  8. "Since Twilight is a shit flier and doesn't pay attention to her surroundings, a bird hits her in the face, she gets wobbly, falls out of the air and hits a tree hard when she was on her way to see Anon. A wing and her horn is broken and she has a concussion. He takes her to the hospital, gets her patched up as she should be, but rather than take her home, Anon decides he'll take care of her while Spike manages the library or whatever... just cause friends do that... At least just until the concussion passes.
  9.
  10. She grows attached to him for helping her out, doing all the heavy lifting for her, not letting her use her broken horn and magic, making her comfortable, all that. She starts to try and take advantage of his care by asking him to bath her, rub her back near the wingpits, rub her legs, gradually getting to a certain spot. Then she suggests rubbing her horn would help a lot... Of after doing that and wiping the magic jizz from his hand, Anon is beginning to think he needs an adult. His care is getting way too weird."

  16. Let's do this.

  19.
  20. > 'Twi, you're so bad at flying! Like, how do you even get around like this? Your form is totally off and you look like a duck.'
  21. >Rainbow Dash's words echo around your head, taunting you.
  22. >Grimacing, you peer off the edge of the cloud you're stood on.
  23. >Her words carry a bit of truth; you're not really the best flyer in the world.
  24. >Nevertheless, you keep trying.
  25. >It's been several months since Celestia dragged you to some forsaken hell-scape and attached wings to your back in commemoration for you being able to read, and your flying hasn't improved all that much.
  26. >Still, you spend your nights flipping through books on flying theory, but as Rainbow Dash is all-too-eager to tell you: "Flying takes practice practice practice!"
  27. >She would usually punctuate each 'practice' by flying a lap around your head.
  28. >Show off.
  29. >Refusing to be outdone by a pony that can't even spell 'problematic', you have dedicated this week to flying as best you can.
  30. >At this thought you launch yourself from your platform.
  31. >Clouds rush past you as you struggle to straighten out your wings so that you can transition from free-fall into a glide.
  32. >Thankfully, you do.
  33. >Smiling to yourself, you soar over the treetops of outer-Ponyville and drift from side to side, evading clouds as though they are dangerous obstacles and playfully giggling at the sensation of flying.
  34. >It's not so hard, flying. It just takes time, patience and practi--
  35. "EEK!"
  36. >You flap your wings madly as you scramble to avoid a stray raincloud.
  37. >A pegasus darts past you after the cloud, shouting apologies over his shoulder and trying to get it under control.
  38. >Despite the close encounter, you recover.
  39. >Making sure to check for any wayward clouds, you resume your inner monologue.
  40. >Flying just takes time, patience and practice.
  41. >A curt nod and a smile reassures you of your thoughts.
  42. >You're aiming to be flying at a second grade level by the end of the week, and if your progress is any indication you should achieve it long before then.
  43. >Sighing, you lazily perform a corkscrew in the air -- the only trick you know how to do.
  44. >Always feels funny watching the world spin the way it does during the screw.
  45. >Really makes you thi--
  46. >Wait, is that a bird--
  47.
  48. >Wince as Twilight slams straight into an eagle.
  49. >She lets out a strangled cry and begins plummeting to the earth.
  50. >You break into a sprint, arms pumping at your sides as the alicorn hurtles for a nearby tree.
  51. >Though you hope she'll recover, you know that she's not confident enough as a flyer to pick herself up like that.
  52. >Pushing yourself to run faster, you watch in abject horror as Twilight collides with a tree.
  53. >Tearing through the knee-high grass, the tree's base comes into view.
  54. >Twilight is slumped against it, motionless.
  55. >You almost trip over yourself as you escape the grass and slide to your knees, your hands a blur as they check every part of her.
  56. >She's in a bad shape, and still isn't moving.
  57. >Though your instincts tell you to panic, you know it won't help matters.
  58. >Swallowing your fear, you gently lift her up in your arms.
  59. >Turning, you try to remember the direction the hospital is in.
  60. >With one last look at the unconscious pony draped across your forearms, you set off running once more, your chest burning and legs already tired.
  61.
  62. >"I won't lie, Anonymous, she's certainly roughed herself up."
  63. >Your hands are clasped together, sore from the pressure you're putting on them.
  64. >The doctor reads his gently floating clipboard and tuts.
  65. >"The good news is that she won't suffer any long term damage. Broken wings, broken horn, broken front-left leg; minor concussion is almost certain."
  66. >He looks up from his notes and smiles at you.
  67. >"But nothing we can't fix. Don't worry so much, Anonymous, we can help her."
  68. >Let out a sigh and bow your head forward, a hand reaching up and rubbing the back of your hair.
  69. "Thanks, doctor."
  70. >Raise your head and give him a weary smile.
  71. "Good to know she's in good ha-- hooves."
  72. >The doctor nods.
  73. >"She'll be on a diet of this while she's incapacitated, however."
  74. >He floats over a bottle with a label stuck to the side.
  75. >' Bone Brew '.
  76. "...Is this name for real?"
  77. >"The pony who named it was called Whacky Wiles."
  78. >A sigh escapes him and he shakes his head, a solemn expression etched on his features.
  79. >"A dangerously insane pony. Marvellous surgeon, though. Anyway, the brew is just a magical potion that will rapidly fix up her bones."
  80. >You steal a quick glance at the pony in the bed next to you, her eyes are shut and her mouth is open slightly, a bit of drool hanging from her lower lip.
  81. "How long will she be in here?"
  82. >Another reassuring smile from the unicorn in white.
