>Day 4 in Equestria
-
>The time: 07:30 AM
-
>You feel a familiar vibration deep within you
-
>Open your eyes
-
>Lights and numbers flicker to life and dance before them
-
>Stare at the ceiling while facts and figures fly around your head
-
>Once it stops you sigh
-
>Get up and walk over to the window
-
>Look out across the land you now call home
-
>March downstairs and past the kitchen you never use
-
>All you really need is a bed
-
>Open the door and walk out into the sun
-
>Scan the area for any problems
-
>Satisfied that everything is normal, you set out towards the Library in the middle of town.
-
>You pass a sign on the way into town and stop to study it
-
>"Free hugs, humans only -->"
-
>Raise an eye brow and look towards where the sign is pointing
-
>A pegasus with a fake beard on is gleaming at you at a hastily made stand
-
>She waves and points to another sign above her head
-
>"Humans with names beginning with 'A' get one extra free!"
-
>She jumps her eyebrows up and down suggestively and grins at you
-
>Walk over to her
-
>Hear her giggle and say to herself "Oh I can't believe it worked!"
-
>Stop infront of the stand and stare down at her
-
>She clears her throat and speaks with a deep voice
-
>"So uhh. You came for a hug, huh, chump?"
-
Fluttershy what are you doing.
-
>"Uhhh. Yous better be ready for the hug of a lifetime, chump"
-
>She unfurls her wings and hovers over to you with her forelegs outstretched
-
I never agreed to this, Fluttershy
-
>She gets closer, her eyes lit up with anticipation
-
You know what will happen, right?
-
>She grasps your chest and buries her face in it
-
>Her deep voice abandoned she moans into your chest
-
>"Oooh Anon~. You're so hard and cold..."
-
>She rubs her face in harder
-
>The numbers and figures are trying to make sense of this situation
-
>The human side of your brain has already figured it out, but the computer side is trying to figure it out.
-
>Deciding to follow the "human" solution, you tear off Fluttershy and grip her fur in your hand
-
>Draw your arm back
-
>The numbers are going haywire with the new input
-
>You narrow your eyes and lock onto a far away tree
-
>Everything's good to go.
-
>Launch.
-
>You hurl her towards the tree and watch with a smile as she slams into it
-
>Turn and walk away to the sounds of distant frustrated screaming
-
>Walking into Ponyville you look at as much as possible
-
>The computer is constantly hungry for information, and this world is a goldmine of alien culture and society
-
>You sometimes find yourself just turning in a circle in the middle of town taking it all in until the computer is satisfied
-
>Arrive at the library and knock three times
-
>The dragon hatchling opens the door
-
>You take a moment to retrieve the necessary info
-
>Well, when you say a "moment" you mean about 40 nanoseconds
-
Spike! Is Twilight in?
-
>He rubs his eyes and yawns
-
>"Yeah, she is. Here for the daily grind or something?"
-
>Chuckle
-
Yeah. I owe her that much. She set me up with my house, so I talk to her in return
-
>"Seems like a scam. I wish I could get a house for existing. I mean, I'm a dragon! Sure, you're a human and all... But you're not much to look at. No offense"
-
>Smile warmly at him
-
Appearances can be decieving, Spike. There's more to me than meets to eye.
-
>He goes to fetch Twilight and you step through the door after him
-
>"Twilight! Anon's here!"
-
>Hear a loud crash and frantic gibberish come from Twilight's room
-
>The door gets thrown open and a frenzied looking Unicorn steps out
-
>"Anon! I wasn't expecting you so soon. Have any trouble getting here?"
-
Fluttershy tried to hug me.
-
>"Aww, that's so sweet!"
-
I threw her at a tree
-
>"...Oh..."
-
>She frowns at you
-
>"Ya' know she's only trying to be friendly, right?"
-
The first day I was here she tried to drug me.
-
>"It was a misunderstanding, I'm sure."
-
>Not that you really cared. Your body doesn't allow the influence of any sort of drugs. So whatever substance she gave you was processed and used as fuel for the rest of your body.
-
Well it's very annoying. I've told her to leave me alone but she doesn't get the message.
-
>She cocks her head and looks at you
-
>"Odd..."
-
What?
-
>"I've never noticed before, but you speak in a very... Monotone voice."
-
>Huh. That's new.
-
Are you sure?
-
>"Yeah. Just then. You asked me a question, but your voice is so... Emotionless."
-
>You're not liking these pauses at the end of her sentences
-
Is it a problem?
-
>"N-no, not at all. I'll look into it when I study your body"
-
You're not studying my body, Twilight.
