, but after a certain point he’s on his own.
-
>You both return later that evening to Twilights house. You talked to the other 5 about what’s going to happen. They all ensure they will do their part to help you prepare, but now it was time for sleep.
-
>As the lights in the house turn off and you drift away eventually into a sleep, someone from outside is peering in and watching you.
-
>That morning as you were eating some properly cooked oats, Spike was telling Twilight about a suspicious pony that came around after they left; a minty colour unicorn that kept asking questions about Anon.
-
>Twilight figures that some of the ponies are just curious about Anon, but it’s best to let them know he is leaving.
-
>The other 5 ponies show up bringing you supplies; you end up bring a crude survival kit of rope, matches, a Swiss army knife, food and water, an extra set of clothes (compliment of Rarity), and camping gear.
-
>You and the mane 6 walked through ponyville together as the ponies of the town stared at you. Along the way, Twilight and the others would explain what was going on, who Anon was and they have no reason to fear him.
-
>As you leave town, the trail becomes smaller and the forest ahead becomes more threatening.
-
Anything I can expect in the forests to kill me?
-
>”Just make sure you put a fire up every night Anon; that should keep anything away.” Twilight warned. You also had a large hunting knife given to you. You weren’t familiar with using weapons, but you would put it to good use.
-
>You arrive at the edge of the forest; you double check the map to make sure you were on the right path. You look to the mane 6, they were clearly upset at your departure. You kneel down to give them a hug, Fluttershy was rather enthused as she tackles you to the ground and tries to plant a kiss.
-
>nope.jpg
-
>You keep her away at arms-length and pat her on the head.
-
You gotta stop doing that.
-
>As you make your last goodbyes, the mane 6 walk back home as you start your pilgrimage into the forest to the north.
-
>As the pine trees grow thicker you get this eerie sense that something is watching you.
-
>This forest gives you the creeps. Perhaps just being alone is what makes you feel uneasy.
-
>Looking at the map, you make sure you’re on the right trail. The forest is filled with earthy scents and sounds of weird animals you can’t distinguish. You roll the map up and keep it safe with you, it’s your only reliable source at this moment.
-
>Hours pass as you trek through the forest, having to maneuver through thick undergrowth and over fallen trees. You just remembered all the horrible creatures that occupy the land of Equestria.
-
>So long as you stay away from caves or swamps, then you shouldn’t have any problems.
-
>The sun was starting to set, the crimson glow seemingly set the trees ablaze. Better find high ground and make a camp.
-
>As you find a small clearing, you drop your gear and start making camp. This reminds you camping with your dad. Your thoughts stop as you remember your family. What’s happening back home? Have your parents known you’ve been missing? Did they call the cops?
-
>Pushing your thoughts aside, the sky was getting darker and you needed to make a fire. A whiney yipping sound could be heard in the distance.
-
>Gathering some timber, you quickly set up a fire and pull out some food from your backpack. Best to eat little as possible; never know if you’re going to run out soon. You could always fish or hunt small animals if you had to.
-
>The sounds started up again. This was going to be a long night. You grab the hunting knife and hold onto it with one hand as you continued eating. The fire should keep them at bay like Twilight said.
-
>You hear rustling in the bush behind; you quickly get up and look. It was as if the forest came to life around you. The yipping and howling was louder at this point. You could see glowing eyes in the dark forest.
-
>A quadruped creature stepped out of the dark, it had a bulky structure made of wooden sticks. It’s a timber wolf, and quite a few of them.
-
>You hold the knife and stand your ground. You weren’t going down without a fight, but you would be lying if you said you weren’t scared.
-
>You could feel your heartbeat accelerate and your sense heighten as the adrenaline pumped through your body. There were 8 of them and all slowly circling you. Their teeth exposed and snarling, they see you as easy prey.
-
>How the hell did they deal with this? Oh right, Granny Smith smashed some pots together; well you’re up shit creek without any cook ware. You start to yell at them, telling them to back off. They hold their ground.
-
>One of them leaps at you and you respond by putting your left arm up to block. Its sharp teeth sink into your arm and pushes you down. The others rush in for the kill.
-
>In a surge of anger and pure adrenaline you stab the wolf in the eye, it lets go of your arm and backs off. The others start to snap and bite at you. You reach out to the fire and grab a half burning piece of wood and swing it wildly above you. The wolves back away.
-
>The wolf you stabbed starts to howl. As you get to your feet, you know it wasn’t good. It called for backup. Soon, more eyes filled the forest.
-
Shit...
-
>With your knife in one hand and the burning log in the other, you sprint away into the forest. The wolves follow behind. You duck and weave through the trees, seemingly your primal instincts were keeping you alive.
-
>wolves intercepted you but you jumped over them and kept running. The moon glows through the tree tops and you could see ahead a cliff. You stop just in time, but the wolves were right behind you.
-
>Another leaps at you, but as if time slowed down, you dropped the log and seized the wolf by the throat and thrust the knife into its chest. It lets out a yelp in pain. Other wolves joined and bite down onto your limbs, but their forward momentum tips you off balance.
-
>Along with several of the wolves, you fall off the cliff. In that moment as you fell, you could see the full moon and in the back of your mind wished you stayed in ponyville.
-
>You hot something cold and wet, and felt something in your body snap. You landed into a river, and a fast moving river at that. You resurface and could see you were heading for the rapids.
-
>You swam best you could to avoid sharp rocks, but your attempts were in vain as you felt razor sharp objects pierce your flesh.
-
>Just as things couldn’t get worse, there was a drop ahead. A waterfall was roaring in the distance.
-
>There was nothing around to grab onto, you prepared for your end.
-
>You felt your body being thrown over the edge as you plummet into the icy cold water below. You were certain the impact would kill you or you would crush yourself on the rocks below.
-
>Darkness.
-
>You don’t remember much after that, but you felt as if your conscious was drifting away.
-
>Your vision becomes blurred as you awaken underwater. You struggle to resurface, and as you break the surface you gasp for air.
-
>The roar of the waterfall was far behind you, and as you tried to swim to shore you felt a sharp pain in your left hand and right leg. Must have broken it during the fall.
-
>You pull yourself up onto the pebble shore of the river, but you didn’t have any more strength left. You just wanted to sleep.
-
>As you once again fade away, a minty coloured pony from the shadow of the forest watches you and slowly approaches your lifeless body.
-
>Solid darkness.
-
>Sweet embrace of nothing and peace.
-
>Only thing to interrupt your peace were sounds, and the constant pain. But once in a while it went away.
-
>Then you started to remember.
-
>You were walking home that day. It was cold and gray that October. You were leaving your house to get something from a convenient store.
-
>A flash enveloped you.
-
>The empty void swallowed you again.
-
>After that, pain consumed you. Your whole body would seize and make you convulse. You wish you could die. A cold sweat drenches your body.
-
>You felt lips being put to your own; your body being filled with a warm breath. You could almost taste and smell something sweet. Something was pushing on your chest.
-
>”Dammit Anon, breathe! Don’t die on me now!” You could swear you heard that voice somewhere. It was feminine for sure. Whoever it was, she pressed her lips to you and breathed into you again, almost too forcefully.
-
>Things became hazy as your mind raced with a thousand thoughts, your retinas started to buzz and burn from the light in the room seeping through your cracked eyelids.
-
>”Stay with me Anon. Breathe damn you!” Her soft lips embraced his once more and another rush of warmth filled his lungs.
-
>As if your brain revved its engine into full gear, you gasped. Fresh air had never been ever sweeter. Your lungs not satisfied; instinctively you gasped again and whooped a cough after. Your heartbeat kicked up and you started to breathe again.
-
>As you regain semi-consciousness, you blink your eyes several times. Your dry crack lips, dry with saliva causes you to lick them. The pain now felt constant. It did not come in waves like it did, but it was still there.
-
>You look to the right, there was a mint colour unicorn. Her white and teal colour mane was semi-long and you could see the distinct shape of a lyre on her flank. Lyra?
-
Where am I?
-
>”You’re safe, Anon. I found you on the side of the river. You’ve been unconscious for over a week now.”
-
>You tried to move and that’s when you found your source of pain. Your right hand and left leg jolted with intense pain as you wince.
-
>The pony places her hooves to halt your movement, “You shouldn’t move. You need to relax Anon.”
-
>She knew your name.
-
Who are you? How do you know my name?
-
>You felt your throat becoming more dry and raspy. “I’m Lyra, Lyra Heartstrings. I know your name because of this thing I found in your pants.” She produces a folded wallet, one of the few things you had on you when you arrived in Equestria.
-
>You start clearing your throat to talk and she levitates a glass of water to your mouth. You wanted to consume it quickly, but Lyra insisted you sip.
-
>The cool water was the most refreshing experience you’ve had in a while. It took you a minute to realize what has transpired and what happened. “What happened to you, Anon?”
-
I was... heading to the north. I stopped to camp and I was hunted by a pack of timber wolves. I feel into a river and... miraculously survived.
-
>You look around the room. It was a rather expansive log cabin. Behind you was a solid hang with a few pictures, to the right behind Lyra was a window and a nice view of the river off in the distance. The wall in front of you had only a door, the left side of you had another door, presumably a closet and piled in the corner was your gear.
-
Where did you find my stuff? How did you even find me?
-
>Lyra pulled up a chair and sat in it as she typically does best, “Well, it started about a week ago....” she began to explain how every autumn she would come up to the cabin in the forest to work on her music and visual arts. It was morning when she happened upon your abandon campsite.
-
>”It looked like a struggle occurred and I followed the trail to where you fell off. I feared that some pony was seriously hurt.” She explained she went downstream and found you laying on the river bank, barely alive.
-
>It took some magic, but she brought you to the cabin and tended to your injuries; which explains your lack of clothes. Using your left hand, you peeked under your covers and your original clothes were gone, instead you wore a type of hospital gown and bandages covered your legs and arms. You could feel your face turn red.
-
You... took my clothes off?
-
>She smiles, “Well I had too, silly. I couldn’t treat your wounds with those shirts, pants and underwear in the way.”
-
You saw me naked...
-
>She frowns at you, “Oh don’t be like that, and I’ve treated many patients in my time. For someone that almost died and was brought back, you’re really unappreciative.”
-
>The sting of her words hit you; perhaps you’re too untrusting for your own good.
-
I’m sorry Lyra, and you’re right. Thank you. Thank for saving me.
-
>You manage to smile at her sincerely.