  83. >"Not too long, actually. Given the nature of her injuries, she'll spend a few days in here then we can send her home."
  84. >Frown and narrow your eyes slightly.
  85. "Home? So soon?"
  86. >"Well, she'll need someone to help her recover. The wings and leg will fix up easily, but the horn..."
  87. >His brow furrows at the word 'horn'.
  88. >"Unicorn horns are tricky, and take a lot of time to recover. You're looking at about two weeks minimum before that's fixed up, even with the brew."
  89. >He rubs his chin thoughtfully and casts a glance at Twilight.
  90. >"Though I'm not sure how it'll react with alicorn physiology; honestly I wasn't trained to deal with alicorns; the basics are the same, but they have all sorts of secrets about them."
  91. >He checks the clock on the wall.
  92. >"I must be going, Anonymous. You should be proud of yourself, bringing her to us when you did, but for now you can let the brew do the rest of the work."
  93. >Nod at him as he leaves.
  94. >Just you and Twilight remain as the door at the end of the room closes.
  95. >You become aware of the ticking of the clock.
  96. >Look at the mare and shake your head, a small smile on your lips.
  97. "Twilight, you idiot..."
  98. >Lean back in your chair and put your hands behind your head, thinking about how you're going to schedule your visits to her for the next few days.
  99. >As you muse to yourself, the figure beside you rouses.
  100. >Her eyes flutter open and she yawns, then winces.
  101. >"An...on?"
  102. "Hey. Feeling okay?"
  103. >"...No, am I in a...?"
  104. "Hospital, yeah. You took a nasty fall, Twi, not gonna sugarcoat it."
  105. >"How bad?"
  106. "See for yourself."
  107. >Twilight looks down at herself.
  108. >Her front leg is wrapped in a cast, as are her wings.
  109. >"Ugh... Now I know how Rainbow feels..."
  110. >She chuckles to herself and licks her lips.
  111. >A glass of water on her bedside table catches her eye.
  112. >"Oh, good, I'm so thirsty!"
  113. >Twilight stares at the glass for a few seconds.
  114. >After which she blinks.
  115. >"Uhh..."
  116. >She leans forwards, glaring at the glass.
  117. >"Why isn't the glass movin--"
  118. >Her eyes widen, and an unbroken hoof is at her horn in less than a second.
  119. >Clasp your hands over your ears as she lets out a scream.
  120. >"MY HORN! WH-WHAT? WHAT?! WHY?!"
  121. >She bursts into tears and begins blubbering like a baby.
  122. >"Buh muh magic! I-I'll never be magic again!"
  123. "I thought--"
  124. >"I can't b-be the element of m-magic without my horn! Wh-what if Celestia takes away my wings?!"
  125. "Wouldn't that be a good thing?"
  126. >"Of course it would! But Celestia would be disappointed in me!"
  127. >Twilight lunges for you and grabs your collar with her good hoof, gripping you and pulling you towards her.
  128. >"Do you have any idea how terrible that would be?!"
  129. "I think Celestia will be fine with you breaking your horn, Twi. The doctors have a potion that'll fix it anyway."
  130. >Her ears twitch at this.
  131. >"They do?"
  132. "They do."
  133. >Pluck the bottle off the table and show her.
  134. >"Bone... Brew? Who named this?"
  135. "A dangerously insane surgeon. It'll fix your horn and everything else, but it'll take a few weeks maybe."
  136. >"Weeks?! But that's -forever-!"
  137. "Damn, you really -are- like Dash."
  138. >She does a take, then manages a smile.
  139. >"Hehe, I guess I am, aren't I?"
  140. >Ruffle her mane, being careful not to touch her horn.
  141. >"So umm, sorry about all this."
  142. "All what?"
  143. >"Making you carry me here and stu--"
  144. >Place a hand over her mouth.
  145. "Shush. I don't want to hear it."
  146. >Before she can respond the door bursts open.
  147. >"DARLING!"
  148. "Oh f--"
  149. >And you're both swamped by the rest of Twilight's friends.
  150.
  151. "The pirate cackles, 'Yarr, I be here te' steal ye gold, ye scalleywags!'"
  152. "'Not if I can help it, pirate scum!' Crispy retorts."
  153. >Twilight cuddles her pillow, her eyes locked onto you.
  154. >Smile at her and turn the page.
  155. "Crispy launches himself into the air, his wings carrying him on the sea breeze and his sword at the ready. The pirate grins as Crispy comes in close, ready to maul the upstart landlubber."
  156. >Pause and glance at her.
  157. >"Then what? Keep going!"
  158. >Close the book with a resounding 'thunk'.
  159. "Then the librarian went to sleep and the human went home to sleep in his nice warm bed and not the hospital chair again."
  160. >"What?! But it's only--"
  161. >She looks at the clock.
  162. >"...One in the morning..."
  163. "Yeah, I'm kind of amazed that the night guards have been letting me stay in this long. Must be because you're a princess and all."
  164. >Twilight goes red.
  165. "Oh, sorry, forgot."
  166. >Shake your head.
  167. "But still, I have to go, Twi."
  168. >"O-okay, thanks again for this..."
  169. "It's fine, Twi. We're friends, it's what friends do."
  170. >The mare smiles.
  171. >"Well it's always nice to see you."
  172. >Pull up the sheets and wrap her up into a sort of burrito.
  173. >Twilight giggles as your fingers poke her sides.
  174. >Once she's effectively wrapped up and giving you the most adorable little grin, you stand back and switch off the bedside light.
  175. >"Good night, Anon. Will you be here tomorrow?"
