What happened?

 

I have the broad strokes and some of the finer details written up and just need to put it into green, just haven't yet, gonna have to wait til I get my next job or find out my boss isn't dead and I still got this one. I have a pretty clear understanding of where I want it to go, just got a lot of changes to my life right now.

 

What will happen to "Case 1: The missing chicken wing"?

 

I didn't exactly like how I wrote it, after going over it a bunch and the short plan I had for it, it just wasn't "fun". It was too dour to me. So I've started to seriously reconsider it, still want Anonfilly to be a chain smoking alcoholic, but a bit more tongue and cheek, I'll make sure it's done before posting it here (and in an Anonfilly thread).

 

What were you originally going for?

What it was before was pretty simple, daughter to the local mob boss shows up and sets up anonfilly to investigate what seems to be her own murder. Goes in too deep and figures out more than expected only to find her murder was faked to create some mob on mob warfare and pick up the pieces for herself from both of the groups nuking themselves. Anonfilly discovering this and surviving would have capped it off. Lots of depressing drinking and asshole to local guards, blah blah blah, all very cliche and from how I was writing it, not very fun.

 

Expect me back to (shitty) writing in about two months, I really wanna finish at least the first book of to the winds and the case involving a little shid investigating mysteries.