-
What happened before I woke up?
-
>Lyra explains that you stopped breathing and had to perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to bring her back. “That was exhilarating” she said with a blush. Was she... turned on by this?
-
Um... so where are we exactly?
-
>Lyra gets up from her chair and walks to the window, “Middle of nowhere really. About a full 2 days from Ponyville. No other settlements for miles.”
-
>Just fucking perfect.
-
So I’m stuck here?
-
>Lyra turns to you and her expressing did a full 180, her smile collapse and her eyes narrowed into your eyes. You did not like this look, not... one... bit.
-
What I meant to say was um...
-
>”Um what?” Lyra demanded. Her brow lowered on her face.
-
It’s just that... I was on a pilgrimage. I have to find this temple up north to find an ancient relic that will send me home.
-
>Her expression softens again to the sweet innocent pony you once knew. “Oh, well I knew that. Hey, everyone in ponyville knows.”
-
How so?
-
>She explains how shortly after you left, everyone in town asked Twilight and her friends where the tall ape creature went. Pinkie was the first to spill the beans, but they mentioned it was important that no one intervene.
-
Did you expect to run into me during my trip?
-
>”Kind of, but not really. I didn’t leave town until a day after you did, I figured you be long gone. Instead I found you.”
-
Well, its better that I get back to full health than risk hurting myself; and it’s all thanks to you.
-
>She seems to be much chipper after your comment, and walks back to your side. “I’ll be sure take good care of you, Anon. You can count on it.” She runs her hoof through your hair. You close your eyes and chuckle softly.
-
>Lyra gently grabs a hold of your left hand and softly rubs it, and stroking each individual finger, “Your hands... so fascinating. You humans must be able to accomplish so much with these.” She rubs the side of her face with your hand.
-
>The train has departed for creepy-ville.
-
>Suddenly your tummy rumbles.
-
>Like being broken from a trance, she lets go of you. “Oh! You must be starving. I got something heating on the stove. I’ll be right back.” She leaves the room.
-
>What an odd pony.
-
>You look to the left and see your bag of camping gear. Reaching over as far as you can, you snag it by the strap and drag it over. You reach into one of the compartments to see what gear was recovered, and it seems your guess was right. Lyra must have collected the stuff at camp after finding you.
-
>But something felt off, there was something that felt papery. Being careful not to rip it, you remove a small rolled up scroll with a small piece of ribbon attached.
-
>You don’t remember packing it. On the ribbon was a written message: “Dear Anon, burn this parchment in case of emergency. We’ll come to get you. Sincerely, Twilight Sparkle.”
-
>Great, if you burn this then you can get some real treatment. But then another thought hits you.
-
>Celestia said this was a pilgrimage, if anyone helps then the power you seek wouldn’t work. Lyra isn’t helping you find it, she’s just making sure you get better before continuing your journey, would Twilight helping you get back nullify the ancient item?
-
>Doubt and second guessing fill your thoughts; you almost didn’t notice Lyra coming in with a tray levitating in front of her. She gasps. “Anon, what did I tell you about getting up?”
-
I just wanted to see if my stuff was OK...
-
>Using her magic she places the tray down on the night stand and snatches the paper from you. Cramming it into the backpack, she levitates all the other stuff in the pile and trots out the room with it. Why is she so upset?
-
>She comes back in, no smile, but her brow is making her frown once more. “You should take your health more seriously. Or perhaps you think you’re too good for my advice?” her being passive-aggressive was... disheartening.
-
Lyra, I just wanted to see if my stuff was all there, and I was going to thank you for going through the trouble of getting it. Where did you put it? There was a scroll that I could use to contact help.
-
>She gives you an conspicuous look, “Well, that would ruin the chance of finding what you seek, yes?”
-
I guess, but still. I could really use a doctor to help speed my recovery.
-
>Her expression becomes blank now. This wasn’t good.
-
>”Oh, I see.” Her horn glows and the tray levitates towards you. A bowl of hot soup steaming with pieces of vegetable floats in front of you. A magical aura grabs onto the spoon, stirring the soup. “Have some soup, Anon.” The spoon hovers to your mouth, filled with the delicious smelling soup.
-
>The spoon goes into your mouth, the delicious contents spill onto your taste buds. You quickly chew and swallow the tasty morsels.
-
So uh... how did I survive without food when I was unconscious.
-
>She gives you a look that was stern and of a mother’s love. Not very comforting. She takes a sip of soup, chews on it.
-
>Walking over to you, she presses her lips to you and the warm mashed liquid fills your mouth. You wanted to stop her, but she seemed upset enough.
-
>She pulls herself away and you sit there staring at her, then you decide its best to swallow.
-
That’s uh... creative. How did I not choke?
-
>She gives the soup another stir before lifting the spoon to your lips, “Tubes, anon. Maybe you don’t know but I have worked in hospitals before. Picked up a few tricks.”
-
>Tricks, huh? You take another mouthful of the soup.
-
I’m sure you don’t want to be bothered by having to tend for me. I don’t doubt your abilities to care, but I think a... real doctor would benefit me.
-
>She gives you that stern look again. The magic holding up the tray and soup dissipates and the bowls of hot liquid spills over your chest.
-
>You wince and give a yelp in pain. The fibers of the blanket hold the hot liquid to your skin. “Now look what you did, Anon.” You wanted to yell at her, it was her fault.
-
>Right now you wanted the burning to stop, you could feel your brow sweating.
-
>With a cold stare she leaves the room.
-
>Something is not right with her.
-
>After a few moments, she comes back with a pail of soapy water and a sponge. “Now I have to clean the mess you made, Anon.” Her eyes were stern, but seemed empty and void of any real emotion.
-
>What the fuck was her problem?
-
>You didn’t speak, but watched her in silence as she began to scrub the floor where some of the soup spilled; occasionally glancing as you every time she wrung the sponge with her magic, as if you make you feel bad.
-
>The searing heat had dissipated, but now you were covered in a savoury salty mixture. Lyra, finished with the floor, stepped out to refresh her cleaning water.
-
>You didn’t think you were to blame, but maybe you weren’t being appreciative as you could be.
-
>As she makes her way back in you begin to speak, but she places a hoof up to your lips, “Shhh... it’s OK Anon. I know you humans can be finicky.”
-
>She brought in some fresh towels as well.
-
>Her horn glows as she removes the soiled blankets off you. “Now we need to get you clean.” She begins to place towels underneath you.
-
You’re just going to wash my face, right?
-
>She turns to you with a surprised look, “What? Oh no Anon, it’s my duty to make sure your clean as a whistle. Everything except your bandages is coming off.”
-
>Blood rushed into your cheeks. You didn’t feel comfortable enough to expose yourself, especially when conscious.
-
>Lyra could see your reaction, “Anon, I told you before; I’ve seen you without your clothes on. It’s just a sponge bath, nothing... perverted.”
-
>You still felt apprehensive, but she seemed to have your health at interest.
-
>Her horn glows as your hospital gown comes off and finally your underwear. You look away from her.
-
>You could feel her magic starting to manipulate your face as she begins to wash by padding the soapy sponge around your forehead and cheeks. She rinses with warm water and pats you dry gently.
-
You’re very gentle Lyra, thank you.
-
>She smiles, “I’ve had plenty of practice. And if you see me staring please forgive me it’s just... a creature like you doesn’t exist in Equestria at all.”
-
No doubt.
-
>”You’re something special, you know that Anon?” she says as she begins to wash off your shoulders and chest.
-
I guess, at least back where I’m from, humans are the dominant species.
-
>She begins to hum quietly to herself, and begins to gently wash your injured right hand. “Do you have equines where you come from?”
-
Yes, but... they don’t talk. Horses are magnificent creatures, and humans have been using them for transportation for the longest time in human history, next to boats of course.
-
>”I see... so they’re nothing more than property and slaves?”
-
>You were getting a bad feeling again.
-
It’s part of how humans see themselves I guess, top of the food chain, the master of their domain. The smartest species on earth.
-
>She nods, “But I think you’re forgetting just one thing Anon”
-
What’s that.
-
>Looking to you with a smirk she replies, “You still have your basic instincts, just like any other animal”
-
>You could feel her magic envelope your member as she begins to clean you down there. She hums softly to herself.
-
>The sponge softly rubs against your thighs, but you look away to keep yourself distracted. “Is something wrong Anon?”
-
No...
-
>Out of the corner of your eye, you could see her eyes develop this sultry look as she bites her lower lip. She begins to stroke you.
-
What are you-
-
>”Shhh... I just want to see something.” She continues to use her magic to work your shaft.
-
Lyra, stop it!
-
>She instantly stops and looks at you with a kind of despair in her eyes, like a little girl who never got that pony for Christmas.
-
>You both didn’t say anything, but you had this look of resolve in your eyes. Her eyes go cold and she continues to clean you down to your toes.
-
>While she was finishing, you start to flex your right hand. It hurts a lot, but you’re pretty sure it’s not broken, just strained.
-
>After Lyra was finished, she removes the towels, puts on new bed sheets and puts a clean gown on you. A clean blanket covers you, but you start to break out into another cold sweat as the pain starts to hit you again.
-
Lyra, I didn’t mean to snap. It’s not appropriate and I don’t wish to be touched. I hope you understand.
-
>”No, I... I understand.”
-
Do you have any painkillers?
-
>She nods and walks out of the room with the dirty laundry. She returns with a pill and an empty glass floating in front of her.
-
>She gives you the pill and the empty glass.
-
Can I please get some water with this?
-
>Lyra seemed annoyed as she grabbed the glass from you, “Whatever you want Anon.” She levitates the glass to the bucket of left over soapy water she used to clean you and fills the glass.
-
>”Drink up.”
-
Lyra, if this is about me getting angry-
-
>”No Anon, I’m your caretaker! But I’m also a firm believer in tough love. You made the mess, I cleaned it up. We EAT our mistakes here, mister.”
-
>With that, the pill is shot into your mouth, and a magical vice is placed on your head as your mouth is forced open. The murky soapy water from the glass pours into your mouth as you taste the bitter mixture.
-
>You try to yell, but water would fall down the wrong pipe. You stop struggling, but the awful taste made you excrete a single tear. Her magic fades away as you begin to cough violently.
-
>Before you could say anything, Lyra hops onto the bed at your side and cuddles your head with her forelimbs, and was shushing you quietly like a baby.