  176. >Smile in the darkness and reach forward, poking her nose and uttering a "boop!"
  177. "Of course I will, silly horse."
  178. >A contented sigh is your reply as you turn to leave, your eyes already starting to droop as you stroll out of the ward and into the hospital corridor, intent on getting to your bed as soon as possible.
  179.
  180. "Morning, Twilight!"
  181. >Your friend is still wrapped up in her sheets, but she can manage to turn her head towards you.
  182. >A huge beaming face greets you as you sit down and crack open your pirate book.
  183. >As you read, you chew on the breakfast you brought with you.
  184. >You wanted to get here as soon as possible so that you could be out just as quickly and do other things around town.
  185. >Unfortunately, as you read, time slips by as fast as the story does.
  186. >You end up reading the whole story to Twilight over the next 3 hours.
  187. >It's not a big book, but it still takes a while to read.
  188. "...Because at the end of the day, isn't a good ship and a better crew all that matters? The End."
  189. >Twilight clops her hooves together happily and lets out a small cheer.
  190. >You raise an eyebrow at this.
  191. "Hoof better already?"
  192. >She nods excitedly.
  193. >"The doctor said it was because of my alicorn physiology, so my leg feels much better now!"
  194. >Smile at this.
  195. "That's great! Do you think you can walk?"
  196. >Twilight giggles.
  197. >"I think I can manage a quick walk, Anon; I'm not completely incapable."
  198. >You unwrap your burrito-pone and help her get out of bed.
  199. >She wobbles slightly as she stands on all 4 hooves, but manages to stay upright.
  200. >The mare looks at you with a triumphant look.
  201. >"See? Easy."
  202. >She takes a step forwards.
  203. >And faceplants the tiled floor.
  204.
  205. >The doctor bites his bottom lip, worry etched on his face.
  206. >"Seems the concussion was worse than I thought it would be. You say you feel fine now though?"
  207. >Twilight nods from her position in her bed.
  208. >The doctor looks back at his notes, then sets them down on the bed.
  209. >"I think it would be wise to just stay in bed, keep occasionally trying to walk and see how things progress. The concussion shouldn't last too long, perhaps a week? Maybe less?"
  210. >The doctor scowls.
  211. >"Normally I would be able to give you a much more precise time-frame, but if the reaction to the brew was any indication, alicorns seem to recover much faster than other ponies from injuries."
  212. >He sighs, defeated.
  213. >"Just stay in bed, keep trying to walk every so often, drink the brew, and come and find me if it lasts more than a week. Otherwise, just stay safe, princess."
  214. >Twilight goes red again, but nods.
  215. >"Thank you, doctor."
  216. >He leaves, and Twilight looks at you.
  217. >"Soo... I can't walk or use magic yet."
  218. "You're like a little baby."
  219. >She gives you a deadpan look.
  220. >"Not the reply I was looking for, Anon."
  221. >You grin at her.
  222. "Don't even say it, Twi. Of course I'll help you."
  223. >She smiles.
  224. >"Really?"
  225. "Yeah, you can stay with me at my house."
  226. >That throws her through a loop.
  227. >"-Your- house? Are you sure? Why not the library?"
  228. "I don't want to put any more pressure on Spike, he's already running the place and I don't think he needs both of us messing up everything he cleans. Plus I think I have a spare bed and a bathroom on the same floor."
  229. >Twilight is silent. After a while she rubs her eyes with a foreleg and trembles slightly.
  230. >"Th-thanks, Anon..."
  231. >Pull her into a hug.
  232. "Hey, it's fine, okay? What are friends for?"
  233. >...
  234. "But seriously, you'd better not snore or I'm throwing you out."
  235. >She laughs, her face still pressed against your body.
  236. >"I promise nothing."
  237.
  238. "Aaand here's where you'll be staying."
  239. >The alicorn shuffles in your arms and looks at the guest bed.
  240. >It's a simple room; a wooden floor, a chest of drawers, a single bed and some floral curtains are all that reside.
  241. >The bed is by the window, and a nice view of the countryside can be seen from it.
  242. >Twilight smiles at the scene, then at you.
  243. >"It's perfect, Anon. Thanks..."
  244. >You stroll across the room and lay Twilight down on the bed, pulling the sheets over her and straightening up.
  245. "S'cool. You want a drink?"
  246. >"Please, and uhh, do you have any books?"
  247. >Chuckle.
  248. "I'll head down to the library and clear out your personal collection for you--"
  249. >"NO-- no no, uhh, just anything from the downstairs collection, please."
  250. >She goes bright red.
  251. "...Noted. Any genre in particular?"
  252. >"Eh, anything, maybe a thriller."
  253. "Thriller it is. Be back in a few minutes, don't go anywhere."
  254. >She scowls at you.
  255. >"Ha ha. You're hilarious."
  256. >Smiling, you exit the room and close the door behind you.
  257.
  258. >Stretch and yawn, the silence of your new room becoming your only companion.
  259. >Anon actually looking after you is one of the kindest things anyone has ever done.
  260. >Your other friends are always so busy, but since Anon doesn't really have a job he has all the time in the world.
  261. >You smile and watch the outside world go by.
  262. >Anon is a wonderful friend.
  263. >Time goes by, and you are content to remain lost in your thoughts.
  264. >Will Spike be okay without you?
  265. >What about the girls? Will they visit?
  266. >Rarity had to rush off to Canterlot to meet with a client, so that rules her out...
  267. >The rest of the girls should be here though, right?
  268. >As much as you enjoy Anon's company, staying in bed for a week isn't your idea of a good time.