-
>"Why not?! I need to know everything about your species, Anon! You're the only one of your kind on this planet!"
-
>And what a specimen you are
-
I can't allow you to just prod my body. You might hurt yourself
-
>"Oh please, what's the worse that could happen?"
-
Electrocution.
-
>"I- WHAT?"
-
You heard me.
-
>You both stand there in silence for a while
-
>Spike walks past
-
>"He's getting weirder by the day, Twilight."
-
>"SPIKE! That was so rude! Apologise to Anon. He's just... Different."
-
>Spike sighs
-
>"Sorry, Anon."
-
You don't need to apologise, Spike. I am quite weird.
-
>He laughs and walks into the kitchen in search of food
-
>Twilight looks back at you
-
>"Give yourself a little bit more credit, Anon. You're not weird by your species' standards... Are you?"
-
>Grin at her
-
You have no idea.
-
>Once you finish up with talking to Twilight and stopping her attempts to study you, you head on home
-
>Not sure what you're going to do.
-
>A guy like you can't do much for "fun" anymore.
-
>All you really do is sit in your living room and think about the days events
-
>Analysing them and deconstructing them
-
>Sigh
-
>It gets quite bothersome at times. You feel yourself becoming less human as the days go by in this world
-
>So much information to process
-
>So little time to enjoy yourself
-
>You get home and open the door, only to have a bucket slammed over your head
-
>The computer thinks you're under assault
-
>You know you're under Fluttershy
-
Why are you in my house?
-
>"B-becuase I'm sick of being turned away all the time!"
-
I've been here for four days, Fluttershy. FOUR. DAYS.
-
>"And I love you! Why can't you see that?"
-
>The computer flashes a big red "ERROR" in the corner of your vision at the word love
-
>Roll your eyes and dismiss it. The computer can be so cliche at times.
-
>"Well no more, mister. I'm going to get you to love me!"
-
>You're still under the bucket so you can't see what she's doing
-
>Infact you've just been stood there not bothering to remove it
-
>The computer has become facsinated by the craftsmanship of the bucket and is analysing everything from shape to molecule density
-
>One it's done it gives you the all clear
-
>Tear off the bucket and glare down at Fluttershy
-
I've tried to be nice, Fluttershy. But you're trying my patience.
-
>"I think y-you just need to realise how much I love you"
-
I don't understand the concept of love.
-
>"The concept?"
-
The concept.
-
>"The concept of love?"
-
>Sigh
-
>Fucking memories.
-
Look. Just get the hell out of my house.
-
>"No."
-
>She stands her ground and looks defiantly at you
-
Alright, suit yourself
-
>That shocked her
-
>"R-really?"
-
Sure. Don't expect much though
-
>Walk into the living room and sit down on the sofa
-
>Fluttershy sits next to you, giggling to herself
-
>You look at her and perform a quick scan
-
>Her heartbeat is increasing rapidly
-
>That would be adorable, if you knew what the word meant.
-
>Turn back to the wall and stare at it
-
>Zone out and begin going over what happened today in silence
-
>The numbers and figures return in full force
-
>Fluttershy sits next to you, staring at the side of your face
-
>Hours pass
-
>The computer gives you the all clear and you look next to Fluttershy who hasn't moved at all
-
How long have you been there?
-
>"I don't know. But all that matters is that I'm with you!"
-
>Give me a break.
-
>The computer tells you that 8 hours and 32 minutes have passed since the data-scan began
-
>Pick up Fluttershy by the fur on the back of her neck, like you would with a cat and drag her kicking and screaming to the door
-
>"WHY CAN'T WE BE TOGETHER?!"
-
>Slam the door and walk upstairs
-
>Lie on your bed
-
>Close your eyes and everything goes silent
-
-
>The familiar vibration begins
-
>Open your eyes
-
>Day 5 in Equestria
-
>7:30 AM
-
>Get out of bed and walk outside
-
>Hear shouting in the distance
-
>Look towards the source of the noise
-
>Narrow your eyes at it
-
>Zooming in, you see two Stallions arguing
-
>The computer tells you to dismiss it
-
>You know better.
-
>Sprint towards them both
-
>"I don't give a SHIT what you think, Faint Glow, it was MY property!"
-
>"Go fuck yourself, Strawberry Hue. It's just as much my land as it is yours"
-
What's the problem here
-
>They both appear shocked by your sudden arrival
-
>Faint Glow growls
-
>"Back off, Monkey. This is our own business"
-
Sounds like a matter of property. Perhaps I can help?