-
>She began to rock gently, “I forgive you Anon. I forgive you...” She lightly pecked your forehead with a kiss. “But don’t you think about throwing it up; no more pills until later tonight.”
-
>She gets off the bed, and taking the bucket of water with her, she begins to leave. She turns in the doorframe and looks at you with eyes that are flat and icy, “You owe me your life, Anon. I hope you will keep that in mind.”
-
>She closes the door behind her and it locks with a click.
-
>A couple of weeks have passed ever since you first regained consciousness, but you felt troubled by the aquamarine pony.
-
>She insisted that she couldn’t leave you to get help; she didn’t want to leave you alone for two days. Your left leg was swelling still, and you weren’t sure if it was healing.
-
>You did your best to conform your behaviour so she wouldn’t be upset.
-
>She hadn’t made any more attempts to touch you either, but she would baby you half the time.
-
>Snuggling into your chest and smelling your hair. You thought it was harmless enough and the least you could allow her to do.
-
>The weirdest thing though, was her fascination with your hands. She would massage your right hand, insisting it was paramount to get it to be healed right away.
-
>You knew something wasn’t right with Lyra. She seemed... disturbed.
-
>As she was about to leave you for the night, she asked “Anon, maybe tomorrow I’ll show you my special collection.”
-
Of what?
-
>She grins, “That’s for you to find out tomorrow Anon.” You chuckle light-heartedly. You could hear lightning rumbling in the distance. It was one of those late thunder storms.
-
>The gently sound of rain hitting the cabin helped you to sleep more sound you find, much better than absolute silence.
-
>As your dreams run rampant, you could help but wake up in the middle of the night but only to be struck by horror.
-
>Just as lightning struck nearby, it illuminated the room and there was Lyra standing right above you, staring right into your soul with her deep ember eyes.
-
>You couldn’t help but gasp as half her face lit up from the lightning flash, followed by a bellowing boom.
-
>”Sleeping well Anon?” she asked with no emotion at all.
-
Yes I... were you watching me sleep?
-
>Her eye twitches, “Why? Is that a problem?” her voice started to curdle with anger.
-
>Before you could answer she steps onto your chest with one hoof, “I had a dream Anon. And you were in it!” she started to smile sinisterly.
-
>She continued, “You were laughing at me, Anon. Laughing at my ugly face, my mane, tail, cutie mark and my hooves!”
-
It was just a dream, right?
-
>She pressed her hoof harder onto your chest and yell, “IT WAS NOT A DREAM!” That knocked some of the wind out of you and scared the hell out of you. The thunder continues to rumble outside.
-
>She began to tear up, “You mocked me, Anon. You don’t love me because of my ugly...” she steps off your chest and sits on the side of the bed. Holding her hooves up in front of her she stares at them, “These DIRTY, FILTHY HOOVES!”
-
Lyra... it’s okay.
-
>You tried to calm her, but she turned her head to you and you could see the red in her eyes.
-
>”YOU HATE ME!” she screamed. Hoping off the bed, she looks around the room and her horn starts to glow. You see her magic aura grab onto a small chair and lift it up into the air.
-
>It flies across the room and hovers high above you. Tears streamed out of her eyes, “YOU FORCED ME TO DO THIS!” she shouted once more. You hold your arms up over your face.
-
>The chair is flung into the wall behind you and smashed into splintered chunks.
-
>You peer out from behind your eyes and see her breathing through her teeth and furious expression, like a raging breast.
-
>You stare at her for a moment, scared out of your wits. Her expression, just like the storm, was going away. Devoid of any emotion again she calmly says, “I can’t be around you when you do this to me, Anon.”
-
>With that she walks out the room and closes the door.
-
>It took several minutes for you to relax yourself, your heart felt like it was in your throat. You had trouble sleeping the rest of the night.
-
>Morning came, and the sun was shining through the curtains. You awoke in a groggy daze, being half asleep ever since Lyra visited you.
-
>You hear the doorknob latch click and you see Lyra walk in with a floating tray with your morning breakfast; scrambled eggs, toast with jam and OJ.
-
>This was ritzy; she’s been feeding you oatmeal for the past two weeks.
-
>She smiles at you, “Good morning Anon! Hope you like eggs.” You’re confused as hell. First she screams at you for a dream and now it’s as if nothing happened.
-
>Perhaps she felt bad and is making amends.
-
>You prop yourself up, but she assists you with her magic. The tray sits onto your lap and you look at the food.
-
Thank you.
-
>You begin to nibble on the toast and Lyra watches you intensely for a moment. Your gaze turns to her, “I’m... sorry about last night. I have these night terrors that are so real I wake up in a panic state.”
-
>You continue to eat, but chewing slowly.
-
It’s OK, I use to get nightmares when I was a kid.
-
>”You’re not mad at me are you?”
-
No Lyra, just a bit stressed.
-
>She pauses for a moment and stares at the floor, “Do you... do you think I’m beautiful?”
-
>Oh crap. How do you answer?
-
You’re a...very nice looking pony and any colt would be lucky to have you.
-
>That should do the trick.
-
>With her big ember eyes she looks up to you, “Nice looking? I asked if you think I was beautiful. That’s a yes or no question.” Her tone started to become hostile again.
-
>You felt sick to your stomach, but you had to answer quickly.
-
Well of course you’re beautiful, Lyra.
-
>Anything to shut her up for now...
-
>She started to sniffle and then whimpered softly to herself and cried.
-
What’s wrong Lyra?
-
>Through her sniffles she answers, “You’re just so kind to me Anon... Even though I’m a pony, you still see some beauty in me...”
-
>Gotta change the subject...
-
Were you going to show me something today?
-
>Wiping her eyes she nods.
-
May I see it?
-
>A smile grows on her face, “I’ll get the wheelchair. You’ll need it.” She hops off the chair and walks out the room.
-
>She returns with a wheelchair and helps you onto it. Your left leg is still messed up badly from the fall and the pain shoots through your body from getting into the wheelchair.
-
>Lyra insists to push you around as she pushes you out into the hall. Right across from the door of your room is another door. “Close your eyes, Anon.”
-
Do I have to?
-
>”Of course, silly! I want to see the look on your face when you see what’s in store!”
-
>You comply and shut your eyes tight.
-
>”No peeking...” warns Lyra.
-
I won’t.
-
>You hear the door open, but you didn’t open your eyes. You could feel yourself being pushed into the room and stop.
-
>”OK Anon, open your eyes.” You open your eyes and see yourself in a living room. The walls are adorned with paintings of human figures, of all different styles and mediums.
-
>There was an old brick fireplace as well and right up on the mantelpiece was a sculpture of a human hand made out of smooth glassy black stone. The table in the middle was littered with musical sheets.
-
What is this?
-
>Lyra hops up and down excitedly, “This is my display room! I put all my art in here.” She levitates the black hand off the mantle and gives it to you.
-
>”What do you think?” You hold the sculpture in your hands. It’s heavier than it looks. It was unbelievably human like and the surface was smooth and glossy.
-
This is incredible. You did this? You painted all these?
-
>She tilts her head up and proudly announces, “Yes I did. I’ll admit that music was my calling at first, but then I found out I enjoyed making paintings of humans.”
-
Lyra, how do you know so much about humans? You painted these before I showed up, didn’t you?
-
>She laughs, “Oh Anon... you humans are so full of questions.”
-
>Lyra was either playing with you or you were going insane.
-
>A few days later
-
>”Hey Anon, how’s your right hand feeling?”
-
Much better, thank you.
-
>You hold it up and flex for her. It still felt sore, but it was manageable.
-
>She examines your leg, which still hasn’t healed much and was your main source of pain. The cuts on your body where healed, but some scars remain.
-
>Sitting at the edge of the bed to your side, she turns to you and asks, “Anon, remember when I asked you if you thought I was beautiful?”
-
Yes.
-
>Her eyes become determined, “Prove it.”
-
Beg your pardon?
-
>With a quick motion, she was standing over you, her face right up to yours. “Be a man of your word!”
-
>Holy fuck, was she coming onto you?
-
>No time to think. You reach up and begin to gently scratch behind her ear.
-
>She melts instantly and falls onto your chest, her eyes filled with lust and pleasure.
-
>”Oh... my goodness...” she moans quietly. She picks herself up, but you continue to scratch her head. Sitting on your lap she begins to grind herself on your crotch.
-
Lyra, what are you doing?
-
>”Shhh... don’t talk...” She grinds her nether region onto your crotch, and much to your surprise you were being turned on from the sensation.
-
>Through her moaning she asks you to massage her horn. You reluctantly massage it with your other hand. She bites her lower lips as you stroke her horn up and down.
-
>You don’t remember how long this went on, but at a point you know this had to stop or else she’ll really get the wrong idea.
-
>You slow down and she opens her eyes. The bed sheet she was grinding on top of was soaking wet from her juices. “What’s wrong Anon? Why’d you stop?”
-
Lyra... this is wrong. You’re beautiful, but this is where I draw the line.
-
>It was as if her soul was crushed and you could see it in her eyes.
-
I’m a human, and you’re a pony. I’m not really interested in seeking a relationship.
-
>”But... I thought that maybe...” she stutters, her eyes welling up with tears.
-
Lyra, it’s not that I don’t care. I’ll be in your debt for what you’ve done. I just want to be alone right now.
-
>What worried you the most was that she didn’t get angry. With her head hanging low, you heard her crying to herself quietly as she slowly walks out of the room.
-
I’m going to regret this....
-
>You went to bed, worrying about what Lyra might do this time. She almost smacked you with a wooden chair; this time might be different.
-
>As the hours of the night ticked away, you tried to stay awake for as long as you could, but the pain killers made it extremely difficult.
-
>You soon find yourself drifting away into a peaceful sleep.
-
>Stirred out of your sleep after some undisclosed amount of time, you felt your wrists being tied to something cold.
-
>It took you a moment you wake yourself up, but you wish you hadn’t.
-
>The faint glow of magic was tying up a piece of rope around your wrists to the metal head board of the bed.
-
>There was Lyra, standing to the side of the bed completing her task.
-
>You pull, but the rope holds fast.
-
>Lyra hops on top of the bed, she lands on your injured leg.
-
>You couldn’t help but react to the intense pain
-
FFFffuuuuuck....
-
>She looks at you with a sense of victory in her face, “Did I wake you up, sweetie?”
-
Lyra, you better untie me right now...