  269. >The door opens while you stare into space.
  270. >Snap out of your trance and look to see Anon holding a huge pile of at least 30 books, his knees wobbling slightly.
  271. >Raise an eyebrow.
  272. >"I... Didn't know what to take."
  273. >Giggle and concentrate on the top-most book.
  274. >After a brief moment you remember.
  275. "Oh. Right."
  276. >Anon chuckles and walks forwards, setting the books on the bedside table.
  277. >"Relax, little earth pony."
  278. >Scrunch your face up at him.
  279. >"I'm here to lift for you."
  280. >He picks up the book you wanted between his fingers and begins waving it around, making spooky noises as he does so.
  281. >"OooOOoOoo! It's flooatiiiing!"
  282. >Try to swipe at the book.
  283. "Stop it! I wanna read!"
  284. >He keeps it just out of range.
  285. "Anon!"
  286. >"Oh fine."
  287. >The book is gently placed on your lap and you beam at the title.
  288. >' The bronze rose. '
  289. >You love this one.
  290. >Anon scratches his chin.
  291. >"So, anything else, your majesty?"
  292. >Throw the book at him.
  293. >He ducks and laughs as he backs away.
  294. >Reach over to the pile and start throwing books at him.
  295. "Stop moving and let me hit you!... Also thank you for catching them!"
  296. >...
  297. "AND STOP CALLING ME A PRINCESS!"
  298. >Anon laughs heartily and puts the books back on the cabinet.
  299. >Glare at him.
  300. >He reaches down and pulls you into a hug.
  301. >Growl as his arms reach behind you.
  302. >Grumble as he squeezes you.
  303. >Giggle as you give in and hug him back.
  304. >It's a lovely moment, just you and Anon together in pea--
  305. >"Holy shit, you smell."
  306. >...
  307. >Anon backpedals out the room as you scream and throw books at him.
  308.
  309. >"Come on."
  310. "What?"
  311. >"Whaddya mean, 'what'? You're having a bath."
  312. "I don't need one!"
  313. >"Didn't you just hear me? You stink, Twi. You haven't washed in nearly a week and smell of horseyness."
  314. "Firstly, I'm a pony, second, you should be more considerate of my--"
  315. >You catch a whiff of yourself.
  316. >...
  317. "Okay, help me walk."
  318.
  319. >He ends up carrying you to the bathroom.
  320. >You lie in his arms and look up at the human, whose nose is wrinkled.
  321. "Do you have to be so dramatic?"
  322. >"Yes~."
  323. >He nudges the door open with a shoulder and you see that he's already prepared a bath.
  324. >Steam rises from it.
  325. "Okay, so just lower--"
  326. >He drops you in.
  327. >Gasp and thrash around as the temperate water consumes you.
  328. >After a moment you lie still and your head slowly turns towards the human.
  329. >His hands are on his hips and he's giving you the biggest, most unashamed grin he can muster.
  330. "WHAT."
  331. >"Ho boy~"
  332. "THE HECK."
  333. >"Heh."
  334. "WAS THAT?!"
  335. >"I simply lowered you in, Twilight."
  336. "YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE LOOKING AFTER ME NOT TORTURING ME!"
  337. >"If you're staying here, I'm going to have some fun with it, so shush. Anyway, the lotions and whatnot are just to your side, I put them there so they'd be easy to get to, uhh, just pull the chain when you think you're done, loofah's there, towels are just on the floor beside the tub. I'll be downstairs if you need me, okay?"
  338. >Nod.
  339. "Thanks, I guess."
  340. >He smiles.
  341. >Scrunch at him.
  342. >His smile widens.
  343. >Watch him exit the room before gently shutting the door behind him.
  344. >Sigh and turn to your current situation.
  345. >The water is -just- the way you like it.
  346. >You relax and feel the tension you'd built up slipping away.
  347. >Grime from days of bed-resting is already starting to come off you.
  348. >Grab the loofah and start scrubbing yourself.
  349. >Much to your annoyance, you can't reach your back at all.
  350. >You're not as flexible as other ponies.
  351. >Pinkie can reach all around her body multiple times with the same limb.
  352. >Fluttershy and Rarity both do yoga.
  353. >Rainbow and Applejack just don't wash, both opting to either fly through rain clouds or work in a deluge.
  354. >You would normally use your magic, but...
  355. >Ugh.
  356. "ANON!"
  357. >The door bursts open.
  358. >"What-- WHAT?!"
  359. "Can you help me wash?"
  360. >"..."
  361. "What?"
  362. >"I thought you were in trouble, but alright."
  363. >He strolls forwards and plucks the loofah from your hooves.
  364. >Readjusting yourself, you give him room to lean over and start scrubbing.
  365. >His sleeves are rolled up, so his arms end up soaked with water.
  366. >Let him scrub in silence.
  367. "S-sorry."
  368. >"For what?"
  369. "Being a burden..."
  370. >He pauses.
  371. >The scrubbing stops and his concerned face comes into view.
  372. >"You're anything but a burden, Twilight, okay?"
  373. >He boops your nose, getting suds on it.
  374. >A small smile crosses your lips as he resumes the scrubbing.
  375. >You feel yourself getting lost in the slow, rhythmic motions and pleasant sensations of getting washed by someone else.
  376. >Slowly, your eyes shut, only to snap open when the scrubbing ceases.
  377. "Why did you stop?"
  378. >"Because I'm done. I've been washing you for like seven minutes."
  379. >Blink.
  380. "What?"