-
>"Yeah whatever. You'll just mess things up"
-
I doubt it.
-
>"Yeah well I don't. Filthy Monkey coming into our town and stinking up the place. We don't need you around here so just get out!"
-
>His words don't bother you
-
>But his increased heartrate and tensed muscles do
-
>You don't want this to end in violence, or to provoke a fight, but you want to see this situation resolved
-
Look. I don't want any trouble. I just wanted to help.
-
>He's not stopping
-
>"I mean, what's next? Are you going to take our mares as well? You've already stolen a house. How do I know you're not trying to take my land as well?"
-
>Now the other Stallion, Strawberry Hue looks like he's getting riled up as well
-
>"Yeah! Yeah! You stay away from our mares. And our foals! Dirty Monkey"
-
>The situation is out of hand now. The computer is spamming you with escape routes and safety procedures.
-
>Take a step back to try and give them some room
-
>They both take a step forward
-
>You're detecting increased body temperature, heartrates, tensed muscles, and their facial expressions match that of anger
-
>Yeah, thanks, computer. I can see that they're angry.
-
>"You know what I reckon? I reckon we should take this guy down! Make him learn his place, right Strawberry Hue?"
-
>"I couldn't agree more, Faint Glow."
-
Don't do this
-
>Faint Glow laughs
-
>"Oh this is happening. Prepare for a world of pain, you damn dirty ape"
-
>The both lunge at you
-
>Time slows down as the computer begins Combat Protocol #3 - Group Combat
-
>Faint Glow (FG) is the closest to you, and therefore the largest threat, incapacitating him first is your highest priority
-
>By the time you take him down, Strawberry Hue (SH) will have entered an appropriate position to attack you, and will attempt to harm you
-
>Using FG's body as a shield, you can block SH's attack and cause more harm to FG.
-
>This will make FG struggle, and try to fight back in your grasp, you must relinquish your hold on him and throw him in order to prevent any possible damage
-
>Once FG is dealt with, SH will need to be taken down non-lethally, a light punch to the muzzles should stun him but not break anything important
-
>When stunned, you can sweep his legs and render him immobile, then punch him in the forehead hard enough to cause extreme trauma to the brain and knock him unconcious
-
>FG will have recovered by then and will probably be charging you again - Stop those efforts by sidestepping and kicking him in the ribs
-
>Chances of breaking ribs are high, but they shouldn't pierce any vital organs when broken. However, immediate medical assistance will be required.
-
>Plan forumlated in 0.2 seconds
-
>Commencing execution
-
>The computer gives you the all clear and you burst into action
-
>Faint Glow tries to tackle you
-
>His body slams into yours, but being heavier and with harder bones, it's like he tackled a solid wall
-
>He cries out in pain from the impact and you grip him with two hands
-
>As expected, Strawberry Hue tries to buck you with his rear legs
-
>You place Faint Glow in the path of the kick and he screams as you hear a rib crack from the kick
-
>You toss him aside and focus on Strawberry Hue
-
>A jab to the muzzle causes him to step back and swear
-
>He stumbles around, disorientated
-
>You crouch and sweep all four of his legs
-
>Once down you pounce on top of him and deliver a solid punch to his head
-
>He goes limp, but you still detect a heartbeat
-
>You turn your attention to Faint Glow who is struggling to get up
-
>He glares up at you, clutching his rib
-
>"You son of a b-bitch..."
-
>You punch him in the forehead before he can even blink and render him unconcious
-
>The computer gives you some feedback
-
>Hostiles Neutralised - Total time: 6.00 seconds.
-
>You sling the two ponies over your shoulder and sprint to the hospital, leaving them under the care of a very confused doctor
-
>Walking back into Ponyville you are stopped by a blue Pegasus
-
>Ah. Rainbow Dash
-
>"THAT. WAS. AWESOME!"
-
>Grimace
-
I did what I had to. I'm glad they aren't dead.
-
>"Ha! Oh wow, Anon. That was so cool! You moved even faster than me! Are all humans as fast as that? When he tackled you it looks like it hurt him more than you!"
-
Were you watching that whole time?
-
>"I was sleepin' on a cloud above you guys when the shouting woke me up"
-
And you didn't think to help?
-
>"Oh you had everything under control, not like I would have made a difference"
-
>She starts poorly reenacting your fighting style
-
>"And then you were all HEEYAH! And punched him and it was AWESOME!"
-
Uh huh. Well I'd better be going.