-
>She giggles, “Oh Anon, you’re so cute when you try to act ‘big’, but that’s not the only thing getting big around here.”
-
>She places a hoof on top of the blanket where your crotch is a gently rubs. “We’re going to have some fun tonight, Anon.”
-
>Your anger has reached piss boiling proportions by now and your swung your head forward trying to head butt her, but you were just out of range and your neck muscles are still sore, causing you to flinch.
-
>She noticed your attempt and responded by pressing hard on your two boys.
-
Gaahh.... Fuck off Lyra.
-
>She eases off and continues to stimulate you; even through the rage your member was getting a kick out of it.
-
>She gets off to take off the blankets and she gazes at your boner hoisted up in your briefs like a flag pole. She decides to tease you longer and places herself onto your crotch and slowly grinds her hips while facing away from you.
-
>You could see now that Lyra was wearing black panties.
-
>Fucking ponies have fucking panties now?
-
>All of your will and reasoning couldn’t tell your bodies primal functions to stop and listen. When your dick wanted to get it on, it was going to get some one way or another.
-
You don’t think you’ll get away with, do you?
-
>Her grinding comes to a halt and she turns around, “What makes you think you’re going anywhere, anon?” Her horn glows and a roll of duct tape floats into view.
-
>At the same time, she removes her panties and you could see the crotch of them glistening with her juices.
-
>Her magic aura rolls the panties into a ball and sends it flying into your mouth. You try to spit them out, but her instantly slaps on a piece of duct tape you silence.
-
>You’re lying there, mumbling and trying not to choke on her wet panties while she pulls out your erect member and slowly eases herself on top of it.
-
>With an exacerbated, yet happy sigh of relief she whispers, “God, I love you Anon...” and drops her full weight onto you.
-
>She was unbelievably tight and hot as her wet love hole engulfs your entire member. Lyra lets out a tiny and cute yelp.
-
>Her body shudders as she feels you fill her up, taking in all the pleasure at once. Her hot, slick vaginal walls squeeze spastically around your rock hard shaft.
-
>She starts to furiously rub her clit as she slowly lifts herself up and down, making an audible ‘wap’ sound every time her wet flank drops onto your skin.
-
>The taste of her wet panties invades your mouth, something cool and sweet.
-
>Her cries of ecstasy and pleasure are quiet at first, but soon turn into loud moans of pure pleasure.
-
>You couldn’t hold on for much longer yourself, it’s almost as if her body was sucking you dry, trying desperately to drain you of your seed.
-
>You close your eyes, wishing this would stop. Lyra wasn’t going to have this and punches you in the face. “You look me in the eyes right now!”
-
>You refused and kept your eyes shut, she punches you again.
-
>This pony could hit like a champ.
-
>Blow after blow, she was still riding you but kept hitting you until you obeyed her. Every time she hit, her vagina clamped down on your, only intensifying the sensation.
-
>You couldn’t take the pain much more, you felt like your teeth were going to get knocked out. You open your eyes to Lyra as she strokes your cheek, “That’s a good boy...”
-
>She grinds herself harder onto you just as you achieve orgasm and coat her insides with your white seed.
-
>You breathe hard through your nose, but Lyra wasn’t done yet.
-
>Through the night, she continuously raped you until she was satisfied. You couldn’t remember how long it went on for, but you almost passed out in the end.
-
>All you remember that night was her removing the duct tape and her panties from your mouth. She took them and slowly stuffed them into her pussy, savouring the fact that almost every type of fluid from anon was entering her body.
-
>You slept through the day, and Lyra hadn’t disturbed you either.
-
>But you knew that you were trapped here, and things would only go downhill from here.
-
>The next morning, as Lyra came in with your breakfast you didn’t look at her in the eyes.
-
>Instead, you lay there, and waited for her to leave. “What’s wrong Anon?”
-
>She had some nerve saying that.
-
I would like to eat my breakfast in peace, without being violated...
-
>She lets out a small sigh, “Anon, you have to understand..”
-
Understand what?! I didn’t want it to happen, but you did it anyways! Us humans, we don’t like to fuck other random animals. I don’t care how you feel; I never want you to do that again.
-
>She just stood there for a moment, shocked that you spoke to her in that tone. Good. Fine. You didn’t care if she screamed or hit you, all that mattered was you telling her off.
-
>With that stern look in her face, she gets right next to you and speaks softly, “You know Anon, for being a supposedly intelligent and all knowing creature you seem to think high and mighty of your species.”
-
>You glance from her to the ceiling. She’s gonna give you the talk now, like a nagging wife.
-
>”I don’t care if you think you humans are better, you’re still an animal. And you certainly fucked like one.”
-
It’s not like I wanted too, Lyra.
-
>”Oh no? That’s not what your twitching cock said to me last night. If you’re so smart and pure, then you should’ve been able to resist.”
-
It didn’t help that you gagged me; can I please have my breakfast in peace?
-
>”I don’t think you’re taking our relationship seriously.”
-
>Relationship?
-
Lyra, we never had a relationship. I don’t even love you.
-
>”We’ll see about that Anon.” She coldly replied as she left you with your breakfast, hot oatmeal.
-
>You sat there, stirring your oats for a while, thinking of how you were going to get out of here. Your left leg was still in bad shape and you couldn’t walk on it.
-
>You spoon a mouthful of the mush into your mouth and close shut, but something sharp pierced your gum line.
-
>You spat out the oatmeal and reached into your mouth.
-
>A thin metal pin was embedded in your gum and you pull it out.
-
>Lyra was getting fucking nasty.
-
>Do you continue playing it her way or bash in her skull when you have the chance?
-
>Lyra later came in to take away the dishes and noticed you haven’t eaten much of your oatmeal.
-
>”Is something wrong with your breakfast?”
-
Yeah, it was a little sharp for taste.
-
>She smirks, “I see. Well maybe you should be careful next time.” She takes the bowl and walks out. “I’m going to be busy for the next while, try not to get into trouble Anon.”
-
>Every dish she brings from now on is going to be expected thoroughly.
-
>Thankfully the wheelchair is accessible for trips to the bathroom, but using it to go outside is pointless. There’s no solid path and the wheelchair could only get you out the front door.
-
>No phone either. These ponies are advanced in some ways but lack in other areas.
-
>It wasn’t long until you had to go, and you slowly eased yourself into the wheelchair. Your left leg explodes in pain as it falls into the chair; Lyra has been withholding the pain killers like a cheapskate.
-
>You wheel yourself into the hall and hang a left; there was the bathroom, just outside of the bedroom.
-
>After you finished up and got out of the bathroom, you heard a faint sound. Music.
-
>It was coming from the room where the paintings of the humans are. You roll over to the room, but there was no one or anything in the room making the sound.
-
>You could hear it, but it was faint still; almost coming from behind the walls.
-
>As you roll through the room, trying to determine where the sound was coming from you noticed the table was still covered in music sheets.
-
>You picked a few up and look through them. The musical score was identical to the ones that humans use.
-
>The music seemed to pick up now, and you quickly place the paper back on the table right near the edge.
-
>You go over to the far wall with nothing but paintings. The music was more audible now, it almost sounded like violins.
-
>Between the paintings you could see the wall, and you lightly traced your finger. The thin film of dust lifts off the wallpaper, leaving a light trail. You felt a cut in the wall.
-
>You look and couldn’t believe how you missed it, but behind the paintings was a concealed door.
-
>The paintings covered the parts where the wallpaper was cut; you started to lift the paintings carefully off the wall to look for the handle.
-
>It wasn’t long, but you found the door handle where it was sunk into the door and not jut out.
-
>You give it a pull and the door swings open rather easily, but it did have some weight in its momentum.
-
>It was a long candlelit hallway with a door at the end. The music was much louder now.
-
>The door stood open on its own, and you proceed to make your way down the dimly lit corridor.
-
>The walls were made of old cobblestone, and a red rug was laid out on the path. Open lit candles were evenly placed from one end to the other.
-
>There were pictures as well strewn on the walls. More and more, the horror began to take hold of you.
-
>There were pictures of human skeletons, muscles, organs; almost any kind of medical reference you could think of. Aside from the human bodies, there were pictures of hands.
-
>The infamous picture of God and Adam as their hands are barely touching, Study of Hands by Leo, M. C. Escher and his Drawing Hands, and the ever infamous Praying Hands.
-
>There were several others that you didn’t recognize, but what you did know was that Lyra somehow procured these pictures somehow.
-
>The music grows louder and you could make out the distinct melody. It was rather... sombre.
-
>As the music continued, you could hear someone, but that someone was Lyra.
-
>As you approached the door, which was an ancient wooden door with an old metal handle and locking mechanism, you position yourself to look through the keyhole and peered inside.
-
>It wasn’t a big room, and it was hard to tell what shape it was, perhaps square.
-
>You immediately see Lyra with her back turned to the door. She was kneeling down in front of a table which had many candles placed on it. On that table was a record player which was the source of the music.
-
>Flowers littered the table as well as portraits; crudely drawn portraits of her with a human. Some showed her holding hands with him, or getting married.
-
>The thing you noticed was that she drew herself with actual human hands.
-
>Lyra was mumbling to herself this whole time, seemingly rocking back and forth in beat to her ramblings.
-
>As you continued to watch, you made a note to yourself to get ready to leave just in case she got up.
-
>As you moved your head to look around, you could barely see it, but there was a table to the right of Lyra. Metal objects of all shapes and size, looked like a scrap table.
-
>You could also see tools, like a hammer and a hacksaw.
-
>Lyra started to speak, her voice was almost gravely, “Anon hates me, just like all the others have... I made love to him, but he did not respond in kind...”
-
>As if another person was speaking, a more positive sounding Lyra spoke up, “You shouldn’t have done that to him Lyra. Anon is nice and you betrayed his trust.”
-
>”WHAT TRUST?! He belongs to me!” the grim sound Lyra spouted back. “We followed him from Ponyville, and we have him all to ourselves... “
-
>In the back of your mind, you realized that she must’ve been following you the whole time, waiting for you to put your guard down.
-
>”But he’ll die if we keep him like this.” Lyra whimpered quietly to herself.
-
>She stopped crying and began to mock herself, “Lyra... why does she cry to herself? We have him and now we can achieve what we want...”
-
>She motions over to the table to her right and picks up something from the table, “But, I spent years perfecting this.” She begins to play with something, but her body obscures what she’s handling.