  381. >"Yeah, I know. Anyway, that's you done. Anything else?"
  382. "Oh, uhh, no, thank you. Well, actually, what's for um..."
  383. >Blush slightly.
  384. "What's for dinner?"
  385. >"I was just gonna get a pizza if that's okay with you."
  386. >Smile, your tail doing an excited wag under the water.
  387. "Sounds great!"
  388. >He clasps his hands together.
  389. >"Pizza it is."
  390. >He helps you out of the tub and dries you off.
  391. >Feeling his hands rub all over your body makes you laugh.
  392. >The vigorous rubbing of the towel all over your coat makes you feel strangely loved.
  393. >Like for this one moment, you're the centre of his universe.
  394. >That thought makes your heart flutter slightly.
  395. >The moment he's done, he sweeps you off your hooves and into his arms.
  396. >You take he opportunity to snuggle up against his chest.
  397. "Sorry again for making you wash me."
  398. >"You apologise again and I'll stop helping you, period."
  399. >He places you in your bed and pulls the covers over you.
  400. >"You're under my protection, and I'm here to help, because that's what friends do for each other, Twilight."
  401. >He smirks.
  402. >"Maybe I should write a letter about it to the princess."
  403. >You perk up.
  404. "That's a great idea! I'll help!"
  405. >"Dear Princess Twilight Spark--"
  406. "OUT! OUT OUT OUT!"
  407. >He laughs and runs out before you can throw books at him.
  408. >A voice shouts up from the bottom of the stairs.
  409. >"Just going out to get the pizza, Twi! Back in fifteen!"
  410. "Okay!"
  411. >A door slams shut and the house falls silent again.
  412. >You already miss him.
  413.
  414. >Reading your book, you don't even notice when the door opens quietly and the smell of pizza wafts in.
  415. >Your nose sniffs at the air and you look up to see Anon walking over, a pizza box in one hand and a small bottle in the other.
  416. "What's with the bottle?"
  417. >"It's your medicine."
  418. >Grumble and sit up.
  419. >He pours some of the bone brew onto a slice of pizza.
  420. >Take it in your hooves and promptly drop it on the floor.
  421. >...
  422. >You both stare at it.
  423. >Anon gives you an indignant look.
  424. >"Seriously? Is this a thing now?"
  425. "I always used my magic to eat things! It's cleaner!"
  426. >"That doesn't even... Whatever."
  427. >He picks up the pizza slice from the floor and pours more brew on it.
  428. >"Five second rule, Twilight, I'm going in dry."
  429. "That's been on the floor--"
  430. >He rams it into your open mouth and uses his hands to shut your jaws.
  431. >Glare at him as the 'delicious' combination of cheese, tomato, floor dust and medicine floods your mouth.
  432. >Chew the pizza, still trying to kill Anon with your mind.
  433. >He simply stares back.
  434. >Swallow the mush, opting for Anon to slowly remove his hands.
  435. >"I just want you to get better, Twi. The brew will help your horn grow back!"
  436. "I know..."
  437. >Cringe.
  438. "Doesn't help the taste though."
  439. >"Well that was all you needed for today, so now it's just pizza and floor dust."
  440. >He grins.
  441. >Roll your eyes and watch him delicately select another slice of pizza.
  442. >"I really should get paid to do this."
  443. "What happened to 'friends help friends'?"
  444. >He winks at you and carefully feeds you the pizza.
  445. >For some reason, seeing him feeding you like this gives you chills.
  446. >You feel the same way you felt as he was rubbing you off with the towel.
  447. >The care and affection in his eyes as he looks after you, the way you have suddenly become a huge part of his life.
  448. >It fills you with a strange mixture of joy and longing.
  449. >Chew on the pizza, your eyes locked onto Anon's.
  450. >He raises an eyebrow.
  451. >"You okay there, Twi?"
  452. >Swallow.
  453. "Yeah, why?"
  454. >"Been giving me a pretty intense look for about a minute now."
  455. >You stammer and look away.
  456. "O-oh, uh, yeah, I was just thinking."
  457. >He shrugs and carries on feeding you.
  458. >It's hard not to lose yourself in his eyes again.
  459. >One of his fingers brushes against your chin for a moment.
  460. >The feeling is electric.
  461. >You feel as though someone set fire to your insides.
  462. >Anon frowns.
  463. >"Going pretty red there, Twi."
  464. >He puts a palm to your forehead.
  465. >"Getting hot as well. Need me to open a window?"
  466. "Y-yes, please."
  467. >He reaches over the bed and undoes the window latch, letting cool air flood the room.
  468. >It doesn't help much.
  469. >As he leant over you, you got a good sniff of his own scent.
  470. >Did Anon always smell so good?
  471. >Your rear legs squeeze together slightly.
  472. >Thankfully, he doesn't notice.
  473. >"Hm. I'm gonna go and see if I've got anything for a sudden fever. Be right back."
  474. >He strolls out the room.
  475. >The moment the door shuts, you look under the covers.
  476. >You're soaking wet down there.
  477. >Gasp and bite your bottom lip fearfully.
  478. >What if he sees it?
  479. >You know what's happening here, you're not naive.
  480. >The question is what to do about it.
  481. >Anon seems more than happy to help, but this is going too far.
  482. >...Is it?
  483. >He doesn't know. Just play it cool and he'll never suspect a thing.
  484. >You won't be here for too long, and once you're back at the library and able to walk you don't have to worry any more.
  485. >Your mind wanders back to the feeling of his fingers all over you, the affection in his eyes, his scent.