-
>Walking towards Twilight's Library you stop for a second and look at your hands
-
>You could have avoided that. You barely even punched that pony and you knocked him out
-
>You dread to think what could have happened if you'd have punched him full force
-
>Images of shallow graves and grieving ponies fill you mind, much to the confusion of the computer
-
Should have just walked away...
-
>"From what?"
-
>Turn and see Pinkie Pie smiling at you
-
>"What's up, Anon?"
-
Have you ever started something in good will but only made things worse in the end?
-
>"Sure I have! But it's all about what YOU think! As long as you know that you were in the right and only acted badly because you had to, it's ok!"
-
>"It's better than acting badly for the sake of doing it! I'm sure that whatever you did was an accident!"
-
I put two ponies in hospital without any effort at all
-
>"Well ok then!"
-
>She gasps
-
>"I GOTTA GO SEND THEM GET WELL SOON CARDS! GOTTA GO BYE"
-
>And she's gone
-
>Knock on the door of the library
-
>Twilight opens it
-
>"Hey there, Anon! You're usually earlier. Come on in!"
-
>Follow her in
-
>"Today... Uhh, I was hoping we could go into my basement! Bit more privacy, you know? And Spike is away doing errands so it'll be just us!"
-
>Frown at her
-
>Might as well play along
-
Sure.
-
>"Great!"
-
>She trots down into the barely lit basement
-
>You follow her, your eyes adjusting the levels of light and making everything seem brighter
-
>Might as well be daylight down here now
-
>Satisfied with your vision, you follow her to the bottom of the steps
-
>She smiles at you and nods her head to a table
-
You're not studying me.
-
>"You don't have a choice."
-
>You detect rising energy levels and your systems begin going crazy at the influence of an outside force
-
>Your body is lifted off the floor and placed onto the table
-
>Weight must be a factor, Twilight is straining herself doing this
-
>Beads of sweat are dripping from her brow and a vein is popping out of her neck
-
>You lie on the table and sigh
-
Twilight. Come on. You can't keep me like this.
-
>"D-don't worry, Anon. I just need to see what makes you tick..."
-
>She jabs a needle into your arm
-
>You feel the end break inside
-
>Roll your eyes
-
No Twilight, I mean it. You literally can't keep me contained. I'm leaving now.
-
>"NO! I NEED TO STUDY YOU!"
-
>She pushes herself to the limit to keep you down
-
>You decide to let her think she's won and give yourself up
-
>She smiles
-
>"Now, the drug will take hold of you and when you wake up, I'll be done!"
-
>The drug was identified the moment it was injected.
-
>A potent kind of anesthetic/poison that dulls senses to the point of near death, if an antidote is administered within 2 hours, the patient will make a full recovery
-
>Not that you care. The drug has no effect on one such as you. It was already processed and allocated to your internal reactor core.
-
>Maybe it's time the Ponies knew your secret
-
>Chances are it'll scare them and make them want to study you more, but it's not like they can take you down
-
>It took a Magical Pridogy all her might to merely lift you
-
>You shut your eyes and your body goes "limp" to give the impression that you're asleep
-
>You hear Twilight mutter to herself
-
>"I'm sorry, Anon. But I have to know..."
-
>You feel your clothes get torn away and a cold scalpel is pressed against your skin
-
>Here we go
-
>You feel it push through and scrape against the metal caraprace beneath it
-
>Twilight gasps
-
>"Solid bone? But I thought they had ribs in this place"
-
>She starts to peel away the skin to make a small hole
-
>The computer is going ballistic and reporting heavy damage to the outer layers
-
>You silence it and let Twilgiht work
-
>"This... This is metal."
-
>A couple of minutes of scraping and peeling pass
-
>"Are those... Lights?! Is that Electricity powering them?"
-
>She prods one and a small amount of static flows up the scalpel, causing her to yelp and drop it
-
>"Of course... I'll get electrocuted. Very funny, Anon."
-
>You hear the door to the basement get slammed open
-
>"WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY ANON?!"
-
>"F-fluttershy! Come and see this!"
-
>"I SEE IT! YOU'RE EXPERIMENTING ON MY DARLING ANON AND... and..."
-
>Silence
-
>"Twilight? What have you done to him?"
-
>"I haven't done anything! I just found this! Fluttershy, Anon isn't a biological being!"
-
>"Y-you're lying. You've desecrated his beautiful body for your sick scientific fetish! He's MINE! YOU HAD NO RIGHT!"
-
>"Fluttershy, calm down!"
-
>"I won't let you hurt him anymore! He's my Anon. I love him! I'm taking him home!"