-
>Turning around, you could see a crude mechanical looking robotic hand on her right hoof. “We don’t have to hurt Anon!” She said with a desperate plea, almost choking to hold back her tears.
-
>She pulls on the cord and the motor of the device revs up. You hear something like knives sliding across each other as she lets out a yelp in pain, blood trickles out of the machine.
-
>”It’ll only hurt... b-but this hand can work! See?” She goes over to the table of scraps and the hand methodically picks up a tin can. “See?! It works!”
-
>The machine sputters as it violently crushes the can and the fingers go limp as it dies out.
-
>Lyra gives a look of despair as the mechanical glove slides off her hoof and hit the floor with a clank. Her hoof was bloody from puncture wounds that the machine uses to secure and tap it onto the host’s nervous system.
-
>Lyra frowns, “You see what a waste of time that is? Stupid Lyra, so stupid in everything you do!” she begins to hit her head and sob.
-
>Lyra sobs, “I don’t want to hurt him, and I just want him to love me.” She does a 180 on herself, “You had your chance, but now if you can just get his hands we can find another human. The perfect human for us.”
-
>Lyra nods in agreement to herself, “Yes... see how simple things are when you do things my way? I’ve gotten a human to show up before, I can do it again.”
-
>What the hell did she mean by that?
-
>”All we need are hands, Lyra. Human hands with fingers, then no human could say no to you.” A smile creeps on her Lyra.
-
She pauses for a second, “OK, but just give me some more time with him; if I can just-” she cuts herself off and screams, “I WANT THOSE HANDS NOW!”
-
>Lyra cries harder to herself, grabbing a flogger from the side, she begins to flog herself on the back and crying ‘I’m sorry’ as she repeatedly whips herself and starts to bleed.
-
>nope.jpg
-
>You instantly turn your wheelchair around and bolt down the hall. You quickly, but quietly as you can close the concealing door and make your way out the room.
-
>You knock some of the papers on the table off, you stop and wheel backwards to pick them up.
-
>You heard a door open and close.
-
>Lyra has left the room.
-
>ShitshitShitshitShitshit
-
>You gather them quickly and place them again on the table and continue to make your way back to the room.
-
>Lyra continues to get closer to the end of the hallway.
-
>You close the bedroom door just in time as you hear her footsteps enter the other room. You wheel up to the side of the bed and literally hopped off the chair. Even though your leg was thumping in pain, you scramble under the covers.
-
>Lyra walks across the room, but stops. She looks around noticing something was... off. She leaves the room and heads to the bathroom to wash herself.
-
>You hear her footsteps trailing off and you sigh in relief. You were sweating bullets and your heart felt as if it was going to explode. This bitch is going to cut your hands off.
-
>She’s literally going to amputate and surgically attach your own goddamn hands to her limbs.
-
>You just have to play to play it cool and be nice to her for a while, but some time.
-
>You hear steps coming back again, but you can’t stop sweating.
-
>The door opens as she walks in; she is taken back by the look on your face “Anon, what’s the matter? You look terrible!”
-
You know damn well what happened... While you were gone, I’ve been sitting here in misery from my pain. I need some pain pills, Lyra. Please...
-
>You sounded weak and pathetic, but you had to be convincing
-
Please Lyra... it hurts...
-
>”Oh of course Anon, I’ll be right back.” She leaves the room in a hurry. You breathe easy again.
-
>Crisis adverted.
-
>You got to get out of here soon.
-
>Lyra returns with two pills and some water, you quickly gulp them down and thank her. She rubs your head gently, “You just relax and I’ll make you something special for lunch.”
-
>You nod, and with a thank you she leaves.
-
>She makes you her special soup and sandwich lunch, which you slowly but surely eat. You started to make your plan to escape, but it wasn’t to be easy.
-
>Later that afternoon, Lyra went into the painting room to get something and she remembered that something seemed off.
-
>As you lay there in bed, gently snoozing, you are awoken from the surge of pain of your left leg being lifted into the air.
-
>It was being held up by a magical aura. Through your clenched teeth you asked her:
-
Lyra, I don’t think my left leg is ready to move yet...
-
>”It’s not that Anon. I was just in the painting room and noticed something weird.”
-
What do you mean?
-
>”Well, the music sheets on the table are in the wrong order, as if someone shuffled through them.”
-
>Oh fuck. Better think of a lie quickly.
-
Well Lyra, I know you didn’t lock that room but I actually admire music; I just love to read musical scores. but I should’ve asked you for permission. I’m sorry Lyra, it’ll never happen again.
-
>She looks away, seemingly uninterested in your answer, “Yeah, but that’s not a problem, what I noticed is how one of the paintings is tilted. I keep my paintings as straight as possible Anon.”
-
>In a flashback, you realize how the painting concealing the door handle was straightened out after you moved it.
-
>You were up shit creek with the shit bore tide coming at you.
-
I um...
-
>You felt your cheeks burn red. “But that’s not all” she said impatiently, “I noticed this... finger mark trailing between the pictures. Now who here has fingers?”
-
>You could only look at her in horror as she holds your leg up in the air. “You disappoint me, anon” Her magic fades and your leg hits the bed, sending a jolt of pain through your body.
-
>You reach down to sooth your leg, but your hands were pulled back and fastened again to the headboard frame.
-
>”Anon, I can’t have you sneaking around the house and spying on me. That’s just plain rude.”
-
Lyra, I’m so sorry. Just keep me under lock and key, I promise it won’t happen again.
-
>She seemed saddened by all this, “I know it won’t. But we have to take proper precaution.” Her horn sparks and glow again as your left leg is pulled into the air.
-
>From the end of the bed, you see a hedge trimmer float into view.
-
>”Anon, I guess you could tell by now but I have studied the human body in great detail. Its remarkable how resilient yet fragile it is. Kind of makes you appreciate your body...”
-
Lyra, I’ll do anything you want. Let’s just talk this over.
-
>She just looks at you lovingly in the eyes as the hedge trimmers open up, your pupils dilate and your heart felt like it was going to explode again.
-
>The hedge trimmers open maw is placed just behind your Achilles tendon and with a swift motion, they slice your Achilles tendon as the blades close shut.
-
>The pain was incomprehensible as you felt and heard the snapping of your tendon. Your body writhes and twist from the agony. You yell as tears flow from your eyes.
-
>It would seem it didn’t quite sever the tendon and Lyra snips again, and sends you reeling in pain once more. Blood was spilling onto the bed.
-
>Your body convulsed violently. You were going to pass out. You couldn’t feel anything but pain and almost nothing at the same time.
-
>Lyra quickly wraps up your foot in gauze. A syringe floats by her side and is instantly jabbed and injected into your neck. You babble incomprehensibly as the drugs took their effect.
-
>As everything fades to black, you hear her whisper in your ear, “I love you Anon...”
-
>You don’t know how long you were out for, but you could remember two things.
-
>The scorching and endless pain in your ankle, and someone forcing medication down your throat.
-
>In your drugged stupor, you finally open your eyes. You couldn’t tell if you were still sleeping or not, everything felt surreal at first.
-
>Your eyelids are heavy, telling you to go back to sleep. But after Lyra snipped your Achilles tendon and her plans to chop off your hands came to light, you had to wake up.
-
>You moved your hands, as it turns out they are free once more and thankfully not chopped off.
-
>You tilt your head up and looked down on your left ankle. Thick layers of gauze were wrapped around and prevented it from twisting.
-
>Thank God Lyra still had some sense left in her.
-
>Sense...
-
>You remember listening to Lyra talking to herself. It wasn’t natural, obviously.
-
>The way she talked to herself, almost two distinct personalities in one pony. One seeking to keep you safe, the other demeaning and trying to convince herself she needed human hands.
-
>It was all coming together, her infatuation with hands, how she easily found you in the woods, this nightmare was getting worse.
-
>You’ve already been stuck in here for over a month, and you know for certain that Twilight and Celestia know you’re gone by now.
-
>No phone, and no way to contact anyone. Never to see your home and old life again.
-
>For the first time, despite all the shit you’ve went through, your eyes began to glisten and tear up as your fate was certain at this point.
-
>You peeked around the room and soaked in what was going on. It was night time, and it was raining outside. The patter of rain hits the glass window; it was probably the most soothing sound right now. It helps to take your mind off the pain in your left leg.
-
>As you lay there in the dark, you started to think trying to go home was a mistake. You didn’t know this would happen, but if you did then things could have been different.
-
>It was clear at this point you wouldn’t find the relic on the temple to the north.
-
>If given the choice, you would live in Ponyville instead of going through this hell. Anything to get away from that demented minty coloured pony.
-
>Your sadness eventually grew into a seething rage that filled your entire being. Oh how you wanted to beat the shit out of her, snap her legs, smash her face in and make her regret ever fucking with you.
-
>Fucking....
-
>That was another thing that troubled you greatly. In your mind you felt it was wrong, but your body didn’t think of it any differently. That’s how the body responds, it doesn’t think.
-
>For a while, you debated to yourself Lyra’s words, about humans beings animals; maybe you’ve been fooling yourself into thinking you’re too good to have a relationship with a pony.
-
>These ponies are sentient and intelligent beings in almost every sense. But Lyra was fucking insane and crafty. You hated her, but also felt pity.
-
>Pity...
-
>You remember how she cried at yelled at herself and flogged herself. You felt as if the good in her was trapped behind her delusions of making a human love her.
-
>Human...
-
>All those pictures of humans. In the painting room and in the hallway. She never painted them.
-
>If Zecora was correct, then humans really have existed in Equestria at one point. Lyra somehow secured all these ancient drawings and depictions of humans from somewhere.
-
>Did they have a connection to the temple in the north?
-
>Then Lyra’s words echoed in your mind “I’ve gotten a human to show up before, I can do it again...”
-
>Did she trick humans to come to the cabin before? How did she get them to appear-
-
>In a moment that seemed to have lasted for ever, you remembered...
-
>It was a late autumn evening, still warm outside. You were leaving your house to go to a nearby store to a few groceries.
-
>It was a five minute walk, but you enjoyed the fresh air and the exercise. You were thinking about the coming of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Season 3.
-
>You took an alley way because it was a quicker route, and you wouldn’t have to wait for the lights to change at the intersection.
-
>As you walked through the alley, a bright light blinds and envelops you, and the road beneath disappears. You fell into a black void, and you lost consciousness.
-
>When you woke up, you were found by Zecora.
-
>The rumbling of thunder in the distance stirred you from your memories.