  486. >Absent-mindedly, a hoof trails down your body beneath the sheets.
  487. >Once it reaches that most sensitive area, you lightly drag your hoof back up.
  488. >A silent gasp escapes your lips and your eyelids close.
  489. >Another stroke produces the same results.
  490. >The door barges open.
  491. >"Twi--"
  492. "EEEK!"
  493. >Your hoof is practically torn from what it was doing and you struggle to get the sheets back into their original place.
  494. >The commotion and movement in the small bed ends with you crumpling to the floor.
  495. >Anon curses and bounds across the room, setting down his medicine on the cabinet and helping you to your hooves.
  496. >You make sure to move your tail to cover yourself, your face still flushed from your previous actions as well as embarrassment.
  497. >The human fusses over you, checking every part of your body, though thankfully not your rear.
  498. >"Are you alright? How's the wing? The hoof? The... brain?"
  499. >His attention gives you more of that good feeling, and before you can stop yourself, you dreamily utter the words:
  500. "Rub my horn~"
  501. >Anon stares at you.
  502. >You look back, horror in your eyes.
  503. >Did you actually just ask that?
  504. >Your friend gives you a curious look.
  505. >"Okay, why?"
  506. >THINK FAST.
  507. "It's uhh... It'll help it to grow back! N-nerve endings and bone structure and all."
  508. >...
  509. >He slowly nods.
  510. >"...Riiight, okay, so like when nursing a sore leg, right? Keep it stimulated and stuff?"
  511. >Blink a few times.
  512. >Does he not know...?
  513. "Uh, yeah! That's right! It'll help it to repair and maintain the, umm."
  514. >He gives you an innocent look.
  515. "Help the... Magic grow back stronger?"
  516. >Oh come on he can't buy that.
  517. >"...I think I understand, sure, can't hurt, right?"
  518. >You have no idea, Anon~
  519. >Hardly able to believe that it's happening, you watch as Anon's hand reaches up and gently grazes your broken horn with his fingers.
  520. >It's not as sensitive as it would be when completely repaired, but you can still feel each finger probing its shortened length.
  521. >Shudder at his touch.
  522. >He pauses.
  523. >"You okay?"
  524. "Y-yeah, that's natural."
  525. >Anon nods and more firmly grasps your horn.
  526. >His hand is warm, and not squeezing it too tight.
  527. "Just l-like that..."
  528. >At your words, he begins slowly stroking it.
  529. >Your knees start wobbling.
  530. "F-faster."
  531. >Still wearing his curious expression, he does as you command and rubs faster.
  532. >The fact that he doesn't even know what he's doing amazes you.
  533. >He's not a pony, but still, surely he suspects?
  534. >His vigorous motions and obliviousness to the fact that you're about to orgasm says otherwise.
  535. >As his hand reaches the base of your horn again, you let out a loud groan and feel your horn let loose discharge.
  536. >Anon yelps and jerks his hand back.
  537. >"The hell is this? Is it toxic?! Why is it... sparkling?"
  538. >You pant and slump to the floor.
  539. "Th-that was... f-fantastic, Anon..."
  540. >His eyes dart from his hand, to your horn, to you.
  541. >Freeze up as you see the gears turning in his head.
  542. >"...What... did I just do?"
  543. "Uhh--, well, when a horn is umm..."
  544. >Come on, Twi, you can do this, just say random arcanobabble.
  545. "When a horn is broken it... backs up with excess magical energies."
  546. >Anon's eyes narrow slightly.
  547. "Because the horn is unable to properly discharge the magical energies, it builds up and causes umm... Fevers!"
  548. >BINGO.
  549. "The fevers are caused by the build up, it's really really bad, and um, yeah. It needs stimulating so that the fevers stop and I don't feel so bad any more."
  550. >You force a smile and try to look Anon in the eyes.
  551. >"..."
  552. >...
  553. "..."
  554. >"Yeah I guess that makes sense."
  555. >Wow. You really shouldn't be getting off this easily.
  556. >...In more ways than one...
  557. >Anon stands up and looks at his sparkling hand, covered in unicorn cum.
  558. >"So this isn't poisonous?"
  559. "No no, it'll wash off. Just uhh, don't get it in your hair."
  560. >Blush.
  561. >Anon nods and leaves, the door still open.
  562. >Lie on the floor and stare at the place he was once stood.
  563. >You just got Anon to rub you off while he was nonethewiser.
  564. >This makes you wonder...
  565. >...What else could you make him do?
  566. >You don't really make a habit of getting with stallions, that is, you never have.
  567. >And Anon doesn't need to know what he's really doing so long as you cover it up with overcomplicated explanation.
  568. >A plan forms in your mind.
  569. >You know just how you're going to do this...
  570.
  571. >That night, you push your face into your pillow to try and muffle your moans as you rub your slit as hard as you can.
  572. >Juices soak the sheets now, and musk hangs heavily in the air.
  573. >Thoughts of Anon's hand around your horn push you over the edge again and you bite your bottom lip to prevent yourself from alerting the human.
  574. >Panting, you flop over onto your back, staring at the ceiling.
  575. >Your mane is a wreck, your heart is hammering in your chest and you feel so very much alive.
  576. >But even with your weariness you find your hoof instinctively reaching down for more.
  577. >Your poor lips and clit are sore from the punishment you had spent the last 2 hour enacting upon them.
  578. >Still you feel the urge to press on.
  579. >It's all part of your plan, as well as a good way to spend any pent up energy.
  580. >You sigh and look out of the window through a crack in the curtains, the moon in the sky the only witness to your depravity.