-
>"Fluttershy, please"
-
>"DON'T TOUCH ME!"
-
>You hear a struggle and prepare to intervene
-
>"Flutter...shy, PLEASE! P-put down the scalpel!"
-
>"You'll just hurt him again! I can't allow it!"
-
>You hear Fluttershy roar and Twilight scream
-
>Go.
-
>Your eyes snap open and you launch yourself off the table
-
>Fluttershy has Twiligh pinned on the floor and is applying pressure to her horn, making her unable to use magic
-
>With her other hoof she's trying to push a scalpel into her face
-
>You point your right arm at her
-
>Targetting calibrations and weapons systems come online
-
>Your hand and forearm begin rearranging themselves, giving way to a long barrel adorned with various lights and vents
-
>The end begins rotating rapidly and you feel it warm up to a near superheated level
-
>The computer flashes a single message to you
-
>ARMED.
-
>You chuckle at the pun
-
>You point above Fluttershy's head and fire
-
>The arm-cannon fires a neon blue beam and obliterates a small portion of the wall, leaving a small fire and glowing embers in the crater the impact left
-
>Both ponies freeze and look stare at you
-
>What they see is a fully awake and undrugged human with a large portion of skin missing from his chest, revealing a vast array of complicated circuits and lights
-
>His arm is also replaced with a piece of technology unheard of by pony-kind, the end of it glows orange with steam hissing from various holes around it
-
>You lower your arm
-
Now. I think I owe you both and explaination.
-
>Twilight shrugs a stunned Fluttershy off her
-
>"Anon, what ARE you?"
-
I am a human.
-
>"Are all humans like this?"
-
>She motions towards your chest
-
>You look down and see the hole
-
>You tell your brain to intiate repairs and nanomachines from deep inside your body come to the surface and start repairing the skin, leaving it smooth over the previous hole
-
No. They aren't.
-
>"Then... What is all this?"
-
I am a Cyborg. One of many created by my species for the purpose of war.
-
>"War?"
-
When I told you about Earth, I was telling you about it before the war.
-
Our species has always been amazing at developing more and more amazing technology for the purposes of killing each other, and I am the next step.
-
I am about 65% machine, with the rest being the real me.
-
>"What can you do?"
-
I can perform complex equations in nanonseconds, I am faster, stronger and more intelligent than other humans, I don't need to eat, I can run for a week without stopping and I can fly.
-
>"You can fly"
-
Yes.
-
>Twilight sits down and breathes out heavily
-
>"Wow... I never imagined it."
-
>Fluttershy speaks up
-
>"S-so you're not even... Natural?"
-
>She tears up
-
>"You c-can't l-love?"
-
Not really, no.
-
>Fluttershy bursts into tears and flies out the room
-
>Twilight watches her go
-
>"She's so weird."
-
Yup.
-
>"Sorry about holding you down against your will"
-
You never really had me under your control. Everything you did, I let you do.
-
>She huffs at that
-
>"So you could have helped sooner when Fluttershy was trying to cut me?"
-
Yeah.
-
>"You're an ass."
-
>Let out a short laugh
-
>You and Twilight head up to the library and sit down
-
>"Sooo what now?"
-
What do you mean?
-
>"Well. Errr. You're not exactly normal. Even by our standards. Are you safe enough to keep around?"
-
Well this morning I put two ponies in hospital
-
>"Ah"
-
Yeah.
-
>Awkward silence
-
>"Do you... Wanna... I dunno. Read?"
-
I'd like that.
-
>You begin reading whatever you can get your hands on, feeding your brain information and annoying Twilight with how fast you can read
-
>Once nightfall comes you decide to head back home
-
>"Today was uhh. Interesting, Anon"
-
You needed to know sooner or later. Hell, the whole town did.
-
>"I suppose so. Though I don't know how they'll react to the alien living on the hill also being a highly advanced super soldier created only for war."
-
They'll get over it
-
>"Probably. They got over the Dragon attack pretty fast."
-
>You smile at each other
-
>"Well, goodbye, Anon."
-
Bye.
-
>She shuts the door and you turn to head home
-
>Guess this means you have to start over now. Just when ponies were starting to get used to you, as well.
-
>At least no more fights will happen. Who wants to fight a Cyborg?
-
>And hey, Cyborgs are also very unattractive, so maybe Fluttershy will stop chasing you now.
-
>You get home and lie in bed, staring at the ceiling before powering down for the night
-
>Thankful in the knowledge that you aren't, and never will be:
-
>Fucking Fluttershy.