-
>It’s crazy, but somehow Lyra knew about the relic that could teleport between dimensions. She must’ve found it and knew she could use it to nab unsuspecting humans from your world.
-
>What worried you the most is that there were no signs of other humans here. She either had them locked away in other locations or Lyra got rid of them.
-
>You hypothesized that the other humans weren’t fit for Lyra and her needs; this brings you to the grim realization that she may have killed them.
-
>You had to get back into that room and look. If that item is here then maybe you can use it to get out of here.
-
>The wheelchair was gone. Must’ve been moved out of the room.
-
>You slowly shuffle yourself out of the bed hands first. Lyra was really concerned that your hands were healed; she could afford to fuck up your legs.
-
>As your legs stayed on the bed, you knew you were in a world of hurt once they hit the floor. You braced yourself as you pulled yourself onto the floor, your legs tumbled down and you managed to slow their descent but the impact still sent you reeling in incredible pain.
-
>You grunt, but stifled yourself from making any loud sound. Last thing you want is Lyra hearing and finding you out of bed.
-
>You crawl over to the door, and thankfully you right leg is still useful and helps to push you along.
-
>Lyra must be either stupid or confident that you were not going to try, the door wasn’t even locked.
-
>Opening the door ever so slowly, the hinges did not make a sound. It was pitch black, and the rumble of thunder grew louder.
-
>You crawled across to the painting room, to which the door was left open. You peeked inside, but no wheelchair. Once you got it, then moving around the house would be simpler.
-
>Seeing the entrance and door leading outside, you crawl in the opposite direction. Perhaps it was in the kitchen.
-
>As you carefully crawl your way to the kitchen, you began to reconsider your plan of action. What if Lyra sees it was moved? You’ll just have to return it to the exact same place.
-
>The kitchen wasn’t big, but everything was neat and tidy. There in the corner was the wheelchair folded up.
-
>You observed the surroundings, making sure there was nothing that could be misplaced. All seemed normal enough.
-
>Pulling the chair towards you, you pop it open and slowly hoist yourself onto the seat.
-
>Your arms felt so weak, but after a month or so of not exercising, you should’ve expected to lose some muscle mass.
-
>Gently you maneuver your left leg onto its resting spot, the pain still pounding but you couldn’t do much at this point.
-
>There was another door in the kitchen, but you really wanted to check the hidden room before morning came.
-
>You wheeled to the painting room and there was the door handle, still under the same painting. Note to self: make sure it’s properly straightened before leaving.
-
>The door swings open and you quickly make your way down the hall. You peer through the keyhole, no one in sight.
-
>You grab the handle and gently push. The door swings open with a light creak. You freeze for a moment, feeling certain someone could have heard it.
-
>You relax after a moment and before you continued, you looked at the stone floor. Nothing here that you could possibly break or leave any trace of you being there.
-
>Just like before, a table in front of you was the one with pictures and candle, the one to the right was covered in scraps of metal, wire and the busted mechanical hand.
-
>There was a table to the left that caught your attention. It wasn’t a big table; it could’ve been a small nightstand. On it was a stone type of structure, like a pedestal for something.
-
>You look around, but there was not much to be seen. Whatever could’ve sat on it wasn’t there. If it was the relic you were seeking, Lyra must’ve moved it knowing you might make a second attempt.
-
Fuck...
-
>That was all you could mutter. You carefully make you way out, making sure nothing was disturbed.
-
>Closing the concealing door in the painting room, you painstakingly made sure everything was just as it were.
-
>As you left the room, you realized the artifact could be anywhere in the house. Would it be worth the risk searching for it? What other alternative did you have?
-
>Then you face palmed yourself.
-
>The fucking letter that Twilight gave you!
-
>If you burned it, then Twilight would get the message and come looking for you. It worked on the same principle as how Spike would use his breath to send letters.
-
>You remember Lyra taking it somewhere in the direction of the kitchen, that would be a good place to start.
-
>As you made your way to the kitchen, the approaching thunderstorm grew louder. The lightning flashes illuminated the kitchen.
-
>You checked the cupboards, making sure you don’t move anything out of place needlessly.
-
>Nothing but canned goods and other food items. No backpack to be found. You fear she may have thrown it away rather than risk having it found.
-
>You desperately keep searching, but your attempts prove fruitless.
-
>That door however...
-
>You wheel over to the door and quietly open it; you were becoming a professional door ninja at this point.
-
>You could barely see, but there were stairs leading down into the darkness.
-
>You wanted to give up, but at this point you came too far to stop. But this would require some pills to help numb the pain.
-
>You back to the cupboards, and find a bottle of pain killers. You doubt she kept count of these, and there were quite of few of these in the cupboard.
-
>You pop a couple in your mouth, placed the bottle exactly where it was and sipped water from the tap in the sink.
-
>Heading back to the door, you eased yourself off and slowly lowering your legs first you made your descent into the darkness. The growl of thunder seemed to fade away as you went deeper.
-
>You never liked pure darkness, but the stairs seemed to go straight down. Then they took a sharp left. Your eyes gradually adjusted to the dark.
-
>In the back of your mind, you prayed Lyra doesn’t sleep down here.
-
>This was painstakingly long, you had no idea what time it was. For all you know Lyra could be awake right now going to the bathroom or checking up on you.
-
>These stairs seemed to go on forever, this wasn’t a basement. It was too deep for that.
-
>This was most likely a subbasement. The musty and humid smell fills your nostrils; this was a dank place to be.
-
>You could see the stairs going down in a spiral now, and you begin to panic. This was a long flight of stairs and it took this long to get down.
-
>You hear a sound. Talking.
-
>You freeze and feel your blood run cold.
-
>shitshitshitshit
-
>Was it coming from above or below?
-
>You breath faster and wait in complete silence. The sound came and went, but you determine it would be coming from downstairs.
-
>You came too far to turn back, you continue your descent.
-
>The talking became louder, it sounded frustrated. Lyra was talking to herself again.
-
>You sweat bullets and prayed that she wouldn’t hear you or decide it was time to go upstairs.
-
>You could see a faint glow reflect off the stone walls as you descend the final bit of stairs that straighten out.
-
>The wall to the right of the stairs continued straight on, but the subbasement could be seen to the left.
-
>At the bottom to the left was a bookcase with its back facing to wall right of the stairs, essentially creating this path when you hit the bottom. You would have to take a left past the bookshelf to get into the main area of the subbasement.
-
>You could see Lyra by just peering above the bookcase, she was leaning against a huge workshop table that fit into the corner of the basement. There were candles strewn about the basement, creating this haunting glow.
-
>The table was covered in scrolls, books and devices that could only be described as medieval torture tools.
-
>On the far left of the table was a glowing sphere. About the size of a baseball, it was metallic and etched in the surface were runes that glowed many chromatic colours. It almost pulsed as if it were alive.
-
>Houston, we found our relic.
-
>Lyra lets out a frustrated groan; you almost jump out of your pants. Your heart jumps into your throat.
-
>You quickly, but quietly, position yourself more behind the bookcase and peeked out to watch Lyra.
-
>”No matter what I do, these hands are not perfect.” She picks up another robotic hand and tosses it to the side.
-
>She scrambles through her scrolls, trying to find something. “You waste your time trying to make what you cannot hope to achieve. Would be easier to take them now, yes?”
-
>Lyra, tosses more scrolls to the side and opens books; her magic working furiously to flip the pages. “I know I can find a solution, it’s not my fault you kidnapped innocent humans that didn’t suit out needs.”
-
>She pulls out a box from under the workshop table and places it on top. Opening the lid she begins to mock herself, “My fault, eh? It was me that found relic and it was me that is making this all possible!”
-
>She started to cry again and through her yelling began to shriek, “But we DIDN’T HAVE TO KILL THEM!!!” she pulls out three pairs of human skeletal hands from the box.
-
>Oh my Lord...
-
>”You are just as guilty, the blood is on your hooves. It’s not my fault that these worthless apes didn’t have perfect hands.” She inspects the bones, “I tried... By everything that is good, I tried....”
-
>She picked up the smallest hands, “I want my hands to be beautiful... but they were all abominations!”
-
>”These ones... too frail.” She tosses the small hands and picks up another pair, “And these... too fat. Then these ones, TOO SMALL!”
-
>Her breathing was loud and strained, picking them all up with her magic she stares at them with disdain, “They’re ugly... Ugly. Ugly! UGLY!” she screams and throws the skeletal hands at the wall, smashing them to pieces.
-
>She starts to knock stuff off her workshop table and throwing a fit of rage and yells in anger.
-
>During all this, you noticed on wall facing the back of the bookcase were several hooks, and your backpack was hanging off one of them.
-
>While Lyra was making a ruckus, this was your chance. You quickly shuffle towards the backpack, unzip the compartment and pull out the scroll. You literally kiss it and hold it in your mouth.
-
>Zipping up the backpack, you crawl towards the stairs and begin your ascent quickly and discreetly.
-
>Just as you clear past the bookcase and out of view, you hear the sounds stop.
-
>Just a quiet sob fills the air.
-
>”Why can’t Anon just love me?...” she mutters to herself.
-
>I could list a few reasons.
-
>She sighs quietly to herself, “I better clean this place...” Thank God, that’ll keep her busy.
-
>You slowly and surely drag your feet behind you as you crawl up the stairs, making sure you didn’t bump about.
-
>After a while, your arms felt ready to give out. But the thought of Lyra finding you out pumped adrenaline into your system and gave you the strength to keep going.
-
>You see a faint light above as you see the door. You double your efforts to make your ascent faster.
-
>Just as you reach the door, you heard footsteps on the stairs below. You quickly close the door softly.
-
>fuckshitshitshit!
-
>No time to get on the wheelchair, you pull yourself across the kitchen floor dragging the wheelchair.
-
>You get to the corner where the wheelchair was kept; folding it back up you tucked it away. Now to get back to bed.
-
>You glance out the kitchen window and could see that the sun was getting ready to rise. The footsteps were getting louder.
-
>You frantically dragged yourself down the hall and back into your room. Quietly closing the door, you could hear Lyra in the kitchen; she was approaching your room.
-
>With a burst of energy, you drag yourself to your bed and hoist yourself up. Your leg screamed in pain, but you had to do it.
-
>Taking the scroll, you tuck it under the mattress.
-
>Covering yourself with blankets, you wipe your brow of the sweat that has accumulated, you took that last few seconds to labour your breathing slower.