  581. >Pulling the crack shut, you hide the moon from view and reach down to your pussy again, hoof eager and willing to have some more fun.
  582. >It's going to be a long night.
  583.
  584. >The next morning you wake up, sheets wrapped around you.
  585. >A knock on your door causes your ears to perk up.
  586. "Yes?"
  587. >"Twi? Can I come in? I have breakfast."
  588. >Your stomach growls and you lick your lips in anticipation.
  589. "Come in!"
  590. >Anon enters, a tray with toast, orange juice and porridge in his hands.
  591. >He pauses as he steps over the threshold.
  592. >You glance down at yourself, then back to him.
  593. "You alright, Anon?"
  594. >"What the hell is that?"
  595. "What?"
  596. >"Can you not smell that?"
  597. >Repress a smile.
  598. >Sniff yourself, being as dramatic as you can.
  599. "O-oh, I guess it's me. Sorry, I must have gotten kinda sweaty last night..."
  600. >Anon walks over and sets the tray on your lap.
  601. >"No kidding... You reek of something terrible, Twilight."
  602. >Blush.
  603. "S-sorry..."
  604. >"No no, you can just have another bath, I guess."
  605. >He turns to leave.
  606. >"Enjoy your breakfast, Twi, I'll go and run you one."
  607. >Watch him go, a smile on your lips.
  608. >Just as planned.
  609.
  610. >Sit in the bath and rub yourself.
  611. >...With the loofah.
  612. >A gentle humming fills the room, reflecting your good mood.
  613. >You're still quite tired, but nothing you haven't felt before.
  614. >Your wings twitch from the warm water.
  615. >Leaning forwards, you carefully unfurl them.
  616. >Reach over and start to clean them, plucking out any loose feathers.
  617. >Soon the bath plays host to a number of purple feathers bobbing up and down on the water's surface.
  618. >You strain yourself to reach your wing pits but you can't.
  619. >Give out a frustrated groan.
  620. >First thing you're doing when you get out of here is taking up yoga with Rarity and Fluttershy.
  621. >...Although...
  622. >Sit back up and look towards the door.
  623. >Eureka.
  624. "Anon?"
  625. >After a moment the door opens and the human's head pokes through.
  626. >"Yeah?"
  627. "Can you help me with this?"
  628. >He walks through and crouches down next to you, an expectant look in his eyes.
  629. >Motion towards your wings.
  630. "Could you please clean there? I kinda forgot yesterday."
  631. >He smiles.
  632. >"Of course! Scooch over."
  633. >You do so and he takes up the loofah.
  634. >He starts carefully cleaning the pits of your wings.
  635. >It feels absolutely magnificent.
  636. >No wonder Rainbow has a thing for wing-play.
  637. >Once more you try to keep yourself under control.
  638. >This whole thing has been surreal.
  639. >The thought of Anon doing all these acts completely oblivious to your true motives is driving you insane.
  640. >And you feel so dirty doing it.
  641. >You'd never done anything like this before, but you'd listened to stories from Rainbow and Rarity about their bedroom escapades with stallions with great interest in the past.
  642. >But your most intimate moments were granted by books and works of fiction.
  643. >Hence why you didn't want Anon to peruse your private collection.
  644. >You shudder as his fingers and the loofah work their way into your pits.
  645. >The sensation has caused your wings to be completely spread.
  646. >"Uhh, Twi?"
  647. "Y-yeah?"
  648. >"Your wings are kinda in the way."
  649. "Sorry, I was trying to... make your job easier."
  650. >...
  651. >"They're still stiff."
  652. "I'm trying to get them down, honest!"
  653. >You're not.
  654. >Anon does his best to work around them, his magic hands performing feats you could only imagine in your lewdest of dreams.
  655. >"There, all done."
  656. >You sigh internally.
  657. >Now you'll have to think of more excuses for him to touch you.
  658. >Turn and smile at Anon.
  659. "Thank you."
  660. >He gives you an uneasy look.
  661. >"No problem, anything else you need?"
  662. >Yawn and stretch your legs.
  663. >...
  664. "Actually... My hoof is kinda sore, can you um, massage it?"
  665. >Anon stares at you.
  666. >"Really?"
  667. "Well you don't have to, I was just thinking, I mean, you're here now so..."
  668. >He sighs and rubs his eyes with a hand.
  669. >"No no, I'll do it."
  670. >He takes your previously broken leg and begins caressing the hoof.
  671. >Your favourite human doesn't look particularly pleased.
  672. "Is something wrong, Anon?"
  673. >He's silent for a second, and seems to concentrate on just massaging you.
  674. >"No, everything's fine. Just got a lot on my mind, is all."
  675. >...
  676. >You sigh happily and lean back slightly, your hoof still being tenderly stroked and probed by Anon's amazing fingers.
  677. >"Actually, there -is- something."
  678. "Hm?"
  679. >"Are you sure that your horn needed stroking?"
  680. >Freeze up.
  681. "Of course! ...Why?"
  682. >"Well, the doctor didn't mention anything about it; and you didn't need to be 'taken care of' in the hospital. In fact you were pretty okay with just lying in bed waiting to be fixed up."
  683. >Bite your lip.
  684. "I, uhh, well, the thing is--"
  685. >"Twi."
  686. "Y-yeah?"
  687. >"What's really going on here? A hoof massage? Come on, Twi, you're not Rarity; you're made of tougher stuff than this."
  688. >He drops your hoof into the bath and glares at you.
  689. >You feel yourself wilting under his gaze.
  690. "Well it's just that... Umm... I just thought..."