-
>Hearing the door open, you hear Lyra entering the room.
-
>You dare not open your eyes or peek at her.
-
>You continued to breathe slowly and pray she was just checking up on you.
-
>It was eerily quiet, but you could hear her moving closer to your side.
-
>Her face must have been right up next to yours; you felt her breath on your cheek.
-
>After what felt like an eternity, she backed off and quietly left the room.
-
>You lay there, listening for anymore sounds. You were afraid to move at all.
-
>Did Lyra know what happened?
-
>Opening your eyes, you reach under the mattress and retrieved the scroll. You gazed at the slightly crumpled paper.
-
>So close to being found, yet you lack any source of fire o burn it.
-
>All those candles...
-
>Did Lyra have matches or did she use her magic to produce a flame?
-
>You had to worry about that later as you tucked the scroll back under the mattress.
-
>You began to doze off, tired from your excursion.
-
>You didn’t sleep for long as Lyra came in to wake you up, she brought more oatmeal and some pain pills.
-
>”How are you feeling, Anon?” she asked seemingly concerned. You quickly gulp down the pills.
-
Aside from being gimped for life, OK I guess.
-
>She shook her head, “It didn’t have to be this way Anon, but I know I can’t change the way you feel about me.”
-
>She levitates the bowl of oatmeal. You give it a quick sniff, and scooping up some you took little nibbles to ensure Lyra didn’t leave you anymore surprises.
-
>You had to get her out of the house.
-
>You couldn’t wait till night to get out of here and Lyra is too damn smart for her own good.
-
Lyra, what do you plan on doing to me?
-
>Her head perks up, “Anon, you have no idea how long I’ve been searching for the perfect hands. It’s a shame you don’t love me, but with your hands that will all change.”
-
>You listened to her but popped the question, “Not to beat around the bush, but how are my hands going to help you?”
-
>She didn’t know you spied on her last night, but she seemed reluctant to answer at first. “You see Anon... I found something. An ancient relic that opens a portal to your world.”
-
>She continues, “I found it years ago in a temple, and along side were artifact depicting humans. Such strange and wonderful creatures I thought. How awesome would it be to have one of my own. To love and care for, to be happily married and live out the rest of my life.”
-
>Her eyes went cold, “But then I discovered something else about humans. You feel superior as to only develop relationships with your own species; claiming to be creatures of a higher calling. That’s when I decided to do something about it...”
-
>You know where she was going with this.
-
Then no human could ever say no to you?
-
>She nods, “If I looked more human; had a human aspect about me, then yes. Hands gave man his place in evolution, Anon. Thus they will give me a place in their hearts.”
-
I assume you know how you’re going to do this?
-
>She nods again, “I have the proper medical equipment, I have the will to go through with it and I have you.”
-
I figured as much, which is why you were so concerned with my hands.
-
>You finished the rest of your oats, thankfully no more pins.
-
>She takes the empty and with a heavy heart she says, “Then you know what’s going to happen, right?”
-
The real question is, when?
-
>”The sooner, the better.” She replies.
-
>Fuck, not what you wanted to hear.
-
>She leaves to take away the dirty dishes.
-
>Better plan fast.
-
>A while later, she returns with a moving medical tray filled with all sorts of tools and other objects that made your skin crawl.
-
>She grabs a bottle of pills, “The best I can do is numb the pain, Anon.”
-
I understand.
-
>A leather strap floats into view as it wraps around the mattress and holds your body in place. She does this a couple more time and ensures your hands are properly restrained.
-

Part6
-
>You really didn’t want to do this, but you had no choice.
-
>Just as she was preparing to give you pills, you spoke up
-
Lyra, I’ve been thinking.... about what you said.
-
>She stopped to hear what you had to say. You spoke with greater sincerity than ever before.
-
You’re right. I’ve been selfish and ignorant to see your real beauty.
-
>With your hand, you gently rubbed her hoof since it was close to yours.
-
>She seemed to have been taken back by your words.
-
Lyra, I know what you want. But I just want us to have, one last special moment together. To prove how much I love you.
-
>She steps back and places the bottle away. Blushing like crazy she stammers, “D-do you really m-mean that, Anon?”
-
You can have my hands, but I want to show you how a human makes real love.
-
>Biting her lower lip, her eyes look at you lustfully and she instantly hops on top of you and kisses you. You feel her tongue invade your mouth and almost start to suck on your tongue. You pull away slowly.
-
Lyra, do you want to do this properly or not?
-
> She nods eagerly, “Oh yes. What do I have to do?” You look down to your fastened body and hands.
-
Making love requires full contact, and I want to feel every part of you.
-
>She seemed to melt at the very idea, your strong hands caressing her body. Her horn glows as the leather straps undo themselves and you feel yourself become free.
-
>You gently rub behind her ear, “What else...uh... Anon?” she moans as she feels your fingers do their work.
-
Alcohol. Something strong. It will enhance the experience for both of us.
-
>She seemed reluctant to get off as she was enjoying your rubbing behind her ear. You stopped and teased her
-
There’s more where that came from if you grab us a couple of glasses...
-
>She gets off and quickly makes her way to the kitchen. You hear cupboard doors open and closing. She returns with a bottle of 48 proof Apple-Acre Hard Cider and two small drinking glasses.
-
>She eagerly pours the golden liquid and hands you off one. She places the bottle on the nightstand.
-
>You hold the glass up with your hand, as she does with her magic.
-
To Lyra, the most beautiful pony.
-
>Her eyes glisten with tears, “To Anon, the most wonderful human.” You lightly tapped the glasses together; a distinct ting fills the air.
-
>You down your drink as does Lyra. Time for the last ingredient...
-
>You light face palm yourself
-
Oh Lyra, I’m so forgetful. But nothing is more romantic than a dim room lit by candlelight.
-
>Her eyes sadden, “But I want to be here with you!”
-
>You put a finger to her lips, quietly shushing her. She licks your finger and begins to suck on the tip. Holy shit, she could suck hard.
-
Lyra, I want this to be perfect for you. Just a few candles, that’s all.
-
>Her mouth slowly comes off your finger, a thread of her saliva trails off.
-
I’ll pour us another drink while you go.
-
>She goes to get some candles and you grabbed the heavy glass bottle of cider. The glass is pretty thick, you thought as you poured more alcohol into both the glasses. Perfect.
-
>You set the bottle down on the night stand right next to you. Lyra walks back in, this time with several candles.
-
Good... just place some around the room.
-
>She keenly puts the candles around the room, closes the door and shuts the curtains.
-
>The tip of her horn glows and all the candles lit up simultaneously. Her beautiful ember eyes sparkle as she gazes at you. You hold out the glass for her.
-
>She lifts herself onto the bed and straddles you while taking the glass. You drink the hard cider, as does she. Her cheeks tint rose, the alcohol was already taking its toll on her.
-
>Putting the empty glasses on the table, you sit up a little more and lean right close to her. You gently kiss her neck repeatedly and she wraps her hooves around you, holder you closer to her.
-
>You inhale deeply of her natural musk as she begins to grind herself against you. Lyra wanted to get straight to the main course.
-
>Pushing you down onto your back she pulls off the blankets. Her lips started kissing you around the neck and slowly traces her way down your chest and stomach, kissing every square inch of your body and sends a tingling sensation through it.
-
>You moan lightly to let her know she was doing good and she was face to face with your crotch. Her attention was focused on your junk, that’s when you reached over and slowly grabbed the bottle of cider.
-
>In a flash, you swung the heavy bottle and smashed Lyra in the side of the head. The bottle almost disintegrates from the impact and shatters.
-
>Lyra drops limp onto the floor. You must’ve hit her sweet spot.
-
>There was no time to waste, you reach under the mattress and pull out the scroll. She didn’t place any candles on the table, you’d have to get one across the room.
-
>You hop out of bed onto your right foot, which was the only functioning leg you had. You quickly hop to the other side and grabbed a candle, the flickering flame danced in front of you.
-
>You bring the corner of the scroll to the tip of the flame, but in that second Lyra jumps off the bed and tackles from behind, pinning you to the floor.
-
>You drop the scroll and the candle from the sudden attack.
-
>Lyra was not done yet. You turn your head to see her staring down at you, blood pouring down the side of her face. She bites down onto your shoulder and you could feel her teeth sink into you.
-
>You body seizes from the pain of falling down on your bad leg and her biting your shoulder. Her hot drool and blood soak your shoulder.
-
>You swing your arms, trying to stop her. You had to light the scroll.
-
>The candle was in your reach, lying on its side. You reach out, but Lyra sees this. Her horn glows as she pushes the candle away towards the curtains.
-
>Fuck!
-
>The tiny flame flickered under the draping curtain as you see black smoke wafting. Lyra continued to bite you, but this time your anger had set in. Ignoring the pain, you turn your body around, seize Lyra by the throat and punched her square in the face.
-
>Her magic aura enveloped your hand as you tried to land another hit, stopping you dead cold. “YOU LIED TO ME!” She screamed.
-
>You pushed your fist even harder. No magic in the word was going to stop you.
-
>You could see she was struggling to hold you back. During this time, you didn’t notice, but the curtain caught fire.
-
>Finally your fist broke through her magic and landed on her nose. Hot red liquid streamed from her nose as she backs off.
-
>You look around and see the scroll not too far from you. You scrambled to get to it. If you could just light it on fire, then help will be sent.
-
>Just as you are about to grab it, Lyra jumps in and seizes the scroll in her mouth and runs out the room. She went towards the painting room.
-
LYRA!
-
>You get up and hop out o the room on one room as the room was set ablaze by fire. The smoke was pouring out of the room. Lyra was probably going to destroy that letter.
-
>You cough as the toxic fumes filled your lungs. You had to crawl or risk death. The fire was spreading faster by the second.
-
>Getting on your belly, you crawl into the painting room. The concealed door was wide open. You dragged your left leg behind you as you ventured fourth.
-
>You scrambled quickly to the end of the hall, the door was left ajar. You open it and there was Lyra, her eyes bloodshot red, drool and blood was dripping out of the corners of her mouth. Her mane all messed up and there on the table was the scroll.
-
>”I should’ve known you were up to something Anon. You humans are always resourceful.”
-
Lyra, it’s over. Give me the scroll and we can both get stop this!
-
>”It’s only starting Anon. Did you think I wanted to stop ever since I killed a tiny human girl, or a frail old human?” she grins creepily. “I’ll never stop anon. I’d rather die than let you escape!”