  691. >A few moments pass with Anon just giving you that intimidating look.
  692. >You look at your hooves.
  693. >A hoof reaches up and taps your horn, which still isn't fully healed.
  694. >Then you sigh and sink further into the lukewarm water.
  695. "I just... I enjoy your company. A lot."
  696. >Anon frowns, his gaze softening.
  697. >"The horn didn't need rubbing, did it."
  698. "...No."
  699. >"What was I actually doing when I did?"
  700. "..."
  701. >"Twilight."
  702. "It's umm, w-well Rarity said it feels... Nice..."
  703. >It hits him like a cart.
  704. >"Oooh... god, okay, well then."
  705. >He clears his throat.
  706. "Yeah..."
  707. >You can't look at him.
  708. >"That's... certainly something."
  709. >Cover your eyes with your hooves, wishing for the water to just swallow you whole.
  710. >You've been a stupid pony, Twilight.
  711. >Stupid stupid stupid.
  712. >How could you have ever thought that this would work out in your favour?
  713. >Of course he would figure it out!
  714. >Peek out from behind a hoof.
  715. >Anon is still looking at you, though his expression is somewhat neutral.
  716. >"I'm not really happy with getting tricked into giving someone a handjob, Twilight."
  717. >Wince, shame coursing through you like a virulent poison.
  718. >He sighs.
  719. >"But I suppose I should have just eased off with the attention."
  720. "Anon I'm sorry--"
  721. >"If this is how you were going to act... I should really have seen it coming."
  722. >Is he...?
  723. >"I know you spent all night going at it, Twi. Was kinda hard to sleep through."
  724. >Oh why can't you just die now?
  725. >Try to seem as small as possible.
  726. >"Honestly, I didn't think you were into me in that way."
  727. "I-I didn't umm..."
  728. >Crap. He's right. Why else would you be acting like this?
  729. >It's Anon that you always looked forward to meeting in the hospital, and it's Anon who you're trying to get to screw you.
  730. >Anon exhales through his nose and shakes his head.
  731. >Then reaches forwards and pulls you out of the tub.
  732. >Suddenly his touch doesn't seem so welcoming.
  733. >Stand awkwardly in front of him.
  734. >He dries you off, his movements reserved and less vigorous.
  735. >Your back legs don't even get touched.
  736. >The human steps back.
  737. >Look up at him.
  738. >He seems so distant now, his eyes lack the affection they had before.
  739. >Anon points at the door.
  740. >"Take a few steps."
  741. >You nod and do so.
  742. >To your surprise, you make it all the way to the door.
  743. >Turn around and look at your hooves.
  744. >Your mind doesn't seem fuzzy any more.
  745. >Trot back to the bathtub.
  746. >Walk around in small circles.
  747. >And just like that, you can walk again.
  748. >But you don't feel very happy about it.
  749. >Look again at Anon.
  750. >Try to smile.
  751. >His face doesn't change.
  752. >"So you can walk again. That's... good."
  753. >He shuffles his feet and folds his arms.
  754. >"I'll take you back to the library now, you seem to be okay on your own--"
  755. "Anon please--"
  756. >"--And Spike can look after you; he was doing pretty good when I saw him yesterday."
  757. >You go silent and stare at the floor.
  758. >"Guess it's a good thing you're an alicorn."
  759. >Raise your head and give him a quizzical look.
  760. >"So you don't have to stick around here for too long."
  761. >His words sting.
  762. >But he has a point.
  763. >You made this entire situation horrible.
  764. >Broke his trust and used him for your own ends.
  765. >"Come on. Let's go. I'll carry your books."
  766.
  767. >"Twilight! You're back!"
  768. >Spike rushes forwards and hugs you as hard as he can.
  769. >You manage a smile and step forward, wishing to crumple to the floor so that Anon might take you back.
  770. >It doesn't happen.
  771. "Good to see you too, Spike."
  772. >He cocks his head at your flat voice.
  773. >"What's wrong?"
  774. "Just... tired, is all."
  775. >A figure strolls past you and begins stacking books back on the shelves they were taken from.
  776. >He doesn't look at you much.
  777. >When he does it's to ask where a certain book goes.
  778. >He's still talking to you, but he's just... distant now.
  779. >Once all your books are back and you're settled in, Spike runs off to the kitchen to make some snacks.
  780. >Anon stares down at you.
  781. >You look up at Anon.
  782. >"So I guess I'll see you around."
  783. "Y-yeah, of course."
  784. >He scratches his chin and takes one last look around the library, then nods.
  785. >"Yeah, well then, I'll just... you know."
  786. >He jerks a thumb at the door and walks towards it.
  787. >Once he reaches it, he pauses and looks back at you.
  788. >Smile weakly at him.
  789. >"Get well soon, Twilight."
  790. >He leaves and shuts the door behind him.
  791. >Look out the window at him as he walks away, his hands in his pockets.
  792. >He doesn't look back, no matter how much you wish he would.
  793. >You've been a stupid pony, Twilight.
  794. >A very stupid pony.
  795. >All it took was a little push and suddenly you've ruined a good friendship with a person who only had your best intentions at heart.
  796. >As you stare at the human, a sense of deep regret takes a foothold in your mind.
  797. >By the time he's out of sight, you are on the verge of tears.
  798. >Collapse to the floor and start crying, tears soaking your leg and your entire body shuddering.
  799. >All you can manage is a small utterance that only you can hear.
  800. "This wouldn't have happened if Hasbro hadn't made me a fucking princess."
  801.
  802. The End.