-
>She pulls out a sharp scalpel and using her magic, shoots it straight at your chest.
-
>You lift your arms and your left arm get impaled by it.
-
Ffffuck....
-
>You grab the handle and pull the blade out, but Lyra was already advancing on you. She violently stomps on your left leg, almost breaking it again.
-
>The pain was excruciating, but the glow of the raging fire at the end of the hallway made you fight through it.
-
>You roll away from Lyra before she delivers another stomp to your leg. Adrenaline was coursing through your veins like a heavy drug, heightening your senses.
-
>Here’s something about humans Lyra’s about to learn.
-
>You get up on your right leg, grab her by the tail and with all your strength you swing the aquamarine pony like a ragdoll and smash her into the wall.
-
>She hits the floor with a loud thud, her eyes goes cold and parts of her body twitch. It was almost as if she was crying.
-
>You’re shaking crazy at this point, but you grabbed the scroll and decided to get out of the room before you were trapped.
-
>You hopped down the hall, and soon black smoke filled it too. You got down on your belly and crawled out of the hallway.
-
>You were back into the painting room, and the ceiling was engulfed by flames and the intense heat was unbearable.
-
>As you crawled by the mantle, something grabbed your right ankle.
-
Oh fuck no...
-
>You turn to see Lyra standing in the doorway behind you, her horn glowing as her magic pulled you back. She coughed up blood, “You’re not going anywhere!”
-
>Burning rafters fell through the ceiling; all the portraits of humans were engulfed as the fire raged on.
-
>You grabbed onto the mantle with your strength, and dropped the scroll. She seized the scroll with her magic and held it mockingly just out of your reach.
-
>The heat from the fire made you think you were being cooked alive.
-
>”We’ll be so happy together Anon!” she begins to yell over the roar of the flames, “You’ll be my little human, mine to own!”
-
>Those words echoed in your mind, taunting you.
-
>Your strength was given back as you pulled yourself up the mantle and grabbed the small stone statue of the hand.
-
>Lyra concentrated with all her will and pulled you back to the floor and dragged you back to her.
-
>Making sure your grip was tight, you swung the hand sculpture at her face with power and speed you didn’t think you possessed; and the fingers of the statue drove straight through her left eye socket.
-
>Vitreous humour and blood spurted from her eye as the stone sculpture was sunk into its flesh. She dropped to the floor along with the scroll to her side.
-
>Her right eye stared straight at you for what seemed to be an eternity. Her mouth open and closed trying to speak. Tears streamed out of her eye, even as it was draining of life, “Anon....” she spoke weakly.
-
>She didn’t speak anymore after that. You almost felt sorry for her. You really wish it hadn’t come to this.
-
>You reach out to grab the scroll, but a rafter falls from the ceiling and crashed down between you and the scroll.
-
Fuck!
-
>You scramble backwards and watched as the flames surrounded Lyra and the scroll. You could still see her eye, it’s glowing hot ember piercing your soul.
-
>You had to get out of the house, it would collapse any second.
-
>Forgetting the scroll, you crawl out the hall and towards the door. Unlatching the lock, you open the door and there stretched you before you was the wilderness.
-
>Dark clouds filled the sky as the rumbling of thunder could be heard. You crawled your way out of the door and away from the house.
-
>You stopped to look back as the inferno has taken over the cabin, the roof collapsing in on itself.
-
>The rumble of thunder brought on a familiar sensation; rain. It was a cold rain that drizzled and cooled your body. It was the most refreshing feeling you ever had.
-
>Covered in dirt and blood you try to get up, but your strength has left you once again and you fall to the ground.
-
>You stared up at the dark sky as rain continued to fall on your face. You thought to yourself about the scroll.
-
>As you look at the blazing cabin, a shimmering puff of smoke flies away from the house and off into the distance.
-
>The scroll was finally burned and off to deliver the message.
-
>You chuckle to yourself as you lay down on the cool ground and sighed in relief.
-
>The nightmare was over.
-
>You won.
-
>You felt yourself drifting away as you close your eyes, your consciousness departing from you again.
-
>When you opened your eyes, light blinded you at first. “He’s waking up.” You hear it like a faint echo. “We need to perform on operation on his leg.”
-
>A mask is placed over your mouth and you feel yourself going again.
-
>You couldn’t recall how much time had passed, but you could remember hearing voices. Beautiful voices you though you would never hear again.
-
>You could hear the whirring and beeps of hospital devices as you gained consciousness. You breathe in deep and open your eyes. There was Twilight, and all her friends.
-
>Surrounding your bed, their faces lit up in relief and utter happiness to see you wake up.
-
Is this real?
-
>You hope this wasn’t a dream. The main 6 laughed and cheered among themselves, Pinkie Pie wraps her arms around your neck and hugs you, “We were worried about you Anon!”
-
>AJ spoke up, “We reckon you were never gonna wake up, on account you were sleeping for a few days.”
-
>You looked to Twilight, who was almost crying to herself, “I thought you left Equestria for sure, but when I got the letter. I had Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy search for you.”
-
>You look to RD and Fluttershy; RD was already crossing her arms “Yeah yeah, don’t look much into it. Anything for a friend of twilight.”
-
Whatever you say, skittles.
-
>”Stop calling me that!” RD exclaims.
-
>The others laughed, and you looked at your body. Fresh clean bandages, your left leg was all casted up. Twilight spoke again, “The doctors did everything they could to fix your ankle. What happened to you out there? RD said all she found was you lying in the dirt and a burnt down cabin.”
-
>You looked to each of them and started to recount your story when you left to find the temple.
-
>Their reactions were understandable ranging from horrified to disgust you spared no detail in telling them what happened and what Lyra did to you.
-
>RD looked worked up the most, “Where is Lyra? I’ll find her right now and I’ll-” you interrupted her.
-
Cool your jets and I told you that Lyra was in the cabin when the fire broke out. I doubt she’ll be a problem anymore...
-
>You stated that with a grimace, but remembering how Lyra survived being smashed about made you realize how tough ponies are.
-
>A nurse pony came in; she had a white coat with a red cross for a cutie mark. “It’s time for Anon here to get some rest.” The other ponies groaned in disbelief and started to leave the room.
-
>The nurse stopped Twilight from leaving, “I’m sorry Miss, but her royal Highness, Princess Celestia, is here and she wants to speak with both you and Anon. That is, if it’s alright with him.”
-
>You nodded your head and the nurse simply replies, “I’ll go fetch her right now.” She exits the room.
-
>Twilight looked at you with pity in her eyes, “I knew this was a bad idea from the start. I should’ve said something; you must hate me right now.” Her head falls onto the bed, covering her eyes with her hooves.
-
>You reached to her and gave her a reassuring squeeze and smiled.
-
Twilight, it’s not your fault. I’m just happy to be here.
-
>You see a tall elegant pony enter the room, it was Celestia herself. She looks down on you with remorse, “Anon, I’m so sorry this happened to you.”
-
Don’t be. I’m just glad I made it in one piece.
-
>”Anon, I know you didn’t find the artifact but-”
-
>You interrupted her
-
I’m sorry, but I have something important to tell you about the artifact. I found it. Lyra was hiding it in her cabin in a basement. It still might be there.
-
>”I see... Then I will send someone out there to investigate. We will see if the artifact still works. Rest easy Anon, there may be hope yet.” With that Celestia leaves the room.
-
>”I guess I better go too.” Twilight says, still upset about your current condition. “I suppose when we find the artifact, then you can go home.”
-
>Home...
-
>The purple pony turns to leave and you spoke to her again with a smile.
-
Twilight... I think I’m already home.
-
Epilogue:
-
>A few days have passed since then.
-
>As you lay there in the hospital, Twilight lend you a copy of her Daring-Do adventure book. It was a pretty good read.
-
>A nurse opens the door; she walks in and is followed by two officer type looking ponies.
-
>Here we go...
-
>”Anon, these gentlecolts are from the police station and they would like a word with you.” You nodded your head and the nurse takes her leave.
-
>They both produce their badges and one of them spoke up, “Anon, we investigated the burned down cabin in the middle of the woods. We understand there was something there that you and Celestia were trying to find?”
-
Yes, a metallic sphere with glowing runes. It was in the basement.
-
>They both looked to each other with an uneasy look, “We searched relentlessly for the last two days. We found the subbasement but we couldn’t recover anything what you described.
-
>Your heart sank instantly.
-
What?...
-
>One of them goes through their notes, “And you said it was Lyra Heartstrings that was holding you captive?”
-
Yes.
-
>He spoke with a grimace to his voice, “There was no body to be found. No remains, nothing.”
-
>Your pupils dilate and your stomach seized on you.
-
No... No nonononono! That’s impossible! I SAW HER DIE!”
-
>You start to climb out of your bed and hopped over to the door, you couldn’t stop panicking. “Anon, you need to calm down! NURSE!”
-
>The door swung open and there you saw, dressed in a nurse outfit was Lyra. Her flesh burnt and a gaping rotten hole where her left eye was as it writhed with maggots. Her smile twisted and evil and she held a syringe.
-
>You stopped and stumbled backwards; the two colts grab and hold you down!
-
SHE’S GONNA FUCKING KILL ME!
-
>You try resist, but these two colts held you fast as you saw Lyra slowly hover over you with the needle. You feel a pin prick in your arm and you instantly go limp. Tears streamed down your cheek as you fell asleep.
-
>Lyra was staring at you with her dead eye as everything faded away.
-
>You woke up, tied and bound to the hospital bed. Lyra was nowhere to be seen, but Twilight, the two officers and the white pony nurse were there.
-
What happened? Where is Lyra?
-
>Twilight rubbed the side of your head, “Anon, they told me you had a psychotic episode. You were hallucinating.”
-
Oh thank God....
-
>You must’ve thought the nurse was Lyra. You felt calmer now, but still queasy.
-
You said, nothing was found? No body, no artifact?
-
>The two colts confirmed, “We searched all around the cabin and there were no signs that anyone but you escaped.
-
>You look to Twilight as she rubs your cheek, “Are you feeling more relaxed?”
-
A little... I think I’m ready to stay in Ponyville with you.
-
>Twilight doesn’t say anything, but smiles back at you.
-
>Even as you thought about your future plans for staying in Equestria, you couldn’t help but wonder about the fate of that aquamarine coloured pony name Lyra in her last moments.
